Drip... drop... drip... drop... sounds that were made as the tears of the heavens pelted the cobblestone ground below. The citizens were used to random rain storms ever since Fairy Tail got their princess. The denizens of the city all heard the rumors and stories revolving her. How she's not from this dimension or even human. How her voice can enchant an entire city under her spell, or even how the elements bend to her will, but lately all they can talk about is her return.
Magnolia, One week Ago,
Outside one of the magic shops a weird noise could be heard. Almost like something was ripping. The air started to curdle and become thick around this area and people did their best not to get too close. The wall of the shop became distorted and ripple. Not even some of the mages knew what it was. Then she fell out of the ripples. Raina of Fairy Tail. It had been over twelve months since Magnolia heard of her disappearance. No one knew what to expect. The ripple closed and her magic kicked in, causing a horrible rainstorm like the one they experienced when she first arrived in town.
Raina stood by the railing of the bridge in the middle of town, just watching the rain hitting the water and the effect it held on it. She always liked the rain, the weather which she was named after. It was soothing and fluid. Never judging, just coexisting. She thought about how different this world was compared to Mystia, the paradise world she was born in. This wasteland of a world, torn apart by suffering and war, what drew her to it?
