    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
"Die!" Unlike the last few times, his head did not ram straight into the Tank's to knock it off balance, no. It would have expected that, and it was a rather predicable move. Instead, the Black Devil had brought its body as low as it could go, straight under the belly of the Tank. At the same time he twisted his body as to make it so he would be facing the fragile piece of flesh the moment he dove underneath him. With his body sliding and cracking against the Earth as he slid straight underneath the Tank, the True Black Devil once again sank his fangs into its flesh. This time, instead of being interrupted and taking it slowly, he made short work of it. Shortly after biting into the flesh of the underbelly, he pressed his four arms, and two legs, right against the other parts of the flesh, and then gave a harsh push. The force of him pushing up against its massive weight, and his teeth clenched tightly around its chest, was enough to where he could push it right off of him. And as he pushed the colossal being coated in thick armor, the teeth on its softer flesh underneath it stayed tightly clenched around it, to the point where it was ripped right off of him. The tearing and ripping of flesh was slowly heard as the True Black Devil pushed up with all of its strength against it, and gradually as the flesh became weaker and more torn, eventually it gave away.

With a quick burst the Tank was flung right off of the True Black Devil, with a large chunk of its underbelly's flesh right inside of its mouth. The underbelly was a serious weak point, as there was almost no muscle protecting it, and that was why the armor around the body was so thickly covered, and getting underneath one of the Tanks was almost an impossible dream. After discovering this weakness for the Tanks, however, the True Black Devil made it his priority to attack them as best as he could. With the Tank flung off of him and over, the torn piece of flesh that he had gotten out was enough to make its organs spill out from its body. Moving or even attempting to move from its position would bring about incredible pain for that Tank, and thus the True Black Devil had finally defeated another one of them, leaving only two left. Leaping up from his position down on the ground, the True Black Devil landed on two limbs once more. With the piece of flesh still in his mouth, and utterly disgusted by it, he spat it right out. When it landed on the ground, the True Black Devil lifted up its clawed foot, and then smashed it straight down on the piece of flesh that he spat out. He ground his heel right against it, incinerating it with the lava that coated his skin, and then gave a very low snarl and hiss.

The two tanks that were left, seeing their other brother fall, became enraged. They both roared and snarled at the True Black Devil. He merely continued to grind his heel into the piece of flesh, a sign of immense disrespect, while he only hissed through his low throat.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
"Discord!" That was the next word that was uttered by the True Black Devil as he finished grinding his heel against the torn piece of flesh. He stared down at it momentarily, and then back at the Tanks. His image of them had now suddenly morphed, just like the rest of the Hive. Suddenly, the True Black Devil...was bored of them. Just like with the Hive, the adrenaline went through his system and surged his senses, providing an ecstatic feeling of pleasure and thrill that he enjoyed. The feeling of his blood rushing through his body as his smoldering fought them was what he fought for, and the sadistic pleasure of seeing all of them fall beneath his feet. Two of the four had been defeated, and they did provide him with an extreme amount of pleasure...but now he became bored with them, too. That was hard to believe. The True Black Devil could have a faint memory that earlier he thought these to be worthy opponents, and would provide him a challenge, but he seemed to have forgotten that memory. Placing a hand over his head, the True Black Devil attempted to recall any memory of them being "worthy" opponents. Nothing came to his mind...as if this entire time they were inferior. He did not like it. Just as the previous encounter with the rest of the Hive, Hatchlings and Carriers, he was not amused by the fact that they dared to oppose a superior being such as himself in hopes of victory. Absolutely insulting and unacceptable.

Unholy Energy began to gather in the True Black Devil's body. Invisible through the tanks, and building up very swiftly, it all contracted itself into a very small nucleus of destruction and power. The dark red Unholy Energy formed itself into a very tiny spherical shape. A core of energy and destruction, it floated up straight into the throat of the True Black Devil, and that is when he opened up his fanged mouth. Saliva dripping from it and on the inside of it, the extremely tiny orb had made its way to the opening of his mouth, where the True Black Devil inhaled a deep breath. Taking in as much oxygen from the air as he could, a tiny Magic Circle not much bigger than the orb of destruction created inside of his body appeared...and that's when it happened. Exhaling the huge breath that he took in, in the form of a savage roar, the True Black Devil unleashed an enormous beam of Unholy Energy. The nucelus of Unholy Energy followed the flow of his savage roar, traveling along the waves created from it, and at long last letting themselves go free in a torrent of destruction. Creating an ominous dark red glow in the surrounding area that almost completely shed it of all other light, the Unholy Energy unleashed in the form of a beam from the True Black Devil traveled and hit one of the tanks right on its face. It staggered back a bit, but had no capabilities of covering such an area, so all it could do was back away. The True Black Devil, not wanting to let its prey escape, pursued by continuing to fire its shout.

After a few moments, the Shout had disappeared, but not for long. Utilizing the Energy conjured up earlier, the much remaining ones from refreshing his Spells, he once again roared and let out a second beam. This one had started to crack and shred through the thick armor surrounding the tank, and permanently blinded it with its eyelids no longer being able to shield it. Unleashing one more after that one had disappeared, Shout of the Devil successfully pierced through its armor.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The first of the three shouts had worked to weaken the armor, although it was not apparent, it was still significant. No cracks or breaks had formed after the first one, and there was no apparent chippings away at the armor, but beyond what the naked eye could see, the material that made up the armor had been significantly weakened. The second of the three had worked to make cracks and dents into the armor. With it significantly weakened from before, the second of the shouts had developed cracks into its armor, and chipped away at some bits and pieces of it. And finally, the very last one, is what shattered it all. As the Unholy Energy surrounded and coated the cracked armor, the destructive molecules worked towards annihilating the matter of the thick coat of armor. Not only was it shred straight off of its muscles and bones, it was also completely vaporized in the process. The Unholy Energy tore and shred through the matter of the armor, completely and utterly destroying it. Once the Unholy Energy had disappeared from the surroundings, the dark red mysterious glow faded away completely, bringing out sunlight to the air once more. The True Black Devil took a few deep breaths to recover itself, but was satisfied with what he had accomplished over all. The Tank was shred of its outer layer of armor, and left itself vulnerable to any kind of attack...but also looked quite hideous.

The armor had worked to create a thick layer of "skin" for the Tank, and thus, when it was gone from existence, all that was left was a naked exoskeleton of muscles and bones. Unable to keep itself together, due to the massive imbalance of forces placed upon its body, and the fact that most of its organs were exposed to the outside word, it had perished. Falling over on its side, with its eyeballs, brains, and organs spilling everywhere from the impact, it ceased to exist. Now all that was left was a single Tank, all alone, with nothing to back him up. The True Black Devil circled him. Like a vulture circling a dead creature, the True Black Devil walked very slowly, not taking his eyes off of it even for a moment. For the Tank, it felt an unfamiliar feeling that it had never felt before: fear. It had never experience this set of emotions, and certainly never to something that was so small compared to it, but fear had consumed its body when he stared at the abomination that was prancing around him. Smoke covered a majority of its image, and rose up to the sky, but what made its features stand out beyond the smoke was the strong glow due to the lava created from the cracks in between it. The piercing, bright, glowing eyes filled with malice and rage pierced straight through the smoke, and was the most prominent visible feature created from it.

