Nightmare Lilith (Solo/Job)

Well Hello there Puppets. It seems you can not seem to crack. A girlish voice said from behind, causing Elyx and Ignite to turn their heads around, and just like that, a little girl was standing in front of them. Her dress was read and her eyes were covered with yellow light, making them look like circles. Her face was completely covered by the shadows, and her teddy bear seemed to give off a small glow in the darkness as well. Her hair was put into two really messy ponytails? Were those supposed to be ponytails? She looked like the daughter of a mad scientist, which he woould not be surprised if that were the case. How much mental pain would one have to go through to become so powerful and cold at the age of 7. To murder a guildmaster, who was ranked SS last time Elyx checked, and she is labeled rank A? Mentality had something to do with it, that had to be it. What else could explain it? It was clear that she did not fight on her own, she was the reason why there were spears raining from the sky, the whispers coming from nowhere, the fake swords that held themselves in place. And with all three of them together, the boy was rather spooked, but not enough to actually back down. Now Lilith was here, if he was able to shackle her and arrest her, this Nightmare would finally be over. However, if she saw them as toys, she probably is confident in her power against the both of them, now this should be interesting. Would you like to play a game with me? I for one love to play games. Especially Ring a Round a Rosie. You know, the game based around Genocide? Well... You both are the Rosies.

Who the hell do you think you are to cause mass genocide!? To torture minds!? Is this some sort of game to you!? Elyx exclaimed, anger replacing the fear he had of this little girl. Ignite began to burst into a giant amount of flames, clearly agreeing with the boy on this one. The She Phoenix had wanted to track down the girl for a long time to take her out, and now was her chance. It gave the boy a bit of confidence for him to have an ally by his side. The little girl just smiled with all of her sharp teeth showing as if it were time for a lunch. The both of them stepped back quickly, only for some shackles to be placed around their hands and their feet. It was a dark sort of magic, something regular Knight Iris is unable to break through. Mystic Knight Iris can't use its effect since he needed to swing the blade to the side in order to use Shattered Iris Release... Which currently does not look possible as of right now. I do not have a real name. Some people may call me the end... But I am not the beginning or the end. I give that credit to someone else, instead... Call me Lilith... Your grave. Lilith said to the both of Elyx and Ignite as the chains began to lift them up into the air. Now was the time to panic and break loose from this giant hold, this girl was crazy, and whatever she was going to do did not look good. The boy ans the She Phoenix were being sent up high without any control of the direction that they could move. the chains did not seem to connect to anything, so this must be some sort of spell. Every spell can be broken if one had enough power to get out of it in the first place. The boy was willing to do anything to get out, including resisting.

The intense struggling of the two of them were not helping their cases, it seems they have lose so much energy amongst their struggling, and soon, the chains were really high. They were unable to escape, and now Elyx needed to use some sort of other plan. If he were a caster mage, he would have gotten out of here without a fight, but he can't play the violin while chained up like this. But... There was one thing he was able to cast out that could save him. Cassie... Elyx pulled out his hand as far as he could as a ball of white light then formed. His eyes were half closed, very desperate for this spell to work. The summon of the guild pet, it was now or never. Ignite continued to struggle as vainly as she could, using fire to melt the chains and everything. I summon the Guild Pet out Bounty Support! Cassie! Release these restraints! Elyx exclaimed as the Giant Robot began to form out of the pieces of light that Elyx had in his hand. The white robot of bounties, just as black and white as the days without sun at the guild. Yet so powerful at the same time, even for just a support. Guns and blades all of the same, Elyx needed to get out of here. Lilith seemed to try to aim for Cassie to cast out an attack, but nothing seemed to be happening, much to everyones surprise. Especially Liliths. Cassie in the meantime looked up to Elyx and Ignite before just staring at the both of them. Get the chains off of us! Shoot them off! The violinist exclaimed as he put his chains together so that Cassie would hit them instead of anywhere else. The boy and She Phoenix were about to be freed.

