Discussion Call of the Dragon [Mini-Event] [Invite Only]

    Post by Haru-senpai 12th October 2016, 9:17 pm

This Thread is for First Generation Dragon Slayers only. Or invite only.:

Hera stood on the brim of a cliff. Arms crossed, blonde hair blowing slightly in the breeze before it settled. Her amber gold eyes reflected the setting of the sun. 6PM. Everyone should be here in awhile. Assuming the messages reached the appropriate mages according to her Father's Journals.

The camera would pan over a city, towering with Chineese Style palaces built into the mountains itself, waterfalls flowing down into the clouds beneath itself. It was quite breathtaking. It was almost like a city in the skies itself. With the many japaneese style maids walking too and fro in town, it was almost a quaint place. Although laughter could be heard too and fro as well.

The fire mage waited patiently as she put a hand on her hip. Reports of a Black Dragon. Larger than any stadium or coliseum had begun to spread not only across both continents of Earthland, Ishval and Alvarez. This caused Hera to make a split second decision. To call a summit of the all the Dragon Slayers. Digging through her fathers journals, and through modern reports of activity of mages with certain capabilities. She believed she was able to locate them all.

She would not be able to face Acnologia alone, nor should threats like these go unchecked. A temporary group should be formed whenever such threats arose. Who better to handle threats of these calibur than the Dragon Slayers themselves? Sure. Alliances would be formed, broken, and re-made with this group if this plan went through unhinged. But it would be worth it when faced with the possibility of the Black Dragon destroying all everyone had built.

Acnologia had no allegiances, and neither should anything built to face him. Therfore here high above Mountain Village, in Terra Ignis. She hoped they could put aside petty differences to combat a potentially greater threat. Some were close family friends. Some were enemies of her family. Some were unknowns to her, with motives she had no clue about. She hoped they all could unite however. If they were to be hunted, they should have one anothers backs, or tails in the cases of Dragons.

The Dragon of Poison particularly worried her, as he had a personal vendetta against her Father, Heero after being defeated soundly by him years ago. Her father's journals warned he was extremely dangerous and powerful however and not to be taken lightly. Hera liked the sound of him already, and hoped they would get along better than her father and he. Hopefully he didn't try to exact some type of deep seated vengeance on her on this eve. Basilisk Fang and Fairy Tail were both Dark Guilds now after all. The Dragons Lightning, Ice, and Metal were all guildmates and were like younger siblings to her late father, Heero Reyold. Who died in a fatal battle alongside his longtime friend against Acnologia, this friend was the legendary White Dragon Slayer, Shuhei Kisaragi and those 3 were like brothers and sister to her. She knew Hana and Gamon had trained under her father personally and were particularly powerful and not. Hana was actually his direct apprentice.

"I don't know much about the others I guess....I wonder what kind of people they are....what kind of paths they've walked." she said to herself staring out at the horizon.

The room was huge and ornate, two red couches. A huge fireplace was shown as Hera walked back into the room she'd rented out. One of the walls in the room was the glass balcony she'd just walked out from; so one could really see the whole city like a medival China in the mountains just outside the palace of a hotel room she was given by Ardere, her father's old rival just incase she'd ever needed somewhere to stay or host.

As she stared into the roaring flames, a huge feast sat behind her. Steaming as she merely stood by the glass, putting her hands behind her back with her back to the front door of room #717. Looking out against the city as her black and gold uniform was shown pacing back and forth in thought. She had great fear of Acnologia, if he attacked now. The world was pretty much done for. It had destroyed her father and her Uncle Shuhei. An impossible feat in the mind not only of her, but millions of humans, wizards, and magical creatures alike. Hera was genuinely worried about these reports from all across Earthland. Although she felt she could potentially be stronger than her Father was now, that still would probably not be enough for the Black Dragon.

There was a pool table in the room as well, a big fan of the game. Normally Hera would be playing, but with the gravity of the meeting. She decided not too. They would have all received the same letter from Hera, exactly the same. And so she waited. Hands behind her back, staring out the glass wall at Terra Ignis. For the other 9 Dragons.

Post by Sol 13th October 2016, 1:16 am

Sol moved thru the City of Terra Ignis towards the meeting point with haste and a look of intense seriousness upon his features. He had received the letter and while he hated Heero with every fiber of his being he was willing to give the woman a chance though he knew this could be very tense, the note had also mentioned sightnings of a black dragon which caused the Poison Dragon to make the choice to attend since he desired Achnologia’s throne for himself. Sol knew that if teaming up with the other slayers would get him closer to his goal then he would play nice for a while but the moment his chance presented itself he would take the throne and gladly kill any who got in his way.

He entered the building for the meeting and quickly locked onto the scent of food and followed it, after a few moments he managed to find the room that Hera was in and knew he was in the right place since he could smell that she was a dragon slayer and could smell ash and smoke from her as well. Sol was dressed in his normal dress pants and shirt with a black vest but had decided to wear his fedora and black coat so he would blend better with the crowd. As he spotted Hera the slayer decided to greet her like all dragons did with one another. “Drem Yol Lok I am Sol Terumi Son of Ballom the Poison Dragon” he greeted trying to stay some what polite to her though he would not put up with any insults from the other slayer if they mocked him.

Post by Takumi Yoshino 13th October 2016, 6:30 am

Takumi had made his way there rather quickly, aided by his exceed, Coal. The black exceed was rather fast, and deposited him in the city rather quickly. Takumi walked up to where he had been called, to where all of the dragon's had been called, hoping that he wouldn't look like a fool in front of the other dragons. He was wearing his usual black cloak over top of a dark outfit, though he was wearing his amulet, and had his scythe strapped to his side. All that black made him look even paler than he already was, with that snowy skin and white hair. He had sighed and run one hand through the spiky mess that was  his hair, preparing to meet his fellow dragons. He visibly loosened up upon seeing that only two of his fellow slayers had arrived, Hera, who had called him here, and a man he had never met. "Takumi Yoshino. The lightning dragon slayer." He said as he stuck out his hand to the stranger. "Hera. It's good to see you again." He said upon looking at Hera. The young mage looked at Hera, his guildmate, and the stranger who had to be a fellow slayer.

As usual, Takumi had no idea what else to do or say. He looked at his exceed for help, but she just smiled and shook her head at him. Coal wouldn't help him, which annoyed him. "Coal, come here." He ordered, trying to get her to at least sit on his shoulder or something. She shook her head and flew over to where Hera was instead. Takumi sighed again. Lovely, his exceed wanted him to embarrass himself in front of the other slayers.

Discussion Re: Call of the Dragon [Mini-Event] [Invite Only]

Post by Akeya 13th October 2016, 10:44 am

This was the first time that Akeya had actually been contacted personally by another dragon slayer. Well, a dragon slayer, since Akeya was reluctant to call herself one. Regardless, the message had been curious enough to actually fully gain the half dragon's attention, which is why she was now here, flying high above the ground as she neared the city so close to the clouds adorning the heavens, her scaled batlike wings flapping powerfully to help her stay airborne. She was flying high enough that if it wasn't for the precautions she had taken the thinness of the air up here would have resulted in a lack of oxygen. And even though she had guarded herself against that, the thin air still made gliding near impossible: anything with wings that wanted to fly up here would have to actually use their muscles.

Of course, just because Akeya had decided to attend the summons didn't mean that she was already planning to join the other slayers in their attempt to oppose Acnologia. The apocalyptic dragon's name had never been mentioned in the letter, but there were very few dragons which were pure black, and of those there was only one which was popular enough these days for it to warrant mentioning. Akeya herself was of a bloodline of shadow dragons, but even those tended to be dark shades of blue and purple. Black... was a rather unique colour for a dragon to have, and had nasty implications especially considering what possibly the most powerful black dragon to ever have dominated the skies of Earthland was doing and had done. Many a mighty mage or creature had opposed that monster only to have fallen in the end. Akeya agreed with the fact that if Acnologia was getting restless again plans should be made, but Akeya didn't think open conflict was the best solution here.

