As Siren's serpentine body constricted the emperor despite the outward exertion of force as the dragon tried to break free, the dragon's wings were held tight making it incapable of natural flight. The sheer power of it's will and it's influence over space held the beast and Siren along with it aloft in bands of force. It reached out with all it's willpower, making the air feel thick and heavy with it's aura in an attempt to overpower it's two enemies who were suddenly a very serious threat.
The weight of it's unchained presence was such that lesser beings would be snuffed out, even dominated into servitude. But it struggled to find any purchase against the minds of the two slayers, making them feel heavy and weighted but whole. The power of the serpent broke free in retaliation, her own presence clashing with the dragon's, a force of will similar to the dragons that brought mortals to their knees or rendered then unconscious in her presence. Hers was less aggressive, and blanketed the area to nullify the pressure set upon them by the emperor.
Something more had to be done to end the fight then and there, and the dragon slayer met the need with a brilliant cloak of light as he surged forward using himself as a projectile to pound the dragon's exposed abdomen between the serpent's crushing grip. The air around the three seemed to shatter as the force that held them aloft was broken and without wings the dragon finally fell like a shooting star to the world below, the serpent's tail trailing behind them like a comet.
Frantic to escape it's situation the dragon attempted to teleport, but being in such close proximity to the two, the serpent's fangs anchoring her firmly in place, all three of them blinked across the sky within the confines of the swirling white tower as they broke the sound barrier in their descent. The act of hitching along with the dragon's teleportation served to shatter reality around them as the unintended passengers pushed forward, casing space to distort, ripple, and crack around them which tore painfully at their bodies, biting into the serpent's scales and even warming her up a little. An unprotected individual would have been shredded, and their flesh blackened, and even with the field of light that enveloped the slayer or the glistening black scales of the serpent blood welled up to coat them still, crimson droplets floating in the air about them randomly as the laws of physics were broken enough that the small drops weren't sure which way they should fall at times.
The serpent's grip only tighten, jaws grinding bone in defiance, refusing to let her prey go free. In the final moments of the fall, Siren broke her coil in a blurred motion just fast enough that her coiled body wrapped around the dragon wouldn't break it's fall at all, and it sloped her descent enough that she dug a crater off to the side, coming to a rest a ways away to lay unmoving.
The thick coils of her body shielded Shuhei from much of the chaos that enveloped them in the descent, in addition to Shuhei having a much smaller area to expose to the attack. For all the serpent, Siren's , durability and the armor like scales coating every inch of her body she still took the brunt of the damage. Siren's three serpent heads flickered back into one, her fins fading away as she couldn't maintain the effort to keep herself in motion like that. She made the effort to get a better look at the scene behind her, where Shuhei had lanced the dragon into the earth. She hadn't payed any attention to it, as she was more focused on maneuvering herself to minimize impact damage. She had wasted her water form for the retrieval of her gem, she'd have to invest in cultivating her ability to assume that form more later.
It hurt to move, but Siren slithered to the newly minted crater to see Shuhei stand, covered in the dragon's blood after crawling out from the dragon's missing stomach where the slayer's spear-horn attack had impaled through the beast on impact with the ground. The dragon lay twitching, the light dying from it's eyes as life escaped it. Siren felt an urgency to end it for good. "I am a god" it said. If Siren learned anything from squabbling with gods and devils in her travels, it was to never take chances. The great serpent struck out in the blink of an eye and sunk it's teeth into the dragons throat, tearing out it's jugular and... shrunk.
The serpent shrunk and tore through the dragon's scales to burrow itself through the dead emperor's head. Little could be seen from the outside, but Siren burrowed through the dragon's body severing nerve structures along the spine, shredding it's brain, and devoured it's heart before a very bloody woman crawled out from the hole Shuhei had made just as he had done, to stand beside him. With a wave of dismissal, Siren's tidal tower seemed to fade from the ground up as though lifting a veil and the horde of dragons rushed inward from one side against a rising sun, as the Saving Goddess pushed forward from the opposite side with Prince Seiryu and Elen stood on the front deck looking on. Zues, and the foul-mouth little guy at their sides. The war like nature of the dragons seemed to die out when they saw the dead remains of the emperor and the prince- the now emperor- riding in with the humans.
"We did it..." Shuhei said beside Siren as they watched the Prince descend down to their side. "Yes we did" Siren replied, bending down to pick up her gem that some how found it's way at their feet. Her ticket out of this crazy world, made a lot better by her actions here over the past years of raids, planning and preparing for this day, and those actions of the dragon slayer and weather mage. The weather mage who crippled the dragon armies, and the dragon slayer without whom they'd never have been able to end the emperor or the commander.
It was Seiryu's turn to take things from here. Blood royalty was deeply rooted in the dragon's culture and heritage, feelings would be torn but Siren doubted anyone would rise against him for ages to come. His power would only grow now that the title of Emperor endowed him with greater power both of magic and rank.