And then, it stopped. There was a moment of silence between the Tank, and the True Black Devil, with tension rising up in the air. So far the only thing the True Black Devil had done was circle it...but now...he took a step forward.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The Tank made no movements. The True Black Devil took another, very slow and prolonged step forward. Still nothing. The True Black Devil had then began to take further steps, with almost no hesitation between them, but none of them were swift steps. They were all prolonged and slow steps, but after each step he began another. The True Black Devil shadowed his figure with extensive smoke, which rose straight up into the sky at an asymptotically linear rate. Just as the Black Devil approached the Tank, getting even closer to it, the mighty creature had still not made a move or moved a muscle. Just as the True Black Devil was in a much closer distance with it, though, it bowed down. Crunching and bending its front legs, the Tank had lowered itself to resemble a bow, as if submitting to his might and will. Stopping in front of it just as it bowed down, with the smoke emitting from its body now rising up into the sky as if a very strong fireplace had been lit, the True Black Devil gave a very sinister smirk. The fangs inside of his mouth developed into a very devilish and evil grin, and added on to a much more intimidating and demonic look.

In spite of the fact that he could not get much closer, the True Black Devil still advanced on to the tank, which showed the true meaning of it bowing down. For it was not just submitting to the Black Devil's power...but it had surrendered its life. Seeing how easily it had killed his brothers, it saw no reason to continue this conflict by itself. If they could not beat him in a three-to-one battle, then it had no chance against him in a one-to-one battle. And rather than suffer with a slow and painful death like his brothers, hopefully this Devil would grant him mercy, and make it quick and painless. And as the Black Devil approached him...he took a step on its head. Surprisingly the smoldering foot did not burn, and it found out that the lava in his body was merely for show and did not have any properties of burning to it. That was fortunate. He took another step, using his head like a staircase up on to his back.

When he passed by the neck, he saw that there was another spot of flesh that he had clearly missed: their neck. There was an enormous piece of armor and caprice blocking it, but if one were to manage to reach under it, they could hit a vital spot. And now, the True Black Devil was on its back. He peered straight into the miniature abyss that was the Tank's neck, which held a spot that was loosely kept together by a series of muscles and skin, with an impenetrable amount of armor guarding it from hard. In the current position that the True Black Devil had positioned himself in, however, he could reach it easiest.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Growling, the True Black Devil slowly reached itself to its back. The tank, although the True Black Devil was not on its head's caprice armor any longer, still retained its position that appeared as though it was bowing down. For that is what it was doing: submitting to the True Black Devil.

The Hive Lords, naturally, were not silent about this. The entire fight, actually. At first they had the utmost confidence in the ability for their most powerful and ferocious warriors to be able to deal with the intruder that threatened their lives, and had done away with the lives of the rest of their Hive. Even after having figured out the weakness to one of them, which had surprised them, they still retained their faith in the strength of the Tank's. There was still two of them left, and there was no way that he could manage to get all of them on their sides long enough to kill them two times. When they had witnessed the immense and powerful roar given off by the True Black Devil, a bit of intimidation had suddenly struck their spirits. At first it appeared as though it had done nothing significant, but after two more quick bursts....it managed to destroy the armor of the Tank. Was that even possible? Previously they thought that the Tanks were nearly invincible, save for the weak spot at their necks and bellies. And that is how they were kept in line, for the Hive Lords knew where these weaknesses were and could easily access them. Their armors being completely shattered and revealing what is directly underneath, however, is a new revelation that had never even occurred to them. And they did not expect for that tank to fall as well.

And once the next two had fallen, what of the fourth? Was it going to be a powerful, honorable warrior? Die with dignity? Give its life for the Hive? Of course it wouldn't. Instead, it had bowed down right to the Black Devil, much to the dismay of the Hive Lords. They cried out commands, snarls, and hisses for the Tank to move, to attack, and to die for them. Unable to overcome the fear that had invoked its body and soul, the Tank remained down on to his knees, awaiting the death for itself. The Tank knew that death was not avoidable at this rate, and even in the face of the Hive Lords, it preferred to be selfish for the first time in its entire life, and give itself a swift death. The Hive Lords were not worth fighting for, not this much. Not to mention, this is the end of its life. Why not think for itself, for once?

The clawed, molten hand of the True Black Devil clenched itself around the brown spiraled hilt of the monstrous sword of Armageddon. The eye in the center of its backside, which had stuck out and was visible underneath the smoke, began to jerk itself frenetically, as if not recognizing its master. To some extent it was not, but it could not deny that the arm that clenched on to it was that of the Black Devil. The mind, was of another being: not of Deniel.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
With its molten hand now clenched tightly around the spiraled hilt of Armageddon, the True Black Devil very slowly drew it. From the place that held it completely still until needed for further use, to the front side of the True Black Devil's body, the being had done it slowly on purpose. So that it may instill as much fear and anxiety into the Tank as it possibly could--if it felt such things--, and to make sure that the Hive Lords could see with as much detail as possible the death that it was about to give their Tank. Despite how merciless and callous the True Black Devil May seem to be, and is, a painless death was something that it could grant to someone that could deserve it. Did the Tank deserve it? Probably not. It had not given a proper fight, and it was surrendering so easily. The reason why the True Black Devil would grant its wish is the fact that this was perhaps the only form of entertainment that it could muster from the weak creature. The True Black Devil did not kill for pleasure, for revenge, or just because it was angry, no. The True Black Devil killed because it found the thrill of battle and carnage to be entertaining; it incited the sadistic creature and granted it a sick and twisted form of pleasure. The most pleasure was not gained from the pain inflicted on to others, but rather the fear. The fear that it could see in their eyes. The fear that it could see in their posture. The fear that it could smell from their odor. The fear that it could hear from the increasing pulse of their hearts, something it lacked. And more importantly, the fear that it could feel and hear when they begged for their lives. For mercy.

The Tank had not been doing the last part of the entire bit, but the rest of it the True Black Devil could hear and see. He knew that the beast was afraid, afraid of what laid before him. Afraid that the True Black Devil was not going to give it a swift and painless death. Preying on to that fear, the True Black Devil lowered the gargantuan Armageddon down towards the neck of the Tank. Upon reaching the same height as it, it appeared as though the True Black Devil would swing his blade straight through the soft pieces of flesh and muscle, decapitating the Tank and killing it instantly. Yet that was not so. Dragging it on for even just a few seconds longer, rather than using Armageddon whilst it was in its broadsword form, he would reap it with a scythe. The metal of the broadsword becoming thinner and extending its reach, while also turning itself a fully fledged ninety degrees. Now that it had been transformed into a scythe, the True Black Devil, with only one hand on the hilt, positioned it to where the blade was just beneath the neck of the Tank. Bringing it in closer, so that only one small tug would cut straight into the flesh and muscle of the neck, the True Black Devil kept the scythe of Armageddon suspended.

