OOC Note:  Alright guys, I'll assume the role of DM for this thing.  When posting, please be sure to update the current word count.  We only need 30,000 for this, so let's make it count.  There's plenty of you here (and we can receive a few here/there to help as well).  I understand it's the holidays and the desire to post isn't really there due to stuff happening, but let's post in this as often as we can.  The faster we do this, the faster we can get to raiding other guilds :D

So I hope you all have fun with this~~ Let's get to it!

    Time to Bust
    A Ghost Ship

Anastasia cleared her throat and jumped into action.  Information was just handed to her about a lead for the illusive Leviathan.  She turned to one of her faceless crewmembers and told him to sound the alarm.  A loud bell began to ring throughout the lair, reverberating off of the natural walls of the cavern.  Anastasia got dressed in her old blue uniform with the black spandex top.  She quickly buttoned everything up and grabbed the Fire Moth and Taliya and rushed off to the SS Myrmidon.  As much as she loved this ship, she knew it was time to relinquish it's claim as the guild's main vessel and replace it with something a bit more spacious and a bit more rugged.

Anastasia ran out of her quarters with Taliya and the Fire Moth in tow and quickly jumped onto the ship.  She removed her blouse to reveal the spandex top underneath, handing it to Taliya after the two landed.  The Fire Moth was released, levitating around Anastasia the whole time.  "Prepare for submersion, Taliya and get everyone else down here to the bridge," she stated before Taliya saluted.  "Aye, Captain!" Anastasia swung open the door to the bridge and stated.  "Wake up, Myrmidon," which powered on the artificial intelligence of the ship.  A screen appeared saying "Hello, Captain," appeared at the window of the ship.  The artificial intelligence began booting.

Taking her seat at the Captain's chair, she reached down to grab a handset and pressed the Push-to-talk button and spoke into it.  Her voice rang throughout the entire guild Lair.  "Every able bodied buccaneer report to the SS Myrmidon.  We have been given a lead to the where-abouts to a Ghost Ship.  There's rumors of a LOT of booty on-board.  I also want to take the ship for our own!  Everyone who joins gets a portion of the booty.  You have 5 minutes to get dressed, pinch one off, and get to the bridge.  Let's go get this mark!" she said in reference to the ship, not the pirate.  "I don't mean you, Mr. Mark," she said correcting the record.

Ana released the push-to-talk button and hung it on a hook attached to the Captain's chair.  She pulled up a tablet where a lot of the ship's instruments can be seen and controlled from.  "Navigation - Check
    Communications - Check
Tesla Ark - Err.  Right. I'll have to fix that sometime.
    Air Locks - Check
    Anchor - Down
Sails - Check" she said as she continued to do the pre-launch checks.  This ship should have been on alert the entire time, but that's what complacency does to people.

Haia usually isn't in her room in the Lair, but for once she is. She never had a chance to give the place a renovation of sorts at all. She was up and early as usual, perhaps eariler than usual. She combed her hair and decided to go with her more battle ready outfit.
    Spoiler:

She gives herself a stretch and admires herself in the mirror as she resumes combing her locks. She then grabs Orion, her quiver and her travel bag before strolling down to the Siren's Song.

At least that was her plan, as she made her way on a bridge that hung high above the grounds below where the Siren's Song was, she hears the Captain's voice calling out to people to report to Myrmidon. Haia laughed to herself. She was planning to go on a mission but what the heck, booty and guild ship. She thinks herself, leaning against the rope  before jumping of the bridge and spreading her wings. This fire is amazing. She then lands on top of the main mast at the crow's nest and drops down. She flips her hair and looks up.

"Morning Myrmidon, Captain in there? Tell her I'm here at the call of booty!"

Post by Cirven 21st December 2016, 9:48 pm

A blast of fire flew towards a single dark garbed man on an island and set the entire area aflame but the purple haired man, Cirven simply gave off a fang-filled grin as he looked up to a white garbed, blue haired man wielding white flames. "Seriously, is that all you got?" The purple haired man spoke out. "Could have sworn you were much stronger than this. I mean, we did accomplish a lot of things, didn't we?" The purple haired man dashed at his opponent swinging around his black claws to hit the blue haired man. The attacks were dodged a bit but some of them made contact but it was not enough to end a fight at all. They were simply flash wounds and would only cause a combatant to fuel their own will to fight more through the slight pain.

The blue haired man grabbed Cirven's arm when he went attack and then grabbed the other when he went to attack with it. Cirven then tried to attack with his feet but were blocked again but the man. The man then took in a deep breathe, white flames coming out from the sides of his mouth. "Flame Demon's Wrath!!!" The blue haired man yelled out as he shot a blast of white flames pointblank at Cirven. The flames engulfed Cirven completely but some words could be heard from under them. "Metallic God's Bellow." From out of the flames a blast of shrapnel shot out and blasted the blue haired man away and rolling across the ground.

Cirven walked out of the flames that had been shot at him with his dark clothes and body showing the effects of the fire attack earlier. "We really should not take up much more time with this. There are other things I should be doing." He spoke to his opponent who had been pushing himself back up to his feet from the attack. A nod was given by both men and they both started to form their strongest spells against each other. The blue hair man's body became engulfed in white flames and then the flames spun around his body which propulsed him into the air. "Flame Demon's Propulsion Wrath!" He yelled out and then shot off at high speeds towards Cirven whose arm had changed into a large saw blade that buzzed on and was swung towards the charging blue haired man. "Metallic God's Masamune Drill!"

Just as both attacks were about to collide with each other a alarm sounded off which ended the simulation for Cirven which left him in the dream room by himself. "Hey! We were just about to end it there! You know it's hard to get to that point again, right!?" He yelled out at the air around him. He scoffed and then heard Ana's voice come over the speakers in The Lair. "This better make up for the epic fight you just ruined between myself and I!" He spoke out still annoyed about not being able to finish the fight.

He made his way through The Lair and to their current flagship. He wore a unbuttoned black coat with a white shirt underneath it and black pants, shoes and gloves. It was a common look for him now.

Upon arriving on the ship, he found himself being the second one to make it and walked on as Haia spoke to the ship. Most people would have been looked at as crazy to speak to a ship but with the artificial intelligence the ship had that made it more like you were talking to a friend at all times while on the ship. This even counted while you were in the bathroom or shower. Cirven had made it a goal to never call out to the ship in either predicament.

"I don't think it will be smart to say you are here for the 'call of booty', Haia. Someone might take it the wrong way, especially with you being a pirate now and all." He joked with the girl and made his way by her. "Also, if Ana is here she'd be in the bridge checking everything so we might as well go there before anything." Without really waiting for any sort of response from Haia he continued through the ship until making it to the bridge where Ana was. "Yo Ana, so we are upgrading finally, huh? Gotta say, I am going to miss this thing."

A loud alarm had the girl scampering in the spot of sunlight that she had found right outside of her cavern. What was wrong!? Sitting up the girl listened carefully to what was being said her the speakers in the cavern where the guild had taken its home base. A ghost ship? Gold and jewels? The girl really had no need for them, but the words from the first day that she had come to this guild rang in her head. She needed to prove that she was trust worthy. She needed to partake in this.

Letting out a sigh, she knew that she only had five minutes to reach the main ship and she was a little more than that from where she stood by walking. Wait. She didn’t have time to think about this calmly she needed to get the the main ship. Reaching for her shoes she quickly pulled them on, not bothering to tie them before hopping up and moving to take off in a run only to trip on her shoe laces and fall right onto her face, giving her a nice red mark on her forehead.

Groaning the girl swiftly got up and took off in a sprint towards the main ship, she really didn’t have time to worry about what she looked like right now. Her shoe laces were still untied and she could feel her shoes becoming looser and looser on her feet. She really didn’t care.

She ran as fast as her could, her feet tripping over the shoelaces that she still hadn’t tied making her run into things on her way to the ship. Red marking appearing on her skin from running into things, but then against she really didn’t care, she knew that they would bruise, she had unusually sensitive skin, but within several minutes she would be fine. Probably the affect of the magic that she now had pulsing through her body.

The ship was right in front of her now, she was going to make it. A grin appeared on the girl’s face as she grabbed onto the railing of the ship, swinging g her body around it and up the boarding plank. But something was in her hand now. Worry struck her and the girl looked down in her had, a piece of wood was there. The railing! Her eyes widened and she turned and threw the piece of wood off of the side of the ship. She totally didn’t just break part of the ship, that wasn’t her.

With a new found lie under her belt the girl tucked her hands behind her back, folding her fingers together. Now that she had made it onto the ship she could see a couple more people already here. It was those one girl that she had met on the first day and that dog boy that she had gotten that clock piece with. She watched them from far away, hiding behind a wooden crate that just happened to be there before following them as they began to move.

Down the hallway an into another room, which she only peaked her head into. There were a lot of things going on the in the room, things that she knew better than to touch. Biting down on her bottom lip she watched the scene from the doorway. The dog boy probably knew that she was already here, but she wasn’t sure about the other two, she was just gonna stay here.

A/N: SUMMARY: She broke part of the handle on the boarding plank.

