Eris |
Eris stood at the entrance towards the big-name guild itself. Fairy Tail. Eris's pink hair fluttered behind her as she stepped forward through the gate, the building itself ahead of her. She was shorter than she was usually, if she could help it. But it all fit the bill. She wasn't here for pleasures sake. Though plenty could certainly be had in the time to come. Eris had watched people come and go from a distance, well out of sight in the form of smoke in a dark alleyway, not needing a direct line of sight to watch. She had been keeping tabs on the place for weeks so far, studying who she could and making note of the layout of the building itself. She had also done her homework and knew that generally they would not turn away hopeful new mages looking to join a guild, who usually just waltzed right in through their front door just.. as... she was now, one hand flat against the sturdy door she pushed it open to reveal the tavern-like interior populated with a smattering of Fairy Tail's own mages. Her hair caught by a breeze as she opened the door billowed in after her dramatically. Eyes raised and some of the chatter stopped to see the stranger step in. Unlike usual, she let her magic aura show through. It was not alone however, she had rewritten it somewhat, shedding traces of dark origins and leaving only a pure taste of fire magic to those who could sense it. Similarly, the aura was not that of an H-class mage, but that of a B-rank hopeful, not a noob but certainly with room yet to grow. "So!" She exclaimed before the pause could grow awkward. "Whats a girl gotta do to join a guild around here?" She asked openly to the room, a somewhat bubbly humored tone to her voice, one hand on her hip and her head cocked slightly at an angle, eyes sweeping intently across the faces present. A self-confident grin at her lips, her body telling a story all on its own and hammered in by the voice she put on for the occasion, the story she wanted them to see. Whether they took it in consciously or not, to shape their critical first impression. Her heart even beat in her chest, her flesh warm to the touch. Her breath, smooth, and easy. The signs of life readily apparent in the fresh pink haired young woman who stood before them. Any trace beyond what she wanted them to see was wiped away. |
