Post by Janneline Ariel 24th August 2014, 2:53 am

Calm, slow day it was in the Savage Skull guildhall. The halls, as always, were dead silent, and only the ocassional passing of a member of the guild caused the silence to break for a split second. But after the steps of the member passing by faded, everything went back to its usual silent state. A small gust of wind caused the shadows in a small room move slightly, as if pushed by the wind... wait, what? Shadows move? Not even close to that. What easily was mistaken with a shadows, was a figure; a human figure. Judging by the height of the person, and the way the cloak it wore was falling around its body, the person was a girl: either a not really old one, or a not really tall one. With a sigh, the girl moved one step backwards from the place she stood earlier; the Request Board, her hand gripping a piece of paper. Not a piece, well, a job request. Bringing it closer to her face in order to read it better at the dim light that was litting the room, a small, really hard to notice smile spread on the face of the girl.

'' The job is a challenge, isn't it? You only smile when the job you are going on is an actual challenge.'' A voice called out from the other corner of the room. A small, pink cat sat next to the open window, playing with a leaf that he held with his small, yellow paws. It was not smiling, unlike the cloaked figure, but was frowning. The cat had it perfectly clear that if this job was a challenge, then the cloaked girl would never take him on it. Turning around slowly, with elegance and grace, the cloaked figure pulled her hood over her eyes tighter, although her small smile was still visible. A small nod was all that the cat needed, so he simply turned back to playing with his leaf, hoping that his master would be able to deal with this job, and come back safe and sound.

Without another word, the cloaked figure left the room at fast pace, filling the hallways with the annoying, or rather refreshing noise of metal boots hitting the ground. Finally, arriving at the room she was looking for, the girl took her hand up, and knocked slightly, hoping that the girl she was willing to meet and take on thisjob with her, was around, and willing to come on the job. A smile spread on the face of the cloaked girl as she thought of her possible job partner. Sinali. One of the Savage Skull Pillars, and, most possibly, one of the more famous members, possibly. It would be a real challenge, a real adventure to go for on a job with the ''Undead Queen'' of Savage Skull, and this was the main reason why Janneline Ariel had chosen her as a job partner for this job. She wanted to see if all the rumors going around about the girl were true, and most important of all, see the strength of one of her guildmates, so that she could know... Just in case.

Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline Empty Re: Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline

Post by Bass 24th August 2014, 3:28 am

Sinali had been busy working on some new lacrima designs. These were top secret lacrima that she hoped to use in her plans for mass extinction and genocide. Soon only those she deemed worthy would survive. Unfortunately, despite her vast knowledge of the subject and the knowledge she had gained from eating some people she was still not 100% ready to finish the design. As such these were merely experiments. It was strange, but only when working with lacrima did Sinali seem more than a child in terms of intellect. "Etherion must be triggered by lacrima. So must Jupiter. So must the other weapons the magic council possess. " she murmured. "They are mass destruction lacrima, but they just destroy an area. There is no focus. No way of targeting who is eradicated. There must be a way to build such a weapon that targets only a certain group or groups." She considered this point for a few moments and was about to make a slight incision into the lacrima. With luck that would be what was needed to do what was needed. She reached forward with her hand slowly and surely.

However, it was at that point she heard a knock on her door and raised her eyebrow. Who would be brave enough to knock on the door? And who would be foolish enough to interrupt her work. Well, perhaps no-one had known what she was working on. It was meant to be secret after all. She shrugged and snapped her fingers. The lacrima tools retracted into the floor leaving the room seemingly empty except for the bones and rotten flesh around the room. It smelled so beautiful to her though others might disagree. Few seemed to appreciate the smell of death. It was a shame really, but one day all who survived would appreciate it. That or suffer at her displeasure.

"Come in." Sinali said sitting upon a throne made of bones. She was truly the undead queen. She wondered who it would be? One of her pillar members perhaps? Or someone else? Why would they disturb her at all? For a whim? To prove their bravery? To ask her a question? Or to ask for her help. Her interest was certainly peeked. As she sat there on her throne she beckoned with her mind and Perry came down to twirl herself around her. Perry was a large butterfly worm that was her pet and companion. It further added to the fearsome appearance. Fear was something she instilled in many. It was a weapon as much as her sword, as much as her fists, as much as her magic. With enough fear people would not even try to attack her. They would run instead. Perhaps a world of people who feared her rather than wiping out them all?

