The words he spoke were too convoluted and embellished in their self-righteousness and arrogance for him to realize that the entirety of what was left of Tartarus following him into a suicide mission was entirely unreasonable. Proof that the man did not know as much about the world around him as he portrayed. He had come onto the scene with a pet tiger. Or lion. Lyserg didn't care enough for Yugi to give the creature made out of fire a significant glance. There was something bothering him. Just opposite from the destroyed city council there was a pile of rubble he had destroyed seconds before.
Walking towards Yugi who was standing in the path of his intended direction, Lyserg didn't pay him a gaze. Summoning a second entity, a snake as Yugi proudly proclaimed in an excessive tone, his words sounded threatening. To Lyserg, it was laughable that he thought he was able to toy with him to any extent, really. But he wouldn't bother. He was not important anymore. Just as Lyserg brushed past Yugi, he gave him a glare. "Your voice... is incredibly annoying. Do what you please, I won't stop or support you. You do no matter to me anymore."
With that said, Lyserg swung his hand in the air and summoned one of his mightiest spells. Ruin. The final version. An invisible film of magic expanded outwards, starting to eat away everything it came into contact with. As the earth below Lyserg's feet started to turn into dust, the air seemingly becoming thinner, structures and rubble in his way visibly vaporizing into the smallest dust particles, his feet carried him to a silent voice. It was weak, but there was something about its tone that drew the guildmaster in. As Ruin sat in its maximum range, even all of Yugi's creatures would simply vaporize into thin air, becoming nothing, rotting away before his Time Magic. Of course, it was impossible to know just what he had done. His control over magic was so evenly spreaded, so masterfully executed, so expertly adjusted that he was able to hide its nature under a film of pressure that didn't allow anyone's sensory to read its detail. There was magic, but that was it.
Approaching a pile of rubble under which a woman had been caught, Lyserg slowly but evenly made the rubble into dust. Standing just an arm's distance away, he had knelt down to the black-haired dame whilst the rest of the building he had destroyed moments before vanished. "Tell me, woman: Who are you?" He asked in a gentle, somewhat silent tone. It was unusual. She didn't seem Fioran. Nor familiar. But there was more than her meek aura that caught his attention. It was unlike him to not be able to pinpoint just what exactly was bugging him.
