Technical and whimsical [Social w/ Aurora]

"You really sure? Are you stupid or something?"

"Come on, double or nothing I know I can beat you!"

"I just thrashed you, you really believe you can take me down? Alright, let's give it a shot!"

Placing change into the machines, the brown haired maiden and the slightly tall, but skinny man grasped hold of the joy sticks and buttons on the console and began to play a match of a fighting game. If the maiden had to guess, she would have said that the game had something to do with people fighting in a street, but at the same time they also fought on bridges, temples, and really whatever the creators probably thought was cool at the time. The fierce flurry of blows was only matched by both sides determination, a determination which was different for both parties. Yes, both desired to win  but at the same time, 'winning' meant something completely different to each other.

The maiden was completely demolished when the victory screen played, it wasn't even close.

"I believe that's double right?"

"Yeah, but I think I got this game figured out now, I can take ya!"

"Hey now you better pay up!"

"Come on, triple of nothing."

"Triple or nothing? Really, come on you are a sucker, fine prepared to get whooped, again."

As they prepared to play another match, the deinifition of victory was shown, victory for the maiden wasn't the battle, but the war. Elegantly she had woven her words to get the man to do her bidding and give up his profits for her gain, truely it was a testiment to her inginunity, that or she had just hustled him hardcore and played off of his greed, but the former sounded so much cooler didn't it? Hanging his head in shame as the man walked away his pride shattered, Aurora pocketed the cash, and proceeded to head out of the arcade, she'd probably return in a few hours to see if a new sucker was about, that is if she cared too, even being here was hazdeous to her health. Sadly she couldn't ponder about it much because a loud yell rang out, which was odd, she didn't expect many to be down by this place especially since it was kind of a hipster joint in the industrial area, but to have one so "salty" over just a device?

Come to think of it, Aurora often got annoyed if a device didn't work properly, almost like her body in the real world wasn't working properly right now, the damn neutral grounds basically had a small lag switch to pull over her. Aurora didn't feel like helping her at all it would be bothersome, she seemed quite angry, and she didn't really like to do good deeds for nothing all of the time, but at the same time she didn't have anything else to do now did she?

Meandering over towards the girl, Aurora placed her hands upon her hip and made sure to give a nice glowing smile towards her.

"Hiya! You in need some assistence there? Device all acting up? Got any idea what the problem is?"

Aurora hoped that the problem wasn't just that this girl had forgotten to charge it...

Well, this had just gone from random whim to a bit of stranger danger, well evidently not full stranger danger as the girl before Aurora knew her, and was from the guild. Still, Aurora didn't know her, and it was weird to just run into another member of the guild in a random part of town in a completely different area. Some might call this fate, to Aurora's rampant paranoia, however, this was suspicious, and made her almost take a step back. it wasn't the peppy attitude, though now apparently she knew two peppy girls in this guild, it was the sheer knowledge that the girl knew, also the lack of knowledge Aurora had on the girl in question, though that was probably just due to Aurora not paying as much attention as she should have. Still, the girl didn't seem like she was lying, it was too fast and seemed earnest, but then again the best liars were the ones who could spit out words incredibly fast and make them sound genuine. For now, Aurora would just play along and hopefully, it wouldn't end up being anything bad.

"Well how about that, I'm very surprised that you knew so much about me, I feel a little bad that I don't know much about you despite being an ace, maybe I should try to keep up with the times more..."

It was true that she had spent most of her time simply gaming and relaxing since joining, but that wasn't her fault, she just naturally had the most enthusiasm for singular activities that may or may not involve beating people up who are far away through visual avatars of them. That and she may have been writing a fan fiction about Elyx and didn't wish to share it till it was perfect.

"Uh, anyway it's a please to meet you in person Leila. As for your Ilac did you remember to turn the power on? I know, dumb question but I've had people forget to do that before. Did you charge it with the proper cables? If those don't work then you might have a faulty power switch or board in there, in which case you will need to return it. Was it working just fine recently or no?"

This was an interesting conversation right now, she had wanted to get her ilac fixed but now she seemed more interested in just chatting. At the same time she seemed to panic and focus on making it so Aurora would not be so wary, did Aurora really wear her feelings right on her face, or was it just an atmosphere change, she was a bit bad at the whole not making things seem uncomfortable so she could understand some of the panicking. Really Aurora just viewed the world as one giant role play game, but she didn't get dialogue options. Really right now some options would have been great for dealing with this situation, she didn't know if she could handle the hyper right now, maybe it would be best just to listen to her and make sure she saw the guild tattoo.

Looking downwards Aurora saw it, somewhat, however, it wasn't until she leaned far more to the side that she saw the tattoo and some other unmentionables. If this girl hadn't been so short she wouldn't have had to lean down so much, but what can you do about it, she wanted to make sure the tattoo was seen since obviously, this girl knew who Aurora was.

"White with melons? Odd choice, but can't argue, Hopefully, she doesn't see my black or she might view me as weird."

Yeah it was an odd thing to think about, but right now this conversation was very weird, somehow Aurora would need to stabilize it if she wished to continue it, and considering that this girl was in fact in her guild, she couldn't escape it so better to just try and change it. She had fought people in arena's, this was far easier right?

"If you want I can take it and then fix it later, I mean we are in the same guild so I could just return it to you in the guild hall, I mean I can't just fix it right now, I'd need the proper tools, that and you seem really upset, so we should probably get your mind off of it. Any place here that you like, has to be better than this sector right? That and I don't think they will come out to help just because you or I yell at them."