No, that would not suit her. They had caused her to suffer for what she was not who she was. They had tried to kill her. They had tried to break her. Now she would break them and kill them. They would all die for what the world had done to her. Only those worhy would remain alive.

Post by Janneline Ariel 24th August 2014, 5:17 am

Opening the door cauteousely, slowly, as Janna had no idea what awaited her behind the door, and if Sinali was in a good mood. Janna was suspicious that Sinali might not be the type of... people? That liked to be disturbed while they are doing something... For the love of Nyx, Janna herself hated people who disturbed her while she was working, so she was suspicious that the Undead Queen might throw her out or attack her without warning. But Janna was sure of one thing, at least: She wouldn't kill her. Harrigan wouldn't be really happy if one of his B Ranked members suddenly died, would he? Oh well, nobody could never know, mostly with Harrigan, but then again, Janna was pretty convinced he was not willing to lose a member, and definetly not a pillar. Shaking her head to free it from thoughts, Janna opened the door fully and glanced around the room slightly, her eyes under the cloak widening quite a lot.

The place was full with dead bodies, viscera, and everything one could imagine that was related with death. Sinali was sitting on a throne of bones, a butterfly worm with her, obviously enforcing the vision she wanted people to get of her: the vision of her as the Undead Queen. Janna, so stunned by what she saw and what she smelled, lost the ability of speech for a second. And it was really, really bad for her, as she could smell the smell that came from the room with much more force than any regular human, thanks to her enhaced senses. She had to talk to Sinali quick and walk away from the room as fast as possible, or this would haunt her forever... And she was talking not only about the sight of the room. Had she began regretting the decision of asking Sinali to come on a job? No. Janneline Ariel was far too prideful to regret things, as it would make it seem as if she was wrong, and she hated being wrong.

Shaking her head slightly, she bowed in front of Sinali slightly, hoping that this small, insignificant gesture would loosen up a bit Sinali's bad mood, if she was in a bad mood, or annoyed. Quickly, she got up back to her normal position and took out a hand out of her cloak, pulling her hoodie tightly over her eyes. Clearing her throat softly, silently, only for her to hear, Janna focused on Sinali, trying to ignore the dead bodies around. '' Good Evening, Sinali. I sincerely hope that  I didn't annoy you by interrupting... whatever you were doing.'' Janna said, glancing for a second at the dead bodies suspiciously. '' You surely are wondering why I am bothering you at this late hour of the evening. I was wondering if you would like to accompany me on a job in the Haunted Village... I was expecting that your company in this job might make it slightly more fun, than it would be, if I went alone.'' Janna explained, her voice silent, calm, formal. Nothing outside the standarts. She gripped the paper tight under her cloak, awaiting Sinali's reaction, or possible acceptance to go on the job with her guildmate, or even more possible refusal.

Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline Empty Re: Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline

Post by Bass 24th August 2014, 7:54 am

It seemed that the person to visit was none other than the Pillar of Dancing Blades herself. A woman more often known as Janneline Ariel. Sinali watched her as she entered. It seemed the sight and smell of the room had stunned the pillar for a few moments. An interesting response. Most were repulsed, but physically stunned was a rarity that she had only seen from slayers. So it seemed that she must possess slayer magic of some kind. Interesting to say the least. That made two pillars that were slayers of some kind to her knowledge. Her good friend Splashy, also known as Aedre, and now Janneline who didn't have a nickname yet. She likely would by the end of this job. One of the few people who didn't so far was Sin simply because his name was already so short. She had a few ideas on his account, but most names weren't exactly her style. Her names tended to be childish and insulting, but slightly clever at the same time. That was not important though. What was important was this meeting here and now and the reason for it.

The undead queen watched as the Pillar of Dancing Blades bowed to her and then spoke. She said nothing listening closely. What was interesting was that the woman seemed to think Sinali had been occupied with the bodies. It was possible, but she generally didn't mind people seeing her eat. Now if she'd been interrupted properly whilst working on her lacrima, if the woman had just barged in, then Sinali would of been pissed. The project was meant to be secret after all. She suspected that Harrigan might know of it to some extent if not all the details.

