    Job:

Elyx and Ignite were both kicking their feet over the roof this time. They actually had a pretty good view of the whole guild from up top of here, it was like everyone shrunk. What made this illusion even better was that they could both pretend to be stomping on people.  Elyx was biting onto a chocolate bar happy, a music note appearing above his head to show how happy he was about the current place they are right now. He could imagine how much trouble he would be in if Nea caught him doing this in Shadelle. He never tried it since he was too good of a person to disobey, but here, no one was here to watch him be free like this. The boy finally felt like his old self again, he was able to cure his insanity and learned how to tame it when the time came. He fought off all of the mental pain that took way longer than forever to fix. It was like he was a new person again, but memories and feelings still remained. Just because the pain was not there any longer does not mean he was quite ready to forgive. But the clear difference has been made due to him showing his happiness like a medal once again. Oh how proud Nimpha would be. In the meantime however, he was just going to have to just be himself like he used to. Ignite liked seeing this side of him as well, mainly because she loved chocolate and was able to focus on the chocolate rather than the jewels. It was a nice feeling for the moment... And then someone had to bring a job request with her. Well, at least the moment was good enough to get in a happy mood. They were going to the desert once again to gamble with the chests of treasure. They have gotten some mad amounts of jewels with this anyways, so it would not be a problem to do this sort of thing once again. The boy placed his two blades in his hands as he looked down. The both of them jumped from above and hit the ground with a mighty thud, causing the villagers around them to jump with startled facial expressions. Eyx could not help but smile at their reaction as he stood up straight, then smiled at them so casually. From there, it was all priceless on how everyone else wanted to talk to him. Ignite had to keep him in check by getting a bodyguard to get the people back, not harming them, but just making sure that Elyx was able to get out of the crowd and focus on the job at hand.

Elyx and Ignite had to prepare though, otherwise the boy would be baked out in the sandy desert like he was the first time. The second time he went however was a much better experience for him, it was a great packing that saved him from dying out in the heat like he almost did the first time. In order for this to happen, he needed to freeze a few bottles of water. Elyx was sure he had plenty of those, and if not, well, it was the ice packs that kept him safe anyways. Fridge water was cold enough anyways since Elyx decreased the temperature heavily so that Ignite would be happy about her food. It certainly was a pain in the ass for Elyx as well since he would have to really thaw things out, and if he did not want to wake her up, he would have to wait hours before he could actually get the thing to thaw out. If he woe her up, the food would not be the only thing that is not only thawed out, but completely burnt out. Meanwhile, Elyx could just wait and have his body in one piece. The two of them had to go home first before they went on this dangerous trip to the desert. Or, what used to be dangerous. Was it ever even dangerous in the first place?

The last time the two of them went, a giant wave of sand carried the both of them miles towards where their targets were located, and if that did not yell out the word, difficulty, then what the hell would? The two of them walked inside of the house with two guards moving out of the way to make sure that they could just do that. Once they were inside, Elyx avoided taking off any of his clothing. They were just here to make a quick stop before turning away to see the people who are in the Desert. The both of them are packed up now, almost every single item from the last trip was packed from the last trip. The ice packs were there, the water was there, half frozen half of them just straight up cold but not actually frozen. The chocolate would melt, so for once, he was going too have to eat all of it before he went out on the trip. If he did not have a chocolate bar for at least one day, he would not be just angered, the world would be his enemy, not much needs to be said there. Elyx and Ignite got everything they needed before walking out of the door, they had a trip to the desert to attend.

All right Ignite, lets take care of these people since it seems they can not stop getting themselves lost. Man, why must they always do this? I feel like they want it to happen. Elyx said to himself before putting a smile onto his face. It was a nice thought though that he would get a nice reward without even putting much effort into the job that he was doing. It' not that he would not be trying, it's the fact that there is no possible way that he CAN try to do that. It was just not difficult enough, it was just so damn long. That was what annoyed Elyx when Ignite said that she signed them both up for the task, it was a long job after all. And not only that but they had to fight the heat in order to continue travelling without collapsing, or Elyx did at least. Ignite on the other hand was a fireball for herself, and a hot tempered Phoenix who did not have any affect to the heat. Why? Because Ignite Rosella. And the fact that fire was much hotter than the desert. With all of the steps that she takes, she creates glass, which really does huge damage to all the enemies, who were not used to handling the sharp glass, just the heat. From there, he began to thin about what this heat could do to a water mage. If their bodies were made of water... That would be a terrible case. Elyx had not right to say that he was Wind, and even if he were, that would not be a better case. Being something does not prove anymore mastery than being able to use it. Sure, it might feel more natural, but that is all that it would feel. Nothing more, or less. It's like saying that because you have come from a generation of all A students that you are one as well, even though you hate studies and never care to pick up a book. Meanwhile, a poverty hit family due to low education might have a child who has all A's due to his hard work. Once again, it was not about being natural, it was about being willing to put in all the hard work that something requires in order to obtain the ultimate goal. If a Wind Mage were to tell Elyx that he was air, Elyx would just laugh at them before humiliating them in combat. Now that the boy thought about it, there are surprisingly not too many wind mages in Fiore. In fact, in his guild, he knew he was the only one that used the Wind magic. And that was probably because they thought Air was weak... Oh, they could have never been so wrong. Elyx used air, and within two months time, already obtained the favor of the Magic Council and became a Rising Star.

