Description: -An ancient Magic which allows the user to transform their physiology into that of a Water God. With this Magic, the user is also able to generate, create,manipulate, absorb and consume water. Not just the water in streams or ponds, but water in all living organisms as well. However unlike most water, Kisame wields a corrupted water. Water with a dark essence, and black in color. The water produced by Torrent God Slayer Magic are able to be utilized in several different ways, allowing for a high level of adaptability; the water is able to be released in free-form, as condensed, or even molded into the shape of a weapon, taking on the properties of said chosen shape. Torrent God Slayer Magic allows its user to consume water and water magic to replenish their MP. Because the user is a God slayer, he is granted inherent natural strengths.
Strengths:
-Torrent God Slayer is dark water, which can also cause different status effects on the body.
Weaknesses:
-Although Kisame can regain mp from consuming Water, or water magic. He cannot consume magic from an Ocean demon slayer.
You must have at least two weaknesses, please add another.
Unique Abilities:
*Kisame's training and upbringing with Poseidon, really altered his physiology from already being a superior being amongst humans, to almost God like proportions. User gains +20 physical Strength and speed. (Ranks up by 10 with user. Maxing at +50 str and +50 speed at S rank) For the sake of keeping things neat, please change the + to %, as buffs are mostly described as percentages
*All Aoe spells from user leaves a pool of water, half the size of spells original range. Pools of water will remain for 1 post per user rank. Maxing at 5 posts at S rank. All water spells from Kisame that hits any one whom is organic in nature, causes a leech of their bodily fluids every time. The user will have their speed reduced by 10%, maxing at 50%.
- "S" Rank Signature Spell:

Rank: User Rank The signature spell within secondary magic is unlocked for use when the character becomes S rank so please change this to reflect that

Description: Kisame's chosen hand begins to glow with dark water essence. Kisame is capable of placing said hand on an ally, and completely removing all status effects from user, of equal rank or lower to spell. This includes debuffs and DoTs. Or Kisame can chose to rejuvenate himself for the same thing.
Strengths:
*Kisame is able to repair damage done to himself or an ally.
Weaknesses:
*Ally must be in range of Kisame, for them to have spell used on them.
*Kisame must touch ally for them to be effected by spell.
- D rank spell:
Name Water Cloak

Description: Kisame's hands begin to glow with the dark water essence he is known for. He then releases a large sphere roughly 15 feet in diameter. All those inside, up to a max of 7 people, are cloaked with a special layer of water. This grants them the ability to breathe underwater, as well as swim at speeds they normally sprint on land.
Strengths:
*Kisame can grant allies the ability to swim under water as well as breath.
Weaknesses:
*Can effect enemies, who are within range or spell.
*Doesn't actually boost stats or fighting abilities.

Cooldown: N/A The cool down for C rank spells is 3 posts at least, please change this spell to reflect that. If you want a once per post teleport please use a signature spell or UA, you could also make it a passive ability on a magical item or such to accomplish this.
Description: Once per post, Kisame is able to teleport to a different location within 30 meters of him. Happens at the blink f an eye, and can be used to avoid spells.
Strengths:
*Kisame can teleport within 30 meters in the blink of an eye.
Weaknesses:
*Kisame can only use once per post. So if he jump into a fight, he cant teleport back out of it.
*Not useful for close range fights, only mid to long range.
- B Rank Spell:
Name Slipper Burst

Description: Kisane gathers corrupted water magic around himself, causing a deep dark blue hue to begin glowing around his body. Upon releasing the energy from the spell, Kisame is gifted a +50% speed bonus for duration of spell. Also for duration he is unable to be effected by spells or abilities that hinder his speed in ant way, or equal or lower level.. 50% is high for a B rank spell, especially since this spell lacks significant weaknesses and is also protecting the stat, please lower this to somewhere around 35%.
Strengths:
*+50% movement speed boost to Kisame for duration.
Weaknesses:
*Doesn't actually increase damage of user or his spells.
*Spells and abilities 1 rank above user that effect his speed, will still do so.
- A Rank Spell:
Name Recovery Reservoir
Rank: A

Description: Kisame summons a massive water sphere to form around him and allies. The water will instantly heal every ally inside for user ranked heal. All missing limbs will be recovered, diseases, and poisons of equal or lower rank removed. All allies within with also recover +5% hp per post. If a user has fallen to their deaths, they will be revived after 3rd post. HP regen is per every other post.
Strengths:
*Can recover the most fierce wounds, and even bring users back from death.
Weaknesses:
*Allies must be inside of water sphere in order to receive benefits of spell.
*Users can drown inside of tank, if they are unable to breathe under water.
- S Rank Spell:
Name Turtle Shells
Rank: S
Type: Multiple/DoT
Duration: 2
Cooldown: 8
Description: Kisame places his hand in front of him, causing 3 medium sized turtle shells to appear directly in front of him. The shells were blue and black. There is corrupted water magic leaking out in free form, from where the head, arms, and legs would normally be. The shells begin to spin at incredible speeds, before blasting off to their targets. Each Turtle shell deals 50% S Rank damage, and ignores Barriers and shields of equal rank or lower. All those who were hit with their Turtle shell, will receive 25% S rank damage for next 2 posts. Turtle reach up to 100 meters and travel at 50 meters a second.
Strengths:
*Kisame delivers a deadly spell on multiple targets.
Weaknesses:
*Kisame can only target up to 3 people, no more.
*Will only ignore the barriers and shields of spells equal or lower to spell.

If a user has fallen to their deaths, they will be revived after 3rd post. The revival effect must be usable only once per thread, and not usable in pvp,
you also must specify how much hp/mp etc the revived person comes back with, they may not be restored to full, also to have the 50% health restore per post you must make this into a heal over time which follows the same rules as damage over time, 50% health first post
and then 50% each subsequent post up to 2.5 heal, but since your able to revive someone from death too, I will not permit the full 2.5, especially since this had relatively few weaknesses compared to its effects.
