The sound of things crashing and breaking was rather terrifying as the fight between Raven and the mage progressed. Riley stood there watching, as there was noting much she could do. Helping her guild master was not an option, she knew that Raven could defeat this mage on her own. The only thing the black haired female could do was stand and watch. She felt a small presence near her foot. Looking down, she saw Theo, her pet, standing there gazing at the intense fight that was taking place before his eyes. It didn't take long for the battle to be over. Raven had clearly won this one and this made the young slayer proud. She strode towards her injured guild master and put forward her hand in order to help her get up, "You did a good job." She helped Raven back into the pantry where all the restaurant staff was. They all seemed rather terrified. Riley helped Raven sit on the chair kept at the side and walked back out to see all the thugs gone. Even the one she had defeated were not there. "Looks like they learned their lesson."

The young mage closed the pantry door and a moment of silence passed as neither the mages nor the staff present there spoke. Riley was rather anxious to hear what was to be said, because of the destruction caused by them. "Thank you." These two words made the female look at the manager, who was the speaker. "Thank you so much, now I know that they will never even think about coming here ever again." He flashed a smile, a genuine one, to which the female smiled back, "But your restaurant.." He seemed to have guessed where she wad heading with this and spoke up before she could continue, "The place can be rebuilt, that's not an issue." The female, still did not feel at ease with this. Her hand unwillingly rose and scratched the back of her neck as she remembered all the ice that was covering the place. It must now have melted and turned into water.

Raven groaned, rubbing the back of her head as the force of being thrown back had managed to give her quite a difficult headache coupled with the feeling of wanting to throw up. She regretted having eaten some bread for breakfast that day. She had wolfed it all down without properly chewing because she was running late. Raven's hand slowly moved from the back of her head to her stomach where she started to slowly rub the flat, fabric covered surface with her fingers. She hated being flung around from one place to another. Her body never adapted to it, although she had been thrown around before.

When she saw Riley's figure blocking the sunlight in front of her, she smiled and took her outstretched hand. Not exactly how she wanted her guild's pupil to see her like. She was hoping to make an impression by easily taking her opponent out and standing victorious over him like in those superhero comics. Well, it all turned out well in the end anyway.

"Thank you. You were great yourself," she praised her friend while letting herself be pulled up. "I can walk by the way," she chuckled when she found the worried glance Riley threw at her.

With Riley by her side, Raven walked back into the restaurant where she found the frightened faces of the restaurant owners and employees. She smiled at them before sitting down on a chair that, surprisingly, was not broken from all of the ruckus that took place that day.

"I don't think they will be coming back anymore. Since the mercenary mage they hired was defeated. It was quite obvious that they were only acting up under the shadow of that mage," Raven told the manager when she heard him thank them. Her shoulder was starting to hurt a little from having hit the tree but it wasn't uncomfortable enough to make her complain about it. "I'm sorry about the front porch. That one was my fault," she told them, smiling sheepishly as she slowly stood up.

"If you don't mind now, we would love to have something to eat. At least I would. I'm starving," She told the manager and laughter followed by the rush of footsteps were heard.

OOC: Ok this was a not so good post <.< But I was rushing! Sowwy!

As Raven mentioned food, a loud sound escaped Riley's stomach to which she sheepishly grinned. "Hehehe....Looks like I'm pretty hungry too." The staff then rushed to get something prepared for the two mages. Two female staff members walked towards Raven and the black haired female in order to treat their wounds. One of them smiled at Riley as she took out a small piece of cotton from the large medical kit. The dragon slayer watched as the female dipped the cotton in a brownish liquid before slowly rubbing the piece of soft cotton ball on Riley's cheek, which held the cut. As the medicine made contact with the wound, the  young slayer yelped at the sudden sting she felt. The woman standing in front removed the soft ball from her face and smiled sheepishly before once again putting it on the same spot. Riley could feel the sting but decided to show no reaction, she's been through worse.

All the black haired female's wounds were covered and she was feeling much at ease. The pain her body was in was now gone. The female grinned as the aroma of deliciousness hit her nostrils. She was on the verge of drooling. That fight had taken a lot from her and now she was starving, her stomach decided to let out another growl which Riley hoped went unnoticed by everyone. Sadly, that did not happen as she heard light chuckles from the chefs which caused her to pout slightly as her cheeks turned a light shade of red, hardly even visible.

Soon the food was prepared and Riley bounced like a child at she waited for her food to arrive. When it did, she gabbed the fork and knife and dug into the plate. At this point, she wouldn't be surprised if her purple eyes began to sparkle. The juicy taste of steak in her mouth made her want to fly. She had never before eaten something this good and she would always remember the taste. The plate was nearly empty, which saddened the female but nonetheless she continued to eat the rest until the staff kept bring more food and placing it on their table. The female could have sworn the food she was biting, would fall out of mouth.

