The air literally swayed and shook. The sounds of rumbling filled the air, but it was a quiet rumble. Like a hum that never stopped.
Loud cracks and explosions filled the air here and there like fireworks, rocks likely detonating mid-air or crashing and cracking down as they fell.
Thick solid black rock carved everywhere, some places were orange. Too hot to step.
A sea of bubbling lava, like syrup; weaved in and out of the black rock. Creating patterns, cliffs, waterfalls and just about everything else you could imagine. A gigantic canyon of lava ran deep, carving through the area like the Grand Canyon.
'Two sandals hit the screen, walking as the camera shifts to Heero; wearing his famous blue scarf around his face and mouth; arabian style.'
"Goodness it's hot out here...." again, his cat refused to come. His Exceed simply hated this place; as there was zero possibility of any fish. "Feels kinda good though!" Heero kept on walking, wearing jeans, open toe sandals and a black tee shirt as usual. Only a Wizard would come to a place like this dressed as he was. Fortunately as a Dragon Slayer he had some resistance to just about anything; and Heero was especially tough. His Exceed speculates that at times he's either to brave or too stupid too care about pain or injury.
He found a rock floating in a large river of lava; it was about the size of a picnic table; maybe bigger. He shrugged to himself as it bobbed by in the river; and hopped onto it.
"Yikes.......cool." he said as he slid slightly to a landing; and sat down on the flat topped boulder floating through the river of lava; his face still wraped up like an arabian with his scarf; although his spikey blue hair and amber eyes were a dead give away to anyone who knew him. But out here? No way.
He'd decided while in Beanstalk Village to come and spend some time here. Garfield had elected for the warmth and comforts of Beanstalk Village instead (namely their seasoned fish and beans dishes). It was here he'd had his first encounter with another Dragon besides his own Dad; Zeuslogia. He floated down the lava river on the rock; sitting indian style without a care in the world; lava waterfalls pouring all down into the river he was floating in on all sides.
He thought he smelled something besides lava and ash; easy smells for a Slayer to pick up. But he wasn't sure.
