Description: The ocean is a fickle things. One part of it could be considered paradise, while the other part could be considered hell. The depth of the ocean becomes the weapon of the user, and all that resides within it becomes their muse. From the rushing tides of the ocean, to the creatures that lurk within the depths beyond the knowledge of the meager mortals to terrified to explore for they fear what they may find. For Kiku, this is the force that he learned to utilize in the war before his fall. Learning under the god of the sea himself, Kiku fought against several types of sea life. He was forced to do this so that he could learn how to do as they did. For the creatures of the sea knew how much of a fickle mistress she truly was. During this training the poor being was exposed to the true dangers of the sea; the deaths that had been caused, along with the frightening life that lives below the surface that many fear to believe exist.
Kiku using this magic in many ways to either destroy his foe, or distract them. By turning to the ability to turn the different masses of his body, Kiku is able to send several types of attacks at people, along with the ability to also use water to create third body masses of water that do things. His reach of the ocean can spread so far as to create the devastating storms that are known to sailors, and they fear. His control of the ocean's seas can extend to making it as cold as the arctic sea, or heating it to boil the skin off your bones. So when you face him, do hope your fairs are in order, as the ocean gives no quarter.
Strengths:
-Being as this magic is water, they can easily douse any fire based magic that is on the same rank as the spell or below
-Due to the fact that Kiku’s usage of this magic is based from the ocean, and such body of water having a mass of sodium in it makes it in a manner that Ice based magic can’t just freeze any of Kiku’s spells.
-Kiku’s magic does twice the amount of damage to anything demon, or darkly supernatural aligned.
-Can consume any water spell, along with natural sources with the exception of that of the God counterpart.
Weaknesses:
-Due to the fact that the ocean is composed of salt walter, leaves Kiku’s magic a huge target electrical attacks dealing an addition rank of damage if channeled through one of his spells.
- Can’t consume the magic of his counter part
-Can’t consume his own water to restore his mp
-Being as water is so easy moved around, Wind spells if they have enough force can blow a spell off track
-Being as water is commonly used as an AOE, he has to be careful to ensure he doesn’t hurt his allies.

| Ocean's Strength | As a blessing as Kiku refers to it, he bears the strength of the ocean within his being. What this means is that on his own he bears a strength boost of 25%, when his arms are both encased in water up to his shoulders, this increases to 35% |
| Ocean's Speed | As a blessing as Kiku refers to it, he bears the knowledge of how the currents of the ocean move, and with it he applies that to his body. What this means is that when not in the water Kiku moves 25% faster when not submerged in water, but when at least the lower half of his body is submerged in water, he will move 35% faster |
| Fluid Breathing | Due to Kiku’s unique manner of obtaining his magic, he had taken a more supportive approach to things. When in water, Kiku nor any ally that is within 40 meters of him has to fear the time limit of their breath within the water, as his magic assists them in isolating the O2 in the water, and injects it straight into their lungs. |
| Molecular Manipulation | While other slayers are known to be brutes with their magic, slinging their bodies around to deliver crushing blows along with to deliver their spells to the target, Kiku would rather be tactical with it. This allows him use the air around him as a medium for water, this means he is able to turn the air around him into water, and also to control the rate at which the molecules of water that are contained within his spells vibrate along with natural water that is within 10 meters of himself. |
