System Reboot (Daiki/Akeya/Eleshba/Closed)

The sun had reached the high point of the day, casting it's rays and radiating its' heat all over the town in question. The shadows once cooling off the better portion of the city became dismal and almost meaningless. It had made walking through the city rather boring and more of a chore than anything, which was rather annoying and upsetting to say the least for some people. Normally, on such a day even as hot and sunny as this nothing would stop Sasha from wearing her favorite outfit, but something about not wanting to gt a sunburn from it all made her decide otherwise on something to do. One of her more casual, laid back type clothing seemed to work and was one of her favorites to wear outside of the outfit she loved to wear the most. The outfit was mostly simple; a short sleeved pull over shirt with a plaid design over top the aqua blue, almost white colored fabric. The shirt stretched along enough to seem as though it covered up most of the black pleated skirt she wore underneath, though even that had been on the shorter side of what she was used to wearing. Over top of that she wore a slateblue colored thin jacket which, despite it being summer had been perfectly fine to her to wear without getting to be too hot. Next up, oddly enough in how long these were, Sasha wore a pair of thigh high boots, laced up to the top and tied off. On the soles laid a small heel, nothing like a regular pair of heeled shoes, but nothing that would change her height at all. Lastly, her raven black hair had been pulled back behind her and braided down to the end, leaving a small bit of it for a thick blue bow to tie it off.

The bunny loving girl had come to change her mind on trying to stay around the city. There was nothing to do and she wanted to at LEAST come up with something enjoyable to do for the day. She had plenty of fun, mischievous plots she could do to relieve the boredom, but she was pretty sure people in town would get highly offended if she had gone about doing them. And then there's the small off chance doing that would land her in hot water with doing well.. the very law she had been apart of. Mostly a major form of stupidity on her part to do that, but those she worked with and for were mostly some people she would know wouldn't either care or knew of her antics already. Those in the latter of the two were those she would joke with, but not acting on the jokes she spoke of. She respected anyone that would tell her to stop because it was in her nature to respect someone's wishes if they disliked her immature attitude. Though in a playful manner, she would throw a little bit of a fit, Sasha would just get over it and laugh it off like nothing. Of course that doesn't always land her on peoples good side because naturally some people consider her to be a nuisance and a bother. Others have asked her why she even bothered to come to be a Knight and she could only respond with silence. There wasn't really anything that had particularly brought her here than any other place, but being some cool person that people idolized had always been a fun thought to her, and despite her lewd actions had spoke otherwise, she would defend it to the death that she was committed to anything.

Despite all of what she had gone through until now, Sasha was a loner now. She left these Knights, left them for reason she couldn't even comprehend. It had been since the Priory the farm girl had come to find it hard to really take in what she was doing and why. Usually, people could use that to push themselves to try and stop it from happening again, but the idea of it all was too much for her to be able to both process and get over. At least for the time being, she had decided it be best to move on and try to go at her problems alone, then maybe after some time she could come back to the Rune Knights and be a fully useful person to them. Until then, she decided having the chance to relax with a bit of shopping would be a refreshing course of action. It would be the first time since her new look that she would need to look into some new clothing that suited her look.

Walking amidst the crowd was a rather unusual sight. A girl walking around in what could best be described as a dark blue ninja garb. She was wearing rather loose pants and a sleeveless shirt with a rather large collar, with no decorations on either of these pieces of clothing. Furthermore, bandages of the same midnight blue colour were wrapped around her forearms, hands, lower legs and feet, with no real footwear to accompany them. From the looks of the dark blue scales that could be seen on her elbows and upper arms, those bandages most likely served to help hide them, even if they didn't do a completely job of it. At the same time she also had strange lines decorating her shoulders as if tattoos.

Her body aside, she also had a collar with a yellow gem around her neck, and her face was almost completely hidden behind a cloth mask and a blindfold, both of them also of a dark blue colour. The only things that could be seen of her head that weren't hidden were her ears, which looked like spiny fins instead of normal ears, and the raven black hair that fell free down to her midriff.

