Leaves soared gently across the sacred land of Tenroujima Island in a way that expressed absolute peace and harmony in nature. Waves of saltwater brushed the coast, while birds were to be seen flying across the azure skyline. It was an untouched piece of nature… literally, it ‘was’. At the moment, it was capable of being visited by a certain guild that had taken care of the island for a millennium or more. And at the very moment was a young Fairy Tail mage struggling to keep up with today’s training. Fairly, training wasn’t really a part of his daily day; despite his extreme improvement, it was more the improvement of his mind that developed everything that he was capable of now. However, time had passed, and people change in many ways…
“Keep your guard up a little more!” a certain samurai’s voice called out to Mura as a fierce spar was happening in the shrubbery. The smaller one levitated his feet from the ground in a rapid charge towards the legendary samurai’s spirit, swinging Harusame around to hit Kyuken. The spirit leaped up with a quick advice: “Make sure to choose a place to strike at! You can’t expect to hit successfully with no target..!” Living up to that advice, the shaman lowered his entire body to put Kyuken out of balance with a swift heel. The spirit was quite fast on his toes, and it turned into a fierce volley of blades clashing against each other in order to either block or attempt to strike at the opponent.
That was when Kyuken decided to lay out his true potential. Without warning, a gust charged towards Mura’s position, just barely touching his flesh as he leaped over it with a shocked look on his face. The gust made several leaves to blow off, but thankfully spared the sacred ground. When the shaman landed again, he quickly lifted his lowered head towards Kyuken with wide-opened eyes. “When did you… have you always been able to do that?” he asked with a curious gaze, hurting Kyuken a little as Mura could’ve been aware of the samurai’s powers a long time ago. “…” Sweat trickled down the ghost with a vein showing up on his forehead, “You know, you’ve even shouted out my techniques before… thousands of times. Why do you think that you could do them?” The shaman ended up scratching his cheek for a moment, before letting out: “Wait… no, that can’t be…” Apparently, the bladed gust, his Halo Blade and all other skills that Mura had ever used with Kyuken were all but the samurai’s very own skills. Fairly, he never expected a human being to be capable of such things; especially not without magic power, which Kyuken had always lacked alive…
(OOC: Just gonna make an intro inb4 battle, cuz you know I like 'em :3)