SHE HAS NO TO LITTLE MAGICAL PRESENCE DUE TO A UA. Don’t be a you know who.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Rasparov 22nd December 2016, 2:38 am

It sickened Rasparov how incompetent so many of the crew here really were. Why had he thought this would help with his plans, why had he signed up to surround himself in idiots. They bickered, they made a mess, they were like children he had to watch else they get themselves killed. Not that he would stop them from doing so, one less idiot meant the smart could flourish eventually. It also meant he would have one less person to kill on his path to ultimate perfection; the apex predator of Earthland and beyond. It was a hunger, a craving, to become such that would likely consume him in the future. For now all he could do was make plan within plan, to carry out those that succeeded while moving on from a failure with dignity. Todays plans had involved trying to find a ship for himself to one day use, though that seemed to fall through as an alarm in the form of a bell began ringing out throughout the entire guild lair.

That alarm would have the unfortunate side effect of waking the pet that had come to him from the Magic Council, a pet they had left a note with stating they had 'created' him a friend for his time in their service. With great displeasure, he now how a chimera by the name of "Dazzleiayanamor" that seemed to find him the best owner ever; even after the two stabs to the side he had delivered with his two favorite swords. The beast seemed to be created to be exceptionally loyal to him, almost like how he was supposed to be to the Magic Council that 'owned' him. Too bad they would not realize how wrong they were, not until it was too late. Until then Rasparov would just have to deal with the creature following along. All right, long name, let's go to the Myrmidon and find out what ghost ship it is we're going to be seizing." The slight tinge of anger in his voice wasn't quite masked by the professional tone he put on for his image, though the chimera seemed to care not about such things as the two left the room he slept in.

Butler's cloak flowed behind him as he made a quick walk towards the ship. While Captain Anastasia had asked for all 'able-bodied' crew, the leviathan slayer felt that some that were heading in the direction of the crew's ship to be quite a bit off from being considered fit for coming along. A few seemed to be barely able to walk, the fat on them at levels that would give just about anyone a heart attack. Some looked like they had seen better days, and a good amount had a missing eye or limb. It was a shame they couldn't just regenerate them like Adapt could, but that was one of the perks to not being a human at all. What he was had been kept secret from everyone, as who would really trust a walking sin once they found out what they really were? The captain? Nay, he would likely put him in the dungeon and try to get information from him. That would mean he would have to fight his way out, and that would ruin all plans here. If anything he should begin making a few more contacts outside of the guild, maybe even contact the two he had been paired up with when he was still in the Rune Knights. They had seemed capable, though the woman a complete dunce at the same time, and were surely doing fine somewhere in Fiore or elsewhere in Earthland.

It would not take long for the being to find himself on the ship and deftly avoiding collision with others as he made his way to the bridge. His pet was a different story altogether, the multiple heads looking in all directions and distractions like a puppy taking in the environment for the first time ever. With three sets of eyes you would expect it to not lumber into people and knock things over, but alas that was not the case. Behind Rasparov were the sounds of chaos that he would need to teach the creature to control. Growls or surprise as it bumped into railings and people would be made as heads angrily glared at those it felt were purposely hitting it. "Come now...Dazzle. We don't have time for games. Pay attention to where your walking or you'll be sitting in a kennel for a while after I build one that fits you." The words seemed to calm the creature down, hearing the words of the master telling it to do something, and it stayed in line behind him for what he would think was until he said otherwise.

Getting to the bridge would find him looking at a girl that was at least a foot shorter than him peering into the bridge that others were already in. "Excuse me miss, pardon me. And pet, stay here and behave." The man would easily pass by the girl and go into the bridge, the pet sitting down and making a strange growl from the lion head as it inquisitively looked at the girl that seemed afraid of going in. Though what did the newly created being know? For all it knew she was just curious like it was. Maybe they could even be friends! The snake head would hiss in happiness at a new friend while looking at her while Rasparov began to speak inside.

"So we have found a ghost ship, Captain? It's not outside my skillset so I will gladly serve you in taking control of the vessel alongside anyone else that joins us today." He would say the words to Anastasia as he bowed. After correcting his stature he would turn to the metallic slayer, which was not made a surprise at all, and speaking to him. "Good day, Cirven I believe you said you name was. It's a pleasure to see you again, and will be a pleasure to work with you I hope." His jovial tone masked any thoughts that there was another meaning to the words, though a mind reader would hear the dislike of the openly metal eating slayer just for his uncaring nature of his own power. There was art in having a slayer magic, a beauty that many did not understand or care for at all. If only they could all think alike, Earthland would have such a domination force controlling them at that point. Ah well, he could only dream until it became a reality. "I hope a few more join us today, I do not think any of us really want to have to work ourselves to death in the process of grabbing this ship for ourselves. And Ana, I care not for any rewards on this trip, save it for those that need the money. I have nearly all I need for myself, and any more jewels lining my pockets will simply make it too hard for me to go around without jingling everywhere as I walk." The man would finish speaking and move to a corner of the room that had nothing important in it before standing there silently to watch everyone that came in. Hopefully no more disappointments would show up and try to ruin his mood, he really wanted to keep up the happy optimistic act as long as was possible in his time with this group.

The leviathan had plenty more questions to ask, but would wait to see if the captain would entertain any of them once everyone had gathered together. Where had the ship been found, exactly? What was it called, and what did it look like? Were there any rumors that they should take advice and warning from? What was the ghost ship armed with, and was there a crew of ghosts or undead running it as well? What were the tales of the 'booty' on board. Was it some long outdated currency that they would find useless when they got there? Was it magical items of great power? Or was the joke on them and the loot was a complete lie and they would just be capturing a ghost ship for them to overhaul and take over? Would Anastasia claim it as their own, or would they keep this current artificial intelligence-equipped ship as their own? The artificial intelligence of the ship was an interesting thing to the abomination that stood there silently. It was a creation like he was, but was it actually sentient? He could ask the captain, but how would one explain such a question without revealing the reason for the question? He could always ask the ship itself, but anyone overhearing would find it a strange thing indeed. Instead the being would push the thought to the back of his head where he could dwell on it until he had a chance to be alone and ask, or find out through second hand information from another that found out.

His mind would rush back to focus on what was going around him as he heard his chimera growl loudly as a crewman stepped on the snake body of the tail and nearly got himself bit in the process. At least almost was what the homunculus hoped for out there. The last thing he needed was for his precious 'pet' to kill someone in a bad reaction. "Dazzle, last warning. Do not attack or threaten those here. They are to be considered friends unless they harm me, or you, purposefully. Though I do not see that being an issue at any time now or in the future." The words would be for the chimera as well as for those around that might grow worried about the large creature on their mission today. Trust worked both ways, and he was intent on helping the others trust in himself and his pet while he was here. People worked better with those they trusted, and what better way to earn trust than to seem to care for their safety at the time? After all, if he faked it long enough he may even believe it himself one day. A lesson in life, or so they say. He chuckled internally, no noise coming from him as it was only in thought, as he went back to working up a list of even more questions to raise once they had gotten their breifing from their ever beloved, and spandex wearing, captain. He would need to try and teach her some better dressing habits, or help her get some more in her wardrobe. Fashion could trick one's opponents if done well, as it was easy to find something fashionable while also keeping your body safe and able to fight. It just took time to figure out the balance for others.

Money is not the most important thing in the world. Love is. Fortunately I love money so that's that
Take a step into the void
Oh dear? Seems like you've stepped too far
When the boy opened his newest novel: A Place Underground he was quickly engrossed within the pages as he himself was imagined into the book...

Sercee ran and ran as if her life depended on it. And it did. Every so often the girl would whip around and see the rotted creatures still hot on her tail. The girl almost tumbled as she clutched her dirty chest, her insides ached due to her continuous running and never stopping. If she didn't take a break soon she would probably pass out, or worse. Taking a swift left turn she spotted a wooden platform which was connected to a rather shaky looking beam, Sercee weighed up her options as the otherworldly snarls and yelps grew louder. The boy inched closer to the fire as he rubbed his outstretched hands in order to get warm. Turning around with what seemed like inhuman speed the boy tore away from his only source of hear and gripped his bludgeon, staring off into the darkened area he awaited whatever being made the scarping sound that made him jump up. Nothing. Only the noise of the flickering flames to keep him company, he had been on high alert after the attacks back on the surface above which forced many of the world's inhabitants to go below ground, for their safety of course. If anyone were to go back to ground level all they would come to face would be the derelict and barren wasteland of what used to be. The boy was stopped short of his isolated peace by a deafening scream, looking into the open cave mouth a few thirty meters ahead he pondered.

!!! The loud klaxon sounded all throughout the areas of the lair causing Remus to bug out and fall off of his hammock, throwing his book to the side of the room. He was just getting used to life in the lair and when alarms and such rang out so unexpectedly he'd more than likely flinch. After it was sounded Captain Ana's voice then followed asking for all hands on deck to acquire the ghost ship which was recently located. At the sound of booty his ears pricked up even more as thoughts on what they'd find on the ship bounced up and down around his mind.
Getting up off the wooden floor the boy went to his wardrobe and took out his black and blue jacket, putting it on it covered his guild mark and floated down to it's long length. Taking a quick stretch he sighed "Alright, up and at em' Aquila" He muttered with a smile and headed off in the direction of the SS Myrmidon. It took him about three or so minutes at his current walking pace to reach the ship itself, from where he was he noticed a few members of the guild already in place on the ship. Haia was the only one he recognized by face which instilled something calming in the boy, coming towards the exterior of Myrmidon he hopped over one of the railings and made his entrance. Remus was about to go and speak to his allies but then they went up to another room presumably to go and see the captain, so the blue haired pirate followed them and they eventually arrived in the main room with Ana and the Black Sails crew.

