♤ an ancient type of magic that has only shown itself before thrice in the bloodline of the royal mycelia family, the diadem of the mycelia grove harnesses the ability to manifest and manipulate plant and fungal life inside and around the body of the caster. due to the virtuous nature of this magic, it is to no surprise that none have wielded it successfully prior to princess demetria vysceria mycelia- in order to utilize with success, the caster must have a completely pure heart, which is commonly referred to as a diadem in the wyvernwood. by accessing the blessed mycelia grove deep within their heart, the caster of this magic will be able to utilize these nature-based energies to provide mystical healing and buffs to allies and themselves, while being able to immobilize and debuff threatening enemies and auras that cross their path. being struck with a spell of this magic feels dreamy and refreshing, even as a hostile entity.
♤ within the small thickets of this magic of mushrooms and greenery, one may find nothing but utter peace and blooms, which sits at the core of this magic and its ability to be harnessed; being so pure, the caster is unable to produce damage through the usage of the diadem of the mycelia grove, as the flora of the wyvernwood's descent demands to only be met with new life. granting protection comes in a different form when it comes to those with the purest of hearts- rather than shedding the blood of another on the forest floor to protect a friend, the virtuous grove of nature promotes new life vivaciously and allows for the purification of the organic body and soul, in addition to the liberation of physical ruin scattered across the horizon. this classifies the use of 'the diadem of the mycelia grove' as holy and is utilized through the lively element of nature.

unique abilities:
♤ projection of the grove: delving deep into the status of the surrounding ecosystem while traveling, demetria is capable of casting the energy of her ancestors (her blessed mycelia grove within her heart) outward into the area in which she occupies, allowing a subtle glimmer to shine among greenery and fruiting bodies of nature within eyeshot of her at all times. inside this low-lit glimmer is a healing spore of various magical mushrooms, which holds the ability to prevent death from occurring to players/npcs in any thread the account "demetria" posts in; while hostile enemies, allies, and all other entities can be defeated, upon knocking unconscious one's soul would turn into that of a grove spirit body (visuals at the beginning of thread). transparent and only able to interact with plant life, grove spirit bodies are essentially within a dreamy ghost-like state, and can only be seen by demetria and other members of the mycelia family tree- however, upon trying to interact with living things one would simply pass right through their bodies, unable to be acknowledged. from this point, undead enemies/unhealable dying enemies (npcs) would be able to have their souls freed and meld into nature upon the discretion of the characters in the thread, and unconscious enemies would be able to stay in this state until conscious again, where the body would melt back into their human body. requires absolute ooc consent when used in regards to other player characters, and is mainly for plot flavor. in addition to this effect, all of demetria's healing spells are deemed 40% more potent (buff to spell healing, max user rank buff capped at s).
♤ nature's touch: growing stronger in magical potency, demetria would begin to notice that upon touching sites of tragedy and ruin with her hands, such as fallen concrete cities and rotting cottages, it was as if she would be able to promote the growth of plants and allow nature to magically overtake the structures. this is also true for places struck with natural and magical disasters if small enough but does significantly strain the caster the larger it may be. requires absolute ooc consent when used in regards to other player characters, and is mainly for plot flavor. in addition to this effect, all of demetria's spells receive a 50% mp cost reduction. ♤ unlocks at b rank

♤ description: channeling the magic of the holy mycelia grove, the caster will appear to be surrounded in a light flurry of localized plant life, instantly causing their body to be coated in a glowing array of mushroom spores. dissipating into holy light, the caster would be able to appear anywhere they would desire within range, along with additional allied equipment and pets. once completely coated in light, the teleportation is cast instantly and cannot be stopped.

♤ description: holding their hands together and causing plant life to flourish among the ground around their body, the caster would appear to manifest a floating halo of different types of mushrooms and plants above their head, alongside an olive-green magical circle in-front of their hands. out of this magical circle will shoot magical mushrooms and plant life sealed within bubbles of floating spores in the direction facing, healing allied units struck with an orb 75% user rank multi-target spell values (any allied unit struck with a second orb will allow the orb to pass through their body and hit an unaffected ally, not allowing the ability to stack). the caster can also pull the first or last orb shot backward towards themselves through the other side of the magical circle, allowing one orb to be utilized as a self-heal. the magical plant orbs are able to be intercepted by hostile units, but pop and have no effect. can heal up to 7 allies at a rank and 10 at s rank, with the number of orbs =max spell duration.

♤ description: causing an olive-colored magical circle to form above the ground next to them, the caster will raise their hand upward and cause a giant mushroom tree to sprout from the ground, which pushes invisible spores with the wind around the structure within aoe range. with these magical spores comes the ability to heal more rapidly, granting all allied units caught within the area of effect to regain 16 hp per post, and promote non-infectious bleeding wounds to close without a scar while staying inside the aoe until the third post. magical but delicate, the mushroom tree can easily be destroyed by taking 20 damage, causing the spell to be stopped and the tree to return back to nature.♤

♤ description: materializing a floating fragment of a holy wyvernwood tree's bark, the caster will be able to launch it towards a singular hostile enemy. upon being struck, the stump of a wyvernwood tree will sprout from the ground under them and snare the hostile unit's lower half of their body into place for one post, while still allowing their arms to be utilized to their full extent. upon being released from the snare, either by waiting through the one post duration or breaking it via a d rank+ offensive magical spell, the single target will have their speed debuffed by 30%. the spell cannot be recast until debuff has worn off from single-target.

♤ description: harnessing the aspect of wyvernwood royalty through the mycelia grove, the caster manifests a dated version of one of the five original swords of the royal wyvernwood court, that of which appears to be made of faint holy glowing light and magical plants. appearing through a magical circle and telepathically floating through the air within burst range, this fragment of magic is capable of being ultimately controlled by the caster in every way, and harnesses extremely potent healing magic- upon striking an allied unit with this "weapon", it will cut through their body like butter, healing the struck for 3 hp per slice. while not actively focusing on manipulating this magical fragment telepathically, it will simply float around the caster while not in use for the rest of the duration. this artificial sword can be easily broken when hit with even the weakest of hostile magical spells and attacks. harmless, this manifestation can be used to appear as more intimidating to enemy units while separated from allied dps roles, but only caps at 60 HP per post max.- ♤:

♤ description: materializing a brown, circular seed and throwing it within range, the caster will be able to utilize their magical energy to cause the tree to take root and grow into a giant holy wyvernwood tree, that of which consists of a giant canopy that stretches across the entire area of effect. due to the virtuous aspect of the tree's species, it forms a dome-like shield over the aoe and can withstand up to 135 magical damage before breaking- this ability can be set up in different terrains for different results, such as smaller protected space up against a mountain, etc. enemy units are unable to pass through the barrier of invisible energy granted by this tree, but allied forces are able to slip through as they please.

♤ description: harnessing the holy magical powers of the mycelia grove, the caster will direct all of their might into the ground below them, causing natural foliage to begin to flourish and a small pastel red magical circle to appear. growing into a large fruiting mushroom, which can change in appearance pertaining to the surrounding environment, this fungal body is capable of spreading a unique mycelium network underground- this results in all allied units caught within range to heal 30 hp per post while this spell is active, capping at 2.5x spell values at the end of the duration. in addition to the healing properties of this mushroom, upon touching the mushroom the caster will be able to manifest a royal wyvernwood witchtree mushroom broomstick made purely out of magic, which will grant the caster the ability to fly for the duration. upon being broken, being the broomstick or the mushroom, the spell will cease to exist.
