Description: Propulsion Magic is a wind-based caster-type magic. This magic has both offensive and defensive abilities. Although, this magic can utilize both, it is mainly used as mobility. This magic focuses on propelling the user, good for dodging attacks and getting to a place, quickly and safely. Along with propelling the caster, Propulsion Magic can also propel projectiles, whether they are moving away or getting closer to him. For that reason, the caster can utilize defensive properties of his magic, propelling things away from him. If something is propelled away from him, he can redirect it towards the enemy. He could also propel random objects that are lying around, like a rock. Using it this way brings out its offensive properties. This magic is similar to Gravity Manipulation Magic and Telekinesis Magic, but it uses 'wind', to utilize its spells.
- Can propel more than one target(s).
- Beats enemies with wits, not brute force.
Strengths:
- Incredible speed-Because of winds light nature. it can be fired at extreme speeds toward their enemies.
- Adaptable - Wind can be used in many situations, be them tough ones, or be them ones where they must remain silent.
-Because of how wind shoots out gusts, it can be used to go AROUND objects.
Weaknesses:
- Easily redirected with stronger wind, or even removed.
- Weak against earth, since it is solid and hard to move. AND or heavy.
Abilities/Powers:
- Wind Walker: This ability allows Seishi to walk on air for a set amount of time, depending on his rank. This is because the wind creates a layer of propulsion, hovering them at the level they step. but this also allows the user to lower the strenght of the propulsion and lower themselves down.

Name: Propulsion: Basic Attack
Rank: D
Type: Offense, Wind
Description: Propulsion: Basic Attack is an attack where Seishi attacks my sending projectiles towards the enemies. Whether those projectiles be rocks to boulders or swords and arrows on the battlefield, Seishi is able to use the power of wind to bring those items up. He then utilizes the power of wind to use the items. He can only propel things logically around his rank. Ex. D-Rank allows him to propel things up to 20 lbs. This spell levels up per rank.
Strengths:
- Can throw/use items within 15 feet and use them as projectiles
- Can be used without going into the brute of the action
- Adaptable to situations.
Weaknesses:
- Does low damage, even for a D-Rank.
- Can be blown away by another wind spell of D rank +

Name: Propulsion: Aerial Intersection
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Wind
Description: Seishi uses his magic to form wind blades, Then shoots himself forward rapidly (With propulsion) Then slashes a X shape with the blades.
Strengths:
- Strong offense D-Rank spell
- Range of 15 Feet.
Weaknesses:
- Easily predicted- The spell requires the user to bend in a running position.
Duration/Cooldowns 1 post/3 posts once duration is over

Type: Defense, Wind
Description: Seishi manipulates his magic and wind, forcing it into a shield. It is invisible to all but wind users. It is a 4 x 4 feet shield that can take up to 2 D-Rank attacks/1 C-Rank. It can block 1 D-Rank Fire/Earth Attack, for they are elemental weaknesses of his. This shield is special for it and maneuver/move around, protecting him from all directions. the shield is controlled with the users palm. moving it outwards or inwards pulls it backwards and forward.
Strengths:
- 4 x 4 feet shield; pretty big for D-Rank
- Maneuverable- Can be moved at the users whim
Weaknesses:
- Weak against Earth; Shield is weaker
- Cannot protect under the caster, so attacks from the ground are strong against this

Name: Propulsion: Boreas' Barrier
Rank: D
Type: Defensive, Wind,
Description: With the power of wind, Seishi uses his magical power to create winds that circle around him, protecting him. These winds move at 25 MPH, as fast as a tornado. This size of the barrier is just as big as he is, resulting in a perfect fit. Whoever does a physical attack against this receives a push back. about 1 meter.. This move looks similar to Erigor's Storm Mail.
Strengths:
- Can protect from 2-D Ranks spells
- Can defend from anyone who performs a physical attack
- Moves around with caster
Weaknesses:
- Cannot protect from any C-Ranks spells
Duration/Cooldowns 3 posts/4 posts once duration is over

Name: Zero Point Breakthrough
Rank: C
Type: Ice-Offensive
Description: The user. Or seishi in this case, Grabs a body part of the enemies body. And after this contact. Ice rapidly freezes around the body part.
Strengths: Can be used to immobilize enemies. Rapid Activation. Offensive
Weaknesses: Short Range. Ice broken easily. Enemy does not feel chilled. Weak against fire.
Duration/Cooldowns It lasts for 2 posts. Unless tampered with. And has a cooldown of 3 posts. (Can be used with both hands...For double the freezing) (AKA. Grabbing both the enemies hands)
Name:Wind Bullet
Rank: D
Type: Wind Offensive
Description: The user holds out their palms, as two diamond shaped wind tornadoes appear. and slowly start to become atleast somewhat solid. The user then shoots them rapidly by aiming with their hand.
Strengths: Rapid Speed. Can cause cuts even if not direct hit (Within 2 Inches of the bolt) Because of its wind like cutting nature.. Somewhat strong if makes contact for a D rank.
Weaknesses: The wind bullet fades out after 10 FT. The wind bullet is succeptible to being redirected by wind techniques. The wind bullet