Raven giggled as she watched Riley from the corner of her eyes. It was a weird yet fun day. She wasn't even expecting everything to turn out this way. Surprisingly, their client and his employers were all nice people that were willing to feed them even though they pretty much destroyed their restaurant. Their tables and chairs were scattered around. Most of them were broken and the remaining ones that weren't completely broken, were scratched and looked ugly. The cream colored fabric they used as curtains were torn and thrown around the room. The glasses were broken and the front porch was more or less completely destroyed. Raven sighed. It wasn't how she wanted to end things. She could have taken care of everything with minimum damage and yet, she had caused the owner more trouble than anything. She wanted to apologize but they looked happy and content as it was. She guessed that the thugs had caused them enough problem to actually overlook the destroyed state of their restaurant. Either way, Raven decided it was time she became a proper adult. She didn't want to cause this sort of damage anymore.

She thanked the girl that came to treat her wounds and sat still as she ran a ball of cotton covered in medicine over her cuts. Raven wasn't seriously injured. She had small cuts on her arms and shoulders. Her back hurt from the rough impact it had with the branch of a tree but nothing was broken, to her relief. She finally turned to Riley when the food arrived. "Eat up. You did a good job by the way. I'm glad Sabertooth has members like you, Riley. It's good to know I can still count on people if something happens to me," She told her as she started cutting into a piece of meat with her knife. Everything considered, it was a good day. It was sad that it would end soon, though. "You can go back to the guild before me, Riley. I have to run some errands on the market nearby," She informed Riley and wolfed her food down before hurriedly getting up. She bowed politely towards the manager and everyone before waving and running off.

What Raven said came rather as a shock to the female. She wanted Riley to go to the guild without her. The black haired mage was confused as to why Raven wanted to go to the market but ignored it and smiled before nodding, "All righty boss." The female grinned before turning to the manager and the staff, "Thanks a lot. The food was great and we really appreciate it." These people seemed nice and offered the mages food despite the fact that the two females almost destroyed the restaurant they worked so hard to build. A gush of guilt ran through her body and got her thinking. maybe she shouldn't accept the reward. Riley felt a hand on her shoulder, which made her look at the the person who had placed it. It was the same woman who treated the slayers wounds, "Don't worry, you're not to blame. We knew that the restaurant would get destroyed in these goons showed up altogether. That's why we called you, so that this thing gets over once and for all. Now they won't bother us anymore and we can rebuild the restaurant and have a fresh start."

Those words made the young girl smile. "Well, glad to be of service." And with the last goodbye and collecting her reward, she and raven left the building, then parted ways. The female mage walked along the streets of Hargeon with her pet wolf, feeling happy, after helping someone. This job was one of the weirdest yet the most enjoyed job she had gone on. She soon reached the train station from where she would board the train that would take her back to the Sabertooth guild hall. Sounds easy, but not for the black haired female. Riley has motion sickness which is her greatest enemy. Her face scrunched up as she deeply sighed. It was either the train or a walk, which would take quite a lot of time. The train was her best option. Internally groaning, she boarded the dreadful train and tried her best not to puke her guts out. It amazed her how she managed to survive. The train came to a halt and she was the first one to jump out, and then headed back to the Sabertooth guild hall.

The sky was turning golden when Raven stepped out of the restaurant. She gazed up at it for a long time before walking away with a sigh. She had lied when she said she had an errand to run. In all honesty, she had wanted to go to the nearby park that she once went with Kuroe. Ever since her dear pet disappeared, Raven had been searching for it wherever she went and she had made it a point to visit places that she had visited with him before. She had hoped that he would jump out of nowhere and make fun of Raven for not being able to find him. So far, the violet haired woman has had no luck in the department. She had searched place after place, traveling to wherever Kuroe was more likely to go. She missed her friend like no other. In the end, she decided she would visit the park too.

Her feet automatically took her to the place. It was as if her body remembered the place more than her which made it easy for her to get to her destination. She hoped Riley had made it back to the guild safely when she decided to sit down on one of the swings. The park was empty. No trace of Kuroe anywhere. "I wish you would just come back, Kuroe," Raven sighed and got up. There was no point in waiting in the park for longer. Kuroe was obviously not going to show up. Was he alright? The last time she saw him was when he was being carried off by the crow guardian. What was the meaning of that? He was heavily wounded at the time too. Was he still alive? Why had she not heard a word about him? So frustrating.

She decided to walk towards the train station. She believed it was time she returned to the guild and started going through her paperwork again. All she can do now was wait anyway. Kuroe would definitely show up again someday. Defenitely. He can't stay away from Raven for too long. That's all she could believe in now.