Sinali rose to her feet and gestured to Perry who flew off and began to eat one of the corpses. "So you want to pway with me?" she asked innocently and in a truly child like fashion. A mission in the haunted village. Se had not heard of such a thing. Then again she hadn't really been paying attention to the job boards recently. She had been focused entirely on her lacrima. She hadn't even left the room properly for a few days. She didn't need to eat, or sleep or use the bathroom. Even if she did need to eat she had plenty of food for her in here. "What's the game?" By that she meant what's the job. This wasn't 100% play acting. She was still a child after all, even if she was a bizarre super powerful one. Still, some of it was acting. The difficult part was working out what was and what wasn't. She never made things easy. After all, that would be no fun at all.

Perry meanwhile was feasting on flesh, reducing it to bone. Despite this she was paying attention 100%. She wasn't sure whether Sinali would want her company on this mission or not. Still, she was quite intrigued by the fact that Janneline knew how to speak to someone like Sinali. The description of Fun in the job was definitely a winning line. Sinali was all about fun jobs and it being in the haunted village made it extra interesting.

Post by Janneline Ariel 25th August 2014, 4:40 am

Janna watched the girl with interest. Janna had heard of the fame of this girl, but yet again, she was acting like a child. Sinali, seemed to have died a child, when she was 8-9 years old, and has kept some of her innocence, maybe? Even Janna didn't understand this. Maybe she was acting, maybe she wasn't She owuld get to see that in their job, as it seemed that Sinali was interested enough to come with Janna, or well, so it appeared. She might ditch her right away, and now she could be just playing with Janna. But people could never know, as it was Sinali, after all, the Pillar that Janna saw as the most unexpected. In one moment, she could be really nice with Janna, and in the other, she could try to kill her. This is why Sinali was so perillous.

'' Well Sinali, as I mentioned, the job is in the Haunted Village, very near to the Scary Forest. People say its settled in the very foot of the Phoenix Mountains, so we won't get lost. Anyways, what our job consists of, is that we have to stop Werewolves from destroying the village and murdering its habitants. We are not allowed to kill the werewolves, sadly, as they are villagers too, although transformed and... blood thirsty. We just have to stop them, knock them out at most.'' Janna explained, taking her hand out of the cloak and handing the job paper to Sinali, while her eyes kept darting off to what she supposed was the pet of the girl, which was occupied eating the flesh of dead bodies... It was engrossing, but Janna was not going to show any signal of being affected in any way by this sight now. '' Do you see now why I want you to come on this job with me? If one goes alone it not only is quite deadly... but no fun at all as well. So I expected that you could come with me... and make this game a bit more interesting.'' Janna finished, smiling.

The ReEquipper awaited the oppinion of the Undead Queen, leaning against the doorframe, her smile perfectly visible, not hidden by anything. It was going to be a fun, interesting night, if Sinali came.

Post by Bass 25th August 2014, 9:51 am

No killing. Now that was dissapointing to some extent. However, if you considered things the werewolves were not human. If anything they might class as undead. They were on the 'might survive' list for when Sinali began to wipe out all life on the planet. In truth, they were one of the few things on that list. She noted through her one open eye as she took the paper that Janneline kept looking at Perry and her feasting. It was perhaps something not everyone would find appealing, but it seemed rather than repulsed her fellow pillar was quite engrossed. That was interesting. She also genuinely seemed dissapointed that she would not be able to kill the werewolves. She read over the job request a few times. "Who gets the sparkly?" she asked curiously. There was said to be only one that was handed out and thus they had to decide who would get it should they succeed. The answer might determine whether Sinali came or not. Truthfully, she wasn't that interested in such an object. She had her own ways of becoming more powerful, but it might be useful for her experimentation. It was not so much an answer of 'Sinali or Janneline' that Sinali was waiting for. No, instead it was how the answer was phrased. Would Janneline try to persuade Sinali to come by offering it to her or would she try to take it for herself claiming some excuse as to why she should get it over Sinali.

SHe'd had buisness in the spooky forest herself recently, a few vulcan exterminations, so she knew the area fairly well. She considered what to do. The mission held interest for her. It did not suit her style as much because it was a mission that involved not killing. However, it would be an interesting exercise to some extent. A good test of her control and a good test of her power. It was true such a mission would be almost suicide solo simply for one reason: You were holding back and your enemies weren't. That made things a lot harder. A person to cover your back would be useful. "I'll play." Sinali said finally accepting the job and rose to her feet. Without making any gesture at all Perry came over and hovered next to her. "How are we getting to the playground?" It would be an interesting experience to say the least working with another pillar. She had worked with Aedre, but she had not worked with the others. She would need to work with them at some point to decide if they lived or not.