There weren't many reasons to gather all the slayers unless you were a social person (Akeya was not and she wasn't too fond of extroverts either), and most of the other reasons were based on the fact that dragon slayers were... well... dragon slayers. Mages who had learned to harness the power of the dragons for themselves and use it against the ancient creatures. Combined with the mention of the black dragon and Akeya was pretty sure that this Hera had as intention to actually fight Acnologia should it come down to it. Something which the half dragon thought of as questionable if only because she was pretty sure that Acnologia was not something you could defeat even with all the dragon slayers in the world. The giant black dragon was an anomaly, an entity who disobeyed all rules and turned the concepts of logic and fairness upside down. A calamity given sentience, which destroyed stuff for no other reason than that it could and nothing could stop it.

Akeya wasn't a coward, but she also wasn't a hero. Acnologia might be too strong to directly fight, but luckily the monster was still restrained by the fact that it was a single entity which could only move about so fast. Rather than face the dragon it would be better to avoid it. At least, that was Akeya's reasoning and she had made sure that if problem arose she could quickly leave one place and move to another. Others might call it cowardice, but entering a fight against an entity which had already proven itself to be far above what could be described as merely powerful was stupidity.

Well, before she discarded the idea entirely she'd first see what Hera and the other dragon slayers had to say. The half dragon circled in the sky for several minutes, scanning the magic presence of all the living things on the ground. There were quite a few, an impressive amount even, but eventually Akeya caught the magical scent of the dragon slayer of flame. It smelled like an ancient flame, although this one was at the same time still young and in full blaze. Akeya entered a dive, only half-physical as she sped herself up by turning partially into a shadow, losing mass and air friction. It was only when she reached the balcony leading into the prepared room that she came to a halt, turning back to fully physical and flapping her wings several times to halt her descend before carefully touching the ground with her scaled feet. Looking into the room the half dragon studied the three dragon slayers already present. The hostess, Hera Reyold, her magic as fiery as it felt from a distance. The poison dragon slayer, whose magic felt as sneaky and underhanded as Akeya's own shadows. The lightning dragon slayer, his magic sparking and surging, the man himself appearing to be hesitant even as his magic was as energetic as one would expect from the dragon of lightning. It looked like Akeya was the fourth one to arrive... and the only one who had moved past the human stage of dragonfication.

Opening the door in the glass wall leading to the balcony Akeya stepped inside, her reptilian tail swaying slightly behind her as she folded her draconic wings. She was wary, since she wasn't sure how many of these dragon slayers would be aware of the fact that turning into a dragon was just part of being a dragon slayer... and how many of them would decide to put whether they're capable of slaying a dragon to the test. Akeya was still a half dragon, humanoid in shape but with plenty of draconic traits, but knowing humans there might already be one dragon slayer who found that enough motivation to treat her as some kind of trophy. The half dragon would rather not have to deal with that, although if it happened she'd at least try her best to dissuade further attempts by turning this attempt into utter failure.

"Akeya Kuusai. Shadow Dragon Slayer." A curt introduction, another glance at the two male dragon slayers before turning back to the hostess. "Only humans here. How long are we going to wait for the others to arrive?"

[OOC: Ignore post order until all 10 Dragon Slayers are gathered, the other Slayers will all arrive soon, everyone's received the message and are on the way. For now we can socialize amongst one another. If you're spoken to you can speak ect.]

Hera made no move when a man walked right through the front door of the room. He was, extremely daper and fresh. Hera was impressed with his physical appearance immediately, green hair. Handsome, but also seemed to be into himself. She liked him, but who was this. His magic power felt......deadly in nature.

As he spoke, her eyes widened. The language her father had taught her? Amazing.

"Drem Yol Lok. Indeed, I'm surprised you speak that there.......Sol." she made eye contact with him, and stepped closer. Hands behind her back, her impressive rack, and figure in general could be seen. Even in her normal gold and black Slayer robe that covered most of her body. As she stood with her hands behind her back at close range, this was a measure of trust as a swipe across the gut or throat could be possible. Could be. Hopefully, Sol didn't take that chance. He actually seemed pretty relaxed. "I'd like you to know....that although you did attempt to murder my Guildmaster, and my father. I'm honored to be in the presence of someone like you." she would step next to him, hands behind her back as a scene of them facing different directions was shown.

"Killer instinct is something to many lack. Although you may have been betrayed by Kanix, we share a bond that you and her do not. She is like a mother to me though, just know this. Your petty quest for vengeance against her is holding you back. You have bigger goals am I right? We'll talk more later....I feel there's much we can learn from one another." she patted him on the shoulder, and took his hat from him. Adjusting his tie for him as well before stepping past him and throwing the hat onto a nearby hat stand. She liked his trench coat, very stylish. The next to arrive was, her good friend and guildmate Takumi. Who had inherited her father's magic when the Elder Lightning Dragon, Zeuslogia, the one who had raised her father, struck him with a lightning bolt from the heavens. Choosing him to step next into the role after Heero.

He brought his Exceed, Hera wished he hadn't. The conversation might get a bit private and serious in nature. She nodded to Takumi, and then to his Exceed. Making sure he understood that innocent ears shouldn't be around after too long.

"Looking good as always Takumi." she said to the Slayer in all black with white accents. His eyes always lit up the room. With a smile she would stand with her hands behind her back between the two, until she heard a loud. WHOOSH!, by the windows. As she looked, she saw one of the most beautiful sights she'd ever seen.

A woman, with long almost raven blue hair. Beautiful smooth skin, and draconic features including a long tail, thick with scales, scales upon her hands, feet, and even some around her face. Her eyes an emerald green. So green in fact Hera felt as if she was staring into the scales of a garden snake. They held, so much behind them. Hera merely held a sisterly smile, and didn't move an inch, just grinned as she approached and joined the circle.

The fireplace roared, throwing four shadows now against the beautiful Chineese style dining hall of a hotel room.

"It's an honor to meet you. You look more beautiful than I could ever hope too......" she blushed a bit as she put her hand across her chest and bowed slightly. Her nose wiggled. As she had a flashback to her father Heero, and her Uncle, Shuhei cranking back beers in the living room while she was only 6 or so. Her mother Alyia watching them and cleaning a bit here and there with a smile. The flashback would end as she would furrow her brow at Akeya. "You...smell like my Uncle Shuhei. Although.....not my uncle by blood he was...close to my family." only with superhuman smell would someone pick up a scent so diluted by time. But Hera was an extremely powerful Dragon Slayer her sense of smell unmatched to her knowledge.

Akeya stepped closer to her and spoke.

"It shouldn't be too long now. Don't worry we're all sitting down to eat together. We are the ten of us, family like it or not." she winked at Akeya, one hand on her hip. In a turn of her blonde hair, she looked directly at Sol and Takumi. Flicking her eyes up and down at them with a grin. "How's the view from over there boys?" she flirted, putting her arm around Akeya's rather fantastic waist and bouncing her eyebrows at Sol and Takumi. "Two boys two girls...I'd say we have plenty of time for some fun before the everyone else gets here....HA your faces!" she said releasing Akeya's waist and slapping her hand against her other one. She knew Takumi her guildmate loved boys, but it was her personal mission to make him uncomfortable since he didn't like girls in that manner.

    "In all seriousness though, I cooked...all day...heh."

Hera spun around as a huge table filled with Steaks, Soups, Baked Potatoes, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, all topped with whip cream was shown. Several soups and cheese chowders literally steamed high into the air. Rolls as soft as pillows sat in the middle surrounded by racks of butter. Near the steaks were two giant Turkeys, and one rather HUGE ham. Glasses sat with all types of juices, wines, and even hard liquors she'd stolen from Ardere as well.

