Job Location: Hargeon Town
Job Description: Merchants and Wizards alike are rumbling with the sailors over a massive mix up of shipments of both food, clothes, and other wares on the merchants behalf, and a shipment of Lacrima on the Wizard's behalf. They tested the Sailors, and that did not go down well. Many ships of Sailors decided too band together too beat back the groups of Merchants and Wizards as an all out riot rumble has ensued in Hargeon at the Docks. Put a stop too it by defeating either the Merchant Ring Leader, or the Wizard Ring Leader! Please help Hargeon! They've been going at it for days now over a shipment mixup that happened weeks ago! The Hargeon Mayor's Office will pay you nicely if you can get the Wizards and the Merchants to stop fighting against the Sailors! Although the Sailors won't be easy too calm down either, they should fight on your side!
(The Names of Any Characters Are Up Too You, as are other small aspects)
Enemies:
Weak: Anrgy Merchants x10 (These are just regular merchants of Hargeon...with most of their weapons and armor brought too bear! They can be carrying just about anything, so expect surprises. They are in the end though, just civilians and can be knocked unconscious by any direct hit of D-Ranked damage. Or frightened off with a display of B-Ranked magic, or even an impressive C-Ranked ability. They WILL however defend their ring leader if they are nearby him, or appear in the same roll as him.)
Normal: Upset Wizaards x5 (These guys were expecting their Lacrima, paid for it...and haven't seen it. They are willing too destroy the Sailors and the entire docks at this point of nonsensical violence. They are a collective of Fire-Make, Wind-Make, and Water-Make respectively. Using variations of each school. Their magic does C-Ranked damage, and they roll "4 damage die" whenever they attack you. However it only takes 5 hits of C-Ranked damage too defeat them, and 3 hits of B-Ranked damage, too K.O them individually.)
Strong: Merchant Ring Leader (He is draped in the finest of clothes, but happens too be a Requip Wizard. He will shift guns every so often, and uses a either a double barrel revolver, a shotgun, or...yes, a rocket launcher when backed against the wall. He is constantly shifting and requipping. His pistol deals D-Ranked Damage, his Shotgun Deals C-Ranked Damage, and B at close Range, and his rocket launcher deals B-Ranked damage. You may roll an extra "two block die" since it's a rocket launcher and it's obviously about too come your way when he shoulders it. He wears a musketeer like outfit, complete with a feather plume in his hat, the other merchants will defend him fervently. It takes 10 hits of C-Ranked damage too take him down.)
Boss: Wizard Ring Leader (This guy is a force to be reckoned with. As the main victim in not receiving a gigantic shipment of Lacrima, he is NOT happy; neither are the wizards he's promised Lacrima too, who are rioting right alongside him. He is a Water-Make mage, and is very impressive at manipulating it. The nearby water sources for him are endless, and excellent. He shoots spiraling water geysers, and makes floating weapons of ALL type and arrays out of water. Rolls 4 "Damage" die per attack, either the geysers or the floating weapons will strike at you four times. His ultimate attack; he summons collective water from the nearby water of the docks into a gigantic orb of water easily the size of a small house above his head. Roll "6 Damage Die" when this attack goes off. He uses this attack on the 10th post. The other wizards will defend him fervently. It takes 15 hits of C-Ranked or above damage too take him down.)
Reward: 30,000 Jewels
(Just so I don't have to keep returning to the mission thread to check on things)
---------------------------
It seemed that since the disbanding of Leviathan that the team that had become known as the Wrath of the Lost Demon's had gained some fame or perhaps infamy was a more appropriate term. Either way, despite being guildless now the two had been called onto a mission of B rank. Considering the fiasco of their last mission Naraku, the leader of the team, was quite surprised. Then again, they were credited with taking down a powerful A rank requip user by themselves. That was no easy feat, even if they had been lucky. The taking down of a large group of C ranks and B ranks also helped increase their infamy. The rune knights ranks were severely weakened. Perhaps that was why they had been called in because it was their fault rune knights couldn't be provided to stop these riots. It did not matter that much to her. What mattered was that they had a job to do and people to kill.
"Chelvaric let's not make the same mistakes as on our last mission." The young girl said to her slightly feline partner. She wondered if he would notice her new haori and think anything of it. "We have to prove that we are capable of handling such missions with ease or we will never gain true recognition." The wolf next to her nodded in agreement. They could not fail this time. "We hold back on our major spells till we need them. There is no sense wasting them early." With that Naraku lifted the wolf into her arms and walked off the roof she was standing on. Without any apparent means of support she continued to walk through the air. A few moment's later she broke into a run and eventually arrived on another roof near the docks. The sounds were very loud and it seemed that a lot of things were going on.
"Chaos. Absolute Chaos." Naraku murmured placing Fluffy down. What was the best move. She grinned to herself. There was only one move that was sensible to make. "Let us show them why they should fear the Wrath of the Lost Demons."
Ever since she had been without her guild she had become a much more capable leader. It seemed the more powerful she got the more intelligent she became as if she was unlocking intelligence. It was very strange. She could not explain it and wouldn't mention it. It did not matter too much for now. What mattered was the task at hand.