Post by Janneline Ariel 27th August 2014, 3:14 am

Janna wondered for a minute or so what did Sinali refer to as '' The Sparkly''. Then it hit her. The necklace, of course. There was a necklace mentioned in the job, that made the user more powerful or restored the user's health, vitality or magic. It did seem like an interesting little helpfull artifact to hsve, mostly seeing as Janna would need it a lot, as she lost tons of her health and magic, sacrificing them in order to activate hidden abilities in her armors. Sadly, she had the feeling that if she said she'd keep the necklace, Sinali would decline coming, which she could not afford, and besides, it would seem excessively rude to say that. As if Janna was proclaiming herself the leader or something, which was terribly ridiculous.

'' Oh, the necklace? You can keep it.'' Janna said with a small smile, pulling the hoodie of her cloak tighter over her eyes, waiting for Sinali to decide what would happen now. And finally, upon hearing the decision of the Undead Queen, Janna smiled and stopped Leaning on the doorframe, stretching a bit, getting ready for what would be a nice, nice job with a guildmate. Something in her interior, though, told her that it would be far from a fun job. She had a really, really, really bad feeling. But she had to shake that off, as it possibly was just her mind joking around with her. ''Well... I actually hired a carriage that i waiting for us outside. Let's go, shall we? We don't want to arrive late, after all the Lycans are gone, now, do we?'' Janna asked, motioning towards the stairs that led to the hall of the guild, then to the exit, where a small carriage waited for the two Savages.

"No...you may keep it on one condition." Sinali said as they headed out towards the carriage. Sinali did not need it, but the option to study such an object was to great to pass up. "That I can use it for my research on occasion." She would not explain what research nor how often she would want to borrow it. She merely stated exactly what she wanted. It would be interesting to see if this woman, her fellow pillar, would be willing to argue the point or try to press it on Sinali. Ah, psychological games were fun sometimes. She preferred more physical games, but this would do for the journey. She did not beckon Perry, but the large insect came and when they reached the carriage it perched atop and lay there silently chewing a bloody arm it had taken from Sinali's quarters.

When they did leave the room Sinali had turned and placed her hand on the closed door. Instantly lacrima had lit up, if only briefly, and then the door seemed to exude a magical aura. Nobody would be entering her room unless they were powerful enough to break the magic or new enough about lacrima to make a disruption one like she had on a recent mission. Lacrima were her second favourite toys.

Once they were inside the carriage Sinali sat there her eyes closed. Her right eye, for the entirity of the time they had been speaking, had remained closed and now Sinali had closed them again. It was almost as if she was napping. It certainly looked like it. Breathing to her was a habit more than a necessity and sleep she only allowed to see her dreams which often came with good ideas. Her breathing had slowed as she closed her eyes. It truly did appear that she was napping. In reality this was another game. Would Janneline be brave enough to speak? Would she be smart enough to see through the ruse? Ah, what fun playing with unknown entities could be.

Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline Empty Re: Shine Like the Moon! | Job | Sinali & Janneline

Post by Janneline Ariel 28th August 2014, 5:51 am

Janna sat silently in the carriage and looked at Sinali. The girl, upon getting into the carriage, sat down and closed her eyes, and her breathing had slowed down slightly. This girl was a true mystery, both psychologically and physically. She was dead, but she was still breathing? Did she need to breath or was it just, habit? She seemed to have fallen asleep, but how? Did undead people fall asleep too, did they need to sleep? Did they get tired, like everyone else? Certainly, Sinali was an enigma, and Janna liked understanding everything. She hoped that on this job, she would finally understand what was going through the mind and the body of this little Undead Child, and mostly, see her powers, understand what she does, and can do.

The bad feeling Janna had didn't go away, though. She looked out of the window for a second, and noticed they were already approaching the Haunted Village. Biting her lip, she noticed that a perfect full moon had arisen, meaning that the Lycans should be in action already. Janna had one of her hands on the seat, ready to take out a weapon from her pocket dimension, when suddenly, the carriage stopped, as it seemed something was trying to turn it over. Janna quickly jumped on her feet, her cloak falling around her perfectly. She opened the door quickly, and saw a figure, a big figure watching her, trying not to scream in surprise, Janna backed away until she hit the opposite wall of the carriage and looked at Sinali. '' Rise and Shine, Sina, we have problems here!'' She said, trying to keep her usual calm and cool. It was fighting time.