Daniel heard the alarm and the announcement, and he grabbed his satchel and his bag and ran full sprint to the ship. The Myrmidon was a strange sight to behold, but a welcome one too. He hopped on board, and yelled, "I'm here." He went bellow decks, dropped his two bags in a corner, and went up on deck, and looked around. He noticed the buzz on board, and decided to ask the Captain a question directly. This was a little chaotic, so he wanted a clear set objective. But then he realized he had to go to the bridge anyway, as per the Captain's orders. Daniel walked through the ship and entered the bridge, and said, "Daniel Ross, reporting as ordered. I'm ready Cap'n."

He was cleanly shaven, has his hair combed, had a new blue knee-length cape on, and instead of a sweatshirt, he wore a white tunic, and beige pants, with black boots. And had a pair of glasses on. He had a utility belt, brand new, loaded with useful tools, and he was set. Ready for action, set to go, and fresh in the day.

But there was a question Daniel still had. Once they got the ghost ship, what would they do with this one? It was a good ship, and it was theirs, but surely they wouldn't just abandon it at sea. They probably would run both ships on skeleton crew until they got back. Daniel just inwardly shrugged, and then thought of another issue. But that could be brought up later.
He looked back up toward the other crewman and cleared his mind.

    Time to Bust
    A Ghost Ship

A voice called out to the Myrmidon, the voice of a girl named Haia.  The Myrmidon simply replied, "Indeed, the Captain is on-board, performing pre-flight checks.  Please board before the Captain weighs anchor," the artificial intelligence known as 'George' simply stated to the child.

Inside, Anastasia was going through the pre-flight checks only to be interrupted by Cirven.  A welcoming sight it was to see her Quartermaster on-board the ship; perhaps the first to board the ship.  "Ah, Cirven, hello!" she said with a bit of a wave.  "Yeah, I was given information on the where-abouts of the ghost-ship 'The Mary Celeste'.  The ship's last known location was in the Graveyard Sea," she said before scoffing.  "Ironic, don't you think?  Have a seat and we'll get going here in a bit."  The alarm continued to blare for a moment long before Anastasia turned it off.  Something that loud and annoying started to get under her skin.

The sound of silence for a moment.  The piece of the ship breaking off being masked by the loud siren.  Ooooh, Ana's going to be PISSED when she sees that!  It seemed that the ship had it's very own ghost fluttering around the ship's halls; a presence that couldn't be felt or noticed.  Anastasia most certainly didn't notice this one, but if she knew that this presence broke a part of her ship, hell hath no fury (or she'd just make that person repair that part of the ship.  Assuming Ana would ever find out).

Another voice called out to her and Anastasia nodded her head as Rasparov entered the bridge. "Yup.  We found 'The Mary Celeste' also known as the Leviathan to those that prowl the seas," she said to Rasparov only to turn her attention to a seat on the bridge.  "Please have a seat," she asked politely.  The response of not wanting a reward was promising; it seemed it would be more used for those that wanted it.  A nod was given to Rasparov as a response.  "I'll inform the rest of the crew when the enter.  So wait a moment until the rest of the crew shows up," she said.

Daniel and Remus showed up, granting them a nod in their direction.  Counting the numbers in her head, she nodded her head.  She grabbed the microphone next to her seat and pressed the mic button.  "Alright.  Everyone on-board get inside and prepare for departure," she said as she cleared her throat and stood up, speaking to the artificial intelligence on-board.  "George, weigh anchor!" she said as she threw her hand out heroicly.  A series of bleeps and bloops could be heard as the ship's engines fired up and then submerged underwater only to appear on the other side.  Upon breaking the surface of the water, the ship flew upwards and towards the Graveyard Sea.  As the course was set, Anastasia stood up and cleared her throat.

"Alright, here is the details.  I have received information on the Ghost Ship, The Mary Celeste, also known as the Leviathan.  This ship is big and powerful and our job is to take it over.  This ship was spotted in the Graveyard Sea.  When we see this vessel, we will board it and take it over by force.  Due to it being a ghost ship, expect to encounter some really nasty stuff," she simply explained as the ship flew to it's destination.

Upon reaching the Graveyard Sea, the ship had landed in the water.  Being in the air in this dense fog wouldn't provide any results due to not being able to see through this ghoulishly thick mist.  The engines were cut off as the ship mindlessly began to drift through the sea.  On both sides of the ship were downed vessels, gracing the names of the ships that fell to this terrible place.

A ping could be heard from the speakers throughout the ship.  "Where?" Anastasia asked as she pulled herself out of the Captain's seat and looked out the windows of the bridge.  "Located 5 kilomoters to the northwest," spoke George.  Another blip could be heard.  "Located 3 kilomoters to the northwest.  Object is quickly approaching."  Another blip sounded.  "Located 1 kilomter to the north west."  These blips came by almost side-by-side, not giving Anastasia any chance to react.

Piercing through the fog was a mighty ship, just a half a kilometer away from the Myrmidon, already perpendicular to the ship.  "Oh shit!  Fire up the engines!" Anastasia said as the engines of the ship turned back on.  The words 'Mary Celeste' being clearly readable upon the side of the ship.

"We got a ship to catch, boys!" Anastasia said with a big grin upon her face.  "Cirven, at the wheel!  Get us next to that thing so we can board!"

Haia smiled when she got a response. She gave a thumbs up to the ship, not sure if it could even sense it before giving herself a twirl to spot something oddly missing. She stares at it, wondering what could have broke it. Her eyes shifted to the boxes, a sneaking suspicion crawled across her skin. She slowly approaches the boxes, wary of who is behind, ignoring the presence of Rasparov and his weird pet. As she tried to peer over, she heard the arrival of Daniel and Remus. She turns away from the boxes and gives them a smile.

"Hey you two!" Haia calls out to them and waves just as the alarm stopped. She sighes and flips her hair, partially listening to Ana's short announcement, slowly making her way down below inside the ship.

Haia took a seat down somewhere comfortable and raised her head to listen to the captain, she could honestly stay on top deck for all she cared, she could fly. A ghost ship by the name of the Mary Celeste, also known as the infamous Leviathan. Haia could not help but feel a chill run down her spine. But she loves the sound of pillaging a ghost ship for something cool. Maybe she could find herself some old records of the Leviathan's captain and crew to study. Honestly sounds boring but its good to have brains among the rough.

Haia immediately went to top deck when the ship landed, taking a quick survey of the sea around her, definitely called Graveyard Sea for a good reason. She flips her hair and makes her way to the portside of the boat and leans against the railing. She could narrowly touch one of the ships. Then she felt an onimous wind.

She saw it, a ship cuts through the fog like a giant sword. She watches the words Mary Celeste come into view. She stared at it in awe, but she kept being told to keep caution. There was something keeping that ship up, and it was definitely an execellent crew. She jumps on the railing and makes her way to where the bow of the Myrmidon is. It was beautiful, yet creepy but beautiful nonetheless. She then hears Anastasia. She grinned too. She gathered blue fire around her hands before forming wings. Its good to have the ability to make fire do as you wish, though some spells require a bit of magic energy to form them. She sighed and spreads her wings. Feels good. She grabs her bow and quiver.

"Well let's see what I can see," Haia took off the boat, hoepfully not leaving behind a crack on the floor and flew towards the clouds before lowering herself to gain a top view of the Leviathan while still being high up.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Julius Seas 29th December 2016, 3:11 pm

    BGM:

Julius was sitting at the bar of the siren enjoying a cup of coffee, some cream and four spoons of sugar as he always liked it. Oi Julius-kun you're awfully relaxed it's nothing like you to be like that! Squable said with a soft worrying tone in his voice. Julius let out a deep sigh and roughly puts done his cup of coffee. Oh flock off Squable! Yeah Julius is relaxed for once! May Julius have a little bit of peace? The last couple of weeks have been a bit stressful! Julius sighed again. Sorry Squable it wasn't Julius' intention to lash out like that... But that is a little bit your fault to... Squable scratched the back of his head his wing and laughed a bit sheepishly. Julius just rolled his eyes and continued to enjoy his coffee.

Though it didn't last long until one of the guild members came to him. Oi pretty boy! Julius sighed again and putted his cup of coffee done yet again and turned around to face him . What? Oh it's you again... What is it that you want now? Julius recognized the foul mouthed guild member. A while back when Julius and Remus where going on job this member mocked Julius for only dressing like a pirate but not acting like one, Julius had taken care of him but it seemed the man was still salty for losing against him. You were lucky last time... But this time you won't be that lucky... HIYAH! The man threw a punch towards Julius though he quickly dodged and grabbed the man's arm followed by sweep with his leg to put the man off balance and pushing him to the floor. Julius recommend you leave Julius alone before Julius really gets angry... And let Julius tell you this... Julius is not nice when Julius is angry! With that Julius let loose of the man and he stood up and walked away without giving Julius another look. Tsk... dumbass... Julius muttered to himself.

As Julius was trying to relax again he got interrupted by a message from Anastasia who was using the guild's intercom system. oh come the frick on! Julius abandoned all hope for having a moment of relaxation and decided to listen to what Anastasia had to say. It seemed like Anastasia had information on some kind of ghost ship containing a lot of booty. Julius smiled for a moment. Ah well it didn't seem like Julius was getting a nice day off anyway... Let's go Squable! Booty await us! And no Julius isn't talking about THAT kind of booty! Julius winked at Squable who just sighed and flew onto Julius' shoulder.