Cassie fired both guns, it was like this one song thta Elyx heard of. He was not sure of the band name, but he remembered the rough rhythm and the name. Guns for Hands, and it was about a sad story. Maybe that's what Lilith shared with everyone around her, a sad story. To cause genocide, maybe that is how the girl felt about her life, a mass genocide that she is unable escape from. What was causing it would be attacking Lilith to this day. She needs help, and Elyx was going to give it to her. Maybe he would need an alternative instead of arresting her, Black Rose had a good enough prison system. Maybe Kakuma can hold her there for work instead of prison time. Thanks Cassie! Now attack Lilith! Elyx exclaimed as his shackles and Ignites were both cut off, the two of them were low enough to the ground to land safely without any damage. Just a little bit higher and the story might have been told in a different way. Ignite had fire shooting out from her body, very angry with the sight that she had to go through. Taking bullets to the wrist was no fun but at least she was going to put all of that anger out on the right person. The actual enemy, Lilith right in front of them. Ignite was not happy with what she had done to the two of them, being shackled and locked from her usual freedom. He remembered the She Phoenix one time saying that if anyone takes away her freedom, she will take their life. Well that was something Elyx will make sure to have her avoiding, because this was going to be an arresting mission, not an actual assassination. They both needed to be careful, but now they are all ready to fight now.

Elyx placed his Violin up first to his neck, ready to use his Wind magic before charging at the girl. Then the girl quickly blocked a string of wind he caused by putting her hand out, instantly forcing the boy to throw his Violin into the air and shatter it to pieces. He quickly pulled out both swords of his Knight Iris and Mystic Knight Iris to launch towards his opponent. The boy smirked as he quickly aimed the blows at Lilith, only for her to block them with her hands. Well, not really, it was like some sort of air shield in her right palm. What's worse? She was able to follow his patterns easily with that one hand against his two swords. Ignite was the next to back him up with fire snakes being sent towards her. Elyx jumped away and let them all crash toward Lilith, who instantly avoided the attack, the snakes showing how they hit the wall. Ignite snapped her fingers on time before a pillar of fire arose below the ground that Lilith was below, and soon, the girl took the hit of fire. The weird thing was, she was not even knocked back, she was willingly taking the damage instead of trying to avoid the pillar of fire. But why!? Elyx was able to confirm that Lilith was still inside of the pillar because of the two circles for eyes inside of it, they were glowing. He also noticed that a pair of purple eyes were inside as well. Cassie did not make her move just yet, but it will soon be her turn. When it is, that is when the boy will strike again. If all of them were able to land hits, that would be amazing for the three of them. But that's if they were able to make the hits. This girl was slippery though.

Lilith: 11/12

The pillar of fire ended, but the girl was still full well inside. Her teddy bear all of a sudden glowed with urple light as it began to form. Ignite quickly made a break for it as she ran towards it. Elyx followed up behind her to guard her while Ignite did whatever she wanted to do. However, it was all too late when the Teddy bear took form of a human being. She looked just like an older version of Ignite. Her hair was a little bit more curly, and she seemed a little bit wiser as well. Compared to this woman, Ignite looked like a Teenage girl, the one she was meant to be then the adult that Elyx has always seen her. The boy placed his hands on the blades, just in case she was about to attack, but Ignite was able to recognize her it seemed... Somehow. Mom... Mom? No way, it can't be... Mom! MOM! Why did you leave me!? Do you know how long I have been wondering!? How long I had to live with my teacher so I can at least see you again one day!? Ignite exclaimed with much sadness and anger in her voice. Elyx did not like this, something was very odd about this. But this was his chance to strike Lilith while he could. He quickly got behind the girl and aimed a blow against her head, knocking her forwards, but she suddenly teleported. She seemed to like a good show, now all Elyx had to do now was save Ignite. Speaking of which, she did not seem to be doing well with holding herself together. She had never looked much worse in this stage of time. The boy needed to save her before something really wrong happened. But... It looked like it was too late for that hope.