Quickly arraging herself, returning to her calm, cool, levelheaded self, Janna mover her hand to the pink button on her clok, in her neck area, and pressed it slightly with her finger, a small ''Click'' was heard, and the pink button separated from the golden hold, making Janna's cloak fall to reveal her entirely, wearing the Robe of Yuen, as usual. The cloak fell into the girl's hand, and she took it, a golden magic circle appearing in her hand, and her cloak dissapearing, going into her pocket dimension. Meanwhile, Janna, ready for fight, put  her hand on the wall, ready to take out a weapon quickly if the beast decided to enter their carriage and attack the two pillars.

Sinali was not asleep, but with her eyes closed she was not able to be aware of what was happening other than via sound and feeling. That and the sixth sense all mages possessed which was the sensing of magic power. It was such that Sinali was already on alert the moment the carriage stopped. She smiled and opened one of her eyes, the left one. Her right eye as usual remained close. It would do so until she was ready to become serious. She rose to her feet, a feat that was easy when you were the size of an eight year old, and looked out at one of the wolves. It seemed one had stopped the carriage, one was rocking it and the third was waiting for people to jump out into its claws. A strangely well thought out plan for beasts that was supposed to be out of control. Was this more human prejudice? Just because something didn't fit their world view they hated it. Particularly if others of it kind had shown themselves as beasts before. Sinali had been nice enough, but she was undead and people had persecuted her and even tried to re-kill her. That was one of the reasons she would purge them. If they wanted her to be a monster then she would be, from the cradle to the grave if need be.

"Time to play." Sinali said simply with a grin and then kicked the locked carriage door with a double footed drop kick. The force of the kick was unbelieable and it was enough to break both the lock and the hinges sending the door flying straight into the waiting werewolf with Sinali right behind it. She leapt out and struck downwards with a powerful axe kick causing the door to split in two. The werewolf below was dazed by the force of the door hitting it and even more so from the second blow. It wasn't yet down enough to be considered 'out of the battle' but it would do for now. She smiled and turned to face the other two who appeared to be snarling in anger. Perhaps at the fall of their brethren or perhaps at the failure of their plan. Either way they were pissed at Sinali. She tilted her head going for the confused innocent look. She clearly had a face that said 'what have I done wrong?' One of the werewolves leapt atop the carriage, no longer rocking it, the other charged round. They were going for a double attack. "Pretty lady. Want to make things even?" That was her temporary nickname for Janna. IT wasn't ideal, but it would do until she could think of something more appropriate.

Those partaking in the current Shine of the moon job, it has come to our attention that the job had no word count. So from now on out we have added a 400 word count to the job. All previous post don't have to meet this requirement however all future post have to be 400 words or more.

"Well isn't this a quaint little job Eos tasked me with..."

Katherine was sitting down on a tree branch and was waiting patiently on the side of the road. Cup of tea in her hand, a bromance novel on her lap and now a chocolate chip cookie in her mouth. Upon looking at this pink haired woman you would think this forest was safe and there was nothing to worry about, but that was were you were wrong. The place was infested with werewolves, one of natures most predatorial creatures. So why wasn't she worried or scared? For one she was not stupid to go in the area in a carriage that put a giant bullseye on your head. Second of all she was downwind of the wolves making it harder for them to catch her scent. It was also being high up in the trees while the mountain had easier prey to catch that finalized her peaceful read.

One would wonder what Katherine was doing here, but the answer was simple. She was performing her job as an Angel, there was a mage by the name of Janneline Ariel that was using weapons and armor made by the god Hephaestus... Should be interesting to see how that Gods weapon held up against the Angel. Katherine did not question the God's and their political games, but instead did her job and enjoyed the Chaos that went with it. It was always fun breaking these self-proclaimed Godchilds, they were always so overconfident in their ability that their faith faltered when somebody bigger came their way. Somebody that represented the God's judgment and that person was the Dark Angel of Chaos herself.

