Not used to RPing Fairy Tail, actually my first real time ~_~_~_~, so yeah feel free to nerf the hell outta this and call it stupid and stuff lol, but yeah, if I'm far outta the ball park, can I get some guidance please?

Description: Storm Magic reaches out far and wide to grasp onto many elements of nature to manipulate to the casters will. These elements include, rain, not water, but rain, lightning and the thunder that comes with it, winds, cold, and the medium for majority of the spells, clouds. Storm Magic doesn't take grasp of all types of storms and only deals with the natural disasters found in the ocean, not things like blizzards and junk.
Lucas utilizes this magic, to generally relax. He more so sees it as a commodity and often lounges on calm white passive clouds. But beyond the obvious misuse of the magic, the male often takes advantage of its ability to blend in and also to come into existence quickly, ultimately trapping foes. With many clouds riddling the skies daily, for one it can be hard to locate the man if he is atop one, then second, they are so numerous a large portion of a battlefield can quickly become a dangerous area to lurk. But Lucas tends to favor the tactical use of this Magic, rather than the brute strength it has.

Strengths:
- Clouds alone are very versatile beings, then when charged with magic they have the ability to become solid to act as not only defenses, but offenses. Also fun to ride and drift on.
- The many elements storms itself have control of are vast enough to create a potent arsenal of many attacks, both blatantly powerful and tactically practical.
- Vision Impairment: Just the simple presence of a cloud alone can be a nuisance, given its ability to impair vision.
Weaknesses:
- Wind: No matter if the clouds are solidified or not and even though the Magic has access to the element, Wind is a universal weakness to all Storm Spells, except for water based ones.
- Clouds must be present for most Magic to work, for with no clouds there are no storms, though the user can conjure some up, if the opponent can easily stop Lucas from doing so or keep destroying them . . . taadaaah.
- Lightning: This element claims the advantage over the water based spells this magic uses.
- MP Consuming: The cloud is the base of a lot Storm Magic and to execute the spells the user most always have one at their disposal, so they constantly have to use MP to create more clouds, after using them up.
Abilities/Powers:

Wet: This is when the individual in question has been soaked in water, may it be their clothes or even their skin, via absorbing water. Lightning spells now count as two spells when struck ie: D-Rank hits a Wet person, they take D-Rank+D-Rank damage. Paralysis is also extended by one post.
- Paralyzed:
Paralysis: By overflowing the body with electrical voltage, the muscles contract and go into a locked state. Dependent on the rank of the user.- When struck by a lightning spell, that's effectiveness triumphs the individual in questions rank they are paralyzed for 1 full post and they have their movement speed reduced by half for 3 post. Afterwards they have fully recovered.
- If equal or lower in rank then they their movement speed reduced by 50% for 3 post.
These effects of reduced speed can stack if continuously struck, though paralysis may not be extended.
Those that are two ranks or higher than Lucas are exempt from these effects and only suffer a 25% Speed reduction for one post from being struck.- When struck by a lightning spell, that's effectiveness triumphs the individual in questions rank they are paralyzed for 1 full post and they have their movement speed reduced by half for 3 post. Afterwards they have fully recovered.
- Blind:
Blind: Roots from looking into lightning bolts from Storm Magic. This person must be at least within 5m of the lightning bolt and facing it. If the person is even 5.0000001 meters away, they have avoided the ailment.- Causes 30% blindness for one post, then 25% blindness for 1 post afterwards.
- Causes 30% blindness for one post, then 25% blindness for 1 post afterwards.

Name: Cloud
Rank: D
Type: Storm, Supplementary
Description: This spell conjures up to five clouds, may they be white and innocent or dark and stormy. They typically emerge from the palms of Lucas' hands, or his mouth, but for comical purposes he sometimes will birth them from his ears, nose, or even pores. For remote spawning, but requiring noticeable water moisture to be present in the air, Lucas can spawn clouds from up to 15m away from himself. Rather than creation, he can also use this to take control of preexisting clouds that are overhead in the troposphere.
Each cloud can amount to a maximum of 8ft in length, and 5ft in width and height. They can be fused together into one and only function to carry Lucas, provide visual obstruction, and for comical relief. They are soft to the touch and though they are solid in this state they have no real combat value. Movement speed is up to 40mph and can be freely manipulated to ascend to a height slightly above natural clouds.

