Personality: From the looks of Kyoya he seems to be a friendly sixteen year old Mage as he is always seen smiling however underneath that fake smile lies the most cynical person one may ever come across. Kyoya is usually a calm, laid back individual but is also very cruel in the sense that he picks on others viewing everyone as weak. His confidence in his abilities has led him to believe that he is a god of some sort (or will be one someday). Not only is Kyoya overconfident but he is arrogant too adding to the list of reasons why you'd never wanna befriend him. Despite being this evil menace that views the world as trash Kyoya is rarely ever angry and always performs his evil acts with a smile on his face. Whenever the Mage is angry he usually incinirates the thing that pissed him off.
Likes: Despite viewing normal humans as weak Kyoya sees them as entertaining creatures that are needed as fools in his kingdom. The teen also likes other strong dark mages as he sees them as a valuable asset in his plans. Other Dragon Slayers also interest Kyoya but he is not particularly fond of them. Being a straight guy he is also interested in women..... A lot.
Dislikes: Kyoya extremely despises all light mages and the magic council as their rules, laws and regulations pisses him off. Despite being interested in other Dragon Slayers he pretty much hates them also as he views himself as the one and only. Weak people are also a no-no as they'd probably end up angering him even more. As mentioned earlier the dark mage is rarely ever angry but what triggers this emotion is when the once proud and great Tsukuyomi family is mocked and ridiculed. 
Motivations: Kyoya is very self motivated in the sense that his mind is always on his goals. Once his sets out to do something he will not stop until his does so which is why he now aims to conquer the world as 'God' and establish a new world order full of strong mages where the strong devour the weak. The continuous progression of his power is something Kyoya would love to see along with his full potential which is why he'll try his best to stay alive and will kill anyone who hinders his growth. The dark Mage also plans to keep moving forward until he is finally able to restore the powerful reputation the Tsukuyomi family once had.
Fears: Kyoya fears that he may be viewed by himself as weak one day (yes a little insecure) as his dream revolves around a world full of the strong and if he is weak then he has no place in his own dream. The dark Mage also fears that he may not be able to restore the powerful reputation the Tsukuyomi family once had and that he may not be able to please his ancestors. One other thing Kyoya fears is the magic council, despite being very confident in his power he does not fear the magic council itself but rather what they'd do to him if he was ever to be caught.

Hair: Kyoya has long dark brown hair that reaches down passing his waist
Eyes: Brown eyes but when angered the pupils become a fine slit line
Skin Tone: Light Caucasian
Appearance: Kyoya is quite short for his age coming across as 5'6" and weighing around 131lbs. He has long dark brown hair that reaches down and passes his waist.  As Kyoya goes through a lot of intense training he has a lot of muscle and strength which can only be seen when tensing. His skin is of a caucasian tone. He usually if not often wears a white poncho with nothing underneath. Along with this Kyoya also wears fingerless gauntlets with four small protrusions where the knuckles are imprinted with his name and as well as a pair of baggy pants with two sections each with a set of three straps on each leg and shoes with two studs protruding from the toes. The fingerless gauntlets are more of a fashion statement than a weapon. He also wears a belt embedded with a triangular insignia and the straps are lined with it as well.

RP sample: It was hot as expected in the summer of a clover town day. Clover town wasn't like that mountain that experienced harsh, cold snow storms which was why Kyoya was wearing his usual clothing consisting of a white poncho with nothing underneath and black baggy trousers. Well one couldn't say that he actually came prepared since that was what he usually wore but that was not the point.  The dark Mage stood atop of a tall building, he felt almost like a caped crusader, standing atop tall buildings with his poncho moving due to the wind. His watchful gaze stare out below, watching for anything or anyone rather that may interest him. If all went well today the dark mage would be one step closer to completing his goal. However even he knew that what he was about to do would have serious precations.

A smirk appeared upon Kyoya's face as he tossed himself from the building he was standing atop. The winds whipped around him as he descended with rapid acceleration. Faster and faster he plummeted to the ground and for the briefest of seconds Kyoya contemplated not doing anything to slow the inevitable impact of landing. Though, as quickly as the idea came it was gone. Upon impact with the ground the dark mage would roll giving himself a safe landing. Coming to a grinding halt, the boy’s eyes darted around to see if anyone was around. The answer was no – or at least he suspected as much. The dark mage then reminded himself that he had landed in an alleyway which meant he could not be seen and that his awesome jump was one that would go unpraised.

Dashing forward, the dark mage bounded up and through the air, touching on an interface to propel himself further into the air. Touching down on the top of another tall building’s roof top, Kyoya glanced around again. 'This town is boring' he'd sigh complaining to his exceed partner who he had completely forgotten about until a minute ago. 'You're the boring one punk!' his partner would reply in quite an angry tone. Kyoya however would simply laugh in response, taking a seat whilst doing so staring down at the residents of Clover Town. 'Humans really are interesting creatures aren't they Oz?........ Come on let's go. All the legal guild masters are meeting today which means that it's our chance to take them out of the picture permanently.' Kyoya said jumping off the building once more. A 'Yes sir!' was soon heard as his partner followed.

First thing I see wrong is Fears. Everyone is afraid of something, even if you just have to pull some random fear out of a magical hat I suggest you do it.

Punctuation. Your run on sentences, and inability to connect a though through the use of punctuation makes this tiring to read.
Tense as well "His confidence in his abilities had lead." Yeah, unlike the actual element, sentence wise and how you are trying to use the word, you want led. Keep your tenses either in the past or present, don't mix them up with each other. In fact, best to just use past tense throughout the entire app.
If he believes he is a god, which is indestructible already, then why add he believes he is indestructible?