They are just lost Elyx. It's not easy living through life without magic. Or in my case, without fire. Ignite explained as she tilted her head to the side. What she said was somewhat true, but one could simply use fire if they had magic. Heck, even a D rank mage could do it, it would take a lot of work in order for them to do it, and maybe the spells that they cast might be weak as well. If someone arrogant were to cast that  sort of spell and try to kill him with it, he might actually die of laughter. Maybe their plan would work, and he would end up losing too much air. It was a nice tactic, but only those who are arrogant and try it will be able to use it. It was the one weakness of the higher ranked mages. So far, Elyx has placed the guild members of Fiore in 6 different categories.

    Amazing
    Smart
    Dangerous
    Pathetic
    Trustworthy
    Ignite

Ignite obtained her own section since her attitude did not match any of the above things. She could be slyful with Elyx from time to time, it was when she would wake him up and trick him into taking jobs. Sometimes, she would use the power of Kakuma to force him to take jobs. Why? Because jewels! Anyhow, it made him rich and gave him a lot of food for him to eat, an awesome roof above his head, a great bed to sleep on, and something to complain to Ignite about. It was not that she would care, but complaining about it certainly gave him peace of mind. Elyx and Ignite continued to walk through the town, not yet entertained by the job since they were not even at the desert. It would make sense for him to go to his client first, but that's if it was a first time. Even then did he not go anyways, because the heat alone going once and to the town was worse than going through it once, going out to the heat and saving the clients men, then going back, three trips taken rather than two, not to mention a huge waste of time and health as well. Elyx would have probably died if he had done that anyways.

Well, out of Black Rose we go. It seems that this trip will not take too long. Hopefully I'm right about that. Elyx said as the two of them began to get out of the neutral areas and began to approach the desert. The desert... Oh the desert. What a hell it gives to Elyx, but at least he had enough items to get there without dying of stroke like the first time. The second time, they were smarter, but overpacked a little bit. Now this amount was the perfect amount for the little trip that they are taking.

Well Ignite, we seem to have no trouble. The passageway under the ground seems to lead to the desert town as well. If we use it instead of the desert itself we might be able to get by the enemies without much trouble. An easy shortcut. Elyx said as he looked for a stream around them. There was no such luck without a proper search, but that's if they were even going to do a proper search at all. They were not it seemed, Ignite had a very good reason for not doing so. I doubt there will be a hatch in the desert. How will it be where we need it to be out of all of the places in the desert. And even if it were, how the hell are we going to navigate without a map or anything similar? Ignite asked, clearly owning Elyx on those questions. The boy put his hand behind his head and laughed a chuckling sort of laugh. It was embarrassing whenever the She Phoenix would have him in a hold like this. Come on now, it's not as stupid as you made it sound just now. Elyx said, trying to recover from what he said. Maybe it would have been a better idea if he changed the subject, now he gave her 101 ways of countering that to make him look even worse in front of himself. Ignite smiled, a clear note that his assumption was correct. Which one in the roulette did she choose was something that Elyx will never find out. It was something in the womans mind, something that even Kudou himself said one time in a story. That the biggest mystery lie in the heads of a woman, mans greatest puzzle to solve. But even the greatest puzzle can be solved if enough time was put into it. This one was one that Elyx was able to solve after a minute, only to learn that he was played right there. He was expecting her to say something to him, a remark of course of something that he said being stupid. By keeping her silence, she made him wait for something that was not to come. Now he felt even more embarrassed for falling for the trick. He kept his smile in place though to hide that, but his body began to shrink into a chibi like stance, showing that this was not going to be a fun ride for him at this rate. The boy needed to suck it up though and accept his loss like a man. After all, Ignite was a tough puzzle like the others, why should he not expect himself to lose to her?