    BGM:

Julius was on his way towards the SS Myrmidon until he had to check if he had everything. Let's see... Pocket watch Che- Julius reached out to the pocket he where he kept his pocket watch but he didn't feel it in his pocket. He quickly ran through all his other pockets but it wasn't there. Frick... it couldn't be on Julius' room... With his heart skipping a beat he quickly ran towards his room. Where is that thing. He looked at the desk where he always puts it when he goes to bed but wasn't there. Having a bit of a panic attack he really turned his room up-side down to find it. His bed was laying on it's side, he had tornend out his whole closet and all his cupboards where open. Julius' room looked like as if a tornado went by. Julius' last hope was finding it in the thrash can he grabbed the small trash can and flipped it up-side down. A lot off crumpled up papers fell out if it with along his pocket watch. Thank goodness! Julius must have accidentally tipped it into the trash can. He threw away the can and ran out of his room leaving it the way it was since there was no time to clean up.

    BGM:

Julius ran as quickly as he could towards the dock of the SS Myrmidon. But it was to late since the ship had took off and was ready to fly. Oh come the frick on! What day is it? Everyone pick on Julius day?! Oh hell no Julius is having none of these shenanigans. Julius quickly thought for a moment. Squable hold your breath! Before Julius could respond he dove into the water and used his water magic to swim like a torpedo. On the other side of the docking area of the Myrmidon Julius could see that ship was ready to take flight. Julius quickly looked around him. He noticed a rope hanging on one side of the ship and quickly grabbed. Julius waited for the ship ascending and dangled for a moment on the rope. You know this could be a nice view when not hanging on a rope... Julius said before mustering all his strength to climb up the rope.

Julius finally reached the deck being exhausted from the swim and climbing. Julius tumbled over the guard rail and landed on his back. He raised his arm into the air *huff* *huff* Huff* Julius... Reporting for... *pant* duty... Julius said exhausted while letting his arm fall to the ground.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Mark Baxter 30th December 2016, 2:13 pm

Below the deck of the SS Myrmidon, one would be able to find Mark, though unlike everyone else aboard the ship to track down the ghost ship, Mark was entirely unconscious. It was not his fault that he was passed out on the SS Myrmidon, his lack for alcohol tolerance was to be blamed. Peer pressure too, it was always peer pressure's fault. He'd had quite the night yesterday, drinking non-stop for about five minutes--Mark really had an abysmally low tolerance for alcohol. It had improved slightly since he had joined Black Sails, but a maximum of four shots would completely black him out, it was really rather sad considering that he was surrounded by people that basically drank for a living. Along with a little bit of plundering here and there. Mark wasn't very good at either activity, making his involvement in Black Sails rather questionable, but when it came down to it, Mark enjoyed being a member of Black Sails, and that was the sole reason why he remained. Okay, maybe the plundering could be fun from time to time too. There was that. But it was mostly because he was rather fond of the people that made up the guild.

Perhaps the alcohol was to be blamed for Mark's vivid dreams that generally involved him falling off of cliffs only to land somewhere entirely unfamiliar to him. It was one of these dreams that the young man was having at the moment, and he stirred and moaned in the storeroom of the SS Myrmidon. This time, Mark found himself in the middle of some sort of jungle or rainforest, which was, surprise surprise, entirely unfamiliar to him. He began to walk around aimlessly, ruffling his hand through the large leaves. It was impossible to see the sky, everything was covered by a luscious green canopy, so Mark couldn't really tell whether it was night or day in this strange forest. He had no idea where he was... A few minutes ago, he'd be freefalling through the air after being shoved off of a cliff by some sort of invisible force, and then he'd found himself in this bizarre forest, what a day it was... Mark heard ruffling in the leaves behind him, and whirled around, trying to fire some sort of spell, but he found himself unable to cast any sort of magic. "Sugar Honey Iced Tea..." He muttered as some sort of red tiger leaped out of the underbrush, grinning in a disturbingly human manner. "Fuckin' booze dreams." Mark muttered, awakening the second he realized he was only dreaming.

As he awoke, Mark repeated his most recent words, "Fuckin' booze dreams." In the end, it hadn't been Anastasia's alarm nor the splitting headache the felt like a knife through his face that had woken him up, no, Mark had been awoken by the sentient blob of money that had decided to follow him around ever since Christmas day.

"Mark! Mark! Mark!" It screamed, amplifying his headache to the point where it felt like a bomb had gone off in Mark's head. The blob of money had taken the form of some sort of bat... thing, and was poking Mark's face over and over again.

"What in the hell do you want?" He growled squinting because of the unbearable brightness of the storeroom's dim lighting.

"Your friends are leaving to hunt some sort of pirate ship!" It announced, and, as if on cue, the SS Myrmidon began to move. Not wanting to miss anything else, Mark got up sluggishly and dragged himself up to the deck of the ship, his headache getting worse with every painful step. His timing was perfect, he stepped on deck the said Anastasia uttered 'Alright.' So he caught the gist of it, they were going to the graveyard sea so capture some ghost ship known as the Leviathan--it was about time too, the SS Myrmidon was utterly useless. Especially since Emilia was bound to capsize it someday.

Not too long after Mark had arrived (or maybe it was a while, his perception of time was all whacked up), the ship arrived at the Graveyard Sea, and Mark was thankful for the thick fog that got rid of most of the light. Not soon after they landed, the Mary Celeste was spotted a mere half kilometre away, already perpendicular to the SS Myrmidon. Ana ordered Cirven to get them near the ship, and the adrenaline pumping through Mark seemed to mostly clear him of his hangover--thank the Gods. And that was when he noticed all the wrecked ships surrounding him, and the incessant whispers, presumably from the ghosts of the people from said ships. "Why must it always be the deadly supernatural?" Mark said with a sigh, thinking back to the incident with the Lycans.

Around him, people were gearing up for battle, with one member of the guild even taking off by herself to go fight the ghost ship. Mark figured he should do the same and snapped off the bronze bracelet on his left wrist. It quickly turned into a bronze cutlass, which Mark then realized would do squat when it came to ghosts. He tightened his grip on the blade, which then began to give off sparks. "Electricity hurts ghosts... Right?" Mark asked himself, hoping the answer was yes. If the answer was an unfortunate no, well then he'd be killed by a ghost... How ever it was that ghosts killed people. It made him curious. How did ghosts kill people? It's not like the had a physical form, which is kind of required to do any sort of physical harm to people. Mark promptly decided he'd rather not find out how ghosts go about murdering people. Beside him, the sentient blob of money was busy furiously folding itself into some shape it perceived as harmful, despite the fact that literally any blade could make quick work of it. The money that made up the blob was not speical at all, it was made up of normal Jewels, making it an extremely fragile creature.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Cirven 30th December 2016, 10:36 pm

"The Graveyard Sea? Yeah, that is pretty ironic. Almost as if we should have just gone there and searched for it in the beginning. Makes me feel like we didn't think of the obvious." He grinned because of his own comment. It was funny to him that they were going to the most obvious place to find a ghost ship. "I might take a seat. Depends on how I am feeling. You know how I sometimes don't mind just standing to the point where I don't mind bouncing around the walls when we hit a bump." He joked with her. Ana and Cirven had gotten closer over their time together which eventually lead to Cirven being named the first of the Quartermasters of Black Sails, He was still adjusting to the title compared to his past runs as an Ace of guilds. It was similar but at the same time it was different. The guilds Cirven had been a part of had him looked at like a symbol of what the guild stood for and he was looked up to by others. As a Quartermaster it was similar but it was for different reasons. He was looked at as a sort of second-in-command and his view and ideas were held way higher than other's.

It was different for him because he had thrown away being a Ace twice due to his personal agenda both times, which he saw as he had no choice but to do or he would have to deal with grave consequences.

He looked over towards a sea that was closest to where Ana would be sitting and felt it was obvious that he should sit there to be on top of anything she needed but before he could do so more members showed up and gave their greetings. The first person to find her way to them on the bridge was Aliannah but she had let her shyness prevent her from moving into the bridge area and introduce herself for some reason. Cirven had known she was there due to her scent. Second was the well dressed man, Rasparov. A man who gave Cirven a feeling that he should not fully trust him much at all but that did not mean there were not others that were part of the crew who were similar to him. It was a regular thing for a group of basically mercenaries and looters to get the shady partner here and there.

"It's mutual Rasparov, right? We should have some fun working together on this. There is a pretty big chance that our expertise as pirates will be pushed a bit here which is sort of exciting." He replied to the man while waving his hand and then lowered his hand as he finished. "I'm sure more people will come. This is a pretty big event for all of us after all." He replied again to Rasparov.

Another member of the pirates made his entrance to the room. A blue haired man that Cirven had not seen much of before. He figured he was a newer member or a member who managed to stay in the back of things. "Welcome to the bridge. Find a seat and when we are ready to go Ana will speak more about what is going on." Cirven spoke out to Remus with a short wave.

Cirven was about to go and check on Aliannah but stopped while more members made their entrances. This included Daniel, a member he had spoke with during the time when Aliannah first joined them. "Thanks for coming, Daniel. Will make things easier having more of us here." He spoke to Denial and continued moving to the entrance.

