Izayoi's Home and Lab.

Izayoi had only just finished setting up her new house, she had spent almost all of her money getting it. She looked around at all the discarded boxes and trash from unpacking, "When is that assistant going to get here." Izayoi sighed to herself and flopped on the couch and looked around, the place was still not completely set up but she was to tired to care at this point. Izayoi looked around for the Remote to the Telelacrima. She didn't find it right away so she ended up having to get up and look through a few of the unpacked boxes, after a few minutes of looking she found it. Izayoi returned to the couch and turned on the Telelacrima. She had hired a mage to assist her around the house, all she had to do was wait for him to arrive.

Izayoi jumped form the couch when she heard a mans voice, she had lulled off and forgotten that the man was coming. So when he said something it caught her off guard, she summoned to Legions without thinking. The two guilt legions charged forward as soon as they were fully manifested, Izayoi realized her mistake and called out, "stop!" The two legions halted, blade ready to kill the intruder, "You should knock next time..." Izayoi waved the Legions off, "Go do something productive... like start unpacking the Lab." The two legions gave a curt bow and headed down on of the halls. Izayoi watched them go and sighed, "I wonder how much of my stuff they will break trying to unpack..." Izayoi frowned and turned to the man. "So i take it your the assistant i hired?" Izayoi put her hand on her hip as she spoke.

Izayoi stood 5'8" and wore a dirty pair of shorts and a partially ripped shirt, she had a few spots of grime on her face and hand. The way she held herself was quite unladylike and she was quite direct with her words. Her eyes were red and seemed like they could see right through a person, which were partly covered by her mess hair that she clearly didn't take the time to brush.

She was about to fall asleep but it seemed her instincts kicked into thinking I’m some kind of intruder. It caused her to materialize what seemed to be her minions as they charged right at me. I had to act fast and put them down to resolve this misunderstanding and I only have two seconds, I slipped my hand to my pocket in order to reach my pocket knife and when the client realized the situation, the legions were bind by the chains of their mistress’s words.

The job description states she’s a researcher and a scientist of sorts but I never guess she’d be this type of scientist. This wasn’t a result of sleepiness or fatigue, rather its instinct that drove her to do such action. I guess she had her fair share of fights, I rather not question it.

Wanna know something that’s not funny? I grabbed a pen instead of my pocket knife.
I must show no signs of hostility as much as possible, let alone have a firearm in my inventory.
Thus I reminded myself of the reason why I took this job.
Not to fight but only to serve and lead a good life.
Well I’m no far seer to be able to tell what the future holds for me with her.
Perhaps I can expect unusual things such as the way she’s dressed right now.

That’s what you call being right at home but now I really feel like some kind of intruder.
If she was that comfortable enough to doze off she must have put into mind that this home is officially hers and it’s not just a lab.
I pray that one mistake working with her wouldn’t be the death of me.
It’s better than being stationed on the high walls 6 hours a day
So now I’m already attending my orientation, known her affiliation, her type of magic.
Her appearance and the place she lives in, as well as the first impression she gave me.

And now she’s glaring at me like I’m some kind of suspicious looking guy. I reached out from my other pocket in order to pull out the employment ad.

“Yes I am.”

Like any other job I don’t just go to the client without a proper resume and so I prepared one beforehand. Everything there including my name, age, old job affiliations and experience is in the resume. All information about me except for the part that I’m an Azeron Solidier and that I’m from Mirai. I even have a waiver signed by a high ranking official to prove it too. However I don’t think presenting papers to her isn’t enough.

If I were to guess, despite the fact that she didn’t have some elegance as a woman, that stare alone gave away her identity as a person. She might be harder to fool.

Izayoi watched as the man pulled out a pen and the add she put up, she yawned and streached. "So what do you know about Magic core Theroy?" Izayoi was asking about the act of making a generator that produced  magic. "And about the study of magictech Animatronics?" Izayoi raised a eyebrow, and waited for the man to answer. No matter what he answered she would move to her next subject. "What about Time Displacement Theory?" Izayoi didn't expect a yes from this one, the term she used was the "scientific" term for time travel. 

Izayoi waved at him to follow, "So i need your references and a log of the guilds you have worked for." Izayoi was not honestly to concerned with the guilds part, mainly cause she herself had once been from a dark guild. "So i do expect you to help around the house, you won't be doing everything. But well... I'm not exactly a good house keeper." Izayoi frowned. "I'm good at making things and repairing things... keeping things clean... not on the list." Izayoi chuckled. "Also i don't know if you saw but i do prefer a live in, i have a few bedrooms for you to choose from." Izayoi stopped and turned to face the man. "Any questions?"

There was a few things he knew about the topics the client discussed or rather he knew the meaning of each subject in general.

The Magic Core theory is a topic used for creating generators or storage for mana.

The practice of Magic production theory is primarily rooted from the mage who studied about the nature of succubus and vampires. (No idea who, the name disappeared from the pages of history) Blood or any bodily fluids are considered sources of mana. There are a lot of ways to produce a magic generator. In theory, study shows that only living things can have mana or produce it.

First off, only organisms serve as the perfect vessels for holding mana, meaning everything that has carbon in them can be used as a magic generator, this includes humans or living things such as trees. Because of this statement, it proved that most air elementals have bodies of carbon dioxide that can be transmuted to pure oxygen.

The fact that humans were used as magic generators were considered illegal and a violation of human rights. From this method it gave birth to the process of creating artificial mages.

Then there is what you call "Magic Circuits" which are usually embedded in a natural born mage or a demi-human which is solely responsible for absorbing and converting ethernano into pure magical energy. The energy of course in turn, is used as a catalyst to materialize magic. The more magic circuits one has, the greater the mana capacity, the higher the magic circuit quality the more powerful they are.

The only known way to make a magical generator is to use an organism.

Succubus and vampires would spare some humans they abducted and would increase their abilities to produce more bodily fluids than they should and were treated as magical containers.


The part of magitech animatronics are usually based off from this theory cause basically only organic things may be able to utilize magic. Time displacement theory is of course time travel.

She was just talking to fast for Dub to even answer and instead he listened to her intently until she comes to a complete stop just for him to even answer. For those who do not know, Dubhlainn is good at keeping the house clean and repairing simple tools and devices as such his experience from Mirai.

As a matter of fact Dubhlainn began to wonder if she's a former resident of Mirai having known and stated all these things. Of course engineering isn't his profession, he just lives to fight for whoever hires him. Magitech is a complicated form of magical science and technological mastery which even he cannot even comprehend.

"None, the only things I have to say right now is that with me working for you, I guarantee that the house will be cleaned thoroughly. Very well, allow me to unload inventory so I may begin cleaning at once." He bowed with a smirk of confidence.

To him cleaning is one of the many battles he must face and never get tired off.