Ignite looked like she was going to burst into tears. The woman clearly had an effect on her life, which was not the best thing as of right now. Elyx quickly tried to shuffle his hand into his pocket so that he could use the Rose Petal Orb and take away the illusion, but Lilith then took the wheel on that one and leaped toward Elyx. The boy braced himself for the attack, only to disappear in the process. Ignite in the meantime put out her flames as the woman began to approach her. The She Phoenixs were both together it seemed, Ignite missed the fact that this was the stuffed animal that morphed, it was not real, it was an illusion! Elyx tried to yell out to Ignite, only to have a hit almost get him and interrupt him, so he was unable to do that. So instead, he was jsut forced to watch it all go down piece by piece while he tried to avoid the 7 years olf the best he could. The woman let out a half sigh and a half smile on her face as she took a step towards Ignite. There was about a half a foot difference in height, the woman being taller than the Bounty Hunter She Phoneix. The Woman raised her arm towards Ignite and began to pat on her head. Ignite.... Oh so the humans call you something so simple, yet your last name is a little off. It is what you can burn. I would love to help you so... But... The illusion said as she then took her hand off of Ignites head, just to quickly backhand the She Phoenix onto the ground. The humiliation of this being done right now, Ignite loved her mother who abandoned her, it was such a sad sight for Elyx to see. IGNITE! NO! NO!

Look at what you have done to yourself... Ignite! I left you with a man so that you would be raised right, but look at you! You look nothing like your mother when she was your age, you are no better than a MISTAKE! The woman exclaimed as she went to Ignite as if approaching a soccer ball, then kicked Ignites stomach to send her flying. What was worse about this was that Ignite had no chance of fighting back. She truly thought that this woman was her mother, even though it was the teddy bear from the very start. Ignite was not going to resist, no matter how hard Elyx yelled. But the way he was currently, how was he hoping to get to Ignite? Lilith was clearly not going to let her target go, and he understood that. They were enemies after all, it was only natural for her to trap him from trying to save Ignite. There was still one hope though, and Cassie was here for the two of them. The guild pet had use for attacks after all, and she was programmed well enough to recognize Ignite as a member of Black Rose. Perfect, Cassie ran towards the woman and jumped into the air in front of the bloody Ignite. The She Phoenix had tears flowing down her cheek and blood coughed out from her mouth. The boy looked at the enemy of his before he finally got Lilith down and out, she can no longer stop him. The boy was about to run to the woman, only to see that Cassie had her blade taken out, ready to engage in combat against the illusion. So instead, he went towards Ignite to see how she was doing. She was not in a good state, a lot of her mentality was broken, could she even fight still? The She Phoenix might go insane if this keeps up for any longer, he needed to end this fight as soon as possible.

Elyx looked down to Ignite, she was crying. The first time he had ever seen her cry. Her parents, she would not like to see her like this wherever they are. It was all his fault, he was not able to protect her well enough and now this was the final result of that. The boy looked back to see Cassie successfully slicing through the fake mother of Ignite. All of a sudden, a huge scream came out from the mother, one of agony. Elyx quickly looked back to Ignite to see her eyes wide open, she was so tired and defeated so quickly. He could not let her see anything else so quickly, so he was going to have to knock her out. He whispered to himself once, saying sorry to himself and saying sorry to Ignite for what he was about to do. It took a lot of willpower to do this, but he had to put her out of her misery. His eyes locked onto her stomach as he then punched at it as hard as he could to knock her out. The She Phoenix was put to sleep instantly after a painful yet quick yowl. He tried to open her eyes, but she was not waking up from her slumber. This was to make sure she no longer had to suffer through the mental pain. To see Ignite cry made him want to cry, but one of them had to stand strong, Cassie was not designed to think on her own while she was a robot. Elyx had to have her as his partner. He left Ignite in the shadows so that the girl would not get to her. Then he ran forward to help the robot with the job, it was now an even 2 on 2 fight.

The boy could do nothing as he cried out for help to nothing, it was to Cassie, but it felt like nothing was being called out to. Still though, he had plenty of faith in him to keep believing that he will beat whatever this job was supposed to be. Now Elyx can understand why she was able to cause a Genocide, people who have gone mad eventually kill each other out of insanity. Ignite was about to snap, it was clear in her eyes. In fact, if Elyx did not snap her to sleep, she probably would have gone off on everyone, and possibly never be the same Ignite that he had known her to be for a long time. The boy would have never forgiven himself if he let her go out into the world, hating everything since her mother hit her. For once, it seemed Elyx was going to have to lie to Ignite to protect her from what actually did happen. And that was when irony hit him hard like a pan. What about Nea Reiaki. What about her actions, she lied to him about his mother and father being her and a different man. If he lied to Ignite, he might do the same thing to Ignite that Nea did to him. He could not lie to his own best friend, his own sister, the one who even got him the Guild Ace position and the Rising Star position. She had so much trust in him, so why would he just go off and blow it off like the way he just did the illusion. Cassie went to the guns while Lilith watched, and now Elyx had a lot to think about in his life. The poor She Phoenix, the poor boy, this job was not what he expected.