From there on her appearance just straight out left what one could expect to see. From her shoulder blades, with careful slits in her shirt to allow for them, two large draconic wings sprouted, large enough that it was clear that they could carry the woman with no issues. Currently they were folded up tightly, but even so they couldn't just be ignored. The other absurdity was that at the bottom of her back her shirt was pushed up to allow for a long and thin reptilian tail to sway behind her as she walked. Both the wings and the tail, once again, were adorned with those midnight scales.

Akeya looked around as she slowly walked through the crowd of people, even if her blindfold made it difficult to see what exactly she was looking at. This town was filled to the brim with magic, which is why she loved coming here. The abundance might sometimes be a bit much, especially if she was trying to find something magic related amidst everything else, but other than that the half dragon felt a lot better when surrounded by air positively suffused with magic. She didn't know how Rose Garden had managed to gather so much magic, but she wasn't going to question it.

Also, she wasn't in Rose Garden for business today. Instead she was finally getting around to admitting something which she had been delaying. Namely, that her old outfit wasn't really doing its job any longer. She had managed to keep using it after she grew wings and a tail. She had stuck to it after scales had begun to cover a fair amount of her body. However now she was just growing too tall. Apparently awakening her dragon blood came with a bit of a price in that regard. So now she was trying to find a new outfit that she could wear.

She quickly turned her head as she noticed two females colliding, her eyes widening as she saw the magic the two possessed. Mages, and it looked like they were strong ones. Akeya slowly approached, watching the two with some curiosity. Normally she wouldn't be paying attention, but technically she was treating this day as a day off. So she could afford to loiter, right?

Morgana took exception to her usual garb. The sun beat down agaistn dry skin like hers, and her deathly paleness drew improper amounts of attention at times. Thus, she took a different outfit for her journey into Rose Garden: a dark burqa, one that shrouded her face behind a small slit for her eyes and covered her body in a bulky robe. The veil completely hid her ghastly white hair and hung over her robe, down to her lower chest. The only skin visible was that of her hands and around her eyes. Her eyes, however, gave away much; their faint red glow visible contrasted against the dark fabric of her burqa, but she kept her head down with her eyelids creased to form half-crescent moons in her eyes. With her, she only carried a small leather bag filled with a handful of ewels around her waist with a thin rope acting as a belt.

She wandered through the merciless markets like a sojourner in a desert. Her attire was only a little strange in the setting, but onlookers discounted her for a simple foreigner clinging to her customs. Discounts, however, were not abound as she came upon the shopping stall she had been trying to locate. A mere wooden stall is all it was, but it had the supplies she needed - fletching supplies. The man working at the greeted her, but he was only met with an apathetic grunt. Morgana's pale hand hovered over the feathers on the stall's table as she inspected them until she abruptly dropped half of the Jewels with her on the table. The shopkeeper took delight at the sight and gratefully surrendered the woman's selection in a profitable transaction. Morgana scooped up all the feathers into a bag and headed out of the hectic market.

The day should have ended like that -- peacefully. A spectacle had arisen, however; a figure with monstrous wings had appeared within the magical city. It was something caught just within Morgana's peripheral vision, but she could see the unbelievable sight. As her eyes squinted intensely at wings alone, she made them out be dragon-like, something one would only expect to see in a painting or drawing of some kind. It intrigued the draugr for so many reasons. Not in a frightening way but in the sense that she was sure fate had placed that creature before her. It stirred something inside her, something that made her forget about her quest for a little time.

The draugr had to know just what she was looking at. She cautiously followed the figure with dragon wings, carefully maneuvering through the crowd in her bulky burqa.

Once she was close enough that she could keep an eye on the two females without being too obvious about spying on them Akeya came to a halt, instead pretending to be looking around as she let her sharp hearing do its work of allowing her to eavesdrop on the two women. Their conversation didn't appear to be too noteworthy. Apparently neither of them found it worth the time to get into an argument about who bumped into whom. Although when the shorter girl mentioned that she believed the other one wasn't wearing a bra the half dragon snorted in surprise. She was pretty sure that wasn't something you would normally ask somebody out of nowhere. Especially since they didn't appear to know each other that well.