Reaching over with a second hand, the True Black Devil gripped it with two hands instead of one. Any second he could chose to decapitate the tank, to end that fight and move on to the next. Letting the fear consume the Tank first was his priority. Then he would go in and strike for the kill.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
After what seemed to be an eternity, although it was not even close, the True Black Devil had finally ended it. Getting the dose of fear that he had wished for, and the ultimate sense of satisfaction from it, the True Black Devil at long last decided that it was time to end the Tank's life once and for all and move on to the next set of opponents: The Hive Lord. Merely pulling back on the blade would not nearly be enough of a satisfying death to the True Black Devil. Thus, he had a different solution that he would use to decapitate the considerably inferior creature. Rather than decapitate it normally, he would use a spell: Cleave of Death. Ironic for the name, it seemed, for this cleave would quite literally inflict death upon whatever opponents had been unfortunate enough to stand in its way. The Tank had not stood in its way--especially not now--but this cleave was the surest way to grant it a swift and painless death. With Unholy Energy gathering up near the core of his body, and from all around his limbs that had been temporarily stored for further use, he poured all of it into the hilt of Armageddon. The Unholy Energy that flowed through his veins and on the inside of his body seeped out through his hands. From their hands, like fire flowing on a path of created oil for it, it moved down the hilt straight to the blade of Armageddon, where every small particle of Unholy Energy jumped and found its place on there. Not just on the inside of his body, but also the outside, for the Black Devil was covered up in a permanent, invisible aura of Unholy Energy that lay dormant until its time of use. Extracting every last particle of Unholy Energy from the air, they all appeared to have almost magnetized towards the massive blade of Armageddon.

The Unholy Energy that the blade had absorbed was an absolutely devastating amount, for even a small trace of Unholy Energy could wipe away the existence of certain things. The amount that had been poured into Cleave of Death--and this was the first use of it--would be enough to pierce through any form of defense, and waste away the life of any living being that was unfortunate enough to be caught within the cut. Despite absorbing so much Unholy Energy, the True Black Devil was not done: it absorbed a second dose. The body of the True Black Devil created Unholy Energy in the blink of an eye, at an enormous quantity that would be stored on the outside and inside of itself to be put to use in an instant. Cleave of Death was such a powerful and destructive, catastrophic spell that it needed not just 2 doses of Unholy Energy for the entirety of his body, but three. Three entire charges and doses of Unholy Energy, all compacted and contracted into the very dinky and small area of Armageddon's blade, which contained the essence of destruction. Emitting one more low growl from the bowels of his intoxicated lungs, the True Black Devil yanked Armageddon back.

The cataclysmic and vaporizing Unholy Energy went straight through the flesh and muscle of the Tank. It is said that matter cannot be created or destroyed, but anything that came into contact with the Unholy Energy was entirely destroyed. Anything left behind was cut by the blade of Armageddon. In a swift, flawless pull on the massive scythe, the True Black Devil made perhaps the cleanest, most destructive, yet painless decapitation in history.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The True Black Devil could have chosen to apply literally 0 force to the decapitation of the tank, and rather just slowly pull back the blade of Armageddon. Regardless of whatever happened, it was irrelevant. The Unholy Energy surrounding the blade was more than enough to reduce the matter and composition of the Tank's neck to completely nothing, destroying it all down to each and every last cell. As a result of no force being necessary, or even put into tugging back on the blade of Armageddon, the head of the tank harmlessly and abruptly rolled straight off of its fixed position on to the ground. The gushing blood that was a result of the vessels being disconnected from their previous ties so abruptly poured on to the ground, creating a pool of blood underneath the kill. Dead and gone almost in an instant, the True Black Devil was abruptly brought down from his high and mighty position as the limbs of the Tank ceased to function, and he was no longer being held up on a stable body. Sliding down from the enormous corpse of the tank, the True Black Devil sheathed Armageddon on his back after turning it back into its broadsword form. Cleave of Death, despite how powerful it was, could only linger around for a single attack.

Now there were three corpses of the tanks, and it would have been for were it not for Heaven's Demise. The first of them had its blood and organs spilled everywhere from its belly region, as it lay dead on its side with a limp body. The second one lacked any form of armor or skin on it, and it was merely a naked skeleton with titanic muscles keeping it held together. And the third and final one had its body separated from its head; the neck had been severed and there was a growing pool of blood since the neck area contained so much. The vile green liquid created a certain stench in the air, which disgusted the True Black Devil to say the least.

Now, he was face to face with his final opponents, the Hive Lords. Towering over him at a little over twice his height, the four Hive Lords let out screeches to the True Black Devil. Their Hive was dead. Their carriers were dead. Their Hatchlings were dead. Their tanks were dead. And the True Black Devil was not dead. It was at long last for them to take matters into their own hands. Challenging the True Black Devil with their screeches, the Devil momentarily stood still. A shadow began to loom over his figure, with all of the smoke that was coming out of its body ceasing to conjure itself time after time again. The yellow glow created from the lava underneath had ceased to exist, it seemed. Now he was just a pure black figure, shadowed over by a dark red glow looming on his shoulders. The True Black Devil, without its mouth even moving or its voice speaking, began to chant:

"I, the Black Devil of Destruction,
am the pure and utter end.
    I destroy the opposes.
    I kill the strong.
    I murder the weak.
I shall awaken and drown you all
    in the Darkness of Oblivion,
    Omega Black Devil!"

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."

"You truly have gone insane, Deniel."

The Omega Black Devil. Not just the True Black Devil, no, The Omega Black Devil. The self proclaimed pure and utter end, the Omega Black Devil had very little appearance change in comparison to the True Black Devil, but the level of their strengths were differentiated and separated like Heaven and Earth. A mysterious glow of Unholy Energy permanently covered the Omega Black Devil's shoulders and his neck, and the smoke that came out from his molten body was no longer in place, although all of the lava and molten cracks were. Instead of a bright yellow or orange color, the True Black Devil's eyes were red, just like the normal Black Devils, but perhaps filled with twice the rage and evil intent as the former. Now the Omega Black Devil faced four very fearsome and strong opponents: the four Hive Lords. Creatures at a little over twice his height, with a brownish color all over their serpent like bodies. They had no legs, and moved around on their lower bodies which were shaped like a snake--if snakes could be that huge and thick--, and they had four scythe limbs as each of their arms. Their faces were horrifying abominations with several tentacles surrounding them, and it appeared as though they had no mouths, but despite that they were able to speak the tongue of humans, as well as their own.

"You! Destroyed our Hive you have!"

"Killed our fiercest warriors you've done!"

    "Challenge us you have!"

"Dead is what you must become!"

The Omega Black Devil, heeding their calls and their challenges, took a step forward. His malice filled red eyes pierced right towards the four Hive Lords, standing in a row and towering above him. "I will not die...I will not bow...I will not break...and I will not lose." Clenching two of his four fists, the True Black Devil perched one foot behind himself, while crouching his knees, so that he could enter a combat stance to show that he accepted their challenge. "I will kill all four of you, and destroy the Hive once and for all. She left me to die, but I will live. I will live and kill her one day. But first, I need to kill ALL OF YOU!" The Omega Black Devil did not speak in the voice of Deniel, nor with his level of sanity or thinking. It appeared as if the creature that took over his body and mind shared his recent memories, but did not make much use of them. From where he was currently standing, it seemed as if the Omega Black Devil was gone before the eyes of the Hive Lords had time to blink. Immediately he was closed in on their position, with his fist going straight to one of the Hive Lords. A brief moment passed, until a huge explosion of pressure and wind took hold of the area as the Hive Lord that was second to the right went sent darting and barreling in the opposite direction of the Omega Black Devil's fist.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The Hive Lord that the Omega Black Devil was launched back from where it stood in line with the other three. The one to the Omega Black Devil's right snarled, and raised one of its scythe to cut at the Omega Black Devil. Evading the attack by jerking his body one way, the Omega Black Devil was met with one that was aimed more towards his lower region immediately from another Hive Lord. Flipping himself backwards to narrowly dodge that scythe, he also used his long and powerful tail to land at least one hit on the Hive Lord that assaulted him at first. The third and final one had raised two of its four scythes to cut down on to the Omega Black Devil, to which the creature had plenty of time to evade it by veering and rolling off to the right. The fourth Hive Lord that the True Black Devil knocked away did not take that long to recover itself. Though the blow was powerful, the Hive Lord itself was also quite strong. Getting back on its lower serpent body relatively quickly, the Hive Lord locked its eyes straight on the Omega Black Devil. And unfortunately for it, the Omega Black Devil had locked eyes with it. The other three Hive Lords were in a much more convenient distance, but that also worked towards his disadvantage. If he managed to attack one of them, two others would be there to help, and that wouldn't work out for him that well. On the other hand, if he went for the one on the outside...then he could get a good strike in before they could help.