Eventually the carriage arrived to the destination and Katherine quickly finished her tea. Bookmarking her page, she set it down and got off the tree as the carriage was being attacked. Suddenly the skies went black as the clouds started to cover up the full moon and the chaos of battle ensued. A lone pink haired figure emerged from the treeline, pulling a folded blade from her sleeve she walked towards the 2 Savage Skull Pillars The blade unfolded with a snap to show off the elegant design. The look of Katherines face was that of a smile, but not a happy one. It was that of someone that felt no regret, no remorse and no pity. It was the face of someone that already judged you as beneath her, but had to be dealt with anyways. She called out, "Janneline Ariel, you have failed Fiore and the Gods. It is time to pay for your sins with pain..." There was a ripple of chaos that altered the air, their powers would be slightly altered. The battle had begun...

...In the end though who was the truely evil one?

OOGC: Chaos Angel lineage replaces your lineage with whatever you roll on a lineage dice. Make sure you roll to see what randomness you get. :D

Post by Janneline Ariel 3rd September 2014, 10:32 am

With the dead silence around them, the blonde ReEquipper would find the wolf howls and grunts surrealistic and unreal. Janna, who before had a magic aligned to the beasts, had perfectly clear knowledge about most of the magical creatures and beasts that roamed through the lands of Fiore, and further than that, and she had always found Lycans the most repulsive and strange of them all. The way they acted was so beastly, often stupid. Their actions were often propulsed by their blood thirst, the same blood thirst which made them turn into merciless beasts, that often had clearly no common sense, although other beasts had. Shaking her head to clear her mind from thoughts, she sighed. She didn't need all that information right then. She just needed to know how to take them down without actually killing them.

Her attention though, was quickly drawn towards Sinali, who had kicked the locked door of the carriage, and not only had broken the lock, but had thrown the door away. This girl, for an Undead 8 Years old, had amazing strength, really. By seeing that, Janna guessed that her magic would have something to do with her incredible strength, and was already willing to see what this girl hid up in her sleeves. A small smile spread on the blondie's face as she looked back at the Lycans that were trying to attack them, but suddenly, the bad feeling that had hit her before, hit her once again. Something was certainly going wrong. Really wrong.

"Janneline Ariel, you have failed Fiore and the Gods. It is time to pay for your sins with pain..." A voice said, making Janna look around, as she could not understand from where did the voice come, whose voice was it? She shook her head, whoever this was, she, assuming it was a woman because of the voice, knew her name, knew her reputation and possibly, knew her origin. This was not good. Was this why she had been getting a bad feeling?

'' Hey! Who the hell are you?'' She yelled, worried that this might go wrong. Sinali and she would have to fight the Lycans, but if you added this mysterious person to the mix, which would most possibly go after Janna, things wouldn't go all that well for the Savage Skull members. Or most likely, it would go definetly bad for her. Really bad.

Post by Bass 4th September 2014, 2:11 am

Sinali had hit the werewolf hard. It was dazed, but just as she was about to begin her attack/defense, depending on your perspective, a new figure joined the fray speaking to Janneline. A strange sensation swept over Sinali. All of a sudden she felt physically weaker as if half her strength had gone. Her knowledge of a mage's body, particularly her own, was vast. She knew that her blood somehow doubled her strength. Now that feeling had gone. It was if the bloodline she had carried in her very DNA had somehow been changed. Yet that was not all. This person, this intruder into their game, had spoken of gods, sin and punishment. Holy people spoke like that. Priests spoke like that. Sinali hated holy people, especially priests. They had a tendancy to punish you just for existing. It was due to a priest trying to kill her that she began forming her plan. A priest was her first kill if she recalled correctly.

It was strange she had lost her power. She definitely didn't have her strength. Somehow though she felt strangely aware of things. She also felt like she was being watched, as if all her actions were being watched and manipulated. She felt like a puppet. She felt like everyone here was just a puppet. Well, she always felt like everyone else was a toy so a puppet wasn't much of a change. However, she now felt like it wasn't for her enjoyment and benefit, but for others. What the hell had her bloodline changed to? This wasn't a fair exchange for that strength. She felt uncertain. That was rare for her. Still, maybe this was just a rule in the game. Yes, that would be it.