Post by King Elyx 23rd June 2015, 1:51 pm

The sand began to fill the boots of the adventurers as they were walking. Nothing seeming like a huge threat to them. The blazing sun was attempting to drag them both down, but it was no use. One of them was just use to this heat while the other one just simply had enough ice to last him the summer and still have a nice slush stand at the end. The ice packs however needed to be used, otherwise the boy might end up having a heat stroke. The last time he did not pack up, he needed huge bedrest and lots of ice for his body to go back to normal again. The desert was not a joke when it came to heat, and that was exactly what he thought it was when he trekked out to it for the first time. Just another job in his mind, but in reality, it was way more than that. It was like bringing a knife to a gunfight if you did not have anything to help cool yourself down in the hot sand. Meanwhile, his partner by his side just continued walking casually, unaffected by the sun. Oh how he envied her so for the resistance, how does she deal with the hot sun all her life was a question that he always wanted to ask, but never found himself able to do. Instead, she would just lure it away from him, as if it were some sort of secret that he was not allowed to hear. He knew why she did this though, it was not her fault that she was used to it, that was just what she was born in and had to deal with. The desert was not playing any games on them either. It was still boiling as hot as ever. Maybe he should bring some kernels so he could cook it, then again, there was a reason why his partner was around with fire. It was something she could have done better than the sunlight ever could. Besides, salt in the desert was a bad idea unless you needed to sweat. Even if you sweat, you need water, which is rare, salt would only dry your body up even further. Same applied for water, say one were to be stranded out in the sea, and that someone needed to drink water. If they were to drink the sea water, they would only dry up their body even further. Eventually, they would keep drinking it, thinking that it was a good idea, only to find out that the water would lead to their own death. By the time they find this out however, it would be too late for them.

Post by King Elyx 23rd June 2015, 1:53 pm

Elyx and Ignite continued to travel, not a single word coming out from their lips. What were either of them supposed to say to each other if they were not going to do too much. Planning was out of the options for sure, the enemies that would try to end their lives would not get too far in their attempts. He knew this would not be a good idea if they were to put down their guards so low, but it was only natural for them now since they did not even come across much anymore. What they did come across was so small and the both of them were able to take out with a simple stomp. The noise that the attackers made were rather annoying. Finally, the both of them decided to take a rest, it was going to be break time. The boy knew he needed water to keep himself sweating, though he did not help himself much with the salt that was needed. Maybe to bring something with salt would have been a good idea after all. Regardless, he could not change his mind now, so all he would have to do it depend on the water and the cold ice packs. The two of them would have to run soon, there were enemies coming. It was not that they were scared, but if they could avoid a fight, they should. What was there to benefit from when it comes to fighting something that could not talk back? It would not give much of a good reaction. A battle against a human would show dominance, they understand you and speak back to you. If you win that fight, you did a good job and felt like you gained whatever you needed. Though that’s not recommended too, people have the ability to become stronger than others through hard work after all. Hard work got the boy pretty far into the game, there was no doubt about that. The two of them stood back up from the ground. The boy left sand coming down as he stood up onto his feet. The girl however left pieces of glass, the fire being that hot, even when she was not doing it on purpose. Sand was a friend of hers, the glass that she makes can’t hurt her. Well, not when she sits on it, but if someone slashes at her one of the shards, of course it would hurt her. But if she steps on it without the boots that she had, it would be considered her glass, so hopefully his theory was correct and she would not get hurt by the glass. It would be a nice addition.