The rest of the conversation didn't really manage to catch Akeya's attention. The taller woman was, strangely enough, out here for the exact same reason as Akeya herself. Other than that the half dragon found herself somewhat distracted, feeling as if she was being watched. Which was rather ironic, seeing how she was already watching other people. Her tail curled around her legs before uncurling again, the tail in combination with her wings at least making sure that the humans around her gave her enough space to move. Not a lot of people were willing to touch those things. Of course, they were also most likely the reason that Akeya felt that she was being watched. While her blindfold still hid her eyes she tried to figure out who might be watching her, seeing several possible targets: a man wearing rather outlandish clothes who quickly looked the other way, a small kid who was gawking. A woman completely hidden by dark robes. She'd have to figure out which one was actually giving her the feeling that she was being watched. The others might also be staring, but there was a distinct difference between gawking and observing.

Akeya nonchalantly began to walk around again, although in truth she was moving in a wide circle around Sasha and Daiki, trying to at least not make it too obvious that she was still listening in on their conversation. At the same time she quickly looked around, trying to find somebody who showed up just a bit too often staring at her or moving in the same direction. It didn't take too long before the half dragon noticed that the most likely target was the woman who was completely hiding herself with the help of dark cloth. Now that Akeya was studying her a bit more she saw that the woman was...not exactly normal. She couldn't tell what was off, but now that she had picked up on it she had a distinctly different feeling than the humans around her.

Well, she was pretty sure she had the right target. Time to see why she was following her. Akeya considered the best approach for a while before shrugging. As she had told herself before, today was meant to be a day where she didn't have to treat everything like a top level security matter. Instead of using her tricks to sneak about and surprise her stalker she figured that it was easier to just make the woman aware that she was aware, and have her decide whether she wanted to approach or not. As such, Akeya walked a bit further, now practically on the other side of where she had originally been when seen from Sasha's and Daiki's point of view, then came to a halt and turned around, looking around, once she found Morgana tapping her foot and staring at her with her usual focused gaze. It should be clear that the half dragon was waiting for the burqa-covered draugr to approach, her tail going from side to side behind her as she folded her arms underneath her chest.

Instincts cropped up in Morgana, passions instilled within the old brain of that walking corpse. Whilst her eyes stalked the dragon-woman, images of a great wolf flashed her vision. Its size would invoke fear in many, and its howl would unsettle a whole village. It whimpered in pain however. Morgana could see an arrow shaft protruding from its waist, and she was running... hunting after it. The draugr had lost the ability to sweat, but she could feel liquid beads running down her forehead as she slowly caught up with the ferocious canine. Adrenaline pumped through her body as she stood over a defeated wolf. Morgana's then-warm and living hand reached down to pluck the arrow and forced a howl of pain from the beast's lungs. Blood dripped from the arrow's shaft, splattering the wolf's fur as it collapsed and slowly died. The only emotion Morgana felt -- disappointment. The hunt was too easy.

The images of the past subsided. The dragur kept her eye on the dragon-human creature, her passion for hunting a great monster renewed. A dagger to the chest had cut that dream short, but in undeath, destiny seemed to give her another chance. What's more, she --or it-- had the features of a dragon, a creature so feared in her culture that family legends were made on the myths of the ancient beasts; in fact, her clan's greatest story was that of Lazarus Morgana, a hunter rumored to have hunted a dragon. Now here she was staring upon a similar beast.

Outer silence seemed dominant as the creature turned around and faced Morgana. The dragon creature had her eyes covered by a cloth, but she she appeared totally aware of the draugr's interest. It instill a streak of caution in Morgana as she concluded the one she eyed possessed more cunning than man or beast. Through the slit of her dark veil, the draugr looked at  her hidden face and stood perfectly quiet as if their motionlessness were a conversation of its own. The walking corpse took the initiative and approached with intent. She removed the black cloth from her own face and tossed it to the ground as she passed the two women conversing. With the veil gone, Morgana's dark and aged skin showed. Her face could appear like that of an old hag in a certain lighting or that of a young woman in a different light. With the mystery of her age aside, she looked positively different.