He reached out his hand to grab Aliannah's wrist and lightly pull her into the room. "You can't stay out here while we move. You might be drowned out into the ocean or something. Worst case scenario you are eaten by some type of giant fish that takes a few years to digest you." He smiled at her to show it was only a joke but that probably did not make it any easier for her to be in the room with everyone. "Try not to think of anyone here as strangers. We are basically a family here. A pretty ragtag family but isn't that the best kind? Plus, this has to be easier than when we got that clock piece. Not like they bite like those dogs or are trying to blow holes through us like the turrets. At least, not yet." He continued to smile at her as he pulled her into the room. "Make sure to find yourself a seat." He left the girl to deal with finding her own seat.

He noticed Mark join them on the bridge and waved to the man. He did not know him well but he remembered him from when Black Sails was still under the trading company guise as one of the people who first signed up to join along with him.

He then found his seat near Ana as she spoke about the ship they were after more to the others. The details were not so much of a concern for Cirven so he loosely listened to her. He already knew the name and where it was so he only listened for any new information. As she finished speaking a worn out Julius, a member Cirven had helped in joining when he found him on the beach near The Lair entrance, joined them "Welcome along for the ride, Julius. Should be a fun one. Find yourself a seat."

They then made their way to the Graveyard Sea and drifted around the area slowly to search for any clue of the ship they were searching for until a ping rang over the speakers and caused Cirven to quickly snap his head to where the ping had come from through the speakers. Ana pulled herself out of the Captain's seat and looked out of the nearby mirrors for the ship. Before he could ask her if she saw anything the ship's AI chimed in and told them of the ship being nearby. The pinging happened again and the AI said that the ship was even closer which quickly prompted Ana to relay orders to Cirven to take the wheel and move the ship.

"Got it!" He let out as he quickly got out of his seat and grabbed the wheel, started back up the engines and steered the ship towards the area where he could make out the words 'Mary Celeste'. He moved them next to it as ordered and stopped the ship. They did not know what they were getting into at all yet but that only made Cirven more excited about the whole situation. The unexpected always made things more fun to him.

"Lets go get us a new ship, boys!" He spoke out as he moved out of the bridge and to the side of the Myrmidon where he could look out to the Mary Celeste. "So this is the next ship we will have? I wonder what or who is on it? Maybe some ghosts that we will have to fight or something? I don't know if electricity will work on them but I have a way of dealing with them. Thing is, what happens if you kill a ghost? Wouldn't it just come back as the ghost of a ghost and its a infinite loop...?" Cirven knew he was speaking nonsense and laughed at his own comment. "Either way, we are getting this ship. We are pirates after all. So who wants to board it for some recon duty? We will need some people here on the Myrmidon just in case anything might happen to it while we are gone, at least that's what I think."

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Aliannah 31st December 2016, 6:52 pm

She was fine where she was, honestly, standing right outside of the door to the bridge, She could see the people that had already entered and then she would be able to see those who would then enter after she had arrived. She was shy to say the least, but she had to be brave. Taking a breath of air the girl moved to take a step forwards into the room but the moment that she did a voice sounded behind her.

Turning swiftly the girl fell on her rear and looked up at the man, he had lack hair and red eyes, behind him was another animal, something that she thought was only mythical. A Chimera. The man spoke to it as though it was a companion and all the girl could do was sit there and stare in disbelief. She stared at it a bit more before the lion head turned to her and released a low growl causing for the girl to skitter back further into the corner that was behind her. The snake head then hissed at her, but it didn’t matter how friendly it should have sounded, to the girl in that moment it was terrifying.

She moved until her back was pressed against the wall behind her, she needed to get out of here! Biting her bottom lip the girl watched as the beast was called out to by its master for a split second. NOW! Taking this second the girl moved to escape around the monster and run to the plank that would lead her back down to the ground. However, this was to no avail as another person turned around the corner to enter the cabin causing for the girl to fall back into the corner that she had tried to escape from.

Person by person passed by her. There was no escaping now. She was simply frozen there and it wasn’t much later that the ship began to rise off of the ground. Her fingers gripped onto the wooden boards of the ship in fright and she nearly jumped right off of the ship as a person behind her grabbed her wrist. A soft shriek escaped her lips and she stumbled backwards as the person pulled her into the cabin where everyone else was. But her fears washed away as a familiar voice rang in her ears. Cirven. Her blue eyes looked back at him with worry as he began to speak to her. Fall off and drown in the ocean? Be eaten!? Her eyes widened in terror of the thought. But the smile afterwards had the girl expressing a pout. He was joking with her.

She listened to him as he explained how to act around here. Like a family. She didn’t even know everyone? Was she supposed to act like everyone was a long lost relative or something? A perfectly executed scowl appeared on her face as the girl crossed her arms and looked at him. Sure this might be easier than the clock piece, but then she only had one person to worry about. Not… not… not twenty! She snorted as he then left her in the middle of the room surrounded by strangers.

Her eyes lifted up and she began to look around at the faces of people that surrounded her. She recognized several of them from her first day on the ship, but other than that she didn’t know anyone. Her arms wrapped tighter around her, no longer giving off a stand off angry feeling, but more a lost puppy feeling. Everyone was also super loud.

She could feel the ship moving under her as they began their journey.

Taking in a deep breath the girl looked around, she needed to introduce herself, that way people wouldn’t seem so distant to her. That was a good place to start. Letting her arms fall from her side the girl drew in a deep breath.

“HELLO MY NAME IS ALIANNAH, MY SISTER IS EUPHEMIA. I’M REALLY SHY AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING.”

    Surely that would be enough.

Wait! She had done what?! %#^W&. Curse words ran through the brain of the young girl, before she looked to Cirven who seemed to have disappeared when she needed him the most.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Rasparov 3rd January 2017, 4:28 am

More and more people would show up at the Captain's call. It was both a blessing and a curse. More people meant that this mission would go off easier, with just the body count alone assuring they had a slightly higher chance of success each time. It also meant one more primate for him to deal with as he tried to do what Anastasia wanted for them all. The internal sigh never had a chance to become a real one, however, as the female captain mentioned the ghosts ships name before asking him to have a seat. Have a seat he did, after a few moments pause, before his mind went off into a spiraling circle over the name of the ship. How DARE they call something by the name of the 'Leviathan!' Surely it was not powerful enough to have such a name! It was his title, and his alone, to have! If it were not for the one he was signed under currently he would have gone in and tear the ghost ship apart, plank by plank, and made sure that it sunk to the bottom of the ocean in the smallest of pieces! He had not grown, adapted, evolved, to simply have his title and secondary name to be gifted to just any old ship or creature! It was the name of the fabled dragon of old, though fable it was not, and had an honor to it that an inanimate item did not deserve! Just when the anger inside was fixing to show, the distraction of other voices speaking inside the room brought him off the subject; a good thing to say the least.

Anastasia was telling the others about the vessel, undeserved name included, and went on about how it was located in the Graveyard Sea. Ironic, given that it was a ghost ship, but it also meant danger. The Graveyard Sea was full of the haunted and possessed ships, as well as an unimaginable number of creatures in the waters. It was good he had come along, he would be able to protect those that were not prepared for this kind of thing. Especially with the child that had been outside with the Chimera previously in for the ride. She did not seem the kind to be able to fend for themselves, not with how her introduction had gone. "A pleasure to meet you Aliannah, now be prepared for whatever is about to happen, it seems the ship is coming in quick." It was as he spoke that the artificial intelligence's words about the other ships distance were said loudly. It was clear that the ship was upon them, given they could look out and see the name of it as it moved across the waters near them. Cirven would be tasked with taking the wheel, which meant Rasparov would have the pleasure of boarding. The man would stand quickly, coattails fluttering with the motion, before he spoke. "As soon as we're close enough I will join the boarding party. Those that want to come along with us get ready now. There won't be second chances if you're not prepared after we go over." The words were true, especially with them in the Graveyard Sea. Falling in right now could mean death, and any number of things could happen on the ship they were going to be attempting to sieze control of. The man would draw both of his swords before making a clicking sound with his tongue. The sound would bring the chimera into a state of attention outside the room, the beast awaiting a command to follow as soon as its master gave it one.

The roar of the engines hummed through the environment as they circled the vast area searching for their prized piece to bring back home, in the mind of Remus the option of writing on his adventures bubbled up and bounced around his head. It was an idea that he'd had since his mission with Julius back in Rose Garden, to document the jobs, events, his relationships with the crew and  even if he and the whole of Black Sails were to go up against a huge otherworldly threat. Remus would be there to write it up as his own personal take on the operation. Again it was still an idea.

It was evident to the boy that after Ana had revealed the name of the ghostly vessel everyone on board had registered it differently, to Remus the name Leviathan made him think of an enormous ship fitted with powerful cannons and large tentacles shrouding both port and starboard. The imagined craft would be dark blue in colour and large fins on the back of the ship reminiscent of it's namesake. His eyes returned to the murky misty depths of the Graveyard Sea, the name itself gave the wizard a slight chill which ran across his spine. The ghouls, banshees, skeletal warriors and anything undead really had to be lurking below, even upon the other ghost ships which were spoken about on their voyage from the island. Remus didn't really tamper with the undead or demonic forces as it just spoke out bad vibes to him, however for the good of the guild and not to mention his bravado he decided to put it behind him and come along for the journey.
In his current area he was surrounded by the like-minded individuals of Black Sails, the ride to Graveyard Sea had been quiet with few words spoken. This was most likely due to many if not all members having their first venture into the treacherous sea and being entirely focused on the objective at hand. It was at this sudden moment that the outburst from one specific blonde haired girl who announced herself as Aliannah with her sister being Euphemia. Subtle. "I'm Remus, pleasure to make your acquaintance" He bowed jokingly with a small smile before the alarms had rang.

