Let It Be [Private] (Viola/Yukine)

Yukine flew over the beautiful gardens settled upon the grounds of Minstrel this fine morning. He was so full of glee, and it was all due to one reason; yet another encounter with Viola. Since he knew where she lived, Yukine had left a letter once in front of Viola's door, slid underneath it. It was quite funny actually, considering Melody visited him moments later that day, and told her that Viola saw it. Obviously, the letter was an invite to Minstrel; a peaceful area within Earthland to roam free and do as one pleased. Yukine was sure to be advantageous during this time. He knew that since Viola's separation with Indar, well, Viola needed a break, of course, and so he took the chance to invite her to a wonderful resort.

As one may know, due to the many activities Yukine once committed himself to alongside Viola, the two became close friends. They drank together, walked each other home, ate donuts delightfully, danced; all sorts of wondrous occasions had passed, though they were bound to never be forgotten- not in Yukine's mind, anyway. At this time, however, Yukine wanted to give Viola the honour of loosening herself up, and embrace nature for the amazing things it had to offer. Even a small estate was rented for the two to converse quietly, and do as they wished in a fine establishment. Yukine eventually descended before the lovely building with his magical broomstick and wondered "What will we make out of this day? Carpe Diem, I suppose..."

A few moments had passed, and Yukine sighed in disappointment when he finished reading a brochure the ushers gave him before entry. "They told me there'd be two bedrooms inside!" Yukine thought aloud, blushing as he now thought how Viola would feel sleeping with him during the night. "I'll just fall asleep the moment I get in bed. That'll settle things perfectly." Yukine suggested to himself. He entered the estate finally, and realized instantaneously that the brochure was wrong yet again. This place was massive, it seemed, and despite only having one bedroom, it seemed as though it could befit a king and queen. Yukine first walked around the middle floor, and noticed how the entire area was very modern-like, and proved to be quite luxurious in looks for his generation- though ancient furniture would've been appealing otherwise. There was also a unique kitchen blended in with a bar, a fancy dining room, and a living room full of books and games. Yukine then proceeded to the other floors, and nearly lost himself in the scenery. The main floor seemed established quite lazily considering some floors were made entirely for sports, fitness, entertainment, and art. It was perfect!

It was then Yukine wandered with ease upstairs, where Anita quickly summoned herself, and ran into the master bedroom. At this point, Yukine knew Viola was here. Yukine approached the room slowly after Anita, and noticed immediately how she was already hugging Viola. A blush appeared on Yukine's face during this very moment. It would make his day to witness a bonding time like this. With the way Yukine had paced himself into the bedroom, it wouldn't startle Viola to notice himself, firsthand- if she were waiting, that is. Yukine gently hugged Viola during this time, and noticed that she was looking cuter than ever. "I see you've prepared yourself well for a visit to Minstrel!" Yukine complimented, "You look really nice today!" After he said this, Anita vanished again. She always seemed to know when it was best to appear and disappear. "I'll let you be to settle yourself in this small estate." This confirmation was rhetorical as Yukine moved downstairs, anyways.

Once he reached the kitchen, Yukine noticed that there was a butler ready to see him. The butler escorted him to the dining room, where he warned him that he would only serve dinner for the night, then leave in hopes that Yukine could cook, for that was all he was included for in the bundle. By the clock that stood above the fridge, dinner was nearing itself, anyways, and so the food was expected to arrive soon. The quantity of food that came, however, made Yukine's jaw drop momentarily after the chefs left the building. All sorts of cultural cuisines had met the rather large dining room table, and displayed themselves well before Yukine's eyes. If the two weren't full by the time this food was finished, Yukine would be shocked. Of course, the best of donuts were set as a side for dessert; this was Yukine's special request.

By the time the food had come would be an appropriate time for Viola to finish unpacking, which allowed Yukine to call out to her. "Dinner is here!" He announced. Yukine prepared the cutlery alone, along with sauces and extra drinks. For some odd reason, he was really looking forward to eating with Viola, and honoured to be with her tonight. For some reason, his heart was beating more than usual. For some reason- and after awhile- Yukine realized...he liked her...

Yukine laughed softly when he heard Viola describe this place as Heaven. "I'm honoured to partake in your best day ever!" Yukine commented. He truly was glad Viola was bedazzled by this fine establishment. Maybe, just maybe one day, the two would be able to go somewhere like this again, when Yukine had enough money. He absolutely loved this place, and would purchase it in a heartbeat had it not been an exclusive resort in Minstrel. Albeit, as Viola and Yukine were in the same room once again, Yukine smiled politely, though shortly after, he noticed the tears that formed in the corner of Viola's eyes. Crying; one of the very few actions Yukine could not resist. For the second time, Yukine approached Viola and hugged her gently. "Please don't tell me you're gonna cry again." Yukine joked, "If you cry, I cry, and then everything gets..." Yukine paused as he recalled the entirety of the moment he shared with Viola at her house. He sighed happily, and carefully made the hug more passionate than before. "The best days are convenient for best friends, right?" Yukine remarked, "Viola, let's make the best out of the short amount of time we have here." Yukine hoped such a remark would substitute itself for the incomplete statement Yukine made just recently. He had never felt happier with anyone before.

"I hope you can eat all of this, because tonight, we eat like we're kings and queens!" Yukine joked. He hoped that this occasion the two would share would be immeasurable to anything Yukine had done before.
