- Noticed that the price for swapping primary and secondary magic was not included in the Magic Shop. That has now been added so members do not have to continue asking what the price is. Also added the amount of additional spell slots per rank that can be bought/earned to the Magic Shop as well, so members do not have to flip from magic rules to magic shop over and over again to see how many they can get.

VIP Shop updated
>Mythic VIP Users can purchase a custom mythic that has to be graded by a moderator for 150 CC. It cannot be traded and only one can be obtained per a mythic vip user on all accounts.
>Crystalize is now a new feature available. For 50 CC you can now crystalize your slayer magic and turn it into a lacrima. It can then be traded or used. However, those who hold a position on the positions list cannot crystalize their magic into a lacrima!

Here on FTRP quite a bit is allowed, from time manipulation to fire magic you can make a wide variety of concepts and abilities, however, there are a few things which aren’t allowed anymore within applications. They are as follows:
1. Immunities: One cannot make themselves 100% immune to everything/anything, you can be resistant to it, but you can’t be completely immune to effects or damage. The only exceptions to this are your own magic (such as being immune to your own spells hurting you). Otherwise please only put that you are resistant to something if you wish to try and decrease its effects.
2. Counter chains: With the banning of Immunities, counters are going the way of the dodo too. You can have an ability which states “if the enemy hits me with X type of spell, Y will happen to it/them” but you cannot have an ability which states that “if the enemy hits me with X type of spell, Y happens and X doesn’t affect me, and if Y can’t happen due to X having an ability preventing Y, Z happens, ignoring all their stuff.” This is considered a counter/counter chain and possession of one will result in the application being pulled.
3. Auto hits: Abilities which can affect the inside of a Player character or profiled NPC aren’t allowed, you cannot spawn your attacks inside of another, you can manifest them outside and have them enter of course, but you can’t just hit them from the inside without even touching them.
4. Nullifying magic: You cannot have abilities which can nullify an entire magic, you could negate spells or abilities, but you cannot shut down a person’s entire magic. Not only is this concept not fun, but it also is one of the things which promoted immunities in the first place. The only exception to this is the Truth Lineage, (and only the Truth lineage, not custom lineages with Truths wording in it).

Hello all!
With so many characters well on their way to H, and likely to hit the rank within the year, we are releasing three new ranks for members to hit!
Introducing--
X: 1,200,000 EXP
Y: 2,000,000 EXP
Z: 3,500,000 EXP
Before you get too excited, note that the only thing these ranks do is increase your bases in the following stats-- HP, Unarmed Melee Damage, and Speed. These fill in the gaps between the original H and X rank stats.
You do not gain any extra spells. UAs and user rank cap at H. The purpose of these ranks is to help grow you to be a little more stronger and durable than the average H rank, as well as having the majestic title of the rank!
Along with this addition, we are introducing the use of ‘Lacrima Milks’ in 100 Year Jobs by H ranks only. No longer do H ranks need milk to get strong, however. Real men drink coffee!
Lacrima Coffee doubles the base EXP of 100Y. Because of how much experience this grants, imagine this as the most expensive beverage you will ever drink: 1,000,000 Jewels.

In regards to Team Registration, the alignment restrictions have been adjusted slightly.
Legal mages can team with other legal guild mages, independent guild mages, or guildless mages. Independent guild mages may team with dark, legal, other independent, or guildless mages. Dark mages can team with other dark mages, independent guild mages, or guildless mages. Legal wizards may not team with dark wizards. Guildless may team with anyone. All alignments must follow the rules of job sign ups based on the guild they team up with. Example: If a job only allows legal mages, only the legal members of that team may take the job. A guildless or independent team member may not go with them.
For a simplified list:
Legal legal
Legal neutral
Neutral dark
Dark dark
Guildless with any.
The maximum amount of members on a team has been increased to 6.

- In regards to Dragon Slayer positions, whenever a new slayer position opens up, they will have a 24hr application period. This means that from the time the position opens up to the next day at the exact same time, you will be given the chance to apply. Any applications that are submitted for these opened positions, past the 24hr wait period, unless no one has applied for them, will be dismissed.
Secondly, because Dragon Slayer positions are free for anyone to apply for, if you have been given three or more inactivity warnings within 6 months, your position will be removed. This is so that other people may have a chance at being a more active slayer and the position is not being held up by someone who goes inactive shortly after every inactivity probation time.
Lastly, regarding the inactivity probation time, if you are given an inactivity warning, it is expected of you to at least post once a day or more if possible. This is clarification to prevent any confusion as to how "active" icly you should be when holding a slayer position.

From today on forward guildmasters can't make secondary requirements in order for a character to join a guild this means that GM's can't Memory wipe a character when they leave the guild, GM's can't force people to not speak about the guild etc. It's alright for GM's to make contracts; but they shouldn't be mandatory for joining a guild, it's purely meant for story
This rule also applies to invite only guilds and the rules will be updated as well with this new rule.

- Spell Range and Speed:
THIS IS JUST A GUIDE! So there is some leeway to some extent. One may have a longer range given the drawbacks. These ranges apply to ranged attacks, range heals, area of effects, auras, etc. Because these are only guidelines, all spells are subject to moderator judgement and discretion.Ranks Max Range D-Rank 15-20 Meters C-Rank 30 Meters B-Rank 50 Meters A-Rank 75 Meters S-Rank 100 Meters H-Rank Case By Case
** The SPEED of a spell is always half its range in meters per second. This may be increased with drawbacks.
- Immobilization:
Status effects that contain any form of immobilization, such as paralysis or freezing, last for a maximum of 1 post. On rare occasions, 2 posts. When they are Unique Abilities, they must have a cooldown of at least 2-5 posts.

Happy fourth everyone! I finally got time off, so that means updates have been made to some of the rules.
Spell ranges and speeds have been updated along with the main rules fitting into 4 types of spells where all the other types (such as damage over time etc.) can be plugged in. For quick reference, most spell ranges ar now four times as big.

Guild masters can now make purchases for items/equipment for their guild members who have been around for at least 3 months. There are some restrictions such as not loaning out money or using it for items of the month, but for the most part it gives back a bit of freedom (ironic this is on the 4th too)

Finally, + equipment now gives the owner +5% mana in addition to their other effects, so yay!

Positions and all that jazz should hopefully be updated at a later point when I'm not stuck dealing with hellish college work. Thank you to all who brought up these issues and made suggestions.