"What are you?" Friendliness did not exist in her voice, nor did it present aggressiveness. It was merely demanding with curiosity on the side.

Akeya kept a careful eye on her stalker as she saw that the woman was taking her up on her offer of approaching the half dragon instead of staying at a distance. If she had refused to come closer Akeya wasn't sure whether she would have approached the cloth-wrapped woman herself or would just have tried to shake her from her tail. Either way she didn't feel like having somebody trail her if she did not know that person or their intentions. However since she didn't exactly know who, or more specifically what, the female was, she wasn't sure just how difficult it would have been to either approach or escape her view if she didn't want to either be approached or escaped. Akeya's skill set made her very good at mobility and positioning, but that didn't mean that she could safely assume that she could get away if she didn't know much about the other people involved.

She watched the woman carefully as she came closer, although her choice of clothes was doing a good job of hiding important information. Akeya's blindfold allowed her to see magic, and she had sharp eyes to begin with thanks to her draconic heritage, but that didn't allow her to just stare straight through concealing clothing. Unless of course the clothing was some kind of illusion, but that wasn't the case here so Akeya had to try and get as much information as available from a source who was hiding almost everything. So far the best she could make out was that the woman was not like other humans, or maybe not like humans at all, and that she was on the same level as carefulness as Akeya herself. And there was something about the way she moved... This person wasn't unused to stalking somebody.

Once they were facing each other the woman removed her veil, revealing a rather curious face. For one thing, it was different from about every human face Akeya had seen so far. Not in the sense that she was a unique individual with a noteworthy face, but more that while the face showed some similarities to humans in general structure it at the same time most certainly didn't look like a face you would ever see on your average human. Combined with the magic that came from the woman and Akeya was certain that she was dealing with something odd here. Well, somebody odd. The second thing was that the woman's age was not very easily determined. Or determined at all. It was strange, but somehow her features looked like they belonged to a youthful girl and an old hag at the same time, depending on what light was exactly hitting her face at the time.

While the woman had removed her veil to show her face Akeya wasn't planning to show her eyes. Her blindfold was a bit too useful to be removed just to please the woman and meet her display of openness. However to at least somewhat return the favour she pulled the mask down which had been hiding the lower half of her face. This revealed the midnight scales that adorned her cheeks, somewhat similar to freckles, and when she opened her mouth to speak her lengthened and sharp canines also became visible, fangs meant to bite into prey and rip off flesh.

"I am someone who carries the blood of dragons." If the lack of real hostility or friendliness bothered the half dragon she didn't show it, instead immediately returning the question. "Now, tell me who and what you are, because like me you are not human."

It was at this point that Sasha arrived and began talking, which kind of ruined the meeting between the two rather careful females. The moment that the word lizard reached Akeya's ears and she understood that it had been aimed at her her fin-ears twitched once, and her entire body froze. This gave Sasha enough time to say what else she wanted to say before all hell broke loose. Well, maybe not all hell, but at least enough to interrupt the conversation.

Without any warning the half dragon had been replaced by a full on dragon, one with scales the colour of midnight and glowing green eyes. The shadows appeared to wrap around the dragon, making it hard to make out anything besides the contours and those reptilian green eyes, which were drilling holes into Sasha with their focused and most certainly displeased gaze. Those surrounding the dragon were also hit by a wave of killing intent, although once again Sasha received the worst of it, being the one who had roused the dragon's ire.

Those not completely flabbergasted by this event might notice that while the dark dragon looked and gave the impression of being huge, towering above all the humans, somehow at the same time she didn't take up any more space than Akeya had been using with her humanoid form. A strange distortion which one's mind couldn't properly deal with: focus on the dragon and she was a towering monster. Focus on the surroundings and everything was still in the right place, which meant the dragon couldn't be any bigger than Akeya had been. Try to focus on both at the same time and you'd most likely get a headache, and when an angry dragon is staring at you not focusing on the dragon is something which most humans would instinctively be incapable of doing.