"You changed my bloodline." Sinali said simply looking at the newcomer. There was curiosity in her tone. She had done something Sinali was trying to work out how to do with her magic. Yet the insight she had told her this wasn't magic. It was almost as if...coming into contact with this woman randomized things. Perhaps that was her bloodline. This woman's blood...it would be key to her understanding. She needed to eat her. "You look tasty...Pretty Lady can I break her?"

The wolves seemed confused at being ignored. They also seemed confused as to who they should be targeting. For a brief moment all three of them were safe, but it wouldn't last long.

Katherine Wickfield paused as everyone was looking at her, even the werewolves! This was just a tad bit awkward even for Katherine, because in just 1 move the entire game was stacked against her. Well wont this make the game fun then! The Angel of Chaos popped a bone in her neck in readiness, and stretched her right arm that had the blade in her hand. Then her clothing shifted as the white jacket and clothing disappeared for a second, but only replaced with a shining armor and the shield that was strapped to the arm. She was ready for combat, but hesitated for briefest of secods when she saw the child. What was she doing here? Wasn't it dangerous? Great now she had to not use most of her magic and make sure that she was safe...

And then the girl had to open her mouth and ask permission to eat her. Great...

Katherine spinned his blade into combat readiness position and told the target, "Just call me the God's personal fixer when theres unruly Fallen Angels, Demigods, Godlings or whoever annoys them. Honestly dear it's nothing personal, just my job." She took steps toward Janneline, ripples of energy seemed to flow. It was not magic however, but the essence of Chaos itself. It changed everything to how it wanted to play its Heavenly game on others and Kat felt darker. In fact the smell of death and blood coming from the child was smelling utterly pleasant right now... Chaos had a sense of humor giving her a demonic lineage. Next she would be given a lineage that would tell her to be some kind of dog. Yeah that would be the day when hell freezes over.

Katherine advanced, each footstep drew her closer to her target. Each footstep was bringing her closer towards combat that will define Janna's existance. Each footstep was taking her sweet time getting to Janna. It was because Katherine did not simply run into combat, but kept all her senses ready for any signs of attack. With a chuckle she stated, "Just a bit of chaos to change the rules of the game. Think of this world as the world as a chessboard and we are the pawns. And then theres people gambling on top on which side is going to win. o lets have a bit of fun on the twisted game known a life in all it's glory.~" She was still advancing, maybe next time hide closer to the treeline...

Post by Janneline Ariel 4th September 2014, 7:12 am

Janna watched the woman that, it appeared, had gained the attention of everyone present. Not only she had layed her eyes on the pink haired girl, but Sinali, and the werewolves, strangely, had done so as well. With every second that passed, with every word that left the girl's mouth, Janna got more, and more sure that this, was none less, than one of the twisted games of the gods. The more she thought about it, the more sense it made. The Gods had always been twisted, and liked playing with Humans and Demigods. It was their hobby, the way they spent their time. That's why Janna had always seen all of the gods as much more evil and twisted than the most twisted of the Savage Skull members.

With deadly calmness, Janna watched the girl straight into her eyes, while she kept her face expressionless, waiting. She glanced back at Sinali, whom's comment she had ignored earlier, and pulled her eyes back to the ''God's Personal Fixer''. Apparently, this girl played the role of an Angel; or was an angel, as Janna got a very unsettling feeling of Holyness coming from the girl. Gritting her teeth, she could not stop an annoyed Tch to escape her lips, as she remained still, her eyes moving onto the Werweolves, planning on how she could possibly beat both the Angel Girl and the Werewolves. Things were not settling in her favour, and this was crystal clear, but, Janna was not going to give up. For her, giving up was a show of weakness, so she would fight, participate in this small show that the gods had settled, until death, or until she won.

'' I don't know what twisted Games the Gods are playing again,'' Janna said, her voice calm, but loud and crystal clear. Crossing her hands over her chest, she sighed and watched the girl approach her slowly. '' And I don't care, to be honest. I am not planning on forming part of this show that they are pulling. I came here to work in peace, and really, right now, I am not doing anything that is illegal or twisted.'' Janna said, her red eyes switching from the werewolves to the girl. ''This is why I am asking you to walk away and leave us in peace now. If you, or the Gods, have any problem with me, It can be solved later on, in a proper battlefield.''

Janna knew perfectly, that this girl would not go away. If really she had any connection to the gods, and was sent by them, she wouldn't go until her task was finished. And in all honesty, she looked pretty stubborn, much like Janna herself, which meant that until she didn't do what she came for, she wouldn't walk away.