Frey was a little bit different from the other Dragon Slayer's currently gathered, an odd sight among highly powerful mages. In fact? She was almost invisible in the hotel room, having arrived somewhere with or between her guild-mates. The little girl was so small she didn't look like one typically thought when they thought of dragon slayer's. In fact, she was wondering how the girl who invited them even found out she was one of the first generation dragon slayer's! Honestly it was not that long ago she had met her Dragon and had the magic embedded into her small body, basically only having taken place a mere matter of days ago, if not the day right before. Still somehow, they knew she was one of them now, and not showing up really wouldn't be an option, it would be rude. Besides, it was a perfect excuse to get out of the guild for a while, considering three of her guild mates and her own team-mate, were all slayer's who were attending this, there were no risks involved to her.

Yet, this seemed like something really weird to be involved in, her small hand's lifting her large plush dragon and turning it around to face her, looking at the eyes right beneath the antler's. "This is your fault Hemlock. I hope you realize this." she laughed after making her comment to the dragon, hugging it back against her chest as she stood up and chose to stop pouting about the way she had been discovered, instead simply focusing on the fact she was something special now. After being an orphan for so long? Having a family, in kanix, felt amazing, so it was no surprise comment's concerning the fairy tail guild master got the child's attention swiftly. "Shut Up Hera!" shockingly it was not first the man named Sol who had been stated as having a grudge against her mother, it wasn't him she went at first, it was her own guild mate. "Mom wouldn't betray someone!" she hugged the plush close to her chest and glared at the other dragon slayer, burying her face into the doll afterwards. When she lifted it? She looked at Sol, with a dark expression that children really shouldn't wear, especially not a child as peaceful and sweet as Frey normally was. "If you ever try to hurt my mother!" the new sharp teeth she developed after being blessed with her new slayer abilities, showed through as she let out a small snarl.

"Thanks for cooking. Actually I'm really hungry." the six year old girl made her comment, back to being a bright smile. The large wolf she had been laying against earlier finally rose, walking up beside the girl and nuzzling her cheek, having sensed her prior upset. Famnily, huh? She smiled lightly at that thought, nuzzling the doll she head in her arms, silently thanking the dragon for opening up more of the world to her.

As Tamka soared through the air, along with him he was carrying a certain silvernette as they had been on their way to a hotel where her along with some other dragon slayers had been called up for some sort of meeting. Except.... unlike other times, Hana..... wasn't awake. She was sleeping peacefully in her comfortable sleepwear which consisted of baggy sweatpants and a plain white t-shirt. Her messy snowy hair had stuck out in all directions and she didn't have her usual eyepatch on, it was instead in her backpack she had on her back. She had been up all morning carrying Tamka as she walked towards their destinstion (of course not wanting to take any sort of vehicle) and as soon as Tamka had woken up and ate it was his turn to carry her as she got to sleep. This bugged him quite a bit, but he knew it was only fair since she had to wake up to start walking first, and so with little complaints he complied to her wish. "I don't even know how she can sleep with the temperature this low and the wind this noisy...." he groaned, wondering and wishing he had the same sort of power. But the answer was simple, she was the ice dragon slayer, she didn't feel cold, ever, but not only that. Ever since she was a child nature sung a beautiful lullaby to her all the time, keeping her calm and lulling her to sleep when she felt so. Soon enough, the town that had been addressed in the letter they received came into veiw, allowing the ginger furred raccoon to huff a sigh of relief. With a close town came a close hotel. Just.... how would he get in. Landing at the steps, Tamka gently laid Hana down, and began to shake her vagorously. "Lady Hana! Wake up! We're here!" But to no avail, did the young Dragon Slayer wake up. She just rolled over and snuggled into the hard ground.... something you would expect to be uncomfortable. Groaning, Tamka knew he had no choice. When Hana was asleep, she was asleep. There wasn't any waking her up when she was like this. He took her by the back of her T-shirt and dragged her through the hotel doors that had been opened by on of the staff who had been taking luggage out to a car. As Tamka passed by everybody, they all gave him weird looks, but he simply just ignored them as he continued to drag the small girl to the room they were supposed to meet up with the others out.  It took some difficulty climbing the steps and such, but soon enough he had finally made it, cheering on with happiness before knocking on the door. After somebody had opened it, he would then continue dragging her through the room and onto a couch that had been vacant in the room. His job wasn't done just yet though, climbing onto her chest, Tamka raised his paw, ready to strike as his epic wake-up method would soon take place. *slap* *slap* *slap* *slap* *slap* *slap*
Tamka's small, soft paw would continuously "hit" her face until finally she had grown annoyed from it. "Taamkaaaaaa, stooooooop. Give me five more minutes!" "No!" "Ughhhhh, why can't I just SLEEP?" Tamka would once again huff before replying back to groggy girl. "Because, we're here!"[size=34] With that informstion, Hana jolted up from her lazy laying position, mis-matched eyes widened only to see that what Tamka had told her was true. "Oh." She blankly stated. "Heyya guys......"[/size]

Don't bow down when you could be rising up
Gamon made his way through the mountain village to the designated location. The letter he had received was unexpected and took him by surprise.

For the past few months Gamon had retreated back into the woods to train and get stronger. He didn't tell anyone where he was going. Most people in his guild didn't know that he had a small log cabin deep in the woods outside of Magnolia. Naturally Gamon wasn't alone though, he was accompanied by Tykva, his black exceed companion. The letter was wedged into the door frame. It was defiantly adressed to the right person "Gamon Kinzoku". Under his name read, "The Iron Dragon". There was no denying it was for him. Gamon walked into his cabin to inspect the note further.

The hand writing was unfamiliar. He opened it slowly unsure of its contents. Inside a single piece of paper. Gamon pulled it out and started to read it. Tykva flew up on top of his head, landing gently onto his silver hair. "Who is it from? What does it say? How did they know about the cabin?" She questioned. Gamon ignored her and kept reading the letter. It talked about gathering all the dragon slayers into one place. It gave a location and a time that the meeting will be held at. It also talked about a black dragon. The name sounded familiar but he couldn't place where he knew it from. Instead of explaining what he just read to Tykva he just handed her the letter. "Here read for yourself... But it looks like we have a meeting to go to." He wasted no time backing his backpack with his gear and started to head to Terra Ignis.

It took the two of them a better portion of a day to get there. Both of them tired and hungry from the long journey. "Man, I sure hope they will have food at this meeting or we are ditching early." Gamon stated. "Agreed..." Tykva said half asleep riding on Gamon's shoulder. The Iron slayer walked into the hotel and went straight to the room that was mentioned in the letter. 717. He stood outside of the door for a few minutes. Taking in everything that he could. He could smell a few familiar scents from Fairy Tail and then a few that he hasn't smelt before. He waited no longer. Gamon knocked and waited for the door to open, unsure what to find on the other side.

As the blond woman spoke Sol blinked in surprise as she spoke the words of greeting back to him and he smirked a bit.” all true dragons slayers know the language I hardly get the chance to have a decent conversation perhaps at some point we can have a talk in our native tounge” he suggested as he heared her say that despite his attempt at her farther and guild masters life she was honored to be in his presence which made him fell very accomplished. “I do plan to get even with her at some point but I don’t feel like starting a witch hunt besides I have bigger things to deal with then her. You are right though I have much bigger plans and the one reason for this meeting is a big part of it.” he explained with his expression darkening at the thought of Achnologia.

so long as no one trys to attack me Hera I won’t cause trouble” he said as she took his hat and straightend his tie. The Poison Slayer just took his coat off and put in on a chair next to him before another voice caught his attention. It was five other slayers that had appeared in the room as well, from the smell he could identify them as the Shadow, Iron, Lightning , Ice and Earth Dragons though the Earth Dragon instantly annoyed him. She decided to try and state that Kanix was not a traitor and that the fire dragon should shut up before glaring at Sol and threatening him with words and a pitiful display with her fangs.