And of course, it was already weakened. The punch that the Omega Black Devil had sent straight into it was an extremely powerful and potent one, and even though the Hive Lord had appeared to have shrugged it off, the Omega Black Devil instinctively knew that it was a weakness and an opening. Thus, when they locked eyes, he had selected his target. Moving with so much strength and speed, the Omega Black Devil's next footstep left a permanent crater in the ground, shattering the Earth with the sheer force of it. Blurring straight past the other three Hive Lords through the opening, the Omega Black Devil drew Armageddon from its back at the same time that it glided. Upon reaching the Hive Lord that he had punched, he impaled and skewered the large creature on to Armageddon. Despite the significant size difference between the two, the process of lifting it off the ground was far from arduous for the Omega Black Devil. With his sword inside of it it, and quite deep too, the next attack was proceeded. First one, then two, then swiftly three four and five, until it went up to eight. Eight copies of Armageddon, made of Unholy Energy, thrust themselves into the Hive Lord from each side, and once they had all been impaled, they detonated to deal a massive amount of damage. And to finish it off, the Omega Black Devil took one of its clawed hands that was not occupying the hilt of Armageddon, and finished off the Hive Lord.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The first strike against the Hive Lord that he had done was an incredibly powerful one, and it did not send it barreling in the complete opposite direction for nothing. Several bones were broken of fractured, but it was the Hive Lord's stamina and strength that caused it to shove it off so easily. Mere seconds after it had endured the first strike, the second one had landed on it, though, and this one was much more vicious. The blade of Armageddon had not only impaled itself inside of the Hive Lord's body, but at a vital location, and all the way through. It threatened to split the Hive Lord's body right in half, and the width of the blade had also added on to the injury that it suffered. And without even having a moment to realize what had happened, eight blades from different directions had pierced themselves into it. One coming from behind, another from the front, the third from an angle above, fourth from the angle the other way, fifth from below, sixth from below, and seven and eight each from different sides. These blades themselves did not particularly cause any form of harm, but when the last one had managed to impale itself inside of the Hive Lord, it did. The Unholy Energy that materialized out of the air and skewered themselves inside of the Hive Lord all mixed in together to enhance each other's power. When all of them were swiftly in consecutively, one after the other, they detonated.

The blood of the Hive Lord exploded from the inside, completely destroying and annihilating a majority of its organs and vital structures. And even if it had not fallen after all of that, the Omega Black Devil finished it off. One final blow, using his claws and his fist, was sent straight at the cortex and center of the Hive Lord's body, which was not hard to do given their significant height difference. And with Armageddon impaled on it in a certain position, this was enough to almost snap the Hive Lord right in half, coupled with the rest of its injuries. In mere seconds of the fight, the Omega Black Devil managed to destroy and kill one of the initially perceived invincible Hive Lords. Its brothers and comrades were unable to do anything about it, as it all happened in seemingly an instant with no warning or room of counter attack.

With the first Hive Lord Dead, the Omega Black Devil swiftly pulled Armageddon out from its corpse and let it fall to the ground with blood oozing from its wound, as he turned around and looked straight at the other Hive Lords. First growling in a very low and ferocious tone, the Omega Black Devil then unleashed a savage roar to them to further portray its dominance, and superiority, perhaps to the point where the Hive Lords would give up. Saliva coming out of its mouth and teeth and dripping down as it roared, the Omega Black Devil's horrific sound filled the air, and would cause anything else to turn away, cowering in fear. But the Hive Lords did not. In fact, that is the exact opposite of what they did.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
    "Killed our brother you have!"

    "Mercy we have not!"

    "Die you shall!"

The Omega Black Devil did not understand their words. His mind was becoming even more of a Feral beast. In fact, it could be said that it had become a feral beast. Words no longer meant anything to it, and words were something that was almost completely lost. Contrary to what it appeared to be, The Omega Black Devil's mind has previously been conflicting with itself since the very beginning. The memories of Deniel flooded its mind, and it had been attempting to determine whether or not it was all true, or some kind of lie against it. The Omega Black Devil could recall memories of an inferior being...the Regular Black Devil. How it wielded the sword on its back in combat, how it utilized the Unholy Energy that the Omega one could feel flowing through its veins, and how its sole purpose appeared to have been to cause havoc and destruction. At least those were the words that came to mind when the description came around. Whether or not the Omega Black Devil's memories were true, and if those events had actually happened, it seemed as though it could count on them when figuring out how to survive. These Hive Lords were powerful creatures, and using the arsenal of memories was essential to learning how to defeat them. The Omega Black Devil had already gotten the hang of performing various actions, as well as predicting some of their movements.

One particular thing that did intrigue the Omega Black Devil were the definitions of such words, hidden deep within the memory that it shared. Destruction? Chaos? Discord? Murder? Kill? Annihilate? Eradicate? Purge? All of these seemed to have similar meanings. Very similar, indeed. So why did there need to be separate words for these? More importantly, he liked what these words meant. No, the Omega Black Devil didn't like them...he seemed to 'adore' them. Another word found in the back of its mind. These other words had no meaning to the Omega Black Devil, no use at all. But the negative ones? The ones that implied destruction? That were synonymous with chaos and death? Those were the ones that caused the Omega Black Devil to grin. And thus, the only words that the Omega Black Devil payed attention to in regards to the Hive Lords, was the backwards sentence that he called "Die you shall". "Die...me?" The Omega Black Devil suddenly questioned them, and spoke. One thing that the Hive Lords noticed was the creature that threatened their lives did not like to talk, but merely roar, growl, grunt, and bellow. Taking one step away from the corpse of the Hive Lord that he had previously killed, the Omega Black Devil's sinister and sadistic grin on its face grew even further. "I shall not. But you? I shall kill the rest of you. Murder the rest of you. Eradicate the rest of you... Wipe you from the face of existence."

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
"Die we shall not!" One of the Hive Lords had quite enough of the Omega Black Devil's arrogant and cocky attitude that it was giving them, so he made the first move. Slithering so swiftly to the Omega Black Devil that it could hardly not be seen, the Hive Lord then unleashed a flurry of assaults and attacks on the Omega Black Devil using all of our of its scythes. And while the Omega Black Devil's speed was outclassed by its strength, that did not mean it was slow and sluggish. The first few attacks had been dodged with relative ease, in fact barely any movements needed to be made by the Omega Black Devil. Shifting only to the left, and then the right, he dodged the first couple attacks. And then for the second one, all he needed to do was step back a pace or two. The Hive Lord appeared to have been giving it his all in an attempt to damage the Omega Black Devil, only to be met the Devil seemingly hardly trying at all to avoid the attacks. In spite of what little effort there seemed to be, the results could not lie: he wasn't getting hit once.

