    Job Details:

Sinali had recently developed a new secondary magic after losing Perry. A magic she had been yearning to test and it just so happened that she'd found a job that would be ideal for her tests. On top of that she had done some research onto the people who requested it and it turned out that they were associated to the Tarot group. It was a perfect way to get some positive credit with them so that she could get close to its leaders. At that point in time she would wipe them all out and her vengeance against her years of slavery would be complete. Of course, she would take her time and eventually, yes eventually she would hear their screams.

What was the job? Well, it was quite an interesting one. She was to kill a politician, but rather than a simple asssasination or an accidental death it had to be big and public. On top of that the death had to be attributed to her guild and not to the organization that hired her. An interesting quirk, but one that suited her perfectly. After all, she wanted to test her new magic and it wasn't exactly subtle.

She stood atop a building at the edge of Capital City Crocus. Her information told her that an event would be happening which would not only include the target, but also some his closest political allies. It would also be shown live on lacrima vision across the nation. Of course, security would be tight at such an event, but there was nothing that said she couldn't sneak in and then let loose was there?

She dropped down from the roof landing in a roll. Slowly she began to walk through the town keeping to the shadows for now. She thought about the Garm as she walked. They would be hiding somewhere, watching her. She now had command of stronger Garm than ever before. Still, the fact she couldn't detect them at all was very impressive. Where were they hiding? In the shadows? Beneath the ground? On the rooftops? Undetectable till summoned. Oh well, it didn't matter. They would be useful for her demonstration.

Of course, for her sneaking into a place wasn't difficult. She was able to alter the very structure of her dna and the aura of her magic making her almost impossible to detect. Mannerisms and the like could reveal her, but if she had some of their dna she could extrapolate that information from their genetic memory and thus she wasn't revealed as easily. As she walked she considered the DNA at her disposal. She had the DNA of a magic council member, but sadly he had died in the process of her acquiring it. The same could go for the body guard she had killed when stealing some information from them. Shard was her name. She had the DNA of some others as well like Harrigan. It seemed like most of her disguises would not be useful in this situation. However, she did have one that might work. It was one she had only gained recently. She hadn't had a chance to test it out, but perhaps it could be used today. Unless of course something had happened to them. It was her best shot at sneaking in disguised as someone else. However, it wouldn't work if they were already present. In order to do this effectively she would need to know who was in there and how they were positioned. She had a few ways to do that.

She could go invisible and sneak in to scout it out first hand. She could also detach her eye and control it remotely to scout out the area. Both seemed like interesting choices. However, the eye would stand out too much and the invisibility wouldn't be too much fun. That left a third option. A rather interesting option that she could do now that she couldn't before. It was time to unleash one of her summons. She leapt atop a building by quickly wall jumping using her incredible strength. Then she raised her hand in the direction of the building in which the conference was being held.

You better watch out. You're gonna die.
You're gonna shout and i'm telling you why.
Mr. Spook is coming to town.

Her hand tore open revealing a black eye from which a figure in a purple cloak tore. It stood there for a moment before its red single eye transformed into a mouth and spoke.

"What would you ask of Mr.Spook Mistress??" it said and then its mouth returned to an eye.

"Mr.Spook go find out who is in there to play with." Sinali requested. The entity nodded and flew off going straight through objects. Mr.Spook was completely intangible. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to go invisible. However, he could hide inside walls and objects quite easily. Things were going to get very interesting quite soon.

The lone specter floated silently away fazing through objects as if they were nothing. He slowly approached the target area keeping to the shadows so as no to be spotted. Due to his low magic output it was incredibly unlikely that he would be spotted. He was an ideal stealth summon for scouting. His eye briefly turned to a mouth again, grinning in anticipation, before fading into the ground and moving through it and into the building. To his surprise the building had a basement. A potential entry point for Sinali via use of one of her other spells was the message it transported back to Sinali. Guard presence in this underground area was minimal and it was very dark so hard for Mr.Spook to be spotted. It floated behind one of the guards as they walked up the stairs. It whipped round suddenly, but the summon was nowhere to be seen. He had quickly faded into the wall. This was a strategy Sinali had transmitted to him via telepathy. The way to make them less hesitant about taking on extra guards was to make them nervous. However, that nervousness needed to remain a mere strange feeling with no concrete evidence to support it otherwise a new guard turning up might be too suspicious.

The summon floated on and eventually came into the main room. It was still being set up, but the guard presence was quite strong. Mr.Spook in the floor, only his eye showing and only barely. He glanced about noting the guards. None were the rune knight whose appearance Sinali had stolen. That was good. The fact that the event had begun yet was also good. It gave Sinali time to get in and prepare. From Mr.Spook's count there were around 10 guards each armed with a sword and shield. What's more they didn't appear to be magical in anyway. In fact, there was no rune knight presence at all. That solidified Sinali's entry plan in her mind. Why wouldn't the magic council send a representative of its rune knights to help deal with any magical trouble. A group would be more likely, but perhaps she could play it off as her being quite an impressive rune knight. She considered the idea and nodded commanding Mr.Spook to continue with his interference. It was time to begin the next part of her plan.
