A New Experience {guildmembers/open}

Nuria was walking along the docks, thinking over what would happen at a guild. Lucky for her, these docks were damp and wet, so they didn't catch fire when she walked along them. Nuria had before avoided guilds because of two primary reasons. The first was because she was no goodie-goodie, so she avoided light guilds because she had no real "good" or "lawful" side of her, and she was no heartless evil-doer so she didn't like the feeling of having a stamp on her that says "from this point on you'll be an outcast to society." The second reason, and the reason that she is still, to this point, afraid of is burning down the place. That would not give her a good name, and that would be very expensive to repay. How she will pull this off without burning down the place? She didn't know. For now she simply thought about it, getting to know people... possibly having new opportunities than going without one, etc. Being in a guild had many pros, and not many cons were coming to mind. So this was the only problem:
FINDING THE DAMN PLACE
In an entire city where many places look shady enough to be a guild of bounty hunters, finding the ideal place would probably be difficult to many people. It wasn't like anyone was flashing their tatoos or anything, but finding a person like that would be a good start. So the flame spirit walked, walked and walked. Good strategy, in her opinion, to find a place. But what would it be to all wanderers like herself, any different?

Elyx walked by the watery side of the city... he had to deal with his fears one way or another, he actually planned to go swimming. Images flashed through his mind, the twigs holding his legs down and almost drowning, the crying boy that no one could hear. It was the implanted in him in the worst way, now he had to face it like a man. He was 17 years old now, he can't kill himself over this forever, 10 years of mental abuse is enough for him. He has a light-blue T shirt on him and a pair of blue jeans on with a chain hanging loosely on his left side. He was holding his Violin in his left hand and n his right was his Violin bow, he now has magic to help him. There was a problem he didn't realize though, if his Violin is underwater, it can't make any sounds and therefore no magic spells can be triggered.He continued walking, feeling the water splash on his shoes, every step shaking up his nerves more and more, his eyes dilating every step. There needed to be an excuse, any excuse, to get himself out of this mess. He then saw it, there was a girl with Orange hair walking along the waters, maybe he could talk to her. He never saw her on Black Rose territory before, maybe she was lost. Hello there, my name is Elyx. Elyx said as he ate a piece of chocolate from his chocolate bar. He was glad to have an excuse. Are you lost?

Nuria was confronted by a guy no more than a few years older than herself. He apparently took a liking to music, or at least played an instrument for he had a Violin in his hands. He asked if she was lost. "Yes and no, I don't know where my destination is but I can easily find it... I hope." She was a bit uneasy, for the water all around her scared Nuria. Even walking on the wet dock itself was scary, for it stung her feet and trace bits of steam could be seen coming off of them, but it was nothing she couldn't bear. Nuria looked at the man. "Know by any chance where I can find a guild around here?" The flame spirit didn't care if he knew or not, honestly she would be happier if he didn't know. It'd be more fun that way. She would be able to search throughout the city but it was getting boring, a feeling Nuria has been feeling a lot lately. "Name's Nuria, by the way." She said as she took a few steps forward, ready to continue moving on if he didn't have an answer.

Elyx crossed his arms, Lerale Eye doesn't lie to him, and it is showing him that there was hope that maybe he said no. He decided to act like he didn't see or hear her emotions and continued talking. It was fortunate for him to actually be able to use this ability, now he can change his answer accordingly. Well, let me give it to you this way. We are both on borders of Black Rose, this whole city, it belongs to them and them only. Elyx explained as he put his left hand on his hip, his Violin still being held. If you want, you can reside here for a few days to rest before you leave. He wanted to choose his words carefully, normally he would invite her and escort her to the guild hall so she could join, but he made sure not to be so direct with this person. He still kept a smile on his face as she talked to the girl, it's just he didn't want to look stupid inviting her if she would jut turn it down. Then again, why would she ask? Now his tensions rose a little before lowering again. Maybe he was just thinking too much.

"Black Rose, huh? Sounds like they're the boss around here. Mind showing me to them?" Nuria indirectly got her answer. This place was run by a guild, and since it "belongs to them and only them" they were most likely the only guild around here. So since that was the only guild, that was the place she was heading to. She began walking off, not really minding if he was following or not because if he said yes to her he'd follow, and start to guide. and if he said no... it was best to get a head start. Then Nuria began thinking again, not about anything in perticular she just began thinking.

You won't be finding it I'm afraid, at least not without help. Elyx said as he walked up to her from behind. If she had any business there, he wouldn't mind showing her to Kakuma. He didn't know her intentions, but they couldn't be that devastating if she came alone. He couldn't sense any other magic users nearby, it would be hard to imagine them being able to have any sort of communications in and out of the city at the same time. If this were a legal guild, I would let you go on without worries. But there are some that can be a little... crazy... get caught by one of them and you might end up in a fight. If you are travelling with a member of the guild, you would be fine. Elyx explained as his hooked his pointer and middle fingers of his left hand over his left shirt collar to reveal his mark, hesitant at first, but then willing to reveal the Rose tattoo marking. Yes... I am a member there. And the average walk from here to the guild hall without trouble is about an hour, if you want, I'll minimize it and bring you to the guild hall directly.

