    Description:
    Takeover magic. The term might bring to mind many images. Most people might think firstly or animal or beast takeovers, or perhaps even the rare demon and god forms of the magic. However, the fifth major type of Takeover is generally overlooked, as few mages have actually had the opportunity to explore it in great depth, meaning most users of this form go by the wayside. This magic is the Machina Soul variant. The problems with specializing in this form are numerous. Firstly, the applicable machines are few and far between in the land of Fiore. Hand in hand with that, requip magic can, in most cases, produce similar results, much more efficiently. For most mages.

    P.B. is not most mages.

    The difference between most people and P.B. is that he has Bosco level mechanical engineering training, as well as a consistent plug for rare materials used in the crafting of advanced mechanical weaponry. This means that P.B. has the capability of constructing MagiMechs, which he can then use Machina Soul on. What are MagiMechs?
    I'M GLAD YOU ASKED.

    P.B.'s greatest creation to date, MagiMechs are special autonomous machines designed solely for defense purposes. The basic designs of all the machines reflect this: The shell of every MagiMech is made of a magically fused material. The combination of various artificial and natural armor bases is designed to create an armor shell which has very few weaknesses. Inside the shell, one might expect a cockpit of sorts, or at least space for a human pilot somewhere. However, in truth, the wiring and combat systems run throughout the machine, leaving only the space required for it to function properly, meaning that no opportunity is left untouched. Thanks to Machina Soul, P.B. can use the machine as his physical body, controlling it with his magic when his spells are active, removing the requirement for a cockpit or space within to use it as an armor.

    Despite the fact that he is physically fit, one would not expect P.B. to be an very ferocious fighter, given his bookish demeanor. This opinion might change once one sees him using a takeover. As he is able to gain a physical advantage, as well as personally design his weapon systems, he is capable of developing complex strategies with little to no room for error, as he has an acute understanding of all his body’s processes while in take-over form. Using his in depth knowledge of his own skills, he aims to overpower his opponents with oppressive, relentless, and unforgiving attack combos.

    •  Conspicuous: Try hiding a giant machine. You can’t. It smells, it’s noisy, and it stands out in a crowd.