After the first couple of seconds of shock the people still in the street began to evacuate as quickly as possible, a panic spreading as they all tried to get away from this unexpected danger. By good fortune nobody was actually badly hurt or trampled in the rush, but it didn't take long before the only people left in that location were the three mages and the dragon, who hissed as she glared down at Sasha.

"What did you call me, little rabbit?"

The voice was also one of a dragon, and instead of being one filled with unbridled rage it was a voice of icy fury which was channelled into deadly intent.

It had not even be a minute since the trouble started, motivated by one girl's cheerful attempt at complimenting another person and the other person's anger at the compliment being used. Yet it was already so that the street, which before that point had been quite crowded and filled with life, was already empty, almost everybody who saw what was transpiring very quickly and decisively feeling like this was the right time to be somewhere else. No sense in sticking around wasting time when one could be doing something useful, like not getting in the way of the angry dragon or the woman who has made the dragon both angry and appear in the first place. These people all weren't about to halt their attempts at fleeing to question how a dragon could just appear out of nowhere, or why somehow it was both huge and yet not taking up any real space. It was just there, big and angry, but people could still run past without having to shove any more than was normal for such a crowded street. No reason to waste time with such questions.

Said dragon meanwhile was still glaring down at the woman who had managed to anger her so much with such a simple comment, one which did not appear born from malice but out of a simple misunderstanding. But even that idea was enough for Akeya to become practically enraged, her killing intent surrounding her and filling the street like a thick blanket of motivation for everybody still there to put even more effort into leaving. She didn't really care if doing this would quickly attract the attention of the authorities, and how if this was ever discovered as being her doing it would cause the reputation of Blue Pegasus to worsen. Right now she was just focused on thinking up what she would do to this human female standing in front of her, still acting as if she didn't care at all about Akeya as a threat. A powerful and magnificent dragon was standing in front of the girl and she was complimenting the half dragon for her impressive special effects!

As Akeya was contemplating just dropping the good guy act for long enough to eat the girl and then move on with her own business she saw that her killing intent had finally risen far enough for it to overcome the girl's enthusiasm, which at least granted Akeya some satisfaction in seeing the girl pause, her eyes even showing some sort of fear before it seemed her natural disposition kicked in again and she once again acted as if this all was just a trick. Which once again sent the half dragon into a deeper fury as she glared down at her opponent, who was pulling a weapon from her back while her overall appearance also changed. Her magic was apparently about enhancing her physical combat abilities. However that didn't interest Akeya much, especially since Sasha was pointing her weapon at the dragon. Even if the impression that Akeya created when angry was a very realistic one, her actual body was still that of a half dragon, so if somebody aimed at the giant dragon they thought they were facing she would have the element of surprise. More importantly she was receiving yet another spike of anger at how even when exposed to all that killing intent, and acknowledging that killing intent, the girl was still acting rather uncaring.

"This rabbit must never have left its hole before today. As small minded as that frail form she inhabits. Listen well, little rabbit. This is not a trick, and not a disguise. When you encounter a dragon, you do not wonder who created the illusion. You run. Unfortunately it is too late for you."

Or at least it would have been, if the woman that the bunny girl had been talking to hadn't shown up as well, and apparently with a similar magic as the one threatening the dragon with a blade. Akeya redirected her attention from Sasha to Daiki, glaring at her with glowing green eyes as she snorted.

"With one nuisance less in the world. If she is too dense to recognize a half dragon she doesn't have the intelligence to survive outside of her hole. Or are you going to protect the little rabbit?"

That said, Akeya wasn't about to look stupid by underestimating the girl standing before her. While she was pretty sure she was more powerful, at least when it came to physical and magical abilities, she didn't know what else Sasha could do besides changing her outfit and pulling out a sword with unknown abilities. For now the draconic impression created by her anger and killing intent would remain, but she would at least act a little less openly aggressive and instead at least wait to see what Daiki had to say before planning her next move. Although if she had her way the woman who had insulted her would either leave regretting their ignorance, or not leave at all.