Nuria didn't care about what he said, until he mentioned "getting into a fight." She spun around harshly, and her body changed colors from orange to red. "You think I need PROTECTION?! I don't care if you ARE in the guild, I don't need anyone to protect me! I can handle myself, thank you!" She turned around and began walking again. She did have a temper, and it was the little things, the little things that Nuria hated most. Boredom was one of them, so she managed to get a grip of herself. "Let's get there now, I wander around a lot and if I wanna go for a site-seeing journey I can do that afterwards. Let's just go." Nuria took a breath and calmly began to slow down, letting Elyx take the lead.

I never did say you needed protection. Elyx replied, not phased by the words that were supposed bite him. His face had a neutral facial expression on it, which was very rare for him. He pt his left hand out and shattered the Violin into it's cause, then did the same for the Violin bow in his right hand. All he was left with was a chocolate bar, and he ate from it once again. It was like his pacifier, it kept him clam in any situation, no exceptions. He felt like he knew the words to say. I personally would rather not have any of the Black Rose members waste your time, and I would rather not lose teammates in my guild. Elyx said as he walked forward towards the Guild House, not planning to slow down his pace, he was getting away from the water, so he would be expected to get away. Fears going to be conquered... another day. Right now, he has somewhere to go. She explained the whole "Not wanting to go sightseeing" explanation, and he can understand that. Does he have a comment for it? Not really, what was he going to say? It seems like she would go off on him if he said anything, so he continued to walk until he got to town square which is thirty minutes away from the guild house. Need anything before we continue? These are the main shops in which you can spend jewels in for just about everything. Elyx explained as he stopped in the exact middle.

Nuria shook her head, following him until he stopped. "I have everything I need. Had I not, why would I be here?" She said it like the answer was obvious, and adding insult to injury she rolled her eyes while saying it. "I don't need anything, so can we go now? I have better things to do than shopping." Nuria tapped her foot on the ground impatiently. She wanted to burn something... BAD. Being in the city of the guild that she wanted to join, burning something down wouldn't be the ideal thing to do. She kicked some dust, looking around and sighing.

Elyx sighed as he noticed her Violent nature. It might be the worst temper he had to deal with when he was almost assassinated. When she spat out more words he merely blocked her out by whistling the song "Majestic Phoenix", which allowed him to summon his Phoenix in his right hand, Ignite. She was there for him and he wouldn't have to endure this sort of thing alone. Hey there Ignite, I'm going to need your help with this. Just... stay with me all right? Elyx asked as he pet her feathers and laughed a little as she chirped. He continued walking toward the guild hall without while Ignite flew by his side, the Guild Hall being close now. He couldn't imagine anyone getting lost with the amount of progress just made at this moment.

Nuria stared at the pet oddly, and gave Elyx an even weirder look when he began murmuring to it like a crazy person. "The hell?" she said to herself quietly, but brushing it off as she continued following him, and opened the palm of her hand and a ball of fire appeared in it, and she looked into it like a begging dog. She really, REALLY wanted to burn something now. Flies and other bugs began to fly around the ball of fire, each dying as it touched it. The fireball went away and she studied her surroundings. Yup, each building looked relatively similar, not in design, moreso in just the "aura" it gave off. Boring, boring, why is this so boring~! Let's do something, anything, as long as it's not boring~! she sang-thought in her head.

Well, here it is, from here, we as in you re going to meet the Guild Master. Elyx said as he entered, Ignite going in first before anyone else could, he was always happy but sadly not in range of Elyx, so he was back to where he started. He walked and walked until he found Kakuma, this time it seems she was... well, he couldn't quite explain it yet. In the meantime, he just decided to speak formally to her about their arrival, keeping his tone as calm as possible. Hey there Kakuma, there is a person who would like to talk to you about Black Rose. If you would like me to leave you two in private for it, I will. Elyx explained. (From here, Kaku will handle it)

Kakuma had been napping again on a small ledge overlooking the main port, she heard someone approaching so she opened her eyes and rolled over. It was Elyx, a member that only joined recently. He had someone with him, perhaps a new recruit for the guild. Kakuma sighed as he addressed her, sitting up as she looked at them. "well then... I'm Kakuma Black Rose's Guild Master... and you are?"

Nuria raised an eyebrow as she walked up to the guild, not what she expected in any way. Didn't matter though, she was here. Nuria stood outside, seeing as though the building, like many that she had saw was axe of wood. Not wet wood like the docks, so having Nuria inside would probably be bad. The guild master confronted her, she looked, up front, like a pretty aloof person, without a care in the world. "Name's Nuria, wandering fire spirit. I stumbled upon the news of a guild so I guess I'll try to join it" Nuria said with a calm expression. Unlike that Elyx person, this one didn't seem to have a smug aura on her, she seemed chill and relaxed. These were the people Nuria kinda liked, until they got boring ten Nuria couldn't stand them. For now, she was alright.
