 | Background Dr. Viktor Tarkovsky is a prominent Mirai bio-mechanical engineer who used to work in the Department of Advanced Research and Technology. He's infamous for using subjects out from human trafficking to his experiments and develop a new line of soldiers called the Marvericks, whereas parts of their bodies would be infused with numerous samples of creature's essence collected from different world, turning them into powerful mechanical-like entities capable of manipulating and utilizing magic. He's also infamous of using the forbidden poison, the Wincott poison which adjusts the victim's wavelength into that of their own poisoner, eventually ending up thinking like them and acting like them. Its a power poison with no known antidote to date. Marvericks Arc Dr. Viktor Tarkovsky, having been funded through illegal means was able to expand his research over the fusion of living things, his extensive research helped him achieved creating a generation of Marvericks. The First generation of marvericks were released early, though they did meet expectations, Viktor never intend to unleash them as they weren't "finished upgrading". The second generation of marvericks were more powerful at which one would be enough to wipe out an entire army of soldiers. The war with the Marvericks continued on till the laboratories made to creating them were eventually destroyed, culling their numbers. The Mirai Civil War After the defeat of the Marvericks, Dr. Viktor went into hiding but somehow managed to discover the existence of the forbidden poison, the Wincott Poison. He uses the Wincott poison to corrupt many members of the Mirai military, causing an internal conflict with its branches. Eventually everyone who was poisoned by it were either dead or missing. This allowed Dr. Viktor to slip into the military and create his Warframe Armor, empowering him with warping abilities. When the crisis was resolved, Viktor was never heard from again. |

| Warp Viktor is capable of creating worm holes, distorting and created a space flux. In some particular areas, his powers can tear objects apart, by creating a singularity set to create a powerful vortal storm that would tear anything that’s within its cover range and powerful deadly laser rings that are almost capable of cutting through anything. Against Territory mages, he can easily turn their territory against them because Viktor is considered “Space that cannot be manipulated through magic.” He can sink into wormholes only to reappear at another location or drag his enemies, allowing them to sink halfway through the worm hole, and tearing them in half by closing the gate. He can easily divert the attack of an opponent through this method as well and is capable of creating multiple distortions of the attack at the same time, for instance if a bullet were to find its way into viktor’s worm hole, multiply portals would launch the same similar bullet, however the bullet will have turned into some kind singularity and would have the same effects as a vortal storm, deal physical and spiritual damage. | Marverick Creation Other than his own abilities, Viktor is known to create an army of super soldiers at his disposal, whether regular infantry or a cyborg that specializes in one talent in particular such as how mages would. Based on how he was able to produce a line of super soldiers for himself, Viktor with his creations is more or less close to unstoppable even if one were to have an army. A single super soldier is capable of creating destruction to an entire division of elite soldiers, a handful of them would have destroyed cities or even a country overnight. |
