One strange date?(Job Izayoi/Aiyana)

Izayoi had woke up that morning and gotten herself ready for doing something either really brave or really dumb. She had gotten all prettied up and was heading to find one of the members she had met when she had first gotten to Sabertooth, Aiyana The paragon of convitcion. Izayoi didn't really care for her title more about the fact that the woman seemed to be the same race as Izayoi which from what Izayoi knew was not possiable. But Aiyana existed, with all her beauty and... class was not the right word. Izayoi chuckled at the though of saying Aiyana had class, Aiyana was unique from what Izayoi figured and that appealed to Izayoi. And her she was, all spiffed up and ready to ask a complete stranger out. Izayoi spun in place in front of a mirror she had in her bedroom, she wore a red dress, one that she had since she was in Tartarus. She then set about to her hair, she got about half way through before she broke the brush she as using, "Damn... i need to brush my hair more often..." Izayoi went and procured another Brush and finished brushing her hair, managing to not break it this time and with that she was ready.

She wandered out into the guild hall looking for the other fox, well the one that was not one of her sisters. She looked around, hoping nobody would notice her other than the one she was looking for. Izayoi looked around and caught sight of all nine of those foxy tails, she bit her lip and walked up. Izayoi took the seat next to her, the bar tender turned to her, "Rum and Coke, please." The bar tender nodded and set about getting her drink. Izayoi took a deep breath and turned to Aiyana. "So... fancy a date with me?" Izayoi's right ear twitched, did she come off to strong? "Erm... if you want to that is." Izayoi looked at the woman's tails and without thinking she reached out, she petted one from the base to the tip. She shivered as she did, she was thrilled to be able to touch them, she got to the base the took it inbetween her finger tips. "so soft..." Izayoi smiled, then realized what she was doing. "OH CRAP! Sorry!!" Izayoi's face flushed hard as she withdrew her hand.

Aiyana's day had began like all others; trying to stay in bed and not wanting to do anything actually considered important. That could not happen for long, however, as the celestial spirit felt the need to actually move out from the covers and see what she could do for fun. Tails moved about as she sat up with a yawn and a large stretch. Sluggish, lazy, movements would bring her to find a brush that she intended to brush her tails with. The clean appendages were a sight to behold, even more so once she got done completely grooming them an hour or so later. Her clothing would be the usual, her red dress, with white and gold accents, covered her lithe form before she gathered up her belongings as she saw fit for the day.

Her favorite hat, the one that no longer matched anything she wore and covered up her ears, was folded up and put into a hidden slot on the inside of the dress as she put the Egyptian charm bracelet onto her wrist. Charms clinked against each other as she moved a hand up to her face to move a stray hair back into place before grabbing her weapon; the Khopesh she had gotten to know quite well. ”All right Memory. If you want to come along you can. I don't really plan on doing much today unless something comes in in the mail for me to deal with at the guild. Gonna head to the guild hall's bar first, seems like a good place to begin!” The fairy she spoke to was already in her shadow, and seemed to be intent on staying there as the Paragon of Conviction made her way to the guild and sat down; an odd mix of cinnamon whiskey and apple pie flavored moonshine being poured into a tall glass shortly after.

The drink was high in alcohol, and could put the lower tolerances of the spectrum under the table quite quickly. It was her normal, something she drank every time she showed her face in the guild bar, and what she had chosen this day as another guild member sat down beside her to order a drink. It was, surprisingly, one of the newer members of the guild; Izayoi whom was originally from Tartarus. She was much more groomed this day, and in a very pretty red dress that she hadn't worn when she had first met her. The first words after her drink order were almost shocking, had Aiyana not been used to that kind of treatment as it. However, before the woman could even begin to inquire as to why, or what she wanted to do, the girl began to slightly backpedal before seeming to get distracted. One of Aiyana's tails, the closest to the other fox featured girl, moved slightly as the other began to pet at it from tip to base. Whispers of it being soft were heard before a sudden, extreme, blush filled the woman's face as she apologized; drawing a good laugh from Aiyana.

”Well well, it seems I've caught your fancy quite quickly, eh? I don't mind dates at all, at least with someone so brazen. Not many will actually TOUCH my tails out of no where. But I can forgive you that if your date is fun. So...where what was the plan for this date?” Curiosity got her in the end, the girl taking a sip of her drink before leaning a bit closer to the other woman with her hands on her knees; tails swishing about happily, but close to the seat to keep from tripping up too many people. It had been a while since she'd been on a date, ever since pairing up with Mao as mates, and she was quite interested on how it would go.