Sol glared right back at Frey before he bared his own teeth at her only for it to be revealed that he teeth were all fangs including his enhanced canine teeth that unknown to Sol was his first step in Dragonfication .”I already left my mark on her for her betrayal Hatchling so keep your temper to yourself” he snapped as he walked away and towards the wall before he leaned against it and kept to himself unless they wanted to speak to him.

Hera would shoot Sol a look, shaking her head at his last comment toward Frey. He needed to be more warming, as the Fire Dragon of course she felt this way.

"Frey, from Sol's point of view. Kanix was a friend and ally, she left them and ran. Even I don't know why. She didn't want to be a part of their way of life anymore." she would put a hand on her hip and turn to Sol as the fire roared behind them in the fireplace. "My father was the one to take her in at Fairy Tail, years and years ago. Before Kanix was master, before you were born." she crossed her arms and closed her eyes. "Kanix was not always the woman I grew up with as Guildmaster, nor the great Mom she is to all of us." she would then turn to Sol one final time, not much movement since she was standing right next to him.

"You should rise above this. The next time you see Kanix, you should act unbothered, as if you have bigger goals, as if she isn't worth you laying a hand on her. Unless she acts first, you should be noble enough as a Dragon to show restraint. At the end of the day, you can't hold a grudge against Kanix for her wanting to do something different with her life." she said, nodding to him with a sincere look. Showing she understood both points of view.

Crossing the room and kneeling just in front of Frey with a sway of her blonde hair, she stared deep into her eyes. Her lips and features close enough. Rubbing her on top of the head playfully, since they lived together at the Guild. She gave her a kiss on the forehead, but also a stern look with a small smile. She cared deeply for this girl, but also knew that she would need to grow up a lot to face the calamities to come alongside the other nine Dragons including herself.

"You must think of yourself as the Earth Dragon Slayer now, and not Kanix' daughter. There may come a time when Kanix needs you to be only one...and not the other." she nudged Frey before standing up as the door swung open.

An Exceed literally dragged Hana across the floor, still sleeping. With a sweatdrop she watched the girl with white hair get placed on the couch and literally smack her guildmate silly with a paw until she woke up. Just as the door swung shut, a knock came. Crossing the room, Hera would open it. Smiling brightly at Gamon as he entered the room.

"And here he is ladies and gentleman, the guy who's gonna eat all our silverware. Sol watch your jewelry around this guy." she teased as she closed the door behind Gamon. "Seems like the Sky Dragon Slayer, Water Dragon Slayer, and the White Dragon Slayer are still on their way..."

Food literally steamed in the air now, as Hera decided it was best to wait so they could all 10 dine together. She looked around the room, thinking if this were some type of RPG than this would be a pretty kickass looking party. She glanced to Sol on the wall, to Hana stretching awake on the couch before settling her eyes on Akeya. A thousand questions forming in her mind. Could all of them end up like that? Shuhei lost control and completed his Dragonification against Acnologia, becoming a White Dragon and disappearing from Earthland, supposedly to another planet entirely. In the same battle, her father bested him in their Human forms, but arrogantly refused to take his Dragon form. Perhaps for hear of complete Dragonification himself, opting to retain his humanity to take on the Black Dragon in human form.

She often wondered what went through her Father and Shuhei's minds when they stepped against the Black Dragon that day. They nearly killed the beast, some say, but in the end. It left and they were bested. She wanted to hear tales of her womanizing Uncle from Akeya, but maybe she'd ask for one over dinner.

Realizing that she was just....staring at Akeya, Hera would look away instead electing to travel to the couch and plop down next to Hana. Putting an arm on the couch next to the Ice Dragon Slayer, she would cross a leg. As the couch now had a girl wit white hair, and a girl with blonde hair parlaying on it. Hera would motion for Frey to come and sit on her lap on the couch with the other girls. She would also nod Akeya over to join them, leaving the boys to themselves until the other three Slayers arrived. As a lady should always sit. Once all the girls were all sitting together, Hera would look up.

"Well I don't expect any of you to be gentlemanly enough to fetch us ladies some wine now are you?" Hera half teased, seeing if any of them made a move. "Frey uh.....maybe Apple Juice or Soda, or a Milkshake?" Hera sweatdropped, bouncing Frey on her knee before kicking Hana in the foot playfully.

"You tease too much, Hera." Said Takumi in response to Hera. The short boy laughed at the other slayer, now a bit more comfortable. He decided to take off his cloak, revealing that he had developed a bit of muscle mass, as opposed to that short, skinny boy who had joined Fairy Tail. He was still short, but he had become more mature. Takumi was far more quiet than usual as he hung his cloak up, fiddling with the green amulet about his neck. His exceed, of course, picked up on that and began wondering what was wrong. "Takumi, you've been pretty quiet. Is something wrong?" She asked, red eyes narrowed slightly. The small exceed walked up to Takumi and put one paw on his leg, which was about as high as she could reach. "No, I'm just not sure about being here. I mean, what use am I at this rank, this level of power? I want to protect everyone, but how can I possibly do that when I feel so much weaker than them?" Takumi was worrying about his own strength again, even though he had accomplished some amazing things when he was weaker, before he was even a slayer.

"Come now, don't say that. Remember when you first joined the guild, and you and Wist taught Heero a bit of a lesson about looking up? Or those duels with Mura when he was ranks above you? You stood up to his power, and you were the lowest rank you could possibly be. Takumi, you were born in Spooky Forest for God's sake! Act like the tough guy I know you are, or you really don't belong here." Said Coal, now smacking Takumi. The slayer looked annoyed at her, shooting off a withering glare at his exceed. His blue eyes had darkened, going nearly black.

Post by Neyvahn Keyvolo 14th October 2016, 8:36 pm

What was he doing? They were all strangers, no familiar names at all. They could be insane, dangerous, annoying, stupid... the possibilities were more unsettling than anything, especially when thought of for long periods of time. Neyvahn still had no idea why he decided to go to this meeting. In the letter, it claimed to be for dragon slayers... and of course he just had to meet Weisslogia merely a few weeks ago. The White Dragon had claimed to be invested in making him the carrier of his knowledge, but Neyvahn was not so sure now. A meeting for dragon slayers, and that meant that Ney would be in a room with more experienced, more dangerous mages that could probably wipe him away like a speck of dust. It was embarrassing to say the least.

Nonetheless, it was probably important. The mention of a black dragon somehow unsettled Neyvahn, not to mention the sudden discovery of his own gift given to him by Weisslogia. The silver-haired bakeneko himself had barely been infused with the power of light. How could someone else discover that so quickly? Was it his aura perhaps...? No, that would imply that the person behind this all took their time to travel to who knows where just to find out who the dragon slayers were. Was Miss Reyold really that patient, that calculating? Even if so, that would require an impressive coincidence for her to begin searching at the same time that Neyvahn gained the title of the White Dragon Slayer. It almost seemed too coincidental, like Hera was some kind of god that saw everything. This didn't settle well with Neyvahn, and he didn't like it one bit. Gods and coincidences do have one thing in common though: Neyvahn doesn't believe in either one of them.

The trip took patience for sure, which Neyvahn had very little of. Climbing, hiking, and navigating were all required since Neyvahn didn't have any other way to get to Terra Ignis. He would if he rode on horseback, but Weisslogia had warned him of motion sickness... Yeah... Neyvahn was an idiot to try it anyways. He nearly lost his lunch within a few minutes of hopping on the horse. Horseback was an obvious no. Unfortunately, a two day long trip was the alternative. Fortunately for Neyvahn, he's experienced the trip with some fellow guildmates. It wasn't too punishing that time, so the cat yokai would have no problem replicating that trip.

Neyvahn's body was draped in a dark grey hooded cloak, a silver button connecting the two points on the collar together. Underneath the cloak was a pair of jet black Thai tribe pants with tabi boots and a white, low-profile, long-sleeved shirt. The apparel was enough to protect from the cold, but Neyvahn's natural resistance to cold weather did all of the work for him. The clothes were more to hide his odder features... mainly his silver cat ears and tail. He can blame Iza for that.

