Magic Name: Beast Leg
Magic Type: Bond
- Solitary Benefit: Pet receives 3 additional abilities which are equal to the character's rank (up to S).
- Bonded Creature: Ulster
Description: Beast leg magic was originally designed to allow a certain band of elves in the Sevenwood to keep up with and fight alongside Sevewood wolves by channeling magic through the body. Its primordial form simply boosted the physical abilities of the user but over several generations of development, it has been modified to allow the practitioner to channel magic through the bonded creature via a mark placed on the beast's body. Therefore, it now allows both the wolf and the wolf's master to fight with enhanced physical abilities. Flann has somewhat modified his own take on this magic even further. Whereas the traditional form of beast leg magic would channel magic through both the legs and arms, Flann abandons strengthening his arms altogether—in part due to his poor affinity for melee weapons anyway—and instead focuses on the legs entirely; he still opts to use this magic to boost his pet wolf's legs and jaws both, though, depending on the spell.
Unique Abilities:
- Pack Mentality: If Flann does damage with any spell, his bonded creature will do 40% more damage with its next spell. If the bonded creature does damage with any spell, Flann's next spell will deal 40% more damage. This damage boost cannot occur more than once a post and does not go into effect if the initial damage is caused by a spell that requires both Flann and his bonded creature to cast.
