Usually, when one hears about Fairy Tail, their face goes one of two ways. Horror because of how the guild went dark and recently became independent, leading people to be highly suspicious of the destructive guild. Or joy because everyone seems to be aware of how positive the popular Fairy Tail mages are. They are always teeming with life and eager to help where they can. But there is no real in between. Someone who looked at Fairy Tail with the latter expression was actually standing in front of the guild hall's (in progress) gates. Her brown hair was flowing with the gentle breeze and her face was somewhat flushed due to the heat. She had been standing in front of the gates for a good hour. Some passerby were even wondering if she had been a part of the magic council to talk with Fairy Tail but was too new and shy to talk to the guild. Alas, that wasn't the case. The girl had her hands balled up, holding her skirt as she looked down at her whitening knuckles. Why did I come here? I usually never act on a whim but here I am! In front of the Fairy Tail guild wondering what I should do next. The girl felt like she deflated the more her brain wandered away from the original thought. Should I join? She had been debating this as Fairy Tail is the guild that aligned with what she stands for the most. She wanted to become more open with people and she felt that this could truly help her. It's kind of pitying watching this sight of her questioning herself so much. She is so far in her head thinking about possible outcomes for going into the guild at this moment in time that she isn't really paying attention to anything surrounding her. If someone said anything, Evie would most likely pass out due to surprise. The thoughts of what was beyond those doors were influencing her social presence so, she began to quietly and slowly shuffle backwards away from the door. She felt small and the doors weren't helping. A small part of her brain was yelling at her to stay, and discover what she would be able to find beyond those doors. She needed a small push is all. And that's what that small voice inside of her was hoping would come before Evie completely took off from the guild hall. |
