Description: Sound wave magic is much more complicated than it sounds (huehue). The user taps into their inner magical energy and uses it to deploy waves of sound (duh) from their body, in whichever way the user chooses. This could be done by vibrations, noise, or any other way of making waves of sound. They can also travel through certain mediums to become more powerful.
It can be used to disrupt the flow of other magician's magic, as well as infuse certain parts of the user's magical energy with other magicians, basically instilling buffs or de-buffs. Sound waves can also be used to break through certain objects.

Name: Sound Spike

Duration: Instant, sustainable for 2 posts after the first. (3 total)
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: The user focuses, and channels waves throughout their body, and releases them in by making a sound, whichever way the user chooses. This causes a sound wave that moves 10 meters to where the user chooses, though they cannot control it once it's fired. It moves at 5 meters per second. If it hits, it will deal D rank damage in a 5 cm diameter to the opponent where the spell strikes. If the sound waves hits a user while they're channeling for a spell or ability, it will cancel it for 1 post if it has a set duration, or will put it on cooldown if it's being sustained. This can only work for one spell at a time, of the opponent's choosing. The cancellation only works on D rank spells.

Description: The user taps into their inner energy and has a part of their magical energy turn into a pure sound wave, and instill itself in another magician, or themselves. Soothing Wave causes the target to feel the user's magical energy, allowing them to gain all of the caster's passive abilities, as well as increased strength and speed by 10% each. The spell causes a soft song to play in the target's head.

Description:The user taps into their inner energy and has a part of their magical energy turn into a pure sound wave, and instill itself in another magician. The spell moves to the target up to 15 meters at 7 meters per second, and begins it's effect. Pain Wave causes the target to get smothered by the users musical energy, filling the opponent's head with distractions. It slows the target down and causes the target to have weaker attacks and spells, each by 10%. It's half as effective against C-Rank wizards, and doesn't affect higher ranks at all. The spell causes a soft song to play in the target's head, though the song is incredibly irritating.

Strengths:
- Spells using sound waves are invisible to the naked eye.
- Spells using sound waves are almost always incredibly fast.
- Very strong against any type of mental magic. (Basically, things that involve more focus than other magics, such as mind magic or forbidden magic.)
Weaknesses:
- Weakness to air and space magic.
- User cannot make animated physical objects with sound waves.
- Sound wave magic can't travel through an environment without a medium.
- Sound wave magic can't be used if the user can't make noise.
Lineage:
- Dragon's Blood:
- Description: Before the days of the Dragon Slayers, Dragons shared their power with mortals through blood. It did not affect magic back then, but it did affect the body more intensely. These very few mortals and some of their descendants could use their dragon blood to become impervious to a dragon's elemental magic for a very short while. They would grow scales all over the body in an instant and a very strong aura. The colour of the aura would become the colour of the element the scales absorb.
Ability: User can block any one dragon/dragon slayer attack.
Usage: Instant, it can block one Dragon Slayer attack completely. The Rank of the attack has to be equal to or lower than the Dragon's Blood user's rank. It cannot block H-Rank attacks. Can only be used 4 times per thread, but has a cool-down of 6 posts between usages.
- Perfect Vision - The user of Sound Wave magic can basically use sonar to see. All they have to do is click their tongue or snap or make any noise and they get to see their entire surroundings, as long as there isn't anything that would interfere. This can only be done in a 15 meter diameter, though.
- Charisma - Due to knowing so much about sound, the user is much more charismatic than most, and can have people trust him much easier due to the tones of his voice.
- Perceptive - The user of this magic can hear sounds before others do, or noises other's cannot, but only by a few seconds at most.

- Ability to disrupt spells
- Can pierce any weak armor that works as a medium.
- Can be sent from any part of the user's body.
Weaknesses:
- Can be absorbed by an outside medium, such as a weapon or a physical spell that works as a medium (i.e. rocks, not fire)
- Disrupts the user's spells currently being cast the same way it effects a hit target, but not abilities.
- Can be scattered by harsher waves (nonphysical spells C rank and above), making the spell useless.
- Doesn't effect deaf targets.

- Counts as a sustained spell for both the caster and user.
- Can only target one person at a time.
- Cannot effect deaf people.
- If a target dies, the spell cannot be canceled.

Strengths:
- Can be the size of any person.
- Can protect 2 people at once, as long as they're about 1 meter apart or closer.
- Deafens anyone inside except the user.
Weaknesses:
- Can't endure C+ damage.
- Can only hold multiple people if they're close.
- Can deafen allies if they're inside of it.
- Spells cast from inside are still absorbed by the shield.