Post by King Elyx 23rd June 2015, 1:55 pm

The enemies were beginning to get suspicious, the two of them needed to get out of there as soon as they could if they wanted to get out of there without a fight. They actually were running away from these things. They might not have a lot of pride now because of that, but it was for the best that they were to run away from it. In doing so, they were not going to overheat themselves. Battling had a nice blood pumping ability to increase the heat of the body, which was not something one should be going through in a place like the desert. The desert alone, if walking, could cook someone in about a few hours. Getting into a fight and losing blood would only lower that amount of time even further. The both of them were smart, not stupid. It was not like anyone else was around them either, they were able to do this with plenty of pride still in them after all. One thing that they treasured was their reputation. Elyx was trying to build his own rather than the one that his old self gave to him. And not even his younger self did it to him. It was in a “Monarch” after all, it’s not like he had the ability to control his own future while there was a king telling him what to do all of the time. Now he was a bird that had been let out of his cage, and now he was so far into this place that he did not want to return. To have his parents be unknown to him, for his whole life, he would never even imagine someone was willing to go so far only so they could lie to him. Nea meant well, or at least, that was what Luke told him. He did not believe that though, it would have been nice if he were told about what happened. If he were to cry for a few days before strengthening himself back up, he would have accepted being different. And he didn’t have to accept it alone this time like he used to. Isolant to almost everyone because of his brain on the Violin. Lerale classes were always like that, be the smart one and you are only needed for answers. Not for a hangout or a party. There was only a few he could look to, if Nea told him, at least he knew that she was there for him. But she was not according to her actions, her actions speak way louder than her words, especially when he confronted her about the cemetery. That was not normal at all for anyone.

The sand began to kick as the steps that they took began to increase in weight, being shoved into the ground as this was going on. The two of them were running fast, but Elyx could not imagine what would happen if a regular person were inside the boots of his partner. Her feet were just as flammable as any part of her body, and with the sand in her boots, there is sure to be glass inside as well. If he placed his feet inside of it, that would have not ended well at all to say the least. To say the most, he would be in bed all day yelling at the sharp pain that happened while a doctor tries to get them out. At that time, it would be night and the neighbors would all be screaming for him to shut up. From there, he might have to buy a lot of Styrofoam to avoid having anymore sound go anywhere out of the house. On the plus side, he would have something for his new studio once that was in place. On the other side, that would be a lot of jewels that he could not spare. The casino jewels would not be able to cover it for sure, the bodyguards would no longer be there for the two of them, and they would have to worry about the rent once again. His partner would hate him forever and a half if he were to do that to the two of them, so he decided it would be a good idea that he never tried to wear her boots. No excuse in the world would cover up what he would be trying to do anyways, so why try at all? He did not go that was at all, that’s for sure. The two of them were getting closer on the sensor to their targets, many of them staying in place, but not all of them. The two of them were going to have to zip towards their targets at their fastest pace in order to get to them without having a problem with finding other members. The underground tunnels would be a really great thing right now, then again, a hatch in the sand would probably leave a sand filled staircase anyways. Maybe he should just be glad that there was no hatch in the desert, he did not want the shortcut in life to be cover in sand. That would ruin his day since that would mean he would have to wash all of the sand off. To do that, he would have to go to the stream, which he hated very much due to his fear… Of water…

They were running as fast as they could before the boy ended up tripping on something and falling forward. It was not him who made himself fall onto the ground though, something was gripping on him. Something had to be, he could have sworn that he was threading carefully. That and he was feeling something pull on his leg. “Dang it! We have to fight it off!” The boy said as he placed his blades up, the arm of the enemy trying to drag his body to it. He did not figure himself good to be a meal, or at all even considered attacked. To hold him down was not a good idea. The boy grabbed boy of his blades out, Knight Iris taking the role of the offense. He quickly hit the arm of the unknown enemy off of him. It was strong for sure once it had a hold, but once the hold was gone, he was able to fight as easily as he normally did back in the other two trips. He now even knew how to dual wield the blades in his grips. The left hand with the regular Knight Iris while his right hand had the Mystic Knight Iris. Both of them were ready for combat. The flowers in the desert were dying as the Rose Petal Orb used its effect. The flowers were nice and all, but why was his body activating it? That was when he realized what would happen. The illusion of the boy was beginning to form from the rays of the sun. After a few seconds of vain struggling, the illusion of the boy revealed itself to the enemy, who let go of the real one and chased the other one. The boy stood back onto his feet before he looked over to the illusion, who put up his thumb to show that he was going to be the distraction. Now Elyx would feel bad if he let something bad happen to it, he had to strike while he could. The boy ran with both of his blades extended, the one on his left being the one he used to attack with. The boy jumped up into the air, spinning his blades like a wheel before he sliced down onto the head of the enemy, surprisingly there was armor there to protect it from the danger that was about to approach. It took damage, but only enough to knock it to the side. Now this thing might be difficult to take out if it did not go out within one knock. Good thing he had a glass partner to help him get out of these troubles. And that partner has seen enough, good luck enemy.