The sun had gone down about thirty minutes ago, but Neyvahn still couldn't see any kind of mountain village. Finding his way during the daytime was hard enough, but now he had to do it in the kind of light you can only use to see two feet in front of yourself. It was frustrating to say the least, and Neyvahn was doing what he could to find some kind of way to solve the problem. Even with slayer senses, there was only so much good eyes could do.

Kei laughed a little as Neyvahn struggled, nearly stumbling over a fallen branch. "Once you're done fooling around, tell me and I'll give you a hint."

"Zip it, Kei. The last thing I need is for you to make the trip worse," Neyvahn said. He snapped the next branch he saw with the heel of his foot, the crack resonating throughout rows of Winter-berry bushes and frosted evergreen trees. Patience was wearing thin.

"I'll give you a hint," Ney's brother said. "Weisslogia taught us and it starts with 'Biri...'"

"Haha, very funny you little... Oh wait..." Neyvahn paused for a second, and Kei could feel the gears moving around in his head. "... I really hate you right about now."

"I know you love me, bro."

Neyvahn stood still and closed his eyes. As Kei mentioned, Weisslogia had taught Ney how to process light differently and more precisely. It was surprisingly comfortable. "Birihani Ayinochi." The environment around him suddenly burst to life with a colorful spectrum of bright colors ranging from an ice cold purple to a scorching hot white. The sky lit up with the brightest colors of Neyvahn's vision, while the shadows and the trunks of the trees were shaded with cold colors. The muddled and blurred shapes in dim moonlight were brought to life in Ney's eyes, making them clearer than ever. Neyvahn looked into the sky and took a deep breath. "Much better..." Looking upon the oranges and reds that his thermal vision painted the sky as, Neyvahn noticed a relatively hotter source of energy directly in front of him. Hidden by the cover of the night and the faces of the mountains, Terra Ignis peaked through the air thick with hazed clouds. His destination.

    _oOo_
    One Hour Later

No time to go sightseeing. According to the nearby clocks, it was already 8:27 p.m, nearly thirty minutes after the meeting had started. Neyvahn made his way through the streets until he came across the building described in the note. It was obvious and unchallenged that the hotel he was facing was indeed the largest on nearby. With a quick readjustment of the hood, Neyvahn deactivated Birihani Ayinochi and walked through a pair of lavish mahogany doors, making his way towards the described room with a little help from nearby staff. Room #717, where nine other dragon slayers are supposedly talking about important matters... great.

After a little searching, Neyvahn found himself in front of a single, dark oak-wood door with the polished numbers 7-1-7 attached to its surface. Neyvahn went to knock, but his hand wouldn't push forward. He really didn't want to do this.

Nonetheless, he knocked on the surface and exhaled slowly. "Into madness we go."

Discussion Re: Call of the Dragon [Mini-Event] [Invite Only]

Post by Akeya 16th October 2016, 11:13 am

Akeya's first response to Hera's greeting was a satisfied nod. Arrogant and confident as she was, the shadow half dragon had no reason to be surprised when someone treated her with respect and awe. In fact that was what she expected most people to do, and the fact that most people didn't was something of a mild annoyance to her. The fact that Hera did show appreciation immediately helped improve her standing in Akeya's mind. She returned Hera's faint bow, then inspected the Fire Dragon Slayer more thoroughly. Like the others she wasn't showing any physical signs of the draconic power flowing through her body other than her eyes and her teeth. However Akeya could sense that Hera was very powerful... The half dragon mentally rolled her eyes. She was already aware that her dragonfication had advanced at a much faster pace than what was normal. Someone like Hera just proved it once again.

"Maybe not quite as beautiful, but you don't look half bad either. Of course, that depends on how long it'll take for your scales to begin forming, but judging by the amount of magic power you possess it shouldn't be much longer before that happened."

Not being the kind of person to put herself down for the sake of making others feel better Akeya wasn't going to say something like 'oh no, you're prettier than me', but that didn't mean that she would completely ignore the fact that Hera was quite pleasant to look at. At the mention of Shuhei Akeya wrinkled her nose. It wasn't that she disliked Shuhei. He had been a strong man, both capable and talented. However she wasn't a fan of his womanizing ways, or his tendency to avoid having to do anything if he could avoid it. Although one thing that annoyed her in particular was that he had reinforced the idea that dragonfication was a danger by completely turning into a dragon himself, only to immediately disappear as if turning into a dragon had also made him a monster which no longer cared for that which it had once known. The only good part was that he hadn't tried to destroy everything, but that didn't remove the fact that convincing people that dragonfication didn't mean that one lost their sense and reason was already difficult enough without the first Dragon Slayer in ages to fully turn into a dragon immediately disappearing.

"He was the leader of our guild for quite a while. Having him disappear like that was troublesome, to say the least."

Akeya suppressed the urge to snort when Hera called the Dragon Slayers a family. She once again looked at the others in the room, blinking when suddenly Hera placed an arm around her waist and... seemed to be inviting the two males for some fun. Which actually did make the half dragon snort, partly in amusement and partly in annoyance.

"Maybe another time." Now the question was whether Akeya was serious about that comment or not. Her expression was the same as usual, which is to say she was glaring at everything as if she was trying to drill holes and figure out the composition of the molecules inside.

Akeya largely ignored the smell of the food as slowly more and more Dragon Slayers entered the room, although she was quite surprised when she saw that there was a little girl which had already been there. The only reason she eventually picked up on her presence was because that little girl became angry at something between Hera and the Poison Dragon Slayer. Now that she had noticed the girl the half dragon noticed the earthy nature of her magic... It wasn't often you encountered a humanoid who had already taken in the power of dragons at such a young age. The half dragon largely didn't interfere with the other Dragon Slayers who were arriving, instead studying them thoroughly. One by one they came, some stronger than the others, some more outlandish. However in the end it seemed none of them had advanced in their dragonfication beyond the most basic of signs. Akeya wondered how many of them were aware of the nature of dragonfication, and how many of them were actively fighting the change.

When Hana came in, however, Akeya frowned, looking quite displeased. The problem wasn't Hana herself. It was the fact that she was still asleep and had to be bodily dragged into the room by her pet, a kind of sentient raccoon. Akeya had taught Hana shadow dragon slaying magic, which meant that Akeya already had a position as Hana's mentor. Seeing that the girl had not even bothered to get out of her sleepwear even though she had decided to attend this meeting was... well, a sign of either laziness or sloppiness. Akeya wasn't a fan of either. However for now she only watched as Tamka dragged Hana onto a couch, after which she smiled as she saw the raccoon slap the girl awake.

At the invitation by Hera to sit down on the couch together with the other females already present Akeya hesitated as she considered it. She wasn't really a fan of sitting down on furniture. Aside from any other reasons she might have, the fact that she had a large tail and a pair of wings on her back made almost any furniture designed for humans rather problematic. Instead she opted to simply walk over to the couch, shaking her head to show that she wasn't going to sit down before focusing her glare on Hana.

"I hope you don't make entrances like that too often."

She said nothing more than that, instead turning around to resume her passive observation of the room. As Hera had already noted there were only three more Dragon Slayers they had to wait for, and Akeya could feel the familiar magic of a White Dragon Slayer approaching, right up until there was a knock on the door announcing their presence to everyone at large, magic sensors or not.

"That's the White Dragon Slayer.'" Akeya idly commented. Her tail swayed behind her as she folded her arms, showing no sign of planning to open the door. "I wonder how this one will compare to Shuhei."