Ignite was safe now while she could not move or protest. In a way, she was sort of his prisoner. That was not how he planned to see things though, there were people who would judge him the wrong way for that one. The mental struggles of this job were trying to pick him off and nab at him with such high power, but none of it was working at the rate that it was going, so all he had to do was keep fighting it off and he would be able to beat up this illusion. Then he and Cassie would be able to fight Lilith on their own, without the poor Ignite. The boy sliced his blades as the woman continued to dodge them by always stepping towards the side. She aimed a good right kick to the face, the heel being the attacker, but the boy rejected the attack by ducking, then uppercut sliced her up into the air while he had the chance. Finally, the guild pet, Cassie, shot while the woman was in the air, and soon, the teddy bear ended up returning to normal as it laid limp on the ground. Now it was out of the battle, Lilith was the only one left. Ignite took an S ranked hit, plus another B rank hit from Elyx as well, she should be knocked out cold for a long while, probably long enough for him to beat Lilith up and arrest her, and possibly go home after the fact as well. Now this had some sort of pattern, it seemed everything that Lilith did was to break down someones past and sanity, to question themselves and their loyalties. In Ignites case, it was her family, her mother, the one she felt abandoned her, yet Lilith did not hold back on creating it.

The boy and the girl both looked at each other. Cassie remained in place since she was a robot, not much freedom there, or mobility for that matter. That was a topic to be talked about later, but it was the 7 year old villain vs the 18 year old half hero half free spirited boy. He served the Magic Council, which was all good. But he did not prefer to limit himself to the rules of the Magic Council either, if they told him to do something directly, then sure, why not? But that was not the case here, instead, the rules were just in general, and in a neutral guild, and he can take the traits from both guilds. The way he arrested the way he fought, the way he talked, it was all his, his freedom, his very own world. That is the reason why he does not live in a legal guild, he was able to live in a world in which he truly thought was actually his. With this much freedom came responsibility, which he may not have had before, but look at how much he was able to do. He was clearly an adult now, being a good wizard, getting the favor of the magic council, even fighting on the front lines of Black Rose since they were able to trust him. Even being a Guild Ace of a Bounty Hunting guild, which means that he was truly a tough enough man to have his bounties and title catch up to him. the boy smiled as he ran towards Lilith, no matter how many games she tried to play on him, she can never take away the most valuable things in life. Ignite was one of them, and this mark he made was going to be the proof of that.

Lilith: 9/12

Lilith was trying to hold up her own, but none of her spells were bale to help her out here, and whenever it seemed like Elyx was going to attack, he was the one she braced for, then Cassie would make a gunshot. When Lilith tried to defend from Cassie, Elyx would take his chance and strike. Both of them strike hard as equally, nether of them letting down an ounce of power. The numbers game was not with Lilith, but that was something that she should at least be able to understand, after all, the raining of 30 spears onto 2 people was not something that was in the favor of the number game. If Elyx and Ignite were able to defy the number game back then, then what is going to hold her back from beating him and Cassie? The numbers game was a much better comparison that the spears that were raining from the sky. According to math, Elyx and Ignite both had a 1 in 30 chance of getting out of the problem, then if both of them were added together, it would actually be 1 out of 60 chance. Elyx and Ignite were both in that 1 range twice, their speed was able to help them out. Elyx and Cassie both attacked at the same time, the girl blocked Cassie, but Elyx swung upwards in the area where her arms were not,, and soon, he sent her flying back heavily. She flipped back up onto her feet though it seemed, good thing too, Elyx was only getting more and more fired up by the second. He realized that neither of them were giving off words, well, what were they too say? They were enemies who did not need to say much, the actions and reactions were the words.

