History/Story
History: Marros's past before the age of 10 is a mystery. He just woke up one day and all he could remember was that he had an intense desire to be the best he could be. Simple enough right? Where he woke up though was a strange place. It was dark and hot. He walked through this dark place surprisingly without fear and that was when he met Ifrit. The fire demon looked at him and he looked at the demon. He was afraid and that was for sure, but he tried not to show it. He looked at the demon and with a single sentence made the demon laugh 'What are you looking at Red?' When the demon eventually finished laughing he declared that he liked Marros, he was very funny and had a strong will. The demon then introduced him to Gosai, a small demonic creature who gave him an evil grin.
"Beat him and you will live. ANd i'll lend you my power." Marros raised an eyebrow. Lend him his power? What was this demon on about? [color=red["I can see in you the power to become a mighty takeover mage, your will is strong enough."[/color] Marros was surprised at this statement, but the name rung a bell. Takeover mage. He looked at the little demon and assumed a fighting stance. The demon chuckled and lunged forward throwing two fireballs, but Marros dodged them and kicked the demon in the head. He had some training it seemed because the movement was almost instinctive. The demon was knocked to the ground, but unlike in the human world where he would spend much of his time, Gosai was not limited in his magic here. The demon leapt to his feet and threw a dozen fireballs. A few hit Marros, but most he dodged successfully and he managed to punch the demon to the ground again. The demon grabbed his arm and used a move Marros would remember forever. The taikyouken. It sent him flying and knocked the wind out of him. His eye was gashed by a rock he landed on, but he was lucky and it didn't blind him. He looked at the demon who seemed a bit wearied by the attack. Marros too was weakened by the blow, but he had enough strength to charge the demon and hit him on the head with his fist using the last of his strength.
"That is enough. You have won boy." Ifrit said and nodded with a smile on his face. "You have earned the right to wield my power, but you will need to spend time training with me." He looked at Gosai and shook his head. "Gosai will travel with you when you are done and he will lead you to Ghelgath, master of ice. You will need to win him over to gain his strength."
"Why do i need his strength or yours?" Marros gasped causing the demon to laugh.
"Without the power of the eight demon lords, you will not be able to gain the keys to escape Hell. You are a living being so should not be here. Many demons would try to kill you. Without my power you cannot beat Ghelgath, and without his you will not be Leviathan and so on. There are four greater demon lords than us, but they should not bother you." The demon laughed again as another idea came to his head. Even funnier than a human standing up to a demon lord. "Maybe one day when you have mastered our powers you will be able to fight and defeat the great lords Samael, Bael, Adramalech and even their leader Abaddon." Marros stared at him. He was in Hell? Why was he in Hell? How had he got here without dying?
"Ya know what Red. I'm not only going to beat all eight of you i'm going to beat all four of the great lords and who knows if i'm in the mood i'll go beat up the demon king himself." Marros said with a determined look on his face. It was added to by the cut across his face which the demon reached over and very painfully sealed up using heat causing Marros to scream to scream and fall unconcious.
"Good on ya kid. I can't wait to see you try." the demon chuckled and lifted him up with ease, somehow not burning him despite his red hot claws and took him into his home.