She wanted to rip Sol’s head off and shove it up his rear end, but that was not a very kid like thing to do and someone her age shouldn’t normally know about that sort of stuff. Frey kept that pouty face on her mouth, looking Hera in the eyes as she spoke, watching her own reflection in the older woman’s eyes, ignoring most of what she said. “I haven’t even told her yet….” maybe her mother knew, but Frey had not told her, due to the fact the last one in this position had been her adoptive father? The child was afraid of hurting her mother further by telling her she had become the earth dragon slayer. She didn’t really care what was going on anymore not past the internal turmoil caused by not knowing if her mother knew or not. The child also had no idea what Hera was referencing, she was too young to know anything about the black dragon or anything of that sort. Thought she was not ignorant that the world could be cruel.

Looking at the male dragon slayer who had just arrived, made something go off inside of her head, an instinct she fought for only a second, something far stronger than whatever she was doing with Sol and Hera. No one in Fairy Tail knew yet, because she had not been around long enough to make a decent dent, nor had she been caught with the few items she had collected. However the little girl had a serious problem with taking things that did not belong to her. Frey was no thief and certainly not a malicious one. The little girl was simply a Kleptomaniac who went after anything shiny, just like that blue skull choker wrapped tight around the new comer’s neck. Now how was she going to get to that?! The little girl was skilled, this had been an impulse she had since birth, so she was very skilled at doing this sort of thing, even to people who disliked children. Frey went to stand behind the male, following him stealthily around the room until he sat down by the fireplace, the second he did? Small finger’s reached out, loosening the clasp without actually touching him, and then carefully, slowly so he would not notice, she let the choker tilt forward slightly, and removed it, shoving the item into her pocket, a pleased smile covering her mouth.

Frey did not cease from interaction with them, because she had learned the best way to take things was to not try too hard to be invisible, if you acted normal people were less likely to notice you. Green eyes skated over her guild-mate, Hana, but nothing on her person seemed to be shimmering, so the little girl lost interest right away, looking around the room for someone else with a shiny object on them. Wandering around the room aimlessly like children did, she was put in a position that gave her sight line to numerous other shiny objects, some of them on that monster who had insulted her beloved mother! Frey bounced right away from the fire dragon slayer and ran over to the poison one, with open arms, aiming to hug him around the waist, as if something that someone had said actually got her her and knocked sense into someone too young to have it. “Let’s get along, alright sol?” she gave him her best puppy dog eyes, but he had no idea what the kid was actually doing as she hugged around his waist the best she could, the fact she was going to make off with several of the shiny buttons he had on his person. The klepto was no idiot thought, she didn’t try to take it all from him, she could do that later, right now she saw several more shiny objects to focus upon!

Something shiny caught her eye from within the pocket of the iron dragon slayer, and she casually made her way over while everyone was going about their business, dove her hand into his pocket and just took it. Her habit? Was likely to get her in trouble one day, but for now the little girl just had strange trait that might even be adorable to some, who didn’t like a tiny dragon who truly acted like one by hoarding shiny object’s?! Not even her own team-mate was safe now that she had been put in a room full of shiny objects, triggered into a deep state of wanting to take everything that shimmered in the room. “Hey Taku!” she ran over to him, praying the male would bend down to her height to hear whatever she may say to him. “This is fun isn’t it.” if he had not bent down she would find another way, but by the end of her exchange with him, the necklace he wore would notably be missing. Finally she noticed the last shiny object on anyone’s person, Ayeka had a blue gem sewn onto her clothing, well it would not be there for long. “HEllO!” she jumped at the older woman, knowing an adult would catch a child. In that second between being caught and being put down? The little girl would be able to find the thread used to sew the gem in, and tug it, causing the item to fall into her palm, being shoved into her pocket as she was put down. “I’m Frey.” after introducing herself she ran off in the room, sneakily snatching anything else shiny in the room if it was not bolted down to something, and this was only because she didn’t have time to take the bolts out.

No one was watching the table, no one was looking at the table, no one was paying attention to it! The spread was a treasure trove of shiny objects! Thus while the adults where socializing, grabby little hands started first making away with all the silverware, than any plate that happened to shiny, anything on the table without food on it blocking the glow? Was suddenly missing, nowhere to be seen, because one little girl had hidden it all deep behind the two couches, out of sight, her own personal pile of shiny stuff, except for the stuff she had put in her pockets.

Suddenly she was lifted onto Hera’s knee and she actually liked the position, since she had already hidden her treasure. Considering she was being bounced in the lap of her fellow dragon slayer? No one would suspect it was her who had taken everything when they noticed it was missing! Than Hera suddenly earned the six year old’s love “APPLE JUICE! APPLE JUICE! JUICE! JUICE!” it was rare to see Frey so hyper considering she was normally mature, but she soon enough picked up on the older woman’s bouncing motion, giggling and grinning, because she had both shiny things and juice! The only thing that could make this better? Was if they were all outside in nature.

Terra Ignis...what a quaint town, Kaisto Tyreal, The Sky Dragon Slayer, liked it a lot, especially it being high up in the moutains, the air felt nice and light, almost crispy as it seemed to him, honestly this was new to him, he was still not that powerful as a Dragon Slayer even though he was a first gen. But yet this Dragon Slayer sent him an invite to join her and said other 10 slayers...10 DRAGON SLAYERS...ooooh boy this could either go really good or really bad.

"You had to drag me along with you didnt you Kaisto..." a familiar growl broke his thought as he turned to see Bastet wearing a jacket since higher elevation meant colder nights and days "This is gonna be awkward as hell for me Kaisto, one goddess and part cat might i add in a room full of powerful dragon slayers...yeah my fur will either be cinged or froze sooner or later" he huffed and puffed out her cheeks cutely which made Kaisto chuckle and pet her head making Bastets ears fold and her tail stiffen a little as she purred and then shook her head "Damn it....petting had to be my weakness" "Well then let us go and meet these Dragonslayers and see what they are like"Kaisto chimed in and the duo started walking to the hotel.

Multiple stories later and what seemed like a long ass elevator ride later, Kaisto and Bastet arrived at the door of 717, Kaisto took a breath and entered seeing multiple people talking and engaging in converstations, and he knew not a soul there, he looked from side to side a bit intimidated to be honest, the 19 year old dragonslayer entered a bit slowly, his blue optics looked from one to another, his sword on his back in its sheathe as he and Bastet soon stopped walking so Kaisto can talk "Umm...I'm Kaisto Tyreal, First Gen Sky Dragon Slayer, its good to meet the other Slayers here.

Sol grumbled as he hung out near the corner of the room away from most of the other dragon slayers, he saw the sky dragon slayer and the white dragon slayer enter the room and he suddenly felt pain, pain went thru every part of his body and while he didn’t show it visible he gritted his teeth as it vanished as quick as it came, he suddenly felt glimpses of instincts he didn’t normally have and he simply shook his head to try and get them to go away. He was suddenly brought out of his internal issue when he felt a pair of arm wrap around him and he blinked and saw frey hugging him before telling him they should get along. Before sol could even react to her she had let go of him and headed towards the others.

Yawning the son of Ballom heard Hera ask if one of the boys could get the girls some wine and he moved over to the drink table seemingly like he was going to listen to them before he grabbed a bottle of a powerful alcohol called Summer Whiskey and took a drink before he headed over to the lightning dragon Takumi as he heard the two partners arguing and he smirked at the glare the boy gave his exceed.”you can’t blame him he does belong here since he is a slayer but no doubt he is wondering just where he sits on to totem pole it happens when your surrounded by many of the same species you wonder when you stand” Sol explained as he took another drink before he looked at the thunder slayer, he didn’t look like much but he knew looks could be deceiving .

"Hahahahahahaha!" Hera literally was one of the loudest people in the room for once as she cracked up at Akeya's response too her offer to sleep with Takumi and Sol. Even though she'd been joking the way her face stayed the same was just hilarious. "Good lord you're so pretty at least crack a smile or something...oh man..." she wiped a tear from the corner of her eye, as randomly Frey hopped up and started...spreading the love.

She watched the youngest Dragon Slayer run around the room, dishing out hugs like they were candy. This comforted her a bit, as Hera crossed a leg and leaned back on the couch. The moment she looked away, Frey was shown moving at anime speeds pocketing the entire table comically behind her as all silverware disappeared.