From some of the words that were spoken Ana had instructed the other blue-haired individual which Remus would now come to know as Cirven to take the wheel of Myrmidon. This was of course due to the automated response of incoming vessels, to the boy it was still wondrous how far technology had come, once Cirven had successfully steered the crew into the designated area he had started his long round of questions to himself. This had settled Remus down, not to say he was scared the boy was just alert and on edge from all of the current events, then the statement was made on who was to climb aboard the opposite ship and do some investigating or to stay behind and watch over Myrmidon should it get attacked or boarded by any enemies. He had to think for a second before making his choice known "Okay, well I'll stay behind and make sure that we're all good over on this end" Remus exclaimed folding his arms together before going towards the center of the ship eyeing his guild members awaiting their own decisions on the matter.

Daniel nodded at the several orders given and said, "I'll stay behind with the ship and help keep this one running. I'd hated to miss the exicement, but I'd hate to lose this one before getting our new one." He walked a few steps before turning around and asking, "Where are the weapon systems?" Then he paused and said, "Do we even have working weapons systems?" He walked toward a console near him and plugged his medical scanner into a port, and downloaded the schematic of the S.S. Myrmidon, and of the current information on their attack and course, and he raised his eyebrows as he looked over some information, and turned to some of the other crewmates, and the captain. "Cap'n, may I ask when exactly the last overhaul and maintenance of this ship was done last? I may be a medic, but I still have enough engineer cross-training to know when a ship isn't working at it's best."
He reconfigured his scanner and inserted a micro-chip into it, and scanned the ship. "I would suggest being careful when pulling up to the ghost ship, Cirven. It appears the calibration is a little bit touchy on one side and sluggish on the other." He paused and said, "And may I suggest we use non-damaging harpoons on the ship? It'd be of greater convience after we take it." Daniel then stopped talking an waited for some response to his many questions as several other of the crew walked by.

And more people started to pour in with Aliannah introducing herself.  She had a stark resemblence to a girl she knew by the name of Euphemia, who had men chasing after her for an unknown reason, only to confuse Anastasia for her.  With a quick boot to the face, the men that chased after Euphemia didn't become a future problem.  However, Anastasia responded to Aliannah with a smile and a nod.  "Nice to meet you, Aliannah," Anastasia said as more people poured in.  A big grin came over her face as the numbers started to increase; putting this event in the favor of the guild.  Strength in numbers, regardless of the strength of the individual, is still strength.

Rasparov made a good suggestion that Anastasia agreed with.  The guild would separate into two groups; the Myrmidon Group and the Leviathan Group.  "Well said, Mr. Rasparov," Anastasia said in response.  "I will be on the boarding team.  I will leave it up to you to decide what team you are taking," she said as Daniel and Remus already stepped forward and decided to stay on the home front.  A smile went to the two youngsters with a nod.  "Be strong, you two.  We'll have a new boat here soon," Anastasia said as she turned her head out the window of the Myrmidon, witnessing the massive ship 'The Mary Celeste' sitting next to the Myrmidon.  The Mary Celeste dwarfed the Myrmidon in scale with most of the ship appearing to still be under the water.

"All those boarding, follow me," Anastasia said as she walked off of the bridge and to the outside.  The thick fog had an acrid scent to it.  She didn't realize that Haia already took to the sky before she told the group to split up.  However, from the sky, Haia saw nothing.  The ship was empty.  The ship also seemed to be half-sunk with the majority of the ship under the water.  While Haia was over the ship observing what was going on, Anastasia began preparing the planks to go from the Myrmidon to the Leviathan; for easy access via walking instead of using too much energy jumping across the gap.

Having the plank in her hand, Ana was going to place the plank until she saw some of the wooden railing chipped off.  She didn't remember that in the last damage assessment.  A little annoyance came across Anastasia's face as she placed the plank upon the damaged railing and on the railing of the other ship.  "Blame the Graveyard Sea for that damage, Anastasia.  Blame the Graveyard Sea for that," she said to herself.  She was beyond annoyed about the strange and undocumented damage on the ship she knew well.

Upon placing the plank, Anastasia pulled herself up and placed a foot upon the plank and struck a pose.  "Let's make this thing ours!" she said before crossing the plank and landing on the bow of the ship.  Once everyone that was coming arrived, the ship seemed to lift upwards, pushing wave after wave onto the Myrmidon causing it to sway in the sea.  The ship they were on grew to massive proportions; making the Myrmidon appear to be a small pile of scrap wood and metal.

Even after growing to near-epic proportions, the ship still seemed extremely desolate and hauntingly lonely in comparison to most ships that were set adrift.  "So this is the Mary Celeste?" Anastasia exclaimed.  "Should be easy enough.  Just walk to the wheel and take it over, yeah?" Anastasia said before strange aparitions started to appear from below the deck in a strange white glow.  From below the deck, undead creatures start to moan and slowly make their way up the wooden stairs.

While those on-board the Leviathan begin to face some uncertain peril, those that remained on the SS Myrmidon weren't safe either.  From where 'those that stayed behind' were standing, a loud moaning could be heard from beneath them followed by a muffled roar.  The ship received a few bumps at the bottom of the ship before the sea returned to becoming placid.

Disappearing in blinding white light, Anastasia appeared with pink mechanized armor upon her body and a large rifle in her hand.  She aimed a single shot, blowing the head off of one of the undead climbing up the wooden stairs.  "We should clear this place out before we take it over, yeah?" she said as the undead creature she just violently beheaded with a single round was replaced by several more from down below.  Before long, the deck of the Leviathan was covered in the undead and spirits around them.  With a low-toned growl, Anastasia pulled the bolt back upon her rifle to load in another round and aimed at one of the undead.

    "Give em hell!"

Haia may have not heard the whole speech and Aliannah's introduction, after all she left the below deck the moment she could just to see the Mary Celeste. Her wings of fire beat against the sky. She could the undead walking around the ship's deck, they were in battle. And she could see who. Some of the Black Sails were on board, and Captain Ana was leading the charge. She stops flying, her descent quick, her wings of fire gathered around her hand and formed an arrow, and begun firing at the undead. Before she could hit the deck her wings appeared onced again and took her to the sky.

"I'll provide air support!" She said as she started with her first spell, Valkyrie's Arrow and does an aileron roll to the backlines. She sees their weapons, ghostly guns, with seaweed and moss on them. Somehow they still worked as they let the lead out on her. Haia does a spin and her spirit fire turned solid around her, preventing damage from bullets before her sword cleaves through their heads in a beautiful fashion of neck chopping. She raises to the sky again, wings of fire leaving a trail. She looks towards the burning undead. Now she had to deal with the spirits flying towards her. Sword of holy light in hand, she swung it and cleaves them. She does a spin in the air to raise her altitude before going towards them at a steep angle and cleaves them. There is both a battle in the air and on the Mary Celeste.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Cirven 8th January 2017, 4:03 pm

Cirven had been too busy making his way to look at their next ship to respond to anyone's talking when he got outside outside of the bridge. His nose twitched to the strong smell of decay and death coming off of the other ship. He knew that once they fully renovated it and made it their own that it would still have a slight scent similar to what it had now which was masked under some other more comforting scents. He would be able to smell it at all times though which caused him to sigh. "Can we drench this thing in enough good smelling things that it smells like a garden of fresh roses for all eternity? Otherwise I might go crazy being on it for too long."
He spouted out a remark to the scent he could smell but figured it was as strong for the others most likely. He then quickly dropped that thought as Ana spoke about where everyone wanted to be in this adventure they had started.

"Is that a question to me really, Ana?" He responded to her as he took a few steps to stand next to her as she prepared their way onto the 'Mary Celeste'. "Hey.. Do you think that the Mymridon got damaged on the way here and we didn't notice it somehow?" He poke out as he noticed that Ana had looked towards a broken railing of their current ship. He heard her speaking under her breath about blaming the area they were currently in. It sounded like she was trying to convince herself of it more than reply to him though so he simply left that thought alone and continued to wait.

He waved his hand to those who decided to stay behind and watch the ship while they were gone. "Have fun guys. I'm sure this is just the start of how fun things could get!" He sounded like some sort of child as he walked down the plank which somewhat blended with the excitement of their captain as they both made their way onto the ship.

Cirven could instantly feel the atmosphere change as they stepped foot onto the 'Mary Celeste'. A new scent came over his nose also. The scent of dead bodies and decaying skin. A rare scent he had come in contact with before. "I think we are about to have some fun coming our way..." Cirven walked towards a flight of stairs as he spoke. Undead humanoids made their way towards him. "So this is our welcoming crew? Sorry to tell you all but we will be taking this ship off of your hands, what is left of them or whatever zombie people use to operate things. I don't know much of your culture at all. Sorry about that." The undead raised up all sorts of weapons that were decayed like them or even more so. Bullets flew towards Cirven from some of the weapons the undead held which were met with Cirven quickly moving his hands to deflect the bullets away from him and the others. "Hey! I was talking here!" The undead creatures gave out a pair of confused moans as if they felt sorry for doing that. "You should feel sorry! Wait... Did I just understand that or something..? Never mind that!"