Recognizing patterns was one thing that the Omega Black Devil had retained. Now communication and speech were irrelevant, and anything other than those words were not particularly useful. Neither was every other memory. No memory that did not involve a combat skill or ability was useful. At first the Omega Black Devil had thought about ridding himself or blocking out the memory of recognizing patterns, but in this particular situation, it seemed to be a very useful skill. For the Omega Black Devil could see, and recognize, that the Hive Lords assaults were in a "pattern", as it was called. The Omega Black Devil did not entirely understand the definition of pattern, but he could gather that it meant the same series of moves were repeated in an attempt to create the illusion of speed or strategy. The Omega Black Devil was easily able to recognize this as a pattern, and he was able to decipher the pattern very shortly, too.

Waiting for the opportune possible moment so that he may break this pattern and kill this Hive Lord, the Omega Black Devil at long last made another move. He did not have to draw Armageddon, fortunately, so that made pulling off the attack all the more easier for him. When the Hive Lord sent down one of its scythes on the right side to him, the Omega Black Devil may a very sudden move. Swinging his sword in a diagonal motion just between the scythe that was coming down on him, and one that was going another direction, he managed to cut off the limb of the scythe that was coming down straight for him. But not only that, as soon as he cut the limb off, he grabbed on to it and impaled it inside of the skull of the Hive Lord.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The blade of the monstrous Armageddon, backed and covered in a layer of Unholy Energy, flawlessly cut through the very little skin and muscle that was in the scythe limbs of the Hive Lord. The muscle is where the actual issue would have been, but in the end it was obviously irrelevant to the outcome. Armageddon cut straight through the limb, and one other hand of the Omega Black Devil outstretched itself to clasp on to the severed limb. After doing so, the Omega Black Devil swiftly raised the new scythe weapon with the Hive Lord's arm clasped within it, raised it, and then brought it down. The scythes were strong enough to cut through solid metal, and that is why the Omega Black Devil did not use Armageddon to defend itself. And while that could very easily be a strength to worth with the Hive Lords, the Omega Black Devil had just turned it into a weakness. As the scythe came clashing down on its skin, it skewered and pierced straight through. Not only did it go through the skin, but straight through the oddly shaped skull, and right into its brain. The blow was also powerful enough to cause the Hive Lord to clash itself down to the ground head-first with the rest of its body following. It had let out a screech just as its own limb was cut off, and an even louder one the moment that its brain was nearly cut in half by it.

It screeched and hissed in pain several times, as its body jerked itself around momentarily, until finally it was at peace with a swift death. The Omega Black Devil kept its hand around the cut off limb buried in its skull for a second, before removing it. Now he stared at the remaining two Hive Lords. Snarling between his teeth and out of his nose, he would have said something if he could remember any words. However, the only word that came out of his mouth was: "Discord! Murder!" And followed by that was an intimidating and deafening roar. The Omega Black Devil suddenly flailed its arms around in self conflict and hatred. Was that all it could say right now!? He meant to taunt them! What was a taunt, anyway? What did the word mean? Was it somewhere in his memory? Or was it still there? What could it say? "Destruction!" That was the next word uttered by the Omega Black Devil, much to its dismay. That wasn't a taunt, no! Or was it? What was a taunt? And why did he feel like saying it so much? Did he want to taunt them? No, he wanted to kill them. He wanted to murder them. "Murder!" The Omega Black Devil blocked out words that he did not find useful or necessary, but it had forgotten that it had done so. Its memory was unstable. So now it was beating itself up and conflicting with itself about whether or not he should have done it, if he had done it, or if such words existed. What were words, anyway?

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Words? Did they mean anything? Of course they did, that's why he attempted to figure them out. But why was that important? Couldn't he just roar or growl and mean the same thing? Or could he not? Despite how cowardly or unfair it may seem, the Hive Lords were going to take advantage of the immobile and neutral stasis of the Omega Black Devil. So far two of their brothers were defeated, just like the Tanks had been. Obviously they had underestimated the creature that lay before them...and now...they were the only ones that could stand against it. If they died, then their entire race, their entire civilization, everything that they stood for would be erased from the history of Earthland and Ishval. The only thing that would remember them would be this monster, but it seemed as though the monster could not hold on to memories or words for long. So as he battled his own mind and flailed himself around one of the remaining Hive Lords slithered in a very sly manner to the Omega Black Devil. To make sure that it was truly going unnoticed, the Hive Lord circled around the beast that remained in place and flailed around its arms several times. The only danger, it seemed, that the Hive Lord would face would be if the Omega Black Devil had accidentally hit it. As the Hive Lord slithered and writhed around him, so that it was on the back side of the Omega Black Devil, it waited and noticed that he did not heed his appearance. That meant it was time to strike.

In reality the Omega Black Devil had, indeed, been paying attention to its surroundings, it just did not show it. It wanted to try and find a solution to this personal Hell inside of it head, to see if it could define such words. But what did define in itself mean? The Omega Black Devil's mind was just in an endless cycle of self mutilation and destruction, creating something that is impossible to be resolved. The Omega Black Devil attempted to use logic, despite the fact that it could only think like a Feral monster. If its eyes had pupils or irises, they would be darting everywhere every second without even taking a break or time to look in one direction. But due to the fact that the Omega Black Devil had lacked them, it seemed as if he were staring in the same direction. Not just the Hive Lord, but also the Omega Black Devil had failed to notice something that happened to its body: the Unholy Energy. It was now prominent and in insane amounts and doses. The reason for this is the Omega Black Devil's thought and self-rage were causing its body to overload and become supercharge, reacting to its emotions. As a result it would feel as if the Omega Black Devil's source of power and Magic were near-infinite, and that it could cast spells one after the other in quick succession. In truth this was a normal thing that would happen in the Omega Black Devil, but the conflict would make it seem like it had ignited such a feeling. Regardless, what had just happened was something that would cause a key turning point in the battle. Even though it had already been pretty much one-sided.

That, and the Hive Lord attempting to make the foolish move of attacking the Omega Black Devil by itself.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Slithering around him just a little bit more, the Hive Lord stopped in its tracks and then backed its body up. Looking like a snake getting ready to bite, that's exactly what it ended up doing. Jerking its entire torso area backwards while standing up a lot straighter and larger on its hind part, the Hive Lord very swiftly jolted its body straight for the conflicting Omega Black Devil. And its face was met straight with the sword of Armageddon.

The Omega Black Devil had long since noticed the Hive Lord behind him, and that it was ready to attack, but it merely pretended to not notice. Perhaps it could be considered cowardly, but then again the Hive Lord sneaking up on him while he was in a time of distress during battle could be considered that as well. The Omega Black Devil, rather can cowardly, considered it a tactical advantage, or a trick, perhaps. The Omega Black Devil pretended not to take notice of the Hive Lord slithering around him, but the conflict that it was feeling was not fake. He only tried to resolve it before he took notice, so that it could not forget. Forget what it was. What its purpose was. What is was doing here. Why it erased those memories. Unfortunately, that would never happen. The Omega Black Devil was destined to be trapped in its own feral and chaotic mind with no means of escape. The only escape would be death, or the spell known as Omega Black Devil timing out. Given the time that Deniel remained in the True Black Devil, and then consecutively into the Omega Black Devil threatened to have him gone forever.