"Oh look, Sol is a gentleman after all---" as soon as he popped the bottle and drank it instead of bringing it to the ladies, Hera got "-___-" this expression as she turned away. "Asshole....." she said as she watched him drink a bit of it. As Hera stood and moved across the room, she grabbed the bottle and began to tug of war with Sol; as he probably struggled a bit, she would step on a toe of his harshly and then take the bottle and chug some of it. Even though there were about ten bottles, dragons would be dragons.

At the knock on the door, Hera turned as Akeya literally told them who it was. As she opened the door and let the young man in, she stepped to the side. Looking him up and down. He had white hair, and pretty sharp features. The last white dragon slayer had white hair as well. Was it a thing? Or just coincidence. She thought about learning the Magic herself for a moment just to see if her hair turned white.

Comically herself with white hair posing flashed in her mind, as she broke her stupid giggle. Before she could even close the door, another person walked in. His demeanor was much more serious in nature. Causing Hera to raise an eyebrow as he walked in with a cat in towe.

"Hello Kaisto, I'm the one who sent the letter." Hera shook his hand as he entered and then turned to Neyvahn and shook his hand as well. "Same goes for you....although I hope you're not as serious as this one." she said, teasing Kaisto for fun even though she'd just met him. Patting Kaisto on the shoulder as she moved past him in a wave of her blonde hair, she would nod to Kaisto to close the door behind him.

"Appears we're just waiting on the Water Dragon Slayer......" Hera cleaned her fingernails and smirked. "Of course, the inferior element would be the latest." Hera said, opening her fingers into a fan and inspecting her nails arrogantly. But one could tell she was only joking. She loved water ironically.

"Well we might as well sit down and have a......what...the HELL...HAPPENED?!?!??!" the table stretched out in front of Hera, devoid of silverware and plates. The food was unharmed and still had it's plates, but....where were the wine glasses?! The champagne from Rose Garden?! Hera couldn't take it. Spinning around, Hera would look from person to person, until her eyes settled on Frey.

Walking toward her slowly, her eyes began to glow Slayer Red.

"Honey....people need things to eat with.....please before Aunt Hera goes INSANE ON YOUR FACE!" she said as she screamed at Frey and began to chase her around the room. Cursing her the entire way and asking for the bag of silverware she knew she had somewhere. "I'm tryna be a gracious host here you little klepto!!!"

After being introduced to Hera, Kaisto and Bastet looked around the room, seeing Ney who was from their guild, which was the only familiar face in this place. Hera had sent the letter and of course joked around sense Kaisto was a bit stiff at this place, but soon he heard Hera about to go off on this girl name Frey.

Kaisto sweat dropped and he tried to grab Hera while Bastet tried her best to grab Frey to stop them from chasing and being chased "Ok hang on hang on everyone cool yourselves down, no need to try and go insane over some silverware, just ask nicely and sure the girl will give it back" but now it looked like a 4 ringed circus with Hera chasing Frey and now Kaisto and Bastet chasing those two, what the heck was going on now.

Bastet was soon to chime in, as Kaisto's pet/companion, she then tried to jump and tackle Frey, like a cat would a mouse but poor timing and a poorly placed stool Bastet was seent Flying into Kaisto back making the duo roll uncontrollably hopefully they didnt hit the other two that they were chasing...smooth what a way to make a good first impression with people

Looking up in horror Hana was met with the shadow dragon slayer and well, her secondary magic mentor.... Oh goodness,  wasn't this just great. Sweat dropping at Akeya's glare and words, she nervously scratched the back of her neck. Normally she would've tried to come up with an excuse at this time but... She didn't think Akeya would be taking any,  so heaving a sigh she just decided to apologize. "I'm sorry..... I won't do it again... " Comically,  anime tears streamed down her face. She couldn't believe she just embarrassed herself in front of one of the most strict mentors she's ever had... Luckily though,  her attention was pulled from the moment as two other dragon slayers came in,  causing a whole new commotion to begin. Hana sweat dropped as she witnessed Hera chasing Frey.... The youngest..... And what was even worse was that one of the newcomers and his companion joined in. Tamka laughed at the scene before him but Hana.... She was double sweat dropping. She knew that this hotel room was most likely to get trashed,  and if anything she didn't want to be pulling money out of her pocket to pay for part of the damage done. She would rather use that money on more books to add to her mini "library" at home. Heaving a sigh,  Hana stood up and got a glass of water. Pooring it on the floor in the stampede's path, Hana quickly froze it. She knew she had to act fast,  but the only problem was the landing. Running over to a sofa,  she grabbed hold of it and began running and carrying it in front of the icey trail so that they would land on the couch and not anything else. That'll at least die the commotion down a bit.... Maybe..... Hopefully....

Discussion Re: Call of the Dragon [Mini-Event] [Invite Only]

Post by Akeya 22nd October 2016, 3:51 am

Akeya just gave Hera a stare with a raised eyebrow as the Fire Dragon Slayer combined a compliment and a request for the half dragon to actually show some amusement while making a joke. She contemplated her answer for a moment, then shook her head.

"It's more entertaining for me if you guys have no way of knowing whether I'm joking or not."

At that she actually did smile, something of a smirk. Of course the answer to whether she was joking or not was that while she was definitely not planning anything like that anytime soon that didn't mean she was ruling out the possibility entirely in the future. Being open-minded tended to be useful, and other than actual dragons and her family the only group that Akeya could actually count herself part of were these dragon slayers (although she really didn't like that term. She wasn't planning on slaying herself any time soon). It wouldn't be good if at the first meeting she already went around deciding whether something could or could not happen at some point in the future.

However knowing that the others would take it the wrong way if she actually said that she wasn't joking Akeya would have to say that she had been joking if they pressed the issue. For most people the whole subject of sleeping with people was rather touchy and easily led to misunderstandings.

With Hana apologizing for her remarkable entrance Akeya nodded. She did hope that the girl didn't make a habit out of such entrances, but at least Hana wasn't trying to make up excuses. And since Akeya was unlikely to actually be there for most of those entrances it wasn't like it was her business other than making sure that her student didn't put herself into a bad position by giving the wrong impression.

"Good, although it's not me you should apologize to. If you show up like that at meetings where you're trying to make a first impression you're making it difficult for yourself to impress them. Granted since you were my bautwael I would appreciate it if you made a good impression for my sake as well, but the first priority should be ensuring that you give other people reason to respect you and pay attention to what you say and do."

With that little lecture done Akeya returned her attention to the rest of the room. As she had predicted the one at the door was the Sky Dragon Slayer. The half dragon nodded at him before being distracted by the child dragon slayer flying her way. Akeya blinked before catching Frey with one hand, glaring at the girl introducing herself. She wasn't a naturally kind person, and while she did find children important that didn't mean she was the kind of person to just forgive children for everything they did. However Frey had already squirmed her way out of Akeya's grasp and resumed running around the room before she could scold her. Akeya watched the kid for a bit longer, for now failing to notice that the gem normally sewn into the cloth covering her collarbone was gone.

As Hera commented on Sol appearing to be nice and getting them a drink Akeya watched the Poison Dragon Slayer, frowning when he turned out to be purposefully misleading them into thinking that he was being polite before ending up drinking from the bottle himself. The half dragon actually wasn't planning to drink a lot, or at all, during this meeting, but with the green-haired man seemingly going out of his way to make an antisocial impression...

"Looks like the element matches the personality with him." Coming from Akeya that was rather hypocritical, since she was the sneaky underhanded shadow dragon who would use trickery and deceit, but that didn't make it less true.

Akeya looked around and nodded when Hera announced that the last one to arrive was the Water Dragon Slayer. Surprisingly quickly the room had filled up, one by one the participants of the meeting trickling in until there were now nine of them. As expected it was a bit of an odd gathering. After all, dragon slayers tended to have personalities which aligned with their element (so far as Akeya was aware that was partially influenced and partially an interesting coincidence), which meant that with nine different elements of dragon slayers in here they all stood out in their own way. Although currently the one standing out the most was the little one who was running around as if she was experiencing a huge sugar rush. Which might actually be the case...