"erm... thanks" Izayoi responded to the woman saying she was ok with a date. "I... uh..." Izayoi was scrambling for words now, the bartender set down her drink which Izayoi scooped up and slammed back. She set the cup down and looked at the other fox, "I don't get to see many of... well us... so i could not help myself... My tail is always a mess..." Izayoi wrapped her tails around her body so that they were in front of her. She ran a hand through one of her tails, she felt the knots and debress in it. "I didn't even do a good job of cleaning it this time either." Izayoi sighed to herself. She didn't think this was going well so she stood up, "i will be right back!" She ran over to the job board and looked over it, she say a job that was like on she did when she was in tartarus. She looked back at the fox girl and smirked, "this job should be fun!" Izayoi glanced back and pulled the notice from the board. She ran back over and flopped the notice down in front of the 9 tailed woman. "This job should be fun." Izayoi thought she had grabbed the notice for the cosplay job... she had instead pulled down involving a dragon.

Izayoi sat back down and waved to the barkeep, "Can i get.... erm..." Izayoi looked at the woman's drink, "Another rum and coke please." Izayoi sat there letting the other fox read over the notice, "So you up for a job like that?" Izayoi got her second drink quickly, which she started in on immdeatly. Izayoi didn't really feel the effects and would not feel them for a while if at all. She brought her tails in front of herself again and started sifting through it, pulling all the gunk she could out. She would sit there until Aiyana said something, just cleaning her tail and drinking her rum and cola. Little did she know, she had just set herself up for a challange that she might regret, either with asking Aiyana out on a date or the job she mistakenly pulled.

A thank you and then a scrambling for words were made from the other woman as she tried to backpedal while also trying to figure out what to do now that her request of a date had been accepted. Tails swished in silent amusement as the girl known as Izayoi ran off towards the job board. So it seemed a job with her would be the way to go for this one, interesting. Aiyana Shuer, the Paragon of Conviction, to go on a date with a guild member using a job as the place for it. Eyes would meet hers as the other tailed woman mentioned finding a fun one before running back over to hand it to her so she could look at it.

The job was one of a higher rank than Izayoi's current standing as a mage, but was lower than Aiyana's. Though the job description was vague, asking that one climb to the top of Sky Tower to begin and then the rest being unsaid, Aiyana felt if would be fun to do a simpler job with all of the ones she normally took. ”Hmm...this does look like fun. If you think you can handle the job I'm fine with doing this!” Aiyana would finish off her drink before quickly standing up, tails gathering in a swift motion to wrap around each other; creating one bundled tail that was much easier to keep out of people's way. ”Well, I'm ready to go on our date if you are. Do you know the way to the sky tower, or do I have to lead the way?” The woman did a slight stretch, arms going out at her sides, as she yawned slightly. Her lazy day had suddenly become a simple mission, and a date, with one of the newer guild members.

Aiyana wondered why she had picked a harder job though. They could have just went to the cosplay cafe. After all, she was pretty sure it had been put up again for anyone to take. Maybe she wanted a challenge, or maybe it was a mistake. Either way she was in for a fun trip, and some new experiences.

Izayoi threw back her drink and stood up, "I know the.... wait what?" Izayoi blinked as the girl, Izayoi was pretty sure the job was located in some cafe not the sky tower. "can i see the job slip again?" Izayoi held out her hand for the slip. When she got it she would look it over only to curse lightly. She had been to absorbed in asking Aiyana out that she had messed up and grabbed the wrong slip. Izayoi sighed and put the slip down on the bar. "well lets go then." Izayoi was mildly annoyed with her mistake but she would deal with it. Izayoi watched the other woman as she rolled her tails up, Izayoi had been doing this for a long time herself, which caused her to chuckle. "And her i am thinking 3 tails was a pain in the butt i can't even imagine having 9." Izayoi chuckled and pulled her own tails around in-front of her, "Thankfully i won't ever get any more" Izayoi smiled at the comment, unknown to her it was not true, she was one of the rare Kumiho who would gain 9 tails as well. Izayoi smiled and moved to the door, "guess i should ask sooner than later... what kind of magic do you use?" Izayoi wanted to have a idea, mainly cause it seemed due to her idiocy they were doing what amounted to a combat job, so she wanted to have a idea of her partners skills. Izayoi would listen to anything the woman said, she would then give a basic idea of her own magic.

