Description:
Fire Dragon Slayer Magic is a type of Dragon Slayer Magic that grants the user various characteristics typical of a Fire Dragon: lungs capable of spewing flames, scales that grant protection against fire, and nails covered in flames. Consequently, Fire Dragon Slayer Magic allows the user to produce and control fire from any part of their body, which can be used both in melee and as a ranged form of offense. The generated flames can be manipulated in a wide variety of ways, their “type” can be changed at will, and they can even be given a material consistency.
Ibara is what is known as a First Generation Dragon Slayer. This implies his abilities were inherited/taught to him by a dragon. This dragon goes by the name of Igneel. Amongst his kind, he is known as the Fire Dragon King and the ruler of his sub species. Many years ago, Ibara initially became acquainted with the dragon after Igneel had intentionally sabotaged his parents and released the young child from the spectral shackles that his parents had draped over him from birth. This allowed him to venture out into the world, join a guild known as Sabertooth, and acquire experience as well as a thirst to find out what exactly was the story behind his life. This was Igneel's plan all along for he had seen a part of himself in the child. It wasn't long before Ibara left Sabertooth on a temporary leave to travel back to his homeland to find answers. There, the two became re-acquainted again and trained together for two years. Ibara acquired Fire Dragon Slayer magic under Igneel's training and tutelage; Ibara grew to become a fine young wizard, skilled in the art of which his teacher possessed.
Ibara is adept with his Dragon Slayer Magic and makes use of it in many different ways in combat. As with all Dragon Slayers, he can consume his respective element, with the exception of that which he has created, to replenish his energy reserves. The heat of his fire can increase in temperature, which is proportional to Ibara's emotional state. He incorporates the flames he ignites into his fighting style, greatly increasing the damage of his blows. As such, Ibara's Magic revolves around the usage of fire that can spout from any part of his body. Ibara's ability to eat flames gives himimmunity extremely high resistance to most types of flames, including explosions and allows him to spew fire from his lungs. This fire is exceptionally strong - equivalent to a Dragon's fire - being able to burn even through metal.
Strengths:
• Speed augmented and amplified through conjured flames.
• Most physical flame spells will lead to burning against those who can't deflect it.
• Strong against Ice, Metal, Wood and Plant Wizards.
— • Ice: Can be melted when used as a defence.
— • Metal: Another substance that, when applied with greater heat, can also be melted.
— • Wood: Susceptible to heat, easy to catch alight and therefore reduce to ash.
— • Plant: Also easy fuel for fire, extremely flammable, useless defence against fire.
• Immense strength granted by direct training from a Dragon.
• Extremely resistant to all forms of flames regardless of who conjures it.
Weaknesses:
• Cannot consume Devil/God Slayer Magic nor fire of his own element.
• Can't manipulate external forms of his element.
• Mages who possess elemental magic that counters fire have an advantage.
— • Earth: Nullification properties due to earth acting as a non-flammable hindrance.
— • Water: Can douse flames or counteract them by turning them into steam.
• Flames don't possess physical force without aid so most barriers can deflect their raw form.
• Sky Slayers or Wind Mages can nullify the flames through a strong wind release.

Unique Abilities:
— • Inferno Wings of the Fire Dragon: Flames are a common indication of speed. Fires which are expelled behind moving objects usually indicate a heightened level of speed as is the case with Ibara's hidden ability. When deciding to move fast, Ibara is able to eject flames out of either his hands and feet which act as propellers or boosters in a difficult situation. Usually, Ibara will only utilise this ability in a state of rage or fear, each applying to when he really shows a determination to overcome an opponent or to run away from an enemy that he finds severely life-threatening and terrifying (which will usually not be the case so the ability is primarily used on the former side of things). Upon ejection of the flames, Ibara's speed is boosted by at least 15% from it's base stat. This increase in speed also augments the damage that his physical attacks deal by 10%.
— • Dragon Heart: Through intense training with Igneel for the duration of two years, Ibara's natural toleration and aptitude when utilising heat as a perk to his fire magic had greatly increased. As a result of his level increasing, his natural body temperature excelled to an extraordinary level. This means his internal body temperature would be many times higher in comparison with that of a regular human or a wizard who didn't specialise specifically in Fire Dragon Slayer Magic. The perks of such a unique ability include a defence to things that could potentially weaken his abilities dramatically. Colder temperatures or environments hold very little effect over Ibara meaning he can go to vaster, more barren snowy landscapes in order to complete missions in a shorter space of time. It also means things that may inhibit him completely such as putting him in a frozen state would be partially ineffective, depending on what wizard was to freeze him, due to his enhanced body temperature simply melting the ice that would keep him barred.
— • Afterburner: An ability that would only come naturally with any fire mage, let alone someone who physically deals damage when utilising fire. Burning is a natural after effect which comes when damage has been dealt through fire. This pertains to a unique ability that would occur in most Dragon Slayers. The after effects of Ibara's attacks will all result in burning, that would be to say most of his techniques relate to physical attacks where he's inflicting damage directly by either his fists or his feet in the form of a punch or kick. Naturally, the fire coated around these particular body parts would leave marks, burns that inflct damage to the opponent as well. Below is the damage explained (which normally lasts for the duration of two posts) over a certain time period.
— •— • D-Rank: 2% Burning Damage.
— •— • C-Rank: 4% Burning Damage.
— •— • B-Rank: 6% Burning Damage.
— •— • A-Rank: 8% Burning Damage.
— •— • S-Rank: 10% Burning Damage.
— • Sacred Scales: An ability named after Ibara's newfound team in Sabertooth as well as a very befitting title considering it's ability, Ibara developed this power through intensive training that he'd decided to go under after the completion of his very first few jobs. The mechanics to this ability are simple. Much like the scales of his considered step-father, Igneel, Ibara's skin has a profound resistance to any oncoming physical attacks regardless of what they might be/or are enshrouded in. All in all, this means Ibara will receive a minor damage reduction upon connection with the physical blow of 20% precisely.
