Name: Chizuru Hanayaka Shugyoku
Gender: Female
Age: 8
Birthday: February 6th
Sexuality: Straight (but she doesn't really care as she's only eight)
Personality:
Chizuru typically acts her age; childish, fun-loving, and energetic. Her darkly cheerful ways can be seen as a little overly assertive at times, but it appears as though she's unaffected by the scornful world she lives in -happy to continue her optimistic lifestyle without care. Chizuru's has a not-so-secret passion for cute animals that surpasses reverence of most anything; they seem to be the only living things her black heart still beats for. She also has a deep love for magic, but for some reason has conformed to calling it "magic tricks;" suggesting she doesn't really take it seriously at all.
On the flip side of this, however, in the off-chance that she should become angered, annoyed, or get serious, it's like a flip switches and she's actually horribly intimidating. Chizuru is a murderous fiend when she's put up to it, she has no hesitation to kill or cause any other inhumane act (except for the killing of animals; which is likely something that would make her become that angry in the first place).
The girl is quite smart, especially when it comes to battle strategy, but it's more often shown in subtle ways and masked by giggling or some sort of childish remark afterwards. Her morals and priorities, however, are unfortunately very twisted; she see's death as inconsequential but understands how to use the fear it holds on others to her advantage. She holds sweets over life, animals over humans, and wouldn't flinch to destroy an entire town over dropping a scoop of ice cream.
Likes:
Magic: Chizuru adores using magic and/or watching others use it. There is no favorite pass time for her than to fight someone with "pretty magic tricks" or to watch others do so.
Animals: Chizuru has a strange passion for all beasts, especially cute ones, though it is unclear as to why she has such a love for them; her favorite seems to be the Giant Panda.
Plushies She has a million different stuffed animals in her room and each of them have their own names; they pile over her bed so much she chooses to sleep on the floor on a mat so as to not "disturb them." Chizuru is also very protective of these plushies, stealing one or implementing any other such plushie related horror would result in a fuming wizard chase to the pits of Tarturus. -Note that this is possibly worse than killing a living animal-
Sweets: Being eight years old, Chizuru has a time-old desire for sweet things. Chocolate Ice cream, Hershey's Kisses and TootsieRoll Pops are her favorites therefore she's often seen eating one of the three or some other sort of sweetie.
Dislikes:
Killing Animals: Of course, being an animal lover she despises seeing one die or be murdered. She would undoubtedly try to kill anyone she saw performing this act of "injustice" on the spot.
Being Underestimated: Because of her size, age, and persona, Chizuru -not surprisingly- gets underestimated a lot. It's a sure fire way to get her extremely agitated.
Bullying Her Friends: Chizuru -again because she is so young and because of her strange behaviors- doesn't make a lot of friends but on the rare occasion that one is made, she's fairly loyal to them; therefore she isn't one to standby and watch them get bullied (this includes trash talked, beaten down, literal bullying, underestimated, etc.) Unfortunately partners that she may find herself paired with are not usually considered friends and she would have no conscience in killing them if necessary (and most likely joke about it afterwards).
Motivations:
Nothing really motivates her, she loves her life and most things in it, but she does not fear death either. Her beliefs are in living life to it's fullest while you have it before dying the way fate intends...that is her motivation.
Fears:
Getting Old: She loves being young and contrary to most kids her age, she fears growing old and thinks that age would make her weak and ugly -Note that this fear is often portrayed in a jesting fashion or implemented into an insult to someone older than her, but it is a real phobia she struggles with no matter how childish it comes off to the rest of the world.

History

- Spoiler:
Chizuru was born in a dearth, poverty-stricken town on the very outskirts of Fiore, where few Wizards cared to travel and where the council didn't bother keeping their eyes. This village was known as Tezema because it's streets were narrow and it's huts were far too crammed together. Still the people there were happy, they lived without magic and relied heavily on farming as their only means of economical commerce.
Chizuru's parents were wheat farmers, just like most of the small population of Tezema. They -again like most- strongly believed that magic would only ruin their crops and therefore they labored day in and day out over the farm. When their daughter was three years of age, they enlisted her to help with small jobs like feeding and grooming the oxen and the horses used to churn the fields at harvest. It was a good, hard working country life for all the inhabitants.
However, around 4 years after Chizuru was born, strange happenings began within the town sometimes when night came about. Stories were murmured of a fairy with oddly shaped wings walking about the village with only the moonlight to give her form away and by the next day they would find someone's remains. Many believed it was a demon, some less practical minds though that perhaps a Takeover wizard was cursing them. It turned out that both rumors were somewhat accurate.
After Chizuru had turned four, she had wondered off her parent's farm in order to investigate a suspicious noise rustling in a nearby cops. When she arrived there, a terrible demon leaped out of the brambles and took her by surprise, carrying her far off into the woods and beyond the Fiore borders. The demon brought her to his lair and immediately attempted to use Take Over magic on her. His reasoning had been that Tezema Town wouldn't suspect a little girl of anything, he would be able to feast on human flesh all he wanted.
The spell worked, he easily overcame and took control of her body before returning to the town. Every night when the moon shone down on her, two mysterious wing-like appendages adorned her back, giving her the persona of an angel or a fairy. As the demon suspected though, no one ever saw her in this form and of course no one thought that Chizuru was the cause of the slaughters, and he went unharmed for an entire year, using her body as a host.
When she turned five however, something happened within Chizuru that was completely unexpected. There was a deep rooted magical gift within her that was unlocked accidentally when the beast entered her, and so she had subconsciously been fighting back for control of her mind and body. When this magic was released, because she was so young and her magic was untrained and wild, rather than casting the demon out, she unintentionally reversed the effects of his Take Over and absorbed him into herself. Immense agony had cursed through her entire body and drained all of her power causing her to black out immediately afterwards.
When she came too, she found herself surrounded by corpses belonging to the remaining villagers; her eyes had gone from being blue to red and the wings of the demon that had only appeared at night before, seemed to be permanent appendages. She had no memories of the last year, but for some reason she didn't seem to mind that or the fact that there was crimson dripping from her hands and she was surrounded by bodies, two of them belonging to her parents.
A new and formidable feeling had washed over her, the demon blood was coursing through her veins and she could sense his lust for murder. She knew she had a new life ahead of her, one far more promising than that of a farmer's daughter, and with that idea she left Tezema without looking back.
It took her another year to find Savage Skull, in the time before then she spent hours trying to figure out how to access her demonic magic and her own magic. Training paid off well and she was more than prepared when it was time to face the Dark Guild of her choice.