Cirven took up a stance where he bend his knees and held both of his arms crossed in front of him with his hands open with each finger separated from each other and curved like claws. His body was then engulfed by the essence of his killing intent. "Don't have to worry about holding back against some already dead flash piles, right?" He suddenly darted off with a speed that most of the living could not react to fast enough. Cirven ended his charge after passing a group of the undead. He stared at his hands seeing that there was no traces of blood at all on his hands. "Guessing all of you have been here for awhile with the lack of blood." The undead behind him fell to the ground cut in half while the others prepared to attack Cirven again. "Gotta clean up some more before we can take this ship then..."

He attempted to move but his leg was suddenly heavier and caused him to be held in place. Looking down he found the undead he had cut down were still 'dead' and one had grabbed his leg to hold him in place. Before he could get the undead off of his leg more bullets flew towards him. Each bullet made contact but with a closer look it was seen that the bullets had collided with a stronger metal and did not penetrate anything. "Aegis of the Metallic God." Cirven spoke out as his body was covered by a black skin tight armor with a purple sheen to it. "Guess I should stop playing around. Sorry if this ruins how fun things could have been." His usual toned changed to a deeper and stern one almost as if he become a completely different person.

His held leg changed into a blade and he swung it up through the undead's hand and across its head causing it to stop moving which helped him figure out their heads being destroyed were their weakness. "Destroy their heads everyone!" He yelled out as he dashed forwards and swung around his clawed hands, covered in a purple aura across the faces of the undead in front him. Multiple large gashes were left were his claws had made contact and the undead dropped lifeless to the ground. Behind him two metallic pieces of metal came out from below the ship and cut through the undead he had left in half but still moving. "Anymore?" Cirven's red eye started to glow as he looked on with a serious look to his next targets near him. The two snake-like pieces of metal moved next to him to accompany him in his assault.

Daniel read out the schematics and looked around. He scanned the ship, making sure things were functioning normally, when he felt a thud, and saw the ghost ship draw closer and move back out. He went below decks with his scanner and saw a dent in the ship, with a small fracture near the top of the hull. It was above sea-level, but water sprayer in ever so slightly as they moved. He plugged it with some tarp, and then saw a power conduit leading above decks that was torn.

He moved to the upper deck and shouted, "There's some damage to the hull, and to some power lines!" He saw the power conduit access, and opened it, revealing a damaged line. He pulled it out, and saw several enemies coming around Cirven. He yelled, "Cirven, DUCK!" He then tapped several commands into the power conduit interface, and sprayed the energy at the enemies, both incinerating and shocking the undead with the plasma and heated fuel spewing from the line. Cirven had a great deal less of an issue to deal with.

He tapped a command and it stopped, and he then retrieved a tool kit, and he welded the power line together, and went below decks looking for something of a more permanent fix to the hull breach. He sent a status report to the bridge crewman from the nearest panel.

It was the loud slug of Captain Ana's rifle that alerted the resting Remus. Upon further inspection the boy took in all the mechanics of the armour and how it was set, even though he'd been in the crew for quite some time he had never witnessed let alone knew what magic Anastasia used. From the change in attire as well as the large rifle that was used his immediate guess was Requip Magic, however he had his doubts and immediately dismissed it. Then came the flurry of light from Haia who'd decided to support the boarding group from the sky, her ability to fight in the air was brilliant as she was seen cutting down members of the undead with ease.

Remus was stricken with awe at the battle prowess of his guild members so much so he had failed to notice that the moans from below the ship's underbelly had come from the slow moving skeletal beings making their way up onto the base of Myrmidon, but when the combined weight of the creatures was on the sides of their home ship the sway pulled him out of his trance. He looked around for an answer as to why those who stayed behind were shaking, it wasn't until he saw a pair of incredibly skinny fingers on the starboard of the ship. At first glance it seemed as if someone had fallen overboard and needed help back aboard, Remus rushed over to the hands of with the thought of saving them. When he further inspected the hands they appeared to be skeletal and retained their crystal white appearance, they began to move and in moments pulled up a skeleton. Remus was frozen on the spot, the undead creatures really lay here in the Graveyard Sea. Even though ironic he had just thought it to be name like any other.

This specific skeleton possessed a cutlass which seemed to have seaweed and coral splayed over it, his clothing was torn and shred somewhat resembling a pirate captain as he also sported the age old captain hat with holes and apparent bite marks. It was as if fear took ahold of the young pirate and due to him being rooted his enemy crept up closer until he was exactly two meters in front of him. "REEEEMMMUUUUSS!" A loud shrill voice burst from a spiralling purple and red pentagram, and out came Mitsumaki. The Flame Princess. She was glowing with her normal red, orange and yellow apparel. Her eyes were completely red and seemed to have wisps of fire coming from them, this startled even the skeletal pirate who stopped his walking to admire the fiery damsel. "Where are we? I felt something odd take you" She stared at Remus with her arms folded showing just how 'cross' she was. "Bad vibes...you know I find it funny how I can capture those things but freeze when I need to fight" He muttered as he looked at his fire guardian, the girl turned her nose in the air and turned around placing her attention onto ghostly pirate. Her hands fell ablaze as they locked eyes, the pirate shook himself free of the confusion and ran at Mitsumaki. Futile. The Flame princess had already been forging her fire wheels and launched them at the skeleton turning him into a pile of black ash, on the pile lay his cutlass which seemed to groan slightly as if something had been released from it.

Remus and Mitsumaki both looked at each other and nodded turning their backs on one another to face the undead horde closing in on the ship, they fought back to back as they manoeuvred around the floating vessel. The boy had his hands charged with his essence of purple void energy which clocked his hands in brilliant force called: The Talons. With this he seamlessly cut through their forces with just his physical prowess and the added offence of the gauntlets, beside him his fiery ally desolated the oncoming skeletons as they hopped over the edge of the ship to be met with their demise. The pair had seemingly finished their job as they touched backs once more Remus' hands still up as he searched for any other intruders, Mitsumaki still burning with rage she also surveyed the area awaiting those who'd choose an early death aboard the SS Myrmidon. Remus prayed for those aboard the Mary Celeste, even though those who chose to go were powerful pirates anything could happen.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Rasparov 27th January 2017, 11:25 pm

So it seemed that his Captain was okay with his suggestion, commending him for the idea while also telling everyone to decide which to go with. It was already known Rasparov Kimovich would be doing as he followed Anastasia out and prepared to board. Dazzleiayanamor would follow close behind him, knowing that its owner was preparing for combat and tailing behind so that it could be involved in any fighting that happened once they got onto the ship that stole a name meant only for the man dressed as a butler. The homunculus would allow the pirate captain the honors of first across, following closely behind to make sure there were no surprised by anything on the other side that may come at the one in charge of the operation. Once everyone was across the real game would begin, the ship rising up out of the water completely even as the undead rose from the ship to ward off the living that had trespassed upon their unholy ground.

Being the more unholy one compared to these beasts, Rasparov took great pleasure in drawing both of his weapons and beginning to charge forward with a speed that would surprise any that had expected him to be slow or 'normal' speed for how he was built. With both weapons drawn, and both swords staying in sword form and without any special element attached to them, the sin in human form would begin cleaving through those that felt the need to come up against him. No words would be spoken as he simply killed off those that tried to get passed him, the Leviathan simply awaiting the Captain's command on where he was wished to be to be of greater use. Until then he would commit a slaughter against these undead.

    Time to Bust
    A Ghost Ship

    On the Myrmiddon...
As Remus was fighting that pale white skeleton, another strange and jarring hit to the side of the ship happened.  The dark figure that was surrounding the ship grew even darker, bumping into the ship once again.  The weight of these hits grew heavier and heavier with each successive hit; as if something big was approaching the Myrmiddon.  A couple spouts of water blew from the water, straight into the sky like a geyser.  Those aboard the ship might not be able to outright identify what it was that was circling the ship, but what they do know is that it was MASSIVE!  Much bigger than the Myrmiddon and probably just as big as the Mary Celeste.
The large shadow underneath started to multiply into 2 equally large shapes, circling around the ship in a circular motion, similar to how sharks would circle prey before devouring it.  However, there wasn't a tell-tale of this creature being a shark.  The fin wasn't present and there were no sharks this large ever documented.  What could it be?  From out of the abyss, a giant tentacle flopped out of the water and slammed itself into the hull of the Myrmiddon as a loud, earthshattering roar could be heard when the tentacle came out of the water.  The tentacle, from when it popped out, appeared to be at least 100 meters long, long enough to wrap itself around the hull of the ship.

    On the Mary Celeste..
The sound of the loud roar could be heard.  Anastasia immediately flew backwards to see that monstrosity start to pop out of the water.  A look of dread came over Anastasia as she finally saw one of these in person.  The creature came from out of the water, wrapping it's large tentacle around the Myrmiddon and let out a massive roar.  "Remus!  Get that thing off and jump into the claw and hold that thing off!" she said referencing the manipulator arms that came with the ship.  They control similar to a pair of joysticks near the captain's chair.  "And get the Myrmiddon airborne!" she said before turning back towards the swarming undead and released a single shot into one of their heads, upon hearing Cirven's suggestion on how to defeat this lot.

Anastasia cleared her throat and shouted out towards the members of the Black Sail that were on the Mary Celeste.  "Cover me!  I'm heading to the bridge to get this thing working!  When you're done, meet me there!  I'm gonna need a gunner!" she said.  There was a tale that the Mary Celeste had a replica of the Jupiter Cannon installed on-board the ship.  Seeing Haia in the sky, she waved to her to get her attention and pointed towards the Myrmiddon, which was being held by that monstrous creature.