Lilith: 7/12

Lilith stumbled as she moved, jut a little, but her movement was way off. Her face was beginning to reveal itself. It was not exactly the best of sights, but at least the emotion of anger was shown anyways whether he liked it or not. The boy smirked at the sight, she was not longer running well the way she used to when she was so fired up for a fight. Could anyone blame her though? She was trying her best, but it did not seem like she wanted to surrender. For a 7 year old, she had a lot of defense to take so man hits. The spells that she used had been worn out without that little bear to helpp her, and neither of them were going to let Lilith even breathe as they kept on attacking in a pattern, always attacking and attacking until boom, it happened, Lilith was under arrest. Now that Elyx thought about it, he should try to talk to her in the battle to get her to turn herself in. It seemed like a good ides, except he has tried it before, and not one time has it worked. If only they knew that they were going to lose and give up, that would make everyones lives happier. Lilith aimed a force palm towards the boy,who blocked the attack with both blades. She got off as a bullet flew by Elyx but she jumped again, almost knocking Elyx off guard. When she jumped at the stumbling boy, the boy fell back and rolled to make sure Lilith missed. Then the reaction command deck allowed him to slam his blade against her to the wall. Before he could continued, she teleported out of the way so she did not take any more hits. He noticed that she was bleeding, and her facial expression was showing a little more.

Lilith: 6/12

Lilith remained in place it seemed, looking to the bear, and she made a huge break for it. Cassie however did not let that happen as she shot a warning shot right in front of the enemy, causing Lilith to step away from where she wwas trying to run towards. This threat was a little bit more of a threat, it seemed like an actual shot, but whatever worked right? Elyx quickly ran towards the teddy bear and took it so that he could keep it away from the girl, she did not need it anymore if all she would use it for is destruction. Still though, he was not going to rip it or anything, that would hurt the girl way too badly. She probably loved that teddy bear a lot. It was a tough choice for him to make, but he kept it alive. Provided it did not try to do anything bad to hi in the process, it was not going to be ruined. Lilith tried to get it back by attacking Elyx, but Cassie took another shot and got Lilith once again, keeping her away from the boy. The boy placed the teddy bear back into his knapsack for safe keeping of the comfort toy. Then he looked at the wounded Lilith, she was getting tired. No longer as powerful as she was before, she was forced to fight with a force palm, teleportation, and a bloody body against a gunning machine with swords and barriers that have not been used and a boy who did not even show off his magic. He did not need to use Shattered Iris Release or anything of the sort to take her out. Light magic would probably speed up her defeat, but she did not need to go through so much pain at once.

Lilith: 5/12

Lilith looked tired now, but that bear meant everything. If she had it, this battle would have probably been over.If one has done everything that they could in battle and nothing else could be done, then it would only make sense for them to surrender. But Lilith saw a ray of light in the bear that Elyx was holding in his left hand. The boy knew how badly she wanted it, but it was the only thing that would allow her to cast spells, and she was the enemy, so be force, he had to deny a little girl of her stuffed animal in which he stole. That sounded bad. She tried to run towards Cassie as fast as a tired, bloody, 7 year old girl in distress could run, but the attempt was instantly denied by Elyx as he stopped her halfway through her run and kicked her back with a stunning effect. From there, he jumped towards the girl and slashed at her, the attack blocked, but the arms taking all of the damage instead, the girl could not hold up for long, but it was until she surrendered that Elyx would try to reason with her. Elyx put his blades back in his pockets and put out both of his hands to bring out the magic item of his out into his hands. The boy smiled when his violin was summoned, he needed to end this girl as soon as possible now, and using magic against a little 7 year old girl who can not use magic would probably be the best way to go at this. Cassie remained in place while Elyx stood in front of her as if the guild pet needed protection. She was like Ignite in a way, so it felt only natural to the boy to do this.

Lilith: 4/12

Lilith stood up there with her face truly showing now, an actual angry little girl showing. The rest of her body remained in the shadows, but Lilith was finally reveal herself to the world once Elyx was done with this battle. The two of them leaped at each other once again, the boy playing his violin in the meantime. Shooting for E vibrato rather than a tril to help amplify the wind magic, causing it to shoot at Lilith, who was already in the air, so he was sent even farther away from Elyx than he would have imagined. She was still a child, so light and maybe graceful if she did not take a hit like that, but her landing proved to be the opposite. She was not as graceful as a child could be at her ahe with all of the damage that she has taken, and it made Elyx laugh a little bit to see her trying to paw her way back up. According to Lerale Eye and the sensory of magic flows, she is in critical condition, something that Calm Meadows will not be able to completely heal, that is for sure. The boy looked at the girl and saw how she was trying to get up and fight. The violinist held his place with the teddy bear behind his back, this was because he had to use both hands to play the violin. He looked up towards the girl as she walked over to Elyx before making an attack with force palm, sending what would seem to have been strong back then force, but now it was barely even C rank. The boy only slid the bow on the violin once before the force behind the palm instantly shattered to pieces, and like that, another attack has been made.

