Laurette walked through the forest. Her walk seemed dull, and empty of any emotions. As she walked throughout it she seemed to suck all the beauty of the forest, or anything that made it feel alive, and crushed it.
She had heard rumors about this being the area the guild known as Savage Skull was located in, but after walking for a few hours these rumors seemed to prove untrue. She had wanted to join it, because she had heard that there were people in the guild that were like herself in some ways. She enjoyed killing, and not just as in the sweet victory she felt when her victims blood spilt onto the ground, but everything about it, and she was told there were others like her in this way in the guild.
She walked on about an hour more, until she lost hope. "I suppose I'm not going to find it after all." She spoke to herself. Her words seemed empty, and cold. She started to turn around when she noticed an old castle looking building in the corner of her eye. Her hope raised a little as she started to walk towards it.
From what she had heard the guild lived in a old castle, which seemed to fit the building she saw standing before her very well. Some said it was stained from top to bottom in blood, which she didn't see, but every now, and the she'd spot a stain on it's walls that appeared to be old dried blood. She decided to herself this must be the guild she was in search of. This had to be Savage Skull.
She almost had walked in the castle when a though crossed her mind, "Hmm, I wonder if they'd rather me be friendly?" She asked herself quietly, and mid sentence her voice seemed to transtion from a dull tone, to one that seemed full of life, and perky. Her emotions themselves seemed to transition in that sentence from nothing to full of life.
"I'm not completely sure how they take to stangers, so maybe I should fake it, and be friendly for the moment in hopes of joining their guild." She said to herself as her voice seemed so child like and happy, instead of the original monotone, and dull voice.
A sweet smile spread across her originally dark, solemn face. She appeared to a sweet, regular child now. She nearly skipped in at which she then noticed the guild seemed rather empty. Her smile faded a tad, but was still there in a sense. She cleared her throat and yelled out as loud as she could, "Hello!? Is anyone here?" She said sounding a bit curious now. She walked around the large room as she peeked around corners, and such in search of one of the guilds members.