And just as the Hive Lord had attempted to attack him, it found a blade being stuck right inside of its mouth. The Omega Black Devil abruptly turned in its frenzy, and shoved Armageddon straight down the throat of the Hive Lord. Plenty of dirty thoughts or jokes could be made, but the Omega Black Devil was not in the mood for any of them. Shortly after shoving its blade deep down the Hive Lord's mouth, he pulled it all the way out, and then charged up Heaven's Demise on the blade. The blade was swiftly overflowed and ignited in a destructive amount of Unholy Energy that was ready to destroy anything that it came into contact with. And as the Omega Black Devil placed a second hand on the brown spiraled hilt of Armageddon, the Omega Black Devil swung the blade with destructive and mighty force. Immediately the Unholy Energy detached itself off of the blade of Armageddon that cut through the flesh and bones of the Hive Lord, and then extended itself. Acting like an explosion, and perhaps being in essence one, the cut that detached itself from Armageddon immediately stretched out 180 meters, covering over the entire battle ground that was created by the Black Devil using Heaven's Demise. This coupled with the cut of Armageddon, and shoving the blade down its throat, was enough to kill this Hive Lord and leave only one left.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The body of the second to last Hive Lord suffered a tremendous amount of damage in such a short amount of time. The Omega Black Devil with its insane amount of damage capabilities was making short work of these Hive Lords, much more than the True Black Devil had defeated the Tanks. Heaven's Demise had traveled for only a few meters before it dissipated, and that was the cause of the Omega Black Devil cancelling it. The opponent was dead, no need to let it fly further. Now that the hacked corpse in half was defeated, that only left one last one. Turning its body to face the remaining Hive Lord ,the Omega Black Devil somehow had some distant, faint memory of this last one. It saw the scar that it had over its left eye, and suddenly remembered something...the Regular Black Devil. Something that appeared in his earlier memories, but this regular Black Devil appeared to be scratching and gouging the eye of this Hive Lord. Is that why they wanted to kill him? Because in the past he attacked them? Pathetic. These creatures did not deserve to live with how weak they were, so the Omega Black Devil had no problem finishing them off.

Pacing himself very aggressively, the Omega Black Devil approached the last Hive Lord. Like the Tank, the last Hive Lord was consumed with fear now that it was the last one to die. It began to back away from him with every step that the Omega Black Devil took.

    "What are you!?"

    "Death!"

    "What do you want!?"

    "Chaos! Murder!"

    "Why!?"

    "Discord!"

The simple, one-word conversation between the Omega Black Devil that could only communicate with simple, negative words had actually worked and made sense. It was not as if it mattered, though. Eventually the Omega Black Devil dropped down on all-fours, and began the finishing move against the Hive Lord.

First he pushed himself off of the ground and rammed his head into the tall and mighty creature, which was now four times his height due to him dropping down to four limbs, but his strength had still surpassed it. The headbutt had worked to knock the Hive Lord off balance, and that gave room for the Omega Black Devil's next room. Using Armageddon, the Omega Black Devil swiftly cut off all four scythe limbs from the Hive Lord so that no form of counter attack was possible. Then came the finishing move. Taking the Hive Lord by one of its tentacles, the Omega Black Devil swiftly flew up high into the sky, and then looked down. He grabbed on to the Hive Lord's jaws, one in each hand, and then began to separate it. The Hive Lord began to shake and twitch itself to get free, but since it lacked arms, there was no much it could do. The Omega Black Devil began to charge up Unholy Energy in its body and its mouth, and just after the Hive Lord attempted to bite it, but failed....he shouted right down into its throat. The destructive Unholy Energy annihilated the ground below, and it also melted off the face of the Hive Lord, so that he was holding on to what appeared to be its severed head...and then it was over.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The Omega Black Devil was triumphant. Flying, at long last, victorious. The Shout of the Devil that he used covered enough area to completely annihilate the corpses of the Hive Lords and the Tanks. Now, it was just a barren wasteland below, and the only remains of the Hive was the small head that he held within his hands. The entire fight had taken place during the darkness of night, so every form of Unholy Energy lit out the area. Just as the Omega Black Devil had finished off the very last Hive Lord, however, the light of dawn began to show. The conflict that had lasted the entire night was now over, with the singular superior being still alive and well. Dropping the head of the Hive Lord, the Omega Black Devil stared out on to the light of Dawn, and unleashed a roar. A roar that shook the very earth and could be heard throughout the island. A roar that was completely savage and beast-like, with not even a trace of humanity in it. The roar shocked and waved in the air, causing the rocks beneath to tremble. At the light of dawn the Omega Black Devil was the only thing left alive that took on the hive, and now it's roar was meant to proclaim its victory, supremacy, and...it's frustration. It had won, but now what? Now that it had one, what did it have to live for? He had no memory, he did not remember why he could not remember, and he could not remember that he argued over himself with his memory.

Fortunately for the Omega Black Devil, its existence was about to be no more, for the time being. Just as its roar had finished, at the very last second or two of it, the molten scales on its body suddenly shattered like glass, along with the wings and tail. Underneath the shattered pieces of scales, lava, and everything else....was the body of Deniel. With his eyes wide open, he had finished doing the roar of the Omega Black Devil by shouting himself in a much more human way. But just as that human shout had ended, the eyes of Deniel suddenly shut themselves.

Nidhogg was no longer in its Armageddon form, too. At long last, it was free from the bonds and chains of the True and Omega Black Devil, and once again he was back to his normal form. Free of them, and his master was also free from his own mind. But the most unfortunate part of all of this was that Deniel was no suspended in the air, and knocked out, too. He could not fly. Nidhogg began to panic for his master's safety and well-being. The Omega Black Devil had doomed its own body by flying too far up into the air, it seemed. And just as the Omega Black Devil had ended, and there was nothing left to hold up Deniel, he began to descend. Very swiftly, and with the force of gravity, the scrawny body of the Nephalem had swiftly began to descend down on to the Earth so that it may hit the ground.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
"Deniel! Wake up! You need to fly! Come on, fly!" Nidhogg pleaded with his master to wake up from his temporary stasis of sleep, and do something about him barreling down towards the solid ground that awaited him, but it was no use. Deniel's conscious had faded away, almost completely, and he was left in a coma-like state, so that he could not hear or feel what was going on in the outside world. His body and mind had been through too much stress, anyway. Even if Deniel were awake, it would not respond to any commands made by him, not even a Take Over that would help him fly. There was nothing that Deniel could do, and nothing that Nidhogg could do. The katana could only watch as his master came closer and closer towards oblivion, and he would be right there at his death bed. Nidhogg could almost not take it, as Deniel got nearer and nearer to the Earth. And then the impact happened.

Perhaps Nidhogg had underestimated the body of his master, especially in its default state. Nidhogg had expected Deniel's bones to break, or for him to die from the fall. But the body of a Nephalem was certainly not a frail thing, and a mere fall would not kill him. Deniel's body impacted on the Earth with a harsh clash, and rolled several feet away from his impact zone until he came to a complete stop on his back. His sword, Nidhogg, conveniently fell right beside his master. Nidhogg was still worried about his master's current state of health, but at the very least it could tell that he was alive and well. He was breathing. He seemed to be in a deep sleep, since his breathing was very heavy, almost like snoring, with his chest moving up and down, up and down with every breath that he took. Deniel, in the meantime, was in a sleep. A very deep sleep, dreaming about past events.