Name: Prep

Type: Storm, Offensive, Defensive, and Supplementary
Description: This is used on a cloud or clouds to solidify and arm them into beings that no have combat use. May they be condensed into makeshift weapons like a sword or just hardened and used as giant blunt weapons, regardless they are now prepared for more obvious combat use. Movement speed lowered to 30mph when freely manipulating, but damage inflicted while mounted is increased a rank due to enhanced speed and momentum. Can be used to effect five clouds at once, regardless if they were made by Lucas or are natural clouds and this arming of the clouds is also notable in a slight crackle of lightning on their bodies, though it is harmless.
This spell acts as a status effect on clouds and once a spell is used through the clouds -similar to Bolt or Deluge- the status of being Prepped is over.
Strengths: *Prepares clouds for immediate combat. *Gives Clouds defensive value *Highly versatile. *Can be used remotely on the clouds in the Troposphere *Visual Hindrance
Weaknesses: *slows clouds movement speed *can only affect five clouds in a use regardless of how many are in play *Others are alerted of the change due to the faint lightning crackling on the cloud *Only gives each cloud one use for parent spells.

Name: Bolt

Description: Requires use of Prep before hand. This spell exudes a single bolt of lightning from a cloud that has been charged. The bolt of lightning can extend to up to 20m and has little to no destructive power on terrain, instead its effect is more noticeable when it hits the body of an organism. At the least the if hit the target will be stunned for a moment(not a whole post), suffer second degree burns on the afflicted area, and also take an appropriate amount of raw damage(2 D-Ranks per bolt)
Strengths: *Causes raw damage *Causes a stun *Has the ability to cause Blind *Two uses for cost of one
Weaknesses: *Wind Magic *requires a cloud or the Cloud spell *Requires Prep to have been done on the cloud. *Takes away clouds Prep status

Name: Deluge

Description: This spell births a powerful spout of water from a cloud, either in the form of just spraying water or actual rain like downpour. This spell takes up the use for the cloud dispelling it after use. If used as a spout the water can reach up to 20m and moves at 25mph. It only has push back power and can't actually cause immediate damage to someone.
Strengths: *Causes "Wet" Debuff *Push back effect *Setup for further attacks *Two Uses for cost of one spell
Weaknesses: *No immediate combat effectiveness *Uses up clouds Prep phase *requires a cloud or Cloud spell to be used

- C-Rank Spells:
Name: False Darkness
Rank: C-Rank
Type: Storm, Offensive
Description: This Spell creates a cloud that is already Prepped for use, but can also be used on a Prepped cloud. With the first option, the cloud can be formed just about anywhere, following the standards the "Cloud" spell has set. Meaning if moisture is present in the air this may be used remotely at the range of 15m. It can also originate from places on Blanka like from his mouth, palm of his hand, etc, etc.
What the attack is, is a stream of lightning and not just a simple bolt for a quick flash. For up to four seconds this lightning can stream, but the user is limited to slightly slowed movement of the limb if the attack roots from the body. If the user does move the limb to fast, the stream breaks and the spell becomes ineffective, this only applies when used with the body as the medium. Reaches out 35m
Strengths: *Not predictable *Versatile *Stream Like Attack *Can be used on three clouds if they were manually Prepped and count as one spell
Weaknesses: *Becomes Predictable after use *If used on a Cloud that was manually spawned, it deletes their Prepped status effect. *Wind Magic

Name: Zephyr
Rank: C-Rank
Type: Storm, Offensive
Description: Creating a cloud similar to the manner they can be created by the "Cloud" Spell, the mass will rotate either direction before exuding dangerous and powerful wind. This gale can be in the form of a simple powerful gust or in the form a sharp hazardous blades. The gust reaches out 20m and pushes those in its path the remaining distance away. So if one were 10m away, they'd be pressed back the remaining 10m. The blades on the other hand are more directly offensive and work to cut down to the bone with their strikes. Each blade is very thin, but are four feet long. Three are released in one use and travel in a straight line for 20m.
Strengths: *Cutting Damage *Thin so hard to see *Unpredictable upon first use
Weaknesses: *Spinning of the cloud gives away the attack *Once one relates the spinning to the attack, they can predict the spell. *Weak against Wind

Name: Hiding in Clouds

Type: Storm, Sensory, Supplementary
Description: Making a thick and extensive spread of clouds in the area, the user creates a white out almost completely blinding those within the mass. The pearly white realm covers a range of 100m, but in diameter and reaches up to 10ft high. Being made from the users Magic, they can feel beings inside the area of affect. If compressed it can form two clouds.
Strengths: *Hinders vision *Sensory *Can become a cloud
Weaknesses: *Wind Magic *blinds the user *Clouds become colder as one gets closer to the user, so they can be located.
Cooldown: 8 Post
