The Fiore Winter Games! (Endolf/Event)

Things had taken a drastic turn for Veronica recently. A very drastic turn that had caused the normally perverted and energetic young woman to become constantly somber and silent, even self-contained, as she drifted through the main headquarters of the Rune Knights in the recent month or so. Calmly and quietly doing whatever task she was assigned before moving on to some form of self-isolation. That was what today had brought about as well. Rather than spending the remainder of her free time for the day out in the soft, powdery white snow that had come to blanket Era Veronica had hold herself up in the Knights' training area.

Clad in what was easily considered bare minimum for clothing she stood with her sword grasped tightly in a two-handed stance. A sporty attire graced her underdeveloped form in the form of a somewhat skimpy sport's bra and spanx so tight they could have been considered another layer of skin. Her sword practice had become a greater necessity than it had been when she joined with Knights, her magic having granted her enough of a kind of leeway that she had more ways to adapt and fight than just the blade in her hands. Now, even in a room designed to handle the knights and their individual magics when training, her sword was devoid of her trademark sparks of electricity she tended to send along the large conductor.

Time passed and Veronica found herself in the woman's locker room, stripped out of her sweat-drenched workout clothes and freshly showered, sitting on a simple wooden bench with her towel beside her. She had yet to even begin drying herself off, instead looking at her open hand and trying to get a current of electricity to flow between even two of her splayed fingers like she used to. But like every other time she had tried to use the magic she had worked so hard to make her own lately it was rewarded with a distinct, obvious lack of magic. She couldn't even feel the Slayer's magic inside her anymore, almost feeling as if a literal piece of herself were now missing.

The blonde's concentration on her hand was disrupted by the call of her name. Looking towards the source of the call she found her branch's General at the other end of the locker room waving at her and instructing Veronica to come to her. Without a second thought the petite blonde did as she was instructed, leaving her towel behind as she made her approach. "What can I do for you General Gisen?" She asked in a clearly out of character fashion.

Veronica did her best to just bypass Gisen's concerns for her with a simple reply of "I'll manage." Her turquoise eyes actually fluttering away from her General for a moment with an underlying sensation of disappointment and hints of sorrow to them. It seemed the response was enough as the rabbit eared woman before her seemed to focus back on what she had searched out Veronica for. Apparently there was some sort of winter festival going on at the moment and her commanding officer seemed to want to experience it with Veronica and only Veronica. Another sign to anyone familiar with her was the fact she didn't respond with the extreme levels of sexual energy she normally would be expected to. In fact rather than taking the opportunity to work the situation into a date between herself and the attractive rabbit before her Veronica's only response was "Ok. If that's what you'd like me to do General."

Even the prospect of Gisen showing off her skimpy requips seemed to not faze the tomboy as she simply acknowledged her direction to put on warmer clothes and meet her superior by the main doors. When Gisen had hurried off from the changing room in a fit of giggles Veronica simply made her way back to her towel. Picking it up she began to finish drying off, the conversation having given her a chance to air-dry somewhat, before opening the locker she had stuffed her change of clothing into before her attempted workout. A short while later she stepped out of the changing room dressed in an outfit that one could only call a smart casual outfit.

A pair of olive green pants closer in color to grey than green adorned her legs with a section of maroon leather strapped over her left leg, not unlike half of a pair of chaps. These extended down to a pair of ankle boots with chunky heels about an inch tall, honestly these were possibly Veronica's most feminine set of footwear, in a slightly darker grey color than the pants. A fashionable black belt with silver accents wrapped diagonally around her waist, hanging lower at her right hip. This was just visible under the ends of an almost gunmetal grey waist jacket, the right lapel pulled back to reveal a crimson inner lining with silver embroidering, lacking sleeves. Instead another, lighter colored shirt was worn under it with the long sleeves rolled up to just below her elbows. The entire wardrobe was completed by a pair of black gloves on her hands and a matching tie around her neck.

The girl would have actually admitted she had problems choosing her attire for this outing. The normal Veronica would have thrown care to the wind and gone with something both comfortable and able to act as an attempt to get her General's focus on her. As she currently was she instead simply wrestled with the idea of wearing the comfortable outfit she had picked or simply putting her normal uniform on, given she knew how Gisen had a tendency to react to Rune Knights that were out of uniform. Clearly the prospect of comfort won out in the end and the fashionable outfit was chosen. Dried and dressed all that was left to her was to meet her General by the main doors like she was instructed to.