It seemed that the decision of keeping a careful eye on the woman who had mistaken her as some cosplayer instead of an actual dragon had been the right choice, as it did not take much time before she vehemently objected to Akeya's choice of words, in particular in how the half dragon basically just called Sasha an insignificant and ignorant rabbit. Not really a surprise that such a description would cause the person being described to become angry, and most people wouldn't blame her for that either. Akeya herself, however, just glared at the girl in the bunny outfit when she called the half dragon pathetic and how she would kill her just like all monsters in fairy tails eventually die. A snort came from the half dragon's nose, her draconic appearance making it louder and deeper before she spoke, her voice still enhanced to match the image of the dragon everybody else was seeing.

"If you value your life, put that thing away. I already have enough reason to get rid of you without you adding more in your foolish anger."

The troublesome part was, for some reason Sasha was not pointing her weapon at the head of the dragon that she was seeing. Instead she was aiming her weapon as if facing a human-sized opponent. While that was true, Akeya was pretty sure the woman before her was still seeing the dragon. After all, it wasn't some kind of illusion that made people think they saw a dragon when they looked at an angry Akeya, so even if she could see through illusions it shouldn't work here. But it couldn't be denied that the blade was now pointed at the half dragon's actual body instead of the body that everybody was supposed to believe to be the real thing. Either a coincidence, or this girl was smarter than she let on...

However right now the newcomer was more of a problem. Her magic power was more impressive than that of Sasha's, being at roughly the same level as Akeya's own magic power. She might have been acting dismissive, but facing both of these two at the same time could become very complicated, especially since she knew little of which abilities the two females possessed. She could see the nature of their magic, but if they were creative enough they could still pull some nasty surprises. Although from the way things looked the newcomer didn't look too happy about the bunny girl either.

When Daiki whistled Akeya flinched, the dragon image that had replaced her actual body mimicking the movement as the high pitched sound shot through her sensitive ears. That wasn't a sound she wanted to hear again. In combination with what Daiki said afterwards the half dragon grew annoyed again, the woman acting as if she was some kind of overseer who was getting annoyed at the behaviour of smaller creatures. That was about as frustrating as the one who had assumed that Akeya was merely pretending to be a half dragon. Not quite as annoying, but it came close.

Before dealing with the annoying part, however, Akeya had to react to an actual dragon appearing from the skies, in response to that ear-torturing whistle the larger woman standing in front of her had let loose. Her eyes narrowed as she looked up, a low growl forming in her throat and escaping past her teeth. Having another dragon entering the area would make things even more complicated and irritating, especially since this one apparently obeyed the command of the woman. Or at the very least would come at her beck and call, and the half dragon didn't believe the woman would call the dragon if she didn't expect it to also help her out. Once the dragon had landed and Akeya had gotten a good view of its peculiar anatomy she looked back down at Daiki and Sasha, still growling. It looked like this would develop into a three-way fight, so she would have to move carefully...

"So you managed to capture a dragon? You might actually be a difficult opponent. However I feel no desire to fight you. If you can educate the little rabbit enough that she won't insult me again I'll return to minding my own business."

The rage inside of Sasha continued to rise the more that this stand off between her and the dragon lady continued on. It felt like a thermometer that kept rising and shooting towards the top before the end would shatter and she would explode towards her and attack. However, with Daiki there she didn't really want to do that. She wasn't here today for a fight, she wanted to shop really, but instead she was in a fueled stand off of insults that the farm girl really should know better than to let get to her. Her weapon had shook from the anger starting to feel like it would start to get the better of her, but it seemed like the blonde woman didn't want any of the bullshit the two girls were having. With one big sigh, Sasha's blade retreated from an offensive pose, ready to attack and rested the back of the bladed end against her shoulder.