Lilith: 3/12

The body of the little girl was no longer even working too well, yet she kept trying to attack. This was the girl that caused mass genocide on a guild and slaughtered everything in her path, and here was Elyx, ready to put her under arrest. The fatigue indicated the lack of strength left in the body of the crazed little girl. Arrest was in check now but she was still trying to get the Teddy Bear at all costs, she was willing to use her body as a shield to obtain the stuffed plush toy. Again, it was what would create Elyx and Cassies downfall if he allowed her to obtain the bear, therefore, no matter how much guilt panged at him, the final verdict was a strict no. The boy hated to deny children of their toys that they love so much, but this was all part of the job, and the girl was the bounty. Besides, she has caused much worse onto other children for probably reasons that are her own, which was unjustly in its own right. Elyx quickly shot two streams of wind from his Violin, using Air Cut Devastation to send them her way, the only spell that can inflict so much damage in one shot. The two streams of wind were sent towards the girl, who used her force palm to once again try to block, but both attacks made it to her. Cassie added onto the wound with a quick snipe from behind the boy, and just like that, Lilith was knocked onto the ground, the light revealing all of her body. Elyx could sense no magic coming from her, showing that she had been put to sleep. Maybe they went a little bit on the extreme side for this battle, regardless however, the arrest had been done.

Lilith: 0/12

Sorry Lilith... That you had to go through that while you were a child. You still a child and yet, your master beat you to a pulp many times more than you can count. Elyx began to explain, by her story of why she hid herself, the mental attavks that Lilith made, even the ultimate spell that she was going to use on Ignite. He did not agree with it either, but he was able to understand her. The boy walked up to the girl, she was still awake, but unable to move her body. The boy threw his magic items into the air to shatter them both to pieces, the Violin bow and the Violin so they would return into his knapsack. Once he placed his items back, he then took off the arm bracket from his armor to cause it to shatter into pieces of light as well. His blades were sheathed and he took off the Infinity Gazer, this was another little girl he was standing in front of. He bent his knees low so that he was able to look at her face to face. He noticed some blood coming out of her mouth, in which Elyx had no napkins. Instead, he pulled out a bottle of water from his knapsack and opened the lid. Once he cracked it open, he began to slowly pour the water onto her mouth. The girl had her eyes full of panic, an attempt to teleport away, but the dark enemy could no go away. She was not a human, and that explained most of the things she did and why she did them already. But her abilities are beyond what she actually is, he was amazed that she lasted so long again him in combat. The pain stung her mouth a little bit, but Elyx placed his finger up to silence her. Hush little one, this will disinfect your wound.