The two of them were faced off against the enemy now, ready to take it out from the face of the earth. This won’t be an easy thing to do, but that was something that the boy was willing to accept now. If it’s defenses were like that, it was going to take a few hits from the both of them to take out completely. The boy first started off this battle by charging, his center body exposed to any danger since he held out his blades to his sides, leaving nothing for his chest but his armor. Armor is design to take damage after all, and this one did not even slow him down either. The both of them met in contact, the arm meeting the artifact, the result not pretty for the enemy since a weapon like this one was not designed to be smother so easily while it was striking. Due to it’s heavy impact ability, it was able to strike through the hand without any problem, causing the enemy to roar loudly as it was stumbling back in pain. Meanwhile, the boy was on the other side, waiting for his partner to continue this. Instead, she just went melee style on the enemy rather than doing anything special. Her strength might help her, but could she actually do it? Surprisingly, the enemy tried to use the same hand to attack her rather than going to the next one. This meant that it would be a lazed out hand against a force like Ignite. That was not a very good idea, but it’s not like the enemy knew any better. People suffer for lack of knowledge, that was what this enemy was ready to experience right here. On the plus side, at least next time it goes into battle with them, it might know better and run away. If there was a next time that is. Elyx and Ignite were not willing to take the lives of human beings, but there were more than willing to take those of the monsters that threatened their lives. Heck, even if the human threatens their lives, they will aim to arrest on the spot rather than kill them unless that was what the Magic Council desired. It was not what they normally wanted anyways, so it would not be that big of a deal for them at all to just arrest. The both of them were winning this battle like expected, and to think that it might have been different. The girl was holding back against it and it was still not thinking well enough to use it’s good hand. Well, disappointment it may be, but it makes their job easy as usual, so they can’t be mad.

The two of them were working together now. The illusion was a third one, but he was unable to carry out any attacks. He did a great job of keeping their enemy off of them, and hopefully it would survive so they could at least say good job. If not, that would be something that could happen next time they see each other, which probably would not be on this job. It was certainly odd to see flowers in the desert, but the colors did mix pretty well. Rose Petal did a great job in this mission, and it was only proving to be more useful as the illusion seemed to be forming more realistically. One might even say it and the actual boy were twins. That would be amazing to have a twin, but it took a lot of energy to cast out this illusion. That was a bad idea to use so much of it just to have a talk. Besides, there was Ignite he had to look over. Maybe when he was able to enhance his energy, he might be able to carry out conversations. But for now, it took way too much than the actual boy was able to spare. That was, while he wanted to cat out the attacks that he did. For example, if he wanted to go on a Bounty Hunting job, he would need a lot of energy in order to master the stealth that he normally could do with a flick of the wrist and the simple movements of his feet. The boy smiled as he slashed his blades at the head of the enemy, knocking the enemy to it’s feet. What was it even supposed to be? That was not something he read about in the library, but regardless, it had enough planning and strategy to give many B rank mages a tough time. The boy felt his body growing hot, warning him to use an ice pack quickly. It was not as cold as it was before, but it saved Elyx from losing all of his energy. The boy did not need to get in anymore fights, the ice packs were becoming to grow warm. Good thing he did not bring any chocolate with him this time. Otherwise, he might have put himself in a messy danger as well. That shackle would be embarrassing if it got on his clothing, there was no way it could look like dirt. Regardless, the final result was a fatality for the end of this battle. The enemy was not getting up, and the illusion then disappeared as well. It was more than enough, it saved Elyx from taking a devastating hit from whatever the monster was.

It seems we are done here Ignite. Shall we continue on now? Wait... Hold on, I think I see something. Elyx said as he placed his right arm upwards as the enemy shuttered. He was waving it, and soon, a group of the survivors came by to him. They were desperately thirsty, his knapsack being packed with plenty of water for them. It was nice to see them well, no cuts, wounds, or any sickness either. Just as long as they were safe, Elyx was going to bring them back home happy. Even if it was not a true healing remedy, Calm Meadows was still there to help. Thank you so much kind sir! You have help us! One of the men said as he shook Elyxs hand. Another shook Ignites hand, and the both of them blushed with much embarrassment. It never got old and embarrassing to end up being praised for the work, it was just part of their job, nothing too special. But still, they were not going to be rude and deny these men of their thanks. Still though, they had a long way to go in order to get to their client. If they wanted to get there by the end of the day, Ignite and Elyx were going to have to start traveling now. All right men! We are going to bring you back home to your client! Well, our client and your friend who paid us jewels to get you all out of here. Follow me! Ignite explained, taking control of the group, who all shouted in victory as she was taking charge. Elyx could only laugh as he saw how well Ignite was doing. As a leader, she seemed confident and bold, her intellect may lack a little bit, but her mindset and goals are put straight at least. The boy could do nothing but smile as he looked back to the group of men and walked along with them so he could follow Ignite. She knew the way to the desert village since they went twice. The glass she left behind did not hurt the men either since they all seemed to have their boots on them, and the bottom part of the boots were not ripped off yet. Elyx and Ignite continued to take charge through the desert, which was a couple of miles from the village. The men were going to get tired at this rate, but they were so close. To keep up their spirits, he had to sacrifice a lot of his water so that the group would be willing to continue on this dangerous path through the desert. It was only a matter of time before they got to the village, the town was in sight with a shadowy figure waiting for them as usual. That shadowy figure is their client, now all they would have to do is reach him and get the treasure chests.