"Whatever...." She muttered, looking away for a moment and gritting her teeth. She wasn't sure exactly what had done it in for Daiki, but she let out a really loud whistle, some of which was blocked by her sword, while the rest had been something rather common from her papa using that to gain her attention all her life. She jumped for a moment from the sound of a random roar of some kind. She looked around, watching carefully for something that would have to eventually be coming. Finally, the gusts of winds picking up had her facing towards them, seeing a large dragon with several pairs of eyes starring the three down. Again, it let out a loud roaring sound, one with a pitch so loud it almost felt like her ear drums had gone numb for a moment. She literally shook her head trying to clear the dizzy feeling from the roar and simply remained silent.

It took her a moment to recover fully and cool herself down from the belittling she had received, but she had simply shrugged it off now as the dragon lady just trying to be some massive ass. Either way, it hadn't mattered to fight to her anymore, and further pissing Daiki off would derail the idea of finding out more about the necklace she had and the rather... revealing morphing she had. "Why do you assume I'm insulting you? I'm sorry I'm just a god damn farm girl who's never seen anything passed the root of a plant for the first 20 years of my life." Her light colored eyes peered over to Daiki as she asked once more if they were done, and Sasha simply replied with only one thing in mind. She released her grip on the weapons hilt and let the blade crash into the ground with a heavy thud, even almost to nearly crack the ground below her. "Yeah, I'm fuckin' done. Happy?" Her look turned to a glare almost, not trying to really be angry at Daiki, but she was still in a pissy mood, so everyone was getting it for now.

It looked like the fight that had been threatening to break out was already calming down and fading away, as the three women standing in the street no longer felt any reason to. Or at least, Akeya wouldn't care about a fight as long as she was no longer being called a fake lizard or a cosplayer, and Daiki was the one who had been trying to keep the fight from occurring to begin with. It looked like the bunny girl, Sasha, now also no longer felt like it, along with a remark about how apparently she just had never encountered something like Akeya before. The half dragon wasn't particularly impressed by that explanation, but it was probably better to just leave that be for now. Although she did wonder how heavy that sword was that the bunny girl had been holding onto, hearing what kind of sound it made once it hit the ground.

"Apology accepted."

So far as Akeya was concerned, that was enough to settle that matter, leaving her free to instead consider the words of the dragon that the third woman had called with that sharp whistling. If she had displayed enough power for a dragon to willingly serve her that would not be much less than if she had forced it to obey her. Either way, fighting that woman could get difficult. Not that she was planning to, but it was something to keep in the back of her mind.

"I am not sure whether the term mortal still applies to me. But if she is strong enough to make you consider following her, that would still make her a dangerous opponent."

The woman in question also made some remarks, which left Akeya staring at her for several seconds before blinking and shrugging.

"I do not believe I've been acting cocky. And I do not see why I would have to pay for the repairs your intervention caused. I do not know what kind of magic and fighting style you use, but I do not cause collateral damage when I fight. Any damage to the surroundings would have been on her head, not mine, which once again leaves me with no real reason to pay up."

Calming down the image of the dragon that had been hiding Akeya's actual form began to disappear, until only the half dragon was left standing there, her arms folded as she looked at Daiki through her blindfold.

"Don't presume I would wreck the surroundings when I wouldn't, and then wreck the surroundings yourself and tell me to pay for it because you thought it necessary. Now, unless there is something else I'll be going my own way again, since this occurrence was definitely not on my list of things I had been planning to do today."

She glanced at Sasha, although her blindfold make that difficult to notice. She still wasn't exactly happy with the bunny girl: even if she had never seen a half dragon before, to be so blind towards the dragon blood that Akeya herself was so proud of was enough to leave the half dragon quite annoyed. However by now it would no longer be worth the trouble of actually trying to make her regret her mistakes, especially since the woman with the dragon companion would most likely interfere, which would make it a lot harder to accomplish her objective. Besides, she came here to get some new clothes, not to get into a fight.

That last part of her train of thought actually made Akeya pause as she looked back at Daiki. When she said that she did not remember acting cocky she was not lying. While it looked like the one who had insulted her was strong enough to wield a rather heavy weapon, overall Akeya still had the impression that she should be able to defeat her in combat without much issue. And if she could do so, that meant she had a superior standing and could act accordingly. So from her point of view, she was not cocky, merely aware of her own strength in comparison to others.

