My second ability is a speed percentile boost just like everyone else. It will take base speed and increase it. I don't see why I would have to add to that. for the strength do you mean the entire ability or the extra?

Explain to me why you're trying to shaft me with my boosts? There are several slayers that get additional boosts from their magic via the uniques that DON'T, and I repeat DON'T require them to be in cloaked or covered in their natural element. One is Arderes which you reviewed. His magic if you get lost
Another thing, you obviously aren't getting this is a C-rank's magic, so why on earth would you have TRIED to limit an ability to make me faster to put me on average for my rank? Done being nice with you. I'm not going to cater to someones dislike. They can simply ask for the number if they're confused by percentiles. There is nothing in the rules that dictates that we have to use that. Those are the guildlines our boosts increase. I'm not setting a number due to the fact I have several item/armor/weapon slots I've yet to fill/or decide to use.

Alright I had him move this back due to the fact that my speed was never really fixed. 31 m/s was pretty much the same speed as they told me to fix. I changed it to a flat percentile like it should be.