Having taken her attention away from the battlefield, she got rushed by one of the undead and started to struggle with it upon the ground.  She used her rifle to form a barrier between herself and the creature, avoiding it's bites by keeping distance between herself and the creature.  With a loud growl, Anastasia fired up the engines in her suit, causing her to fly upwards with the zombie in-tow.  After flying high enough, Anastasia did a roll, pointed her weapon towards the falling zombie's head, and let another round rip into the undead's soft flesh.  Anastasia sucked air in between her teeth and uprighted herself, looking at the massive monster starting to envelope HER ship.

"Oh hell no," she said as she quickly flew downwards only to land softly upon her feet.  She removed the requip armor and weapon in a bright white flash before running through the halls of the ship, locating the bridge of the ship.  Inside the bridge, it was a single large room with no windows.  Gritting her teeth, she moved to the helms-man position and started to flip switches.  A single switch caused all of the electricity to turn on on the ship, causing a subtle humming sound to emanate from the ship.  Everyone on-board, the zombies and members of Black Sails, alike, also hear the humming noise as well as notice all of the lights coming on upon the ship.

After flipping a few more buttons, the walls began to change appearance to that of the outside.  "So this ship operates on external cameras to see the outside?  Interesting, I'll have to make note of that," she said before noticing a series of four switches, all guarded by red switch-guards.  She pushed the guards upwards before toggling all 4 of the switches upwards as well, causing the engines to start.  As soon as the engines started, the ship started to levitate into the air.

Taking the helms-man position, Anastasia grabbed a hand-held microphone and pressed the PTT button and spoke into it.  "Shake off the rest of those no-brainers and get your asses to the bridge!" Anastasia shouted out through the public address system; her voice ringing clearly through intercomm system.  Such an advanced airship became a ghost ship?  How did something like that happen?  That's something to contemplate some other time.  Anastasia grabbed the helm, which appeared to be like a steering wheel with an elevation lever locked in the middle position.  If she were to grab the lever and push up on it, it would start to levitate upwards and downwards if she pulled it down.  However, the lever is defaulted to the 'maintain altitude' position in the middle.  "Ascending!" Anastasia addressed over the PA.  She grabbed the elevation lever and pulled it out and pulled up on it.  The ship quickly jerked upwards and shot vertically so fast that it would push everyone on the deck directly onto the floor.  "SORRY!" she shouted out before returning it to the 'maintain elevation' position.

She rotated the wheel to the right, causing the ship to turn in the same direction.  "Where is it?  Where is it?  Crap!  Where's the Jupiter Cannon?!" she shouted out to herself, not sending it out to the public address.  She wanted to blast that creature to bits in order to save those that stayed behind and to save the Myrmiddon.

Finding the Infamous Leviathan Empty Re: Finding the Infamous Leviathan

Post by Cirven 30th January 2017, 8:02 pm

More of the zombies came to try to deal with Cirven leading them all to be quickly beheaded by the metal slayer's attacks. At first, Cirven was having fun with fighting the zombies but because of how mindless they were the fighting became nothing more than child's play for him. All of the fun was sucked out by the time a familiar voice called out his name and yelled at him to duck. He listened to the voice and dropped onto the floor and as he did so a blast of electricity was fired out hitting the zombies all around him and scorching them to a crisp. The electricity fried the zombies so much that it must have destroyed their brains somehow because they all fell to the ground motionless and silent.

Cirven got himself up from the floor of the ship seeing that all the zombies that were around him had been fried by the electricity shot out by one of his companions. He gave a thumbs up to whoever had helped him out because he did not know who did and could not tell exactly because of all of the overwhelming scents around him which had only gotten worse with the now charred and fried skin of the decayed bodies of the zombies around him. He thought that if they had just attacked him like that then he would have probably been easily defeated by them from how powerful the smell was with his heightened sense of smell.

Thinking quickly he used his control over the metal from his body to create a barrier over his nose to prevent the smell from reaching him. This did not stop the scent from reaching him completely but it did prevent him from being overwhelmed by it so that he could continue fighting even though he now looked pretty ridiculous. He didn't care about the look he had so much as he was protected from the smell.

He moved back up towards where they all had started fighting the zombies to find that there were a good amount still left over and used his clawed hands to cut off a few more heads while trying to find any of his comrades around him to make sure they were okay. He moved through all of the zombies that tried to present a threat to him and found all those who jumped onto the Mary Celeste were easily dealing with their own opponents which helped him be put at ease. At least until the sound of a loud roar erupted out from near the Mymiddon. He looked over to see a gigantic creature coming from out of the water near their current flagship. "And things have gotten crazier than I thought they were. Anyone know what that thing actually is? Not that it matters all that much because we will kill it soon. I wonder it its meat tastes good?" He yelled out as he continued to strike down more zombies. He didn't care if no one spoke back but he was pretty bored with the zombies and their fighting.

Ana gave out the order for everyone on the Mary Celeste to deal with the rest of the zombies there and Cirven quickly obliged by using a mix of his Anima Messor magic and slayer magic together to cut through every zombie that could impede her way to the bridge. He then took up a stance in front of the entrance into the bridge of the Mary Celeste to prevent any zombies from reaching her as she readied the ship. "You will need a certain crew mark to get through here. So if you don't have it would you kindly pull your own head off for me? Thank you." Cirven spoke out knowing that it would not happen but wished it would so that they could be done with the boring part of the mission they were on and get to fighting the creature attacking the Myrmiddon. Slashing attack after slashing attack each ended another zombie while boring him more and more. It they at least fought like the one earlier then he would have been fine with it. At least that zombie had a weapon but these were just there to moan their way to you and die it seemed like. No skill at all was needed in that and they were not able to really mount any offensive besides the annoying groans that came from their bodies. "The one time I wish I didn't have better senses than most living things. The one time..." He mumbled to himself as he continued to strike the zombies.

The zombie numbers had been lowered to only a few more left when suddenly the lights came on on the ship and a humming could be heard through out it. Ana's voice come over the PA saying she was about to ascend and when she did Cirven and the zombies around him all slammed into the floor. "Oww..." He mumbled out as Ana again spoke over the PA about being sorry. "Don't tell me that. Tell it to our friends who couldn't keep their heads on." Cirven referenced the zombies all around him who's heads had been knocked off from the sudden thrust of movement by the ship. "They really aren't the types to be prepared for any sort of collision or we just got randomly lucky." He then turned to the entrance to the bridge where he went inside and found Ana flying the Mary Celeste. She was mumbling something about the Jupiter Cannon and not finding it so he helped and looked around the area for any sign of the cannon they needed to deal with the creature. "Where is it usually on a ship like this? Should we hit all the buttons and hope for the best or something?" He continued to look around until he found a button labeled 'JC' near the right side end of the console she was using to fly. "I think I found it or the button at least." He hit the button and outside on the deck a panel opened up and up came a cannon ready to be fired. Both the Quartermaster and Captain could see this over one of the cameras placed on the ship. Cirven quickly grabbed the handheld microphone and hit the PTT button so that he could speak. "Someone out on the deck get onto the cannon and shoot that thing attacking the Myrmiddon. We would like to leave with at least one ship that didn't smell like decaying flesh!" He then looked at Ana as he had just taken charge over her so that they could quickly get the message off to someone to use the Jupiter Cannon. A thought came to his mind that Ana had never seen him using his Aegis armor spell so he dispelled it to make sure she did not suddenly attack him if it was not obvious as to who he was enough.

Haia really hated the undead, she hates them so much she wonders why she has not gone down there and showed them hell where they belong. But the air battle between flying ghosts and her was really getting on her nerves, too many for one person to handle on her own. Then she saw her saving grace, Captain Ana and sighed in relief, but the moment was short lived when Haia gets tackled by a ghost and struggles in the air. Her left wing formed a fist and slammed down upon the undead crew mate of the Mary Celeste and quickly reformed to wings as to remain flying.

Haia hears bumping, at first it was faint from where she was, then it slowly grew louder and louder. Then suddenly a spurt of water hits her and causes her wings to fall off and turn into black crystal. Haia cursed, she needs to dry herself quickly. As quickly as she could, she formed wings again and made them burn at a high intensity, water turning to steam on her skin. Haia found herself closer to the Myrmiddon but still in the sky above the water. Black shadows were beneath the ship, circling it slowly, making more spurts of water make their ascent to the skies. Haia found no way to make out the creature from this high up. Then it hit her, literally as a tentacle went to the sky and slammed her on its path to trap the ship. Haia coughed and felt the air in her disappear, she needs a moment to catch her breath. That was alot of punch for a squid, or is it octopus? Haia did not care for a bit. All she knows that thing was attacking the Myrmiddon.

"Kraken woohooo!" Haia cheered as she realized what it was. "Calamari for dinner!" Haia then saw in the distance. Ana was telling her to get to the Myrmiddon, her guess is to help them. Haia flies over to the creature, god damn it is loud. Haia reaches for an arrow and plummets straight into the Kraken's eye and gives in a stab with an arrow before quickly retreating. That should give the crew onboard sometime. Haia immediately flies back to Leviathan. And sees the cannon emerge. Haia's eyes lit up, and hearing Cirven's command made her smiled  Quickly she landed on the seat. This cannon was somehow still in working condition.

"Let's see..." Haia spat on to a ghoul and aimed the reticle on the Kraken's head. "FIRE AND A HOLE!" Haia clicked a button, hoping for best.