And her task, was to kill the Savage Skull member, much to Janna's annoyance.

Post by Bass 5th September 2014, 2:11 am

So these gods she served wanted to make the 'game' a little bit more interesting? That was something that Sinali could appreciate to some extent. I mean who wanted to play or watch a boring game? Though Sinali never really got much enjoyment out of watching games in comparison to playing them. It seemed though that this woman was truly only interested in Janneline. Sinali wasn't a target. She was an afterthought or an item making things more difficult for this strange woman. It was as she was pondering this that the werewolves decided to strike. They saw her, despite what she had done, as the weaker target. It was possible they sensed that she had lost some strength. Two on one wasn't exactly fair odds, but it didn't bother her too much. It just made her own game more fun.

The two wolves leaped at her, one from atop the carriage and one from the side. She leaped backwards herself using what strength she had in her legs. Thus the werewolf from atop the carriage sailed over her landing at the space she had just been and the other wolf barreled into it. Yet it seemed that the distraction caused by the arrival of this Angel had allowed the third wolf to recover enough to join in. SHe hadn't seen that one coming. She hadn't expected it to recover so quickly. It knocked her to the ground and pinned her there. Both arms were pinned to the ground and it bent down as if going to eat her head. In response she opened her own mouth wide and stuck out her tongue. A childish act to anyone watching who didn't know what she was capable of. Those that did would know what was coming.

The tongue rapidly extended and formed spikes. It split into three seperate tongues. One that went straight into its mouth cutting into it and the other two which wrapped around its arms and squeezed hard before lifting it into the air and chucking it at the other two wolves who were just getting up. Once more all three were on the ground. This time rather than letting them recover she wrapped a tongue around each, the tongues could extend to 50ft so there was plenty of tongue. Each was bound from neck to knee in the razorsharp spined tongue. She began to squeeze causing them to yelp in pain.

(Janna unless these die on your next post then another pack of these wolves will be summoned. Thats what it says in their description)

Katherine did not pause or hesitate, but continued her slow march towards the group. The girl trying to call off the Angel and it would have worked too if it were not for her past crimes. Katherine said, "Dear you are mistaken if anything that you say will change, but let me tell you something. In battle there is no honor, no rules of engagement or laws that govern it. It is utter chaos dear and it only cares about two things: victory or defeat." Katherine casual walk was at an end when it finally started to rain, the spell she was charging all this time finally reaching for its first climax. Rays of black lightning fell from the heavens to strike Janna, Sinali and the 3 Werewolves. Now the biggest predicament in this situation was Sinali tongue connecting herself to the 3 werewolves. If it hit while the wolves were connected, then this would be the energy of 4 lightning bolts coursing through all of their veins. If she disconnected in time then it would be individual damage. Regardless the spell was only a distraction to her true target: Jannaline Ariel.

The Dark Angel started to sing a song with the soothing angelic voice that she had, the battle had begun for her in all its chaotic glory. The song seemed to echo through the entire forest in its beauty, but the intent was deadly. They may simply not recognize it yet, but there was a plan behind the entire singing besides making her look insane. The Dark angel suddenly propelled at the speed of light, leaving behind a rainbow in his wake, and attempted to slash Janneline across chest. The swing was intended to slash her from her left shoulder and down her right abdomen. This would be a very painful strike from this blade unless she were to evade or block an attack at speed of light. And that was if she was not paralyzed from the lightning strike that came before it. The battle in Katherine's eyes seemed to be in her favor.

All the while Katherine was singing the song without stop. It was the death song, their requiem so to speak...

"I see a bad moon arisin'
I see see trouble on the way!
    I see earthquakes and lightnin'
    I see bad times today.

    Don't go around tonight!
While, it's bound to take your life.
There's a bad moon on the rise!"

OOGC: Human body is a conductor of electricity and thus does that that Sinali basically got Zapped by 4 B-ranked spells (Reduced because she is undead) since she basically is acting like a circuit between them? Is this the case then the wolves were just zapped for 4 A-ranks of damage.

Also dont forget to roll a 6 sided dice to see if your struck by lightning a second time (Roll 1 = Zapped again). Rolling 3 times to see if a wolf gets hit again at Sinali's turn (End of turn cycle)
