Caster or Holder: Lissandra casts the magic from herself.
Description: When Lissandra was younger, she was an adventurous wanderer, she loved the snow, and would go play in it every chance she got. She would make snow angels, build snowmen, and everything in between. When she was old enough to leave home, at the age of eighteen, she traveled high into the snowy mountains. However, one day, an avalanche occurred and Lissandra was forced to flee. She escaped the cold grave, but her supplies had been lost, and trail buried. Lost in the snowy tundra, Lissandra wandered, seeking any shelter she could find, but finding none. Eventually, when hunger, thirst and exhaustion caught up with her, she collapsed into the snowy ground, doomed to freeze to death. Fortunately for her, a nomad happened to be searching for food and discovered her body laying out in the snow. The man took her and brought her back to his hut in the snowy mountains. He tried to warm her up, but she had been out there for so long that the ice would simply not go away. So, using magic that was passed down through his generation, he was able to to infuse the ice into her body to save her life. The blood in Lissandra's veins turned icy, her once brown eyes and blonde hair turned to match, but she lived, awaking to feel not frozen, but relieved.
The nomad told her what he did to her, and Lissandra thanked him for it. For four years, Lissandra stayed with the nomad, learning how to control and master her new found power. However, at the age of 22, she left his hut during the night, with not so much as a single goodbye.
Lissandra is a supportive mage, using her magic to blind/freeze her enemies in place, with little offensive magic at her disposal. She likes to use the supporting magic at her disposal to give her the advantage to make full use of the little offensive magic she posses. While Lissandra is a small threat a lone, she is even better with a group and allies.
Strengths:
AoE- Lissandra's abilities are mostly area of effect, and can be used to hit multiple enemies
Crowd Control- Lissandra's abilities are able to freeze her enemies in place for a short while or hinder movement via slows
Visual Obstacles- Lissandra's abilities can temporarily blind her foes
Weaknesses:
Fire magic (and heat in general)- Lissandra is weak against fire magic and other types of heat based weaponry (takes 20% more damage from fire attacks/magic)
Weak to Iceslayers- Iceslayer's can devour her magic
Very little offensive magic- Lissandra has little magic that actually causes damage
Friendly fire- Lissandra's abilities are mostly AoE, and can effect allies as well as enemies if they are not careful
Abilities/Powers: Iceflesh- Lissandra is very resistant to other ice magic and/or ice attacks (takes 10% reduced damage from Ice attacks/magic)

Type: Ice/Snow, Supportive.
Description: Lissandra creates a Blizzard at target location to slow and blind her foes. The blizzard is a swirling storm of snow (takes 2 seconds to form)
Range: 25 meters
AoE: The Blizzard is 6 meters in a circle
Slow: The Blizzard slows all people inside by 20%
Duration: 2 posts
Cool Down: 4 posts
Strengths:
Blindness- The blizzard obscures the opponents vision
Slows movment- The blizzard will slow foes with whipping winds
Escapes- Can be used to escape tricky situations.
Weaknesses:
Wind- Can be blown away by powerful wind
No damage- Deals no damage to foes
Friendly fire- Can also trap allies
Fire- Can be turned into vapor by fire

Type: Ice, Supportive
Description: Lissandra rapidly freezes the ground at target location, causing icicles to pop up. Those who step on the ice are damaged and slowed. The Ice Terrain is a patch of frozen ground with icicles
Range: 20 meters
AoE: The patch is 6 meters in a circle (3 seconds to freeze, 2 seconds to extend to full length)
Slow: Slows all who step on it by 15%
Duration: 2 posts
Cool Down: 3 posts
Damage: Deals 2 D-rank damage
Strengths:
Trap- Can be used to set a trap
Slows- Slows movement
Balance loss- Can potentially make people lose their balance
Weaknesses:
Avoided- Can be avoided by walking around
Friendly Fire- Will damage and slow allies if they step on it
Fire- Can be melted by fire
Heavy Armor- Heavy armored opponents will just break it

Type: Ice, Offensive
Description: Lissandra conjures a sharp ice spear (approximately 2 meters long) and hurls it at an enemy. If the target is struck, the spear will break, sending sharp ice chunks at the targets behind the first (deals increased damage if the target is slowed)
Range: 5 meters.
Speed: 20 MPH
AoE: 5 meters behind the first target struck
Cooldown: 3 posts
Damage: Deals 2, D-Rank damage
Strengths:
AoE- Can hit multiple opponents
Damage- Good source of damage
Damage increase- Deals 10% more damage if target is slowed. (One more D-Rank damage)
Weaknesses:
Avoided- Can be easily dodged
Heavy armor- Heavy armored opponents can shrug it off
Fire- Is ineffective against fire
Blocked- Can be easily blocked
Name: Frozen Might
Rank: D
Description: Lissandra and all units around her gain a suit of frozen armor, giving them damage reduction and increasing their strength. Also makes melee attacks ice elemental, and in this state, ice is weightless.
Range/AoE: 15 meters around Lissandra (2 seconds to form)
Damage reduction: 15%
Strength increase: 25%
Duration: 3 posts
Cool Down: 5 posts
Strengths:
Buffs- Buffs herself and allies
Ice Spear- Increases the throwing range of Ice Spear by 15 meters.
Damage reduction- Reduces damage taken
Weaknesses:
Fire- Can be done away with by fire
Heavy weapons- heavy weapons can smash through it
Cost- Costs 10% more MP for every ally effected
Slows user- Reduces movement speed of the user by 10%
