Description: Clearances power comes from the various spells he has learned and acquired throughout his years of his travels and studies with various people. His spell tomes consist on a variety of different types of spells, The spells range form fireballs, to holding people, to other utility things. His spell book is vast and ever growing on his quest for power and magic. He is a very ranged fighter, he relies on his magic, items, and intelligence to keep him safe. He has very little to no close combat fighting capabilities, so he will avoid close quarters fighting at all cost. However he will use his vast spell library to support his allies and blow people away with his magic.

Mage Hand- can create a hand slightly bigger than his own that can lift up to half his weight (100lb roughly), the hand can go up to 300 meters away.
Message-He can send messages to people telepathically, whoever receives it may chose to respond telepathically or not. The target must be at least with an 300 meters. - Ability: Components- each spell can be cast and used with components to lower the cost by 50% must state when using components.

Description: a spell circle appears at clearances feet expanding out 150 meters in all directions. Once the spell is cast no one the casters rank or lower may enter or leave the circle unless they teleport or can find a way 150 meters to go over it, until it ends or it is broken. This also blocks attacks from going in and out of the circle. The circle can be broken by doing 240 points of damage.

Description: Clarence reaches into his pocket pulling out a bit if phosphorus and blows out of his hand as he mutters a few Arcane words causing it to light up in a burst of brilliant Flame trading a wall whatever he desires. The wall extends the 150 m in all directions including height wise as he manipulates the phosphorus in midair to go and trade the wall however shape he desires however once it is set it is set there's no moving the wall. Clarence designates one side of the wall for each post you are on that side of the wall or you cross through the wall you take 50 HP worth of damage as you are burned by the fire itself. If a enemy caster is with in range of the damaging side of the Wall of fire it burns the mana away weakening there spell Damage by 65% while in range. however the wall will not stop ranged spell attacks.

Description: Clearance pulls out a pinch of dust or a few drops of water and throws them up into the air. As it goes into the air magical clouds start to form and the wind picks up before shards of ice come raining down, never hitting the caster or his allies though. Enemies within the area of the ice storm take 50 hp of damage a turn as they are pelted with magical Ice Shards. Additionally they are slowed by 65% of there movement speed each post. At the end of the storm if they are in the area the Ice freezes and stuns all enemies inside for a post.

Melee attack and people that go through are also sent to the other side though they can go back and forth freely.
