History:
There are many stories about who brings forth Autumn and bountiful harvests. In truth, there are several gods and goddesses that several civilizations have named over the years. But there is one spirit that takes part in the direct development of the changing season – one Autumnus. She appears in several different forms – a dryad or a doe, traveling through the landscape and ushering in the crisp breeze and colorful fall. There is also a legend that follows her, speaking of a champion that will spread her seasonal transition about the land. This champion is believed to inherit a portion of her power, granted to her through a direct connection.
How the lacrima came to be is still a mystery. Some believe that the last champion of Autumnus, fearing the power falling into the wrong hands, siphoned her power into the empty vessel and left it with trusted powers to give it to one worthy. There are even some stories that the champion had the power stolen from her by Autumnus herself, who had seen her champion corrupted by power and the hunger for more. The Goddess then blessed the lacrima with an enchantment, so that it may only appear and grant itself to one that can prove themselves worthy of the cause.
Whatever the legends behind it, this lacrima contains that power, gifted or taken by the champion so that another may take up the cause and herald August for all to experience. Though its message is one of transition and harvest, the power contained in the lacrima is potent, formed to shape the world and punish those evil enough to hinder its journey.

Slayer Can Control (Elements the Slayer can use in spells):

The lacrima itself appears like a gilded feather that radiates holy, divine energy, almost glowing with magical power. Despite the fact that the feather appears like it is crafted from pure gold, it, in a feat of mysterious magic, retains an uncharacteristic weight, making it quite literally light as a feather.
History:
Aither is a god of skies, the king of the air realm. Anything not touching land or ocean was under his control. He ruled with an iron fist and many feared him. Though he was such a tough king, the beings of the sky flourished under his control. This gave Aither an ego to go with his strength.
One day a lesser god managed to convince him that his rule needed to extend to the land realms and that everyone - earth or sky - should know his name. Aither agreed to this readily. The lesser god warned him that they could not manifest on land without a great effort and sacrifice. The king of skies decided to contact a human and give them his embodiment in the form of a golden feather. With feather in hand, the human was sent out to spread the name and rule of Aither.

Dragon Slayer
Item/Energy needed to reach Force (Elements the Slayer can consume):
Air, Bone, Water
Slayer can control (Elements the Slayer can use in spells):
Wind, Reptilian Scales, Tears
Appearance:
History:
At the dawn of the Age of Dragons, there was one who ruled above the others as their King known as Bahamut. Bahamut was a kindhearted dragon that believed it was the duty of him and his kin to use their undisputed power to protect the Earth and all the creatures that called it home. Unfortunately, his sister Tiamat did not feel the same way. Tiamat believed that the power of the dragons was more efficiently utilized in dominating the earth, and sought to make all living creatures bow to her as their supreme and terrifying ruler.
Bahamut loved his sister dearly, but could not stand idly by while she used her magic to subjugate the earth through blood and chaos. He took it upon himself to oppose her at every turn, healing those whom she and her followers injured, consoling them in their loneliness and fear, and doing what he could to assure those weaker than him that he would protect them at the cost of his own life and happiness. Even though the fight against his sister broke his heart further with each day, he never wavered from his conviction, nor lost hope that, perhaps, Tiamat could be taught to see compassion. He became a reluctant master in the art of battling his fellow dragons, finding ways to take their greatest defense, their thick scales, and turn them into weaknesses by learning how to manipulate and control them.
Unfortunately, Bahamut’s desire to turn his malevolent sister toward the light ultimately failed, and he was forced to claim her life to protect the early humans that became the ancestors of those living today. Consumed with grief over the loss of his sister by his own hands, he disappeared and was never seen again. Humanity later found what they believed to be his lair, the nest empty except for a great number of clear, bubble-like orbs that they believed were residual tears from the sky dragon’s immense sorrow. These orbs, unknown at the time to be lacrimas, were distributed to as many of the people whom Bahamut had saved as possible, and they were set up in shrines to honor his memory and his sacrifice.
Today, those orbs have been lost to time, with very few of them remaining over the centuries, and even fewer people understanding the orbs’ origins. However, those who do know or suspect the history of the orbs recognize them as lacrimas and believe that, if used correctly, they can allow a person to harness a small but powerful fraction of the power Bahamut once possessed.

The earth goddess Gaea is not pleased with all the death and destruction in Earthland she’s observed in recent years. Though there are others that do her and her peers’ works to try and heal the land, there is still more to be done. Man has left many scars in their aims to take too much control with their deforestation to make cities and their unending hunger for meat, not to mention their various violent conflicts. The goddess cries for her earth, and through the sobs, a lacrima was made. She has birthed it from the dirt where it waits to be discovered. She cares not what man does with it, as long as they heal the earth when they are finished.

History:
The Great Serpent is and always has been the most neutral of supernatural beings. While she is completely neutral, she lives in the service of a master. That master has changed over time as gods and demons alike have fought amongst themselves and taken control of her, so her myths greatly vary between good and evil only because she does someone else’s will and their will alone. She is responsible for both miraculous healings and genocides. One whip of her tail can send a fog of restoration or of death.
Once a millennium, the Great Serpent will shed her skin, which condenses her power into a lacrima scale. She may always serve a master, but those gifted with her lacrima can decide for themselves whether they wish to serve someone or not.