He was dreaming about the fight that he just had. He watched as his sanity had slowly slipped itself away...no, not slowly. Swiftly. He watched as he gave up his sanity for power, and how his mind became corrupted to the point where he could not recognize words. He witnessed him massacre and brutally annihilate the entirety of the Hive. How he crushed the Hatchlings in his grip and cut them in half alongside the carriers. And eventually, even after all of that brutality, it was still not enough to satisfy himself. Even in his dream he could sense the boredom that he once felt that quickly overtook the entertainment that he had been feeling. And this boredom is what caused him to mercilessly kill all of them at once, in one fatal swoop that was known as Heaven's Demise. And not only did this spell completely destroy the underlings of the Hive, and not just that...but destroy the mountain range that he was in. He truly was a monster that lost its sanity.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Even after Heaven's Demise destroyed the landscape, leaving as a barren wasteland, Deniel did not stop. Or, at least that's what he was supposed to be. To be more precise, the True Black Devil did not stop. Deniel watched, in his dream, and in an omniscient perspective, him take on the tanks next. Even when he wasn't in his own body, he knew that they didn't stand a chance. He could just instinctively tell that the being which was supposed to be him was significantly stronger than they were. And that this fight would be a one-sided massacre. And sure enough, it was. He watched himself, after they circled him for what seemed like an eternity, break them out of their circle and then kill one of them. And even after the first, he still utilized their weaknesses and killed the second. Deniel could almost not believe that this was himself fighting. So powerful...so intelligent...so tenacious. Was this him? Or was this what he became? He cringed in his dream as he witnessed the True Black Devil spill the blood and organs of the next tank that it killed. Was he really that brutal? Is this what had happened when he felt like everything blanked out? It It got even worse when Deniel witnessed him using Shout of the Devil. He never knew that, that spell was so terrifyingly powerful. And then there was the horrendous image that came immediately after it. Deniel took a good, long glance at the corpse that was created as a result of Shout of the Devil.

The naked skeleton of the tank was revealed, with the only thing holding it together was the muscles on its body. The organs underneath seemed to be in tact, relatively, but there were also empty eye sockets in its skull, and Deniel could also see its brain. Even in his dream, he felt like vomiting, but could not. And then, there came the third and final death. It was not necessarily the most disgusting when it came to the blood and gore, but it was the most vile when it came to the personality and disposition that "Deniel" portrayed. He watched as he, the True Black Devil, ascended up on top of the Tank that had bowed down to him, and within moments had decapitated it with a swift strike of Armageddon. Cringing in his dream, he would have stirred or grit his teeth on his outside body if he were capable of movement right now. There was blood oozing and gushing everywhere, and he did not even care. Not to mention: it had bowed down to him, and he accepted it. Had he really stooped that low? That he would kill a creature that bowed down to him? And not just that, he seemed to take pride in it. He took pride in that kill, much more than the other ones, it seemed. But just like the other ones, which filled Deniel with complete distaste in himself, he had killed these creatures for entertainment. And even until their bitter, miserable end, that is all he sought from them. Entertainment. And because they could not grant him that...he took away their lives. As if he were some God. Horrible.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Absolutely horrible. That's all that could be used to describe the situation that he was seeing right now. What else could it be? There was no justice or morality to this. There was no reason for it, either. He could have simply beaten them, or killed them. But killing them for entertainment? And doing so even when they bow down and submit to them? That was bad and horrible. But doing so with a grin on its face, and taking some form of sick, twisted pleasure out of it? That was absolutely horrible. Deniel could not believe the creature that he was witnessing in this dream. And even then, it was not completely over. There was still the Hive Lords. Instead of the True Black Devil speaking in that low, grunted, and disoriented voice...he heard his own in the dream. He heard his own voice, playing as if he were still around in the air, chant:

I, the Black Devil of Destruction,
am the pure and utter end.
    I destroy the opposers.
    I kill the strong.
    I murder the weak.
I shall rise and drown you all
    in the darkness of Oblivion!
    Omega Black Devil!

Omega Black Devil. Since when did he know how to do that? He could not recall. Was it something that awakened inside of him? Was it another form? It didn't appear as though the True Black Devil had changed much, on the inside it had changed significantly. That chant, that special chant, awakened what was known as the Omega Black Devil, just as it said at the end of it. The True Black Devil was scary? The Omega Black Devil could bring about the end of the world. Instead of focusing its rage and energy on the rest of the world, however, the Omega Black Devil had decided to focus it all on the Hive Lords that opposed them. Deniel once again had to witness as the Omega Black Devil kill them. The very first one suffered a swift death, but was also very brutal when it came to the attack at the very end that almost split and bent its body in half. And then the second one's death was also quite a brutal one, having its own limb used against it in an instant, and in a flash, it was dead. With its own scythe impaled inside of its forehead, and its entire body on a face-down position as if bowing to the Omega Black Devil, that one had perished. And then...he seemed to be arguing with himself? Attacking himself? Flailing? Deniel couldn't tell what it was in his dream, and couldn't even guess it. Regardless it passed by quickly as one of the Hive lords foolishly attempted to attack him all by itself, only to meet its utter end by having a sword shoved down its throat to tear it up, and then Heaven's Demise split its body in half. And then there was the last one. The last, unfortunate one, just like the Tank, was consumed with fear. Unlike the tank, its death wasn't swift. It was knocked down, cut off from its limbs, and then it had its entire body destroyed. Then...there was a flash of light.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
In the flash of light that awoke him, Deniel suddenly opened up his eyes in a very deep breath. This breath was one that almost sounded like a gasp, as if he was consumed with complete fear and terror. Deniel attempted to flail his body around, or even so much as move an arm, but he wasn't able to move. The only thing he could do was blink and breath, as well as remove his mouth around. "Deniel, you're awake!" It was the very familiar voice of Nidhogg, and Deniel was more than glad to hear that. Something friendly, at long last. In spite of the dream being relatively short, since the events had passed by quicker than they were initially given, a lot of time had passed from the moment Deniel fell from the sky like a meteorite. Well...not literally a meteorite, else he would be dead. The time lapse when he had begun his dream and when he had just awoken was several hours, though. For he finished the fight at the light of dawn, and now the sun was beating down on him. It wasn't quite noon yet, though. It was around 8 or 9 AM when the sun was up, but not intense. With his breath still heavy and his mind still in a panic since his body could not move, Deniel called out to his sword: "Nidhogg! Thank goodness I can hear your voice. What...where am I? I..."