However she did not have the same opinion regarding Daiki. She was powerful enough to have a dragon agree to be her companion, something which could not be easily done, even if hypothetically trickery was involved. Akeya still did not believe she was outmatched, but this new woman would be a dangerous opponent, should it come down to it. As such Akeya treated her more as an equal, for example how she admitted that she did not actually want to fight her, because her own victory would not be assured. But if that was true, it might also be better to at least give the woman some reason not to view the half dragon with too much animosity...

"Hmmm...I think I'll change my mind on that answer. I will pay, although you yourself must also pay. For one thing, if each of us only pays one third of the cost it means less money lost on all sides, and the second reason is that even if your choice of action was based on sound reasoning, that does not make you exempt from helping repairing the damage done."

The fact that the bunny girl was at least agreeing with her that there was no reason for Daiki to not pay at least partly for the damage she had caused when interrupting the fight that was threatening to erupt was at least something of a relief. It looked like Sasha was also very quickly getting over what had just happened, so with some luck she wouldn't bother Akeya too much in the future. The half dragon still didn't feel like it would be too dangerous if she did cause trouble, but it would honestly not be useful for either of them, and annoying to boot.

The two women standing in front of her both turned back to what Akeya presumed were their regular forms, Akeya having already seen Sasha's but not having gotten a glimpse of the new outfit the taller woman was wearing. That kind of dress had to be rather expensive, and it smelled and looked new as well. The half dragon stared at Daiki for a while, her green eyes hidden by her blindfold. The woman didn't appear to care much about what had just happened, instead inviting Sasha to join her in further shopping. The fact that Sasha was also inviting Akeya made the half dragon blink, feeling that the other woman's reaction was more natural and predictable. She wondered whether the bunny girl really had already completely forgotten about what just had happened or was just pretending that she was no longer angry in an attempt to keep the day from becoming worse than it already had been.

Either way, Akeya shrugged, not saying a word as she waited for the other two to start walking before following them, leaving behind the street which had the ill fortune of being the place where these three mages had nearly come to conflict. The dragon summoned by the last one to enter the fray had also flown away, so it shouldn't be too long before the people of Rose Garden once again populated the street. Although the shopkeepers would most likely take some time to repair the damage done to their windows. It was rather strange how that dragon had managed to break so much glass purely by flapping its wing. Certainly a dangerous specimen that one had to be wary of.

She studied the two women she was now following as they walked ahead of her, presumably heading towards a clothing store. Her blindfold allowed her to see quite some interesting things, so while waiting to learn what exactly their next destination would be the half dragon took her time inspecting the two females. The bunny girl's magic allowed her to change her outfit, while the other...Akeya narrowed her eyes, using both her trained Magic Sensory and the information her blindfold was giving her. Her magic was not one that included the altering of one's outfit. It seemed to be a combination of unholy magic and light, and somewhat similar to the magic of a Dragon Slayer, yet also...fundamentally different. If Akeya had to say, the basic idea was the same, but a Dragon Slayer would not have such unholiness added to their magic. A curious thing indeed.

This of course left the question why Daiki could alter her appearance like that, if it wasn't through her magic. Most likely it was some kind of item, but since Daiki was facing the other way Akeya's blindfold didn't allow her to see the gem that functioned as the source of the transformation. This left her confused, and rather piqued about what the answer to that puzzle could be. Not that she would ask the girl. Most likely she would treat it as too invasive a question and refuse to answer, and Akeya already had her share of people feeling justified to be annoyed or angry at her.

So, some kind of unholy Slayer, and a bunny girl using Requip. There didn't seem to be any relation between the two, their appearance, magic, and behaviour all failing to match. Most likely they were just friends in that case, although Daiki had been telling Sasha to stop what she was doing as much as she had told Akeya to back off. Of course, friends could always do that, but Akeya still narrowed her eyes as she watched the two, her usual tendency to quietly and patiently observe and take in any information having kicked in. With the way that she walked with next to no sound, containing her presence, they might even just forget that she was also there, out of their sight where her unusual features weren't attracting attention.
