Abilities:- Safety's Reach - When the wielder is about to be struck by a tangible attack (damage, buff, etc.) of equal or lower rank, he or she will teleport forward by exactly ten meters. If there is something standing in place exactly ten meters forward, the wielder will instead teleport exactly ten meters backward. If there is something occupying that space as well, the teleportation will fail. The wielder has no control over this, with the effect occurring whenever he or she is going to be struck. This passive effect can only occur once every three posts.