"A bad dream, I'm assuming?" Deniel would have nodded, but not even his neck would respond to the command that his brain gave it of nodding. It seemed the only action he could do was speak, breathe, and think. Since he couldn't nod, he had to speak: "Yeah. A terrible one..." Deniel felt like wiping his eyes with his hand right now, but not even that responded to his commands either. Thankfully he could still blink... "What was it about?" Deniel almost didn't want to even think about the dream, but he still needed to let it out anyways. "It was horrific. I dreamed that we Spirit Merged, and then all of a sudden I got so angry that I lost my mind. And after I lost my mind I mercilessly massacred and entire Hive of giant insects--gross--and then killed their leaders as....the Omega Black Devil? Thankfully it was just a dream. Right?" He sought some form of comfort from his sword Nidhogg. The dream seemed so real, but Deniel didn't want to believe that it happened. He didn't want to believe his body actually accomplished that. Maybe he would believe it if he could see his surroundings, but all he was stuck doing was staring up at the sky. The only thing that escaped Nidhogg was a low, reluctant growl. As if he had something to say, but wasn't able to say it. In other words: it was true. Deniel's eyes widened at the horror of realizing that everything he had done in that dream, every sadistic and inhuman act, was done by him. Maybe not with his mind, but with his body. And he let it all happen.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
"Oh, no...Nidhogg...what have I done. What have I done!?" His voice had cracked from the sudden sorrow that had swooped into his body when he found out that he had actually done everything that he dreamed about. Maybe after that flash of light, that's when it was over? Did he strain his body so much that he couldn't move? He wasn't able to answer these questions, and he didn't want to. The only thing that he could think about was how utterly disgusted he was in himself. His body, filled with sorrow, was unable to choke back the tears. In a rather uncomfortable position, and burning his eyes and noise, a salty water escaped the blood red eyes of Deniel, and he began to weep. Since he had control of his breathing, at the very least he could sniffle and snort back the snot that was starting to build up. "Nidhogg...I'm a monster! That's all I am! My dad was right! A killing machine! Mom was right! A worthless brat! And those villagers were right...I should die!" Suddenly all of the guilt and sadness that Deniel had built up in his life, and that he attempted to store away by giving himself a cold demeanor and a sense of humor, was unleashing itself all at once. He was in one of the worst conditions, and worse yet he couldn't move his body. He couldn't move his body to hug his knees, or to hide himself from the shame that he was feeling. He was exposed, with the only action he was capable of doing was breathing.

"See!? I told you he was a Cry-Baby!" The tears from Deniel's eyes suddenly ceased as his eyes widen in surprise and horror. He had heard his voice before. That middle-aged, raspy voice that seemed to have some form of both anger and fun behind it. The voice of a middle-aged man, a very fatherly one. The voice of Diabolos the Black Devil. "Baka! He's only crying because he's upset...you should give him some love!" The second voice was that of a young woman. She would have had a very sweet, seductive, and alluring voice were it not for her tone. She seemed to be upset, and filled with sass, that was directed towards the middle aged voice. And just as the two of them spoke up, there came two bodies. Emerging from his sides, near his lungs, were two spirits. The first of them was a dark red color, similar to the Unholy Energy that the Black Devil utilized, and the second one was a sky blue color that was the Holy Energy the White Angel used. Both of them were transparent, as in they could be seen, but they could also be seen through with enough focus to them. The red one was where the middle aged voice came from. It was a man with a beard, dressed in a crimson cloak, with black and dirty blonde hair if any colors could be seen from him. He appeared to be middle aged, fitting his voice. The second one, sharing her voice, was a young, buxom woman with straight blonde hair and wearing a dress. Both of them stared menacingly at each other, but it all seemed in good fun.

It was Diabolos the Black Devil, and Arianna the White Angel.

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
The middle aged man growled at the woman, and she stared back at him with crossed arms and puffed cheeks. "Who are you calling an idiot? Does it look like he needs loving!?" The woman nodded at him, and strictly held up her finger at him as if to scold him: "Of course! He's your son, after all! Do what a father does!" Diabolos scoffed at his wife, and shook his head. "That's a mother's job, idiot! My job is to make sure he becomes a man! And I don't do that by comforting him while crying!" They were both speaking to Deniel as if they did not notice their presence...but he noticed theirs. He honestly did not know what he should feel right now. He killed the two of them, and he hated them. But their sudden appearance seemed to bring some form of comfort in him... "Mom...dad?" Deniel's eyes, since he could not move his neck, stared at the two questioningly, and filled with curiosity. As if they were never arguing in the first place, both of their heads turned to their son lying on the ground. Diabolos was the first to speak. "Oh, hey, Deniel! I didn't see ya' there!" Arianna would have hugged her son if she could, but for now a smile would have sufficed. "Oh my...were you listening to us? Bad boy!"

Deniel seemed to be amusingly insulted by the comment, and would have acted out if he could move his body. "What do you mean!? You guys are arguing right in front of me. How...why are you here anyway? What are you doing!? I thought............I thought...." He couldn't finish his sentence. He couldn't bear to. Diabolos finished it for him, though. "You thought you killed us?" Deniel sent the command for his neck to nod, but he forgot that he wasn't capable of doing it, so he sat silent instead. Arianna and Diabolos eyed each other briefly, before looking back at their son. "You did, to be blunt. Although we're not gone forever." Nodding at his wife, Diabolos continued: "You see, we don't know why or how...but we've been inside of your body ever since you buried us. In spirit. We've been able to talk with each other, and look to see what you're doing from inside of you. We have tried calling out your name, but it seemed as though you couldn't hear us...until now, it seems." Deniel's eyes moved from side to side, before looking back at them. "I see. And neither of you know why or how this happened? And why or how all of a sudden you can suddenly communicate with me?"

Arianna shrugged, although Diabolos momentarily stroked his beard to think about it. "Well...my theory is that you're becoming a True Nephalem. That is accomplished by a Nephalem killing its parents, and I think absorbing us was part of the process. And now that you've become on, I think you can finally talk with us again..." Deniel heard that already, and he wasn't too happy about it. "Just what is that, dad!? What is that!? Why did you two want to kill me? What's a True Nephalem? What is this Omega Black Devil? Why are you so mean to me!? Why....why can't you just accept me?"

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
His heavy breathing of rage and frustration continued, but the tears had stopped. They had also dried up. Arianna and Diabolos were both caught a little off guard by the series of questions, but they had figured they deserved it. In spite of how much he deserved to know: he didn't know anything. They both glanced at each other. "You go first, dear..." Arianna nodded, and looked down at her son who listened intently.

"You see Deniel...me and your father....we weren't originally an angel and a demon. I suppose you managed to figure that out, though. We were both once humans, and were reincarnated after our first son killed us. When I came back as an angel and took revenge on him, your father was fortunate enough to find me. We knew it was forbidden to have a child as an angel and a demon...but I couldn't help it. He didn't want to, but I begged and pleaded. Because all I ever wanted was a healthy, baby boy or girl that would grow up to be big and strong... but that never happened. The first one tried to kill me. The second one tried to kill your father. The third tried to kill both of us. And so on. One after another, the Nephalem children attempted to kill the two of us, as if it seemed instinctual. We raised them when they were babies and toddlers, but when they hit their teenage years....something happened. They became more distant, and then attempted to kill us. Either in our sleep, or something else. Eventually your father had found out the science behind it: All Nephalem get the instinct to kill their parents at a certain age. So that they may absorb their power and become even stronger than before. Or...as your father describes it: A True Nephalem. Dear?"

Diabolos nodded intently at Arianna's story, as it all added up. Then he stared back at his son, and continued on with his own:

"A True Nephalem, yes. As for the Omega Black Devil...I know what it is. It's on par with what's known as: The Alpha White Angel. These two are very dangerous and ferocious forms that a Nephalem can take on. It's when they fully become a demon or an angel, and leave no trace of whatever else is behind them. I recall one of your brothers was capable of performing such a feat. Although it was never exactly called the Omega Black Devil, he did attempt to kill me with it. That was the closest any Nephalem has ever gotten. But in the end: he was no match for me. Just like all other Nephalem are. And aside from that...it shows that you've done it. With the fact that you were capable of becoming the Omega Black Devil, absorb your mother and I's spirits, and then finally be able to talk to us, it means only one thing, Deniel. You have become a True Nephalem. You now have the power beyond that of a God. You could rule the world if you wanted to! Nothing can stand in your way!"
