A Night of Good Mannered Fun[Open to All]

Kihia's attention was suddenly brought to where Zuo had formed a marble stage. When he heard the announcement that the decoration contest was starting up he quietly nodded and said, "It is time for me to move to where I am needed... I hope you all enjoy the show..." Kihia then nodded once more to the rest of his team and then turned around and started to walk towards the stage, I hope my magic holds up to everyones expectations... and I wish the rest of the participants the best of luck... Kihia then got up on the stage and bowed to Zuo, and then walked to the back of the stage and waited for the rest of the participants to come up,

Lance heard Zuo's announcement that the decoration contest was starting and made his way back into the guild hall silently and was soon joined by Lea who held onto his hand tightly. "Dad, You should have done this..." she muttered as Lance shook his head "No Lea I have two surprises for you later on." he said with a smile as Lea nodded and turned to face the contestants excitingly.

"Ritna? E-Eh...The names Rita If you forgot." She muttered as she sweatdropped in a comedic embarrassment. Rita's thinking was cut off when the booming voice of Zuo cut in. "Sorry to cut things short but that's my cue, Ren." Rita stated as she sat up from her seat. She dusted herself before she spoke "Good luck with that other contest, Ren!" The Fairy Tail mage said as dismissed herself from Ren with a thumbs up and a grin.

Rita weaved her way through the crowds of party goes until she found the stage which she ascended. She paraded past Zuo with a wave and took her position beside one of the contestants whom had already beat her to the stage. 

Rita She turned and looked up at the participant beside her. Hmm he appeared oddly familiar she wondered if they had met before. The thought bounced around in her head for a while as she took short glimpses at his face back and fourth. Finally, A light went off in her head. "H-Hey I know you!" She said in a hushed whisper. "You're that ice mage who was at the meeting." Rita recalled with a ambitious sparkle in her sapphire orbs. What she recalled in particular was how him and his quick thinking saved her. Her lips pulled back into a smirk as she laid her hands on her hips. "I'm not gonna hold back just because you helped me out back there, But anyway my point: good luck!" She gasped, holding her grin. Rita was not nearly as confident as she appeared to be, A decoration contest?...what could she possibly do that would awe everyone?...Besides her magic was on the menacing side...shadows...darkness, It wasn't her substance of choice for this event.

Kariline turned, her dress following her slowly, as she saw Talen was joined by a small girl holding a box. He introduced her as Pandora, which was a beautiful name for a spirit. Kari just smiled and hoped the girl wouldn't treat her like Artemis or the rest of his spirits did..

Things were moving rather slow until Zuo made the announcement that the Decorating contest was to be held. She just smiled and clapped as the contestants took the stage. She wondered who all from Lamia were participating in it. She hoped to see Karamath at least. Her magic was always dazzling to watch.

Kari wished she had beautiful magic now that she thought about it. Her's was on fire, or made of rock, or drooled acid from a large tongue. With a sigh she just eyed the stage and ate a few snacks she grabbed earlier.

Kariline really did look quite different, he'd never looked at her before as someone more then just his little sister. She always had a natural beauty to her, but never so elegant before until now. He saw her walk over to the stage once the decoration contest was about to start and Kihia said he had to leave. So he was going to do it as well? With his maker magic he supposed that made sense. It'd be weird though to see magic made to be so deadly would be used to dazzle and impress. He was curious to see what the ice boy could come up with.

Kariline walked towards the stage and Naraca followed and walked up beside her, he felt somewhat awkward where he was though as he was so tall that he might have been blocking the view for everyone else.
Yet nevertheless he turned his head to look down at Kariline and realized no one else had followed her.
"Don't you have a date somewhere?" He asked her curiously.
He knew she could likely get any guy around here, yet he thought maybe the man was just elsewhere at the moment. There was no way though she coulda been alone.

Kariline was just casually eating a few things off her plate, waiting for the main event to occur. She was excited for her friends. She loved the way magic looked, and perhaps that might have been because she wasn't too proud of her own magic...
Suddenly she heard a voice and she turned. Naraca stood with her, which was no bother or a surprise. But what surprised her was the question..." A date?" Kariline looked down, she was too worried about the dress and looking goofy. She never thought about a date! She must be the only one here that was alone!!! Oh god....

Kari blushed, I must look like such a fool....
" No, i don't have a date... Unless a plate of food counts... Or a Succubus.." she said as she pointed to her winged pet Lilltha that was toying nonchalantly with the men that gathered around her. She could definitely tell who was more excited to go to this more than the other. But Lilltha never got out and about so she would let her enjoy this for now. And safe to say the woman was growing on Kariline. Oh yeah Growing alright! Like a Disease!

She looked back up at Naraca, " So who is your date?" she asked, rather curious as to who he could have asked. She wasn't sure if there was anyone he was particularly fancy to.

Naraca could tell right away from her blush that she hadn't gotten anyone. So did no one even ask her out? He found it hard to believe, yet when she pointed at the Succubus he could see why. That thing was likely charming everyone that no one probably even gave Kariline a passing glance. Such a selfish thing if that was the case...
He glanced up at the stage for a moment, seeing how the show was going to start soon. He looked back down at Kariline once she asked him if he had someone with him. He smiled, letting out a small chuckle even at the word.
"Nah, I'm not exactly boyfriend material...Hell everyone here's too short and young anyway. They couldn't even reach my shoulders for a dance" He exclaimed with another little chuckle at the idea of someone reaching high up just to get there arms around his neck for a slow dance. Besides he saw everyone here like children, or young people, certainly not like adults.

So they were both single in this place, both with nobody at this Ball. Naraca woulda been happy if Kariline had a date and he could simply enjoy watching her and everyone be happy. Yet her having nobody was no good...Who could she go out with? There were indeed some viable options but...Well thinking about it he actually probably wouldn't trust any man around her, and who would want a 7ft giant ready to kill them at a moments notice if they hurt her? It might not come off well...He wasn't really sure how he'd react, but he doubted anyone from SS would date her since they worked so close together as wizards, the last thing the place needed was the drama.

He rubbed the back of his neck somewhat nervously once an idea came to his mind. It...Would be a kind gesture for the being at least wouldn't it? Yeah...Yeah he couldn't go wrong with looking out for her so she wouldn't be alone.
"If you like...I can stand in as a date for ya...Till someone else seems to fancy you anyway" He suggested, figuring as a big brother type he could do this for her just so she wouldn't feel alone without a date. Like he said though he wasn't the kind of person that did dates, but as her brother of sorts he'd feel bad for leaving her as she was.

Auorra answered swiftly and cutting,"Not really if you're used to the dark".Her hair was typed up in a bun.You could see the her tattoo, the dark rose on her right cheek not to big and not too small.She had rosy red lipstick on her lips.Her dark green eyes were vibrant and narrowed.Her lips formed a cruel smirk.A twisted one by the way.

She was dressed in the finest blood color like gown.Her shoes were pitch black.Making her seem even more deadly.Her dagger was held tightly in her hand ready for use at a moments notice.Her dark necklace ,which was passed on from the fae Queen Morgan Le Fay to her decadents,was vibrating with dark magic.She waited for reply from John.