"Right... so my magic i unique... I use what are called Legions." Izayoi walked a bit ahead of the other fox. "They are being from another plane... i call forth their minds and provide both a body and a soul so they may funtion on this plane..." Izayoi stopped, why was she talking about stupid stuff like that... she was on a date with a hottie, the though made her face flush. "Erm... sorry... i uh..." Izayoi moved to bury her hands in her pocket only to find she had none in the dress she was wearing, she cursed herself again. "Erm... well uh... what do you want to talk about?"

There was a slight confusion from the other woman at Aiyana's words, as if she didn't realize the job she had grabbed for them was what it was. Maybe she had grabbed it by mistake? The nine tailed fox was about to say she could grab an easier one, but Izayoi mentioned that they get started before she commented on her tails. ”It really isn't that hard to deal with after a while. I went from no tails to nine tails in a short time, boy was that traumatizing at first!” The time with Mei, whom she had had minimal contact with lately, had been so life changing that she had almost killed herself in her fear and misery. Had it not been for Magna finding her out in the forest she probably would have just sat there and starved to death as she sat there crying. And then Mao had taught her the proper care of her tails shortly before they had become the second couple in Sabertooth of the mages that were in the guild.

A question of her magic was brought up, though before she answered the girl went on to answer if herself before acting embarrassed, though in the cutest of ways, before apologizing and asking what they should talk about. ”Oh! I was fine with talking about our magic! Whatever you feel comfortable talking about I fine with me! It's not a good date if we can't feel comfortable near each other.” Aiyana hoped the words were comforting, they at least sounded like they were. ”I'm the frostfire dragon slayer. My magic focuses on leeching magic power from others back to me and holding them in place for me and my allies to take care of.” Aiyana kept it brief, due to how her date had reacted to bringing up this topic.

”Anyway! What do you like to do for fun?” Oh...that was probably a bad one for the lusty fox to ask. Most of her answers would be names...unless she came up with some other stuff while listening to her current dates next response.

Izayoi listened to the girl respond, she didn't feel comfortable, she didn't know how to talk with a woman at all. Izayoi sighed and kept listening, Izayoi smiled about the magic style, that would work well with Izayoi's magic.

"Good that style of magic will work well with my legions."

Izayoi summoned two Hatred Legions and walked over to it, it picked her up and set her on it shoulder. The Giant Legion headed toward the train station, Izayoi hummed to herself as they made their way. Izayoi regarded the other fox as she spoke, what did she do for fun... that was not a question Izayoi wanted to answer, she was boring nothing special at all. Izayoi's mind ran through all the answers she could give, none of them painted a good picture... and how could they. Izayoi was a anti-social and didn't really do anything other then Magic research,

"Uh... I'm not that interesting... I'm... well i guess you can call me a magic researcher... i don't do much other than that... Sorry... im really not that intresing."

Izayoi was a bit stressed now, she didn't like the fact that she could just be that lame, she had to do something to change that. Izayoi sighed as they entered the train station, Izayoi jumped down from her legions shoulder and made her way to the ticket stand. She paid for the tickets and returned quickly.

"Here... lets get this job over..."

Izayoi just wanted to go home now, she felt like a fool to think she ever could be worthy of someone like Aiyana. She was just some nerd little girl who didn't get out much and was barely considered a mage. Izayoi laughed a bit, compaired to mages today her magic was highly rudimentary yet everyone she had met seemed amazed by it. She looked at the two legions following her, she didn't make her summons reliant on her magic power, which is why most summoners could only have their summons out for brief periods of time. No Izayoi's magic gave them bodys and souls to function on this plane, they didn't need Izayoi to keep them here. Izayoi moved to the train, not speaking as she found their seats, she had bought 4 tickets so her legions would fill the other two seats in their little cabin. Izayoi laughed again not really sure why she had paid so much to get a private cabin. 

"Sorry to disappoint but my magic is quite sadly very weak compaired to todays standards. But in a way its more realiable due to its simplicity."

Izayoi chuckled as she thought about the math and calculations she had to do every time she summoned on of her legions, simple was not a good word for her magic. Izayoi sighed and entered the train, leading the way to the cabin she had purchased.