Leo! It's Leo! Brother! One of the men shouted from behind as they all began to run towards the man. The man looked to them with his eyes shot wide open. Leo was his name huh, that was a name to remember because this was probably not going to be the last time they see this man or any of his fellow members. He also learned that they all called each other brothers, they must be true friends in order to think of themselves that way. It was like Elyx and Ignite, they considered each other brother and sister. They fight like a couple of siblings and work together like a pair as well. It would only make sense for the both of them to think of themselves that way. Elyx smiled as they were all having their little reunion, they were all happy once again, messing around and having plans for their returns. It seems that the lost group got lost without making a mistake. This meant that it was not their fault that they get lost. If it was, Leo would probably not be as happy and relieved as this. Well, relieved was a given regardless if it were a mistake or not, happy, maybe that as well, but a bit of anger would probably be shown. Heck, he might even be the type of guy to scold the men right in front of the people who had saved them. The boy laughed at the thought of Leo forcing his men to apologize to the two of them, it would be shaming, that's for sure. The boy smiled as he placed his blades up and pointed them forward. Hello there Mr. Leo. I think you know us already, but the two of us like to do formal intros before we talk to a client. My name is Elyx Reiaki of the Bounty Hunting guild, Black Rose. Elyx started off before he shot his head towards Ignite. Ignite nodded her head up and down with small amounts of movement, understanding her role. She looked back to the men with a serious face. My name is Ignite Rosella of the Bounty Hunting Guild, Black Rose. I work alongside Elyx here as well. She said before the both of them bowed formally. The man was quick to reward them, getting his men to push the four treasure chests to the both of them. Please take this as a gift from all of us. We sort of lost a lot of cargo, we can't give you jewels directly, but these are treasures we have found. Whatever you find in there you may keep for yourself. The man said with a smile on his face, it was clear that everyone had just won at that very moment. Today was very successful.

Well Ignite, how are the locks coming along? Elyx asked with a smile on his face. This time, he was not resting on his bed. He already obtained a good nights rest. Meanwhile, Ignite was restless to obtain what she wanted, the jewels and possibly some items. Elyx had been hoping for items only, jewels currently not meaning much to him since job were able to give that to him anyways. Dang it Elyx! You know, you could be helping me right now instead of just staring! Ignite exclaimed as she was still picking the locks. She did not improve, it was a sad thing for him to see. She was able to unlock three of the four locks without severely hurting any of them. Now, Elyx could not say he was any better, he was not a spy, just an assassin. That was how he was raised and will end his day, just being himself and not attacking locks, but people. Of course, he was not willing to kill them, leave that to the Dark Mages. And naturally, there was an exception, Elyx was willing to take any order that the Magic Council gave for him to do. Being a Rising Star was not just for the pictures, they had a responsibility as well when it came to taking care of the land of Fiore. It would only make sense for him to follow their orders. Besides, if they requested for someones death, it was probably because that person has killed way more than his fair share which in his opinion should be 0. That was not how the world worked and he was not going to think brightly about it either. The boy continued to look at the She Phoenix as she continued struggling with a lock. It was very comedic in his eyes to watch her fail miserably over and over again. He would make a cute little buzzing sound when she would fail, in which she would give him a dark glare. To counter it, he looked away just in time to make sure she did not see his almost laughing face. It was all too much for him, but he liked to breathe as well, so he held it in and looked away. The She Phoenix finally made a click sound in the lock, and just like it sounded, the fourth lock was picked off. I...I...I did it! YES! I DID IT! BEAT THAT DUMBASS! Ignite exclaimed at Elyx's face before laughing at him. The boy just growled before looking at the chests. I wonder what could be inside. Lets have a look in here shall we? Elyx said as he began to open the first chest, Ignite watching from behind, it was like unwrapping Christmad presents.
