Personality: - Old Personality for Reference:
Cirven has been through a lot in his life at this point. He was a prominent member of Sabertooth as a Knight who fought for his guild members and those around him. He was happy then as well as goofy then but this would change. He was then abducted along with his sister by his mother and Cor Torva where he was brought into a life where he was forced to kill in honor of Cor Torva in order to keep his sister alive. This forced him to gain a more serious tone over his goofy persona, shaping him into more of a assassin. From there, he was brought in Eclipse Soul after his sister's death by his own hands when he jumped into a demonic rage triggered by his mother. As part of Eclipse Soul he attempted to be who he was when he was apart of Sabertooth but couldn't due to a darkness being felt inside of him. He no longer cared about the lives of those he fought and instead saw anyone who was an actual enemy as just another target; A personality he developed while he was in Cor Torva. He embraced his darker side while masquerading as a masked unknown vigilante but managed to keep a low profile while doing such.
Cirven left Eclipse Soul in order to regain who he was in the past more which lead to him ultimately fighting Cor Torva over and over until finally ending them. The end of Cor Torva left him feeling much like a shell of who he was at first but he traveled around Ishgard and managed to find himself again.
Cirven is usually a goofy person naturally and tends to talk a lot more than he should, even when he shouldn't. This doesn't cause his old personality from coming out though as he could be cold and stern when he feels needed, especially against those who need a flash of reality thrown their way. He does have a dark side too which has ways of being triggered where he reverts back to the assassin he was forced to be and cares little for the lives of who he deems enemies as well as gaining a darker tone to his own voice. Usually though, the man is all smiles and tends to be a sort of wise cracking man more than anything.
While fighting Cirven will talk down to his opponent as a tactic to make them have an opening that he can exploit. This tactic may not always work but if it does he could mean the entire battle. Cirven uses speed and his quick thinking to fight against those he is against and will aim for weak points over and over as an assassin would. He will use a combination of mid-range to close range attacks. If fighting with an ally he will work with them instead of against them or trying to out show them, at least with those he respects. He is fairly durable now with his magic but does not give up anything to his speed and cunning.
As a leader, Cirven can come up with plans for everyone to follow, whereas in the past he could not even come close to this with how he hated to give or follow orders. He does prefer to do his own thing alone but will work well with others. He rather work alone due to the fact of having to worry about others while working with them and because of this feels held back in those situations.
Cirven is completely different from the man he used to be. Pretty much throwing away everything that made him the respectable person he could be to those around him for a villain of the world who is against the powers that control the world. He has even been seen going against those who are simply in the wrong place at the wrong time as well as those who choose to simply not join him on his crusade against the powers that be. He leads a group of people who he was raised and trained with during his time of being forced to be a child assassin for the dark guild, Cor Torva. The group's name is called the Detergers and each member treats each other like a family based on their time in Cor Torva as they only had each other.
Cirven has always been the type to make jokes and annoy those around him with weird pranks but now that he has given into being what he sees as his
true self he has taken a much more sinister twist on these. At times his jokes will be about the pain and suffering of others or just puns related to the situation as if he was some sort of twisted clown. His pranks have become more twisted to as he will use his abilities to hurt or do worse as a joke to him. These jokes or pranks are usually followed up by him laughing maniacally.
His mind state in itself has never been great but with his current change he has found himself jumping between sounding like a crazed jester to a sadistic killer and back and forth like a coin flipping from side to side. He can jump from emotion to emotion at a whim and has the ability to fake most personalities and emotions from his training. At times his emotions and actions will not match up either showing there is a sort of inner turmoil going on but his actions will always win out in the end.
Leading is something that comes somewhat natural to the Devil Jester. He commands the Detergers like an extent of his own body and leads them to the most successful outcome they can have in every situation, even if that situation would be a loss for them.
While fighting Cirven is merciless and aims to quickly destroy any and everything that comes his way while taunting them the entire time. Tricks during a fight are a way he will try to get the upper hand but that doesn't mean he won't simply aim to overpower someone either. He is not scared to kill anyone and has shown that before in his past.