Wh- What are you- Lilith tried to ask, only for the boy to put his finger up once again. He then gently placed the bottle of water in her mouth, full well knowing she was unable to do it herself. It was nothng bad, hopefully she would trust him well enough to take a drink from the bottle of water. You took a rough beating back there little one, swords, wind, guns, I am surprised you are even alive. You need to cool your body down, so drink up child. Elyx explained as he placed the water bottle through the girls mouth, and eventually, the boy heard a little splash in the bottle. The water was being sent to Lilith. The poor girl, she was born from something awful and named something much worse than even Elyx could have thought of Shadelle to be. Never given a chance at life. The boy then felt a bump while the girl was drinking, so he pulled the bottle of water out while he looked to the girl once again. A sudden jolt occurred in her body, causing her to move up and down. The little one had the hiccups, even in this terrible state she was in, she still looked and sounded adorable. It sounds like someone has the hiccups. I'll treat that right away. Elyx explained as his body took form from the regular boy he was now. The air spun softly around his body as new clothing was given to him. His eyes went from brown to green, his body now had a hood, and there was even a staff placed in his hands as well. It was bright in such a dark place like this, and soon, the medicine was injected into the stomach. He looked up so that his eyes could lock with hers, wondering if she were all right. She let out a sigh of pleasure as the medicine was curing her body, so he made sure to keep it at the pace it was. If he placed the medicine in her bloodstream at a fast pace, she might end up with bruises. Bruises are areas that are bleeding, but the skin was still together, which means you are bleeding into your body. It was better if the blood were out since it just about died when it took the impact, so it was best he invested a little bit more of his time into waiting rather than investing a bit more of his magic into hurting the little girl. Once this has been finished, his form then began to shatter into pieces of light since his work with her had been done. He would have to contact the magic Council about this. Elyx used all of his enhancements in speed to get back home. The running was not even hard, it was the thoughts in his mind. Cassie was able to get Ignite and Lilith to safety, but Elyx had to get through the crowd of people in the village. They all seemed to have reappeared, and the illusion of the forst had also been gone. Maybe this ws the missing guild, they were not slaughtered at all. Elyx began to notice that all of the toy shops were empty for some reason, but that reason he was able to figure out. It was her ultimate spell in Liliths command deck. She was able to turn the people into toys when she was able to break them down will enough. He would not be surprised if it were one or two of the spells that were able to break down all of the people. But now that Liliths magic was cut down because of the magic item she no longer had, the magic spell reset and those affected by it were no longer in their doll forms. Maybe even a memeber someday. The Rune Knights were trying to crack Elyx like an egg, looking for a reason to arrest a 7 years old girl. It was none of the Rune Knights that Elyx has seen doing jobs, and these ones were doing their jobs as well. Maybe he should not be so quick to judge, it was just that he wanted to see a free side of Lilith, in which her bloodline does not matter, but her character. And just like that, the boy was given a few moments to ponder on what he was just thinking. It did not matter about the bloodline,, but the character. So what about Nea? Did she really do her best to be his mother? Did she not raise Elyx and try to give him the best? That was not something he was quite yet ready to answer, to admit that someone like Nea was right about what she had done would feel all sorts of wrong to him. After the questioning from the Rune Knights, they finally reached a final verdict a few days later. They were willing to arrest Lilith in Black Rose, and sadly, the little girl will be considered Kakuma's property. Provided anything were to be misplaced about the girl, it would be his Guild Leaders fault. From there, the boy would feel like he would be at fault. He was going to make it his duty that he can just take care of her whenever it was needed. She was not going to be too far from his sight, and if anything goes haywire with her, he would get the help he needed. Frain was someone to account for as well, he had the Voice Tracer with him, he can listen to what she is saying if the girl seemed to be out of place in the wrong sort of way. She may be 7, but look at what those 7 years alone were able to do. Elyx began to wonder what would happen if she grew up, would she side good like he did, or would she aim for the darks like some of the people in the guild that he knew. This was not good for many people since some thought she should be punished, and that her age did not matter. Elyx had to agree there, but he used her age to his advantage to silence them since a 7 year old, the average one at least, can barely even think for themselves. Lilith was going to be in Kakumas care, hopefully this would keep her awake rather than her always sleeping like he know she was doing. Being half human was not an excuse, she can most certainly work with her people. It's fine though, he was still going to provide for the guild, regardless of the way things were. It was nice for him to be where he is.

After taking a few days to recover from the state she was in, the poor She Phoenix finally woke up. Nothing seemed to be on her mind, and Elyx discovered her awakening when the first thing she went for was a job. Before she woke up, Elyx refrained from doing jobs so that he could take care of her, maybe he was a little paranoid since there was security around the perimeter. Hiya Elyx! It is time for us to go on another job that I know you can't say no to! Because if you do, I will stab you in the eye! Ignite exclaimed happily, the threats always able to bring Elyx up onto his feet. He knew better than to say no to Ignite when she was excited, because it was when she was happy that made her the most dangerous, well, to him at least. To an enemy, it is when she was angry, which no one would want a Phoenix to be. The boy looked back to Ignite and placed a smile on his face, she was alive, and she does not seem to remember much about Lilith. He knew that he would have to tell her someday, but today was not going to be that day. Now, he knew better than to do what Nea did to him, which was lie to him about what actually happened. He just smiled as he began to embark on their next job, and for once, he actually did miss going on jobs, even if it meant to wake up early to do them. He rushed through everything so that he was ready to go with Ignite on another job, it was time for the departure from Black Rose. Lilith was with the guild, Ignite was back on his side, and Elyx was about to become an A rank mage. It was all so perfect, it was his.