Akeya's thoughts were interrupted when Hera shouted about the silverware missing. Blinking the half dragon wondered to herself how she could not have noticed that. Usually she was the most observant one, so having things happen without her noticing bothered her. Although that didn't bother her so much as realizing that her gem was gone. It wasn't a very important gem, containing no magical properties or sentimental value. However it was still a gem, and she still wasn't happy knowing that it had been stolen. Going through her short-term memories Akeya noted that the only two people who had been close enough to her in this room to steal that gem were Hera and Frey. And one was chasing the other and yelling about her being a kleptomaniac, so that answered her question of who did it quite nicely.

The half dragon was frowning quite severely at this point, stepping away from the couch. The next time that Frey came too close to the half dragon she would find a draconic tail, clad in midnight blue scales, wrapped around her waist and lifting her up until she was face to face with the half dragon. Who wasn't looking amused in the slightest. Akeya wasn't nasty enough a person to harm a child for doing something as minor as this, but she still looked quite annoyed and unhappy with Frey, folding her arms underneath her chest and keeping the girl in the air with the prehensile tail around her waist.

"I can see that you're going to be a handful. I would like my gem back, and if you actually want that apple juice you seem to like so much you'd better also help return everything you took to where it belongs." Akeya's words were accentuated with her trademark 'basilisk glare', which had a tendency to make people feel as if those reptilian emerald eyes were actually drilling holes into them. Beyond that Akeya also had the entire half dragon appearance going for her, which tended to be helpful in intimidating people. Of course, that might not be quite as effective where dragon slayers were involved...

"Guys, I think we should maybe get down to buisness. I have some things to take care of after this is all over, so can we please just calm down and wait for the water slayer? I'd rather not leave my arrangements too long, as they are quite important." The young man sighed as he sat down, looking at the other slayers, many of whom were his beloved guildmates. "Also, give Frey a break guys. She is still a kid. And if any of you lay a finger on my teammate, you'll face the wrath of the lightning slayer. Just... calm down, please. I'm starting to think we need somebody to mediate...." As he said this, he couldn't help but think of Chiyo, a good friend and the venom demon slayer. She would whip theses guys into shape easily, knowing her she wouldn't even have to use magic to do it. One glare from that girl was enough.

As Hera chased Frey, she felt the floor beneath her freeze. Frey slid ahead into Akeya who grabbed her with her tail, as Hera slid straight into Hana holding a bundle of pillows at the end of the ice path she'd created.

As she bumped against it with a 'squish' of her boobs against Hana holding the pillow stack to brace her fall, she would turn and growl at Frey but with a smile; showing she was having fun as well. She was a bit irritated though. As everyone pressured Frey into returning everything, Hera would go to the fridge and make a tall glass of applejuice, even making Frey a side of ice cream to go with it.

Picking up the apple juice with one hand, and the bowl of ice cream with the other, she walked over to Akeya holding Frey.

"You get both of these when you put everything back....." as she waited for Frey to undo everything, and hand back possessions, she would finally hand over the ice cream and apple juice. "A handful is right....or a tail full." she smirked and sparkled briefly and comically as she was shown looking up and down Akeya's tail wrapped around Frey holding her up.

As Takumi spoke up, Hera raised an eyebrow getting frustrated.

"Takumi...you don't have any plans more important than this meeting trust me, I've been keeping track of you outside of the Guild. And if you care so much about Frey, why don't you be a better teammate and mentor to her; standing there with your arms crossed and acting too cool for school will only make her think what she did was OK. You should've been the first one to discipline her." crossing to Takumi, Hera would get right in his face. After revealing that she'd been spying on him. He did inherit her Father's Magic after all, she sometimes followed him on Jobs he went on, or secret meetings he didn't want anyone to know about.

Although he was a bit taller, not by much. She would stare right into his eyes. Before sighing and leaning into whisper something to him.

"Don't make empty threats. Every person in this room is about as strong as you or more powerful, even Frey." Hera leaned in close to Takumi and whispered so only he could hear. "This is not the place for a tough guy act." as she leaned away from Takumi, she would cross her arms and lean on the kitchen bar a short walk away, crossing her arms and waiting for the Water Dragon Slayer to appear. Who knew who this person was, Hera just hoped he or she made it without much of a problem. The last thing they needed was the 10th Slayer coming under attack or falling into danger on their way to Terra Ignis.

Right after Sol had taken a drink he saw that Hera was now in his face and grabbed his bottle while he struggled,”Oi get your own you didn’t say I had to get the drinks” he growled before she slammed her foot down on his toes which made him let go of the bottle”Ow you bitch, Fine I’ll get them drinks but not for the runt” he snarled as he stormed back to the drinks and poured two glasses of wine before he snatched another bottle of summer whiskey and took a drink before he took the glasses over to Hana and handed one to her before he moved over to Akeya and offered her the remaining glass, hearing the fire slayer realize that stuff had gone missing and the poison slayer realized that some of his buttons were gone and he gave Frey a murderous look.”you little thief I want those back

Hearing the lightning Slayer Takumi threaten the rest of the slayers including himself if they laid a finger on Frey Sol turned his attention to the white haired slayer with a predatory look in his eyes "“your welcome to take your best shot thunder dragon but you better make it count” he said showing the white haired man he wouldn’t be pushed around, letting out a yawn the green haired man moved over to the table and he sat down”Since we are only missing one Slayer perhaps we should start eating before the food gets cold it would be a shame if our hosts efforts went to waste” he stated glancing at Hera for a moment before he would make any kind of move for the food.

Still in a piled up mess against the wall was Kaisto and Bastet, dizzy eyes apparent since they actually just collided with the wall as they were chasing Hera to make her stop chasing Fey, but apparently the dragon girl was on top of that, picking themselves off the ground and dusting themselves off, Kaisto soo turned to the group and heard the Venom Slayer that they needed to calm down and wait this made him chuckle

"Ok no offense Venom Slayer...but waiting around is a recipe to make things feel ominuous, nobody wants to get drug down into the ominous feild and left there, in fact i think thats a reason why Frey was doing what she did, sorta as a way to lighten the mood" Kaisto stretched as he spoke to the Venom slayer and you could hear his back pop but then his pet decided to pick up where he left off "And truth be told you and Hera getting mad at each other wouldnt help the situation either so take a chill pill" ok yes that was not an intended air pun/joke it just came off like that, and even hearing Hera's words saying that they could be stronger then takumi...well thats a confidence booster only if Kaisto was only 2 months into his C rank for Black rose...but the gesture was nice from a powerful dragon slayer as Hera herself.

    You can breathe

    In clear blue water

The clip clopping shoes can be heard, louder and louder as the noise finally stopped…

The high heels were unsurprisingly quiet as a female walked into the area with the other apparent dragon slayers, who all had the different elements which were perfect to take down even the most powerful of dragons. The mermaid princess was a dragon slayer herself, a water one specifically which seemed perfect for the type of creature she was which seemed to not bother her at all, hopefully the others won’t be bothered by the fact that she was a mermaid either if water was spilled all over her, which, will be pretty unlikely.

As she stayed in the same area not speaking to anyone, the smell of fish slowly invaded the open space. The mermaid princess simply held her hand on her sheathe while she took a good look around once more, hoping that the others didn’t mind that she was a mere D rank, only recently joining the guild known as Black Rose: a guild containing all types of demons and furry humanoids.

Coughing lightly, the female finally decided to speak, looking down at her feet which were neatly positioned in the first ballet position before looking up again. She hoped to make a rather good impression towards everyone.

“Hello everyone.” The female greeted, hoping that someone would speak to her in return. “I do apologise for being so late. But I am here now.”
