Daemon was for the better part of the word was bored. His guild master duties were taken care for the day and right now he was outside in the middle of a rain storm. With a simple paper umbrella protecting Daemon and his kimono from the spring shower he walked calmly down the street until his stomach began to growl slightly. Daemon looked around and noticed a small sushi bar on the corner of main street and decided to walk over and enter the establishment while gently tapping his folded umbrella against the door frame to shake the rain from it. The bar was quaint it had a counter where people could sit at as well as several tables for a group or two. Daemon walked over and sat at the counter. The chief looked at him with a stoic gaze as he simply bowed. Daemon smiled and bowed slightly and asked the chief for some squid and eel sushi, a few azuchi buns, and some sake.

Dmitry walked into the establishment, wet and irritated.

      'What's the matter boy?' Quipped an old spirit from within his mind. 'Afraid you'll melt?'
 
     'Ah, shut up you old fart.' He responded through their sensory link.

Rain never really bothered Dmitry; his wide, black hat and matching trench coat kept him dry and even without those he does fine wet. However, he already had a hard time finding anything in this town, so the rain made it almost impossible. Having decided to grab some food while he was waiting for the rain to pass, he sat at the counter a few seats down from a man in a kimono and asked the chef for a large bowl of rice, as he didn't know much about sushi; he barely even knew how to use chopsticks.

Daemon looked at the man whom sat near him as the chef presented them both with their meals. Daemon smiled and thanks the chef and turned to the man in the trench coat Isn't it the rain lovely this time of year ?" Daemon asked calmly as he picked up a piece of sushi with his chopsticks and slowly brought it up to his mouth to devour the tasty morsel as the storm began to increase in intensity causing several bolts of lightning to strike the large metal fountain roughly eight feet away from the restaurant sending a pulse of electrically charged particles into the building and into the bodies of the three occupants sending a subtle jolt through their bodies .

Dmitry silently waited for his rice for almost a minute before he realized the man in the kimono was talking to him. "Well, it cools things off, I'll give it that." He said, not one for small talk.

When the jolt of electricity came, Dmitry barely took notice. Being a spiritual medium, he was accustomed to far stranger sensations. When the rice came, gave it a rater "generous" portion of soy sauce before digging in. "Wonder, when it'll let up..." He thought out loud, not really expecting a response.
