Descriptions: Immediately before using planetary board magic, Mel must cast a spell that makes a central sun and as many orbital objects around the sun. A big bang occurs and planets are formed. Mel then assigns the sun to either her or her opponent. Mel can use different objects in space as place markers on the board and move them to where she sees fit. Mel can switch the position of the sun to either her opponent or herself. Whenever she is the sun, she can move her opponents around her. Whenever Mel’s opponent is the sun, she can move around her opponent easily.
Strengths:
- Control of the field is utterly her’s if she’s the sun
- She can dodge physical attacks from her opponent if he or she is the sun
- In order for her opponents to control the board they must know Planetary Board Magic
- Mel can also make objects in front of her that are touching the ground the sun (ie tornadoes)
Weaknesses:
- All abilities are 2 dimensional meaning they only affect the ground her opponent is standing on.
- Any magic ability that comes in behind her or even above her she cannot make the sun, meaning she will not be able to dodge it
- In order to use Orbitary Magic Mel must first cast “Big Bang Theory” to make the board and assign the sun to ONE opponent meaning that if there are more than one opponents she won’t be able to dodge everyone’s attacks. Mel can assign herself and use as many planets in her solar system for her opponents.
-Mel cannot use some spells if she is not the sun. Labeled as “CotSS” Center of the Solar System
Abilities:
Planetary Truths: Every planet has a history. Mel can access that history by touching things that are attached to the planet. If used with her Planetary Board, she can pull a confession out of mages. Mages however do not appreciate this and the council frowns upon using this skill.

A: Feel the intense feeling to confess to her
S: Feels the feeling to confess but will tell the truth through the use of her board

Name: Big Bang Theory
Rank: S
Type: Orbitary Field Magic
Description: A basic skill that must be ranked up with each rank. This is the first spell Mel needs to cast in order to set up her board and to use the rest of her spells. Mel crosses her arms. She only has her index fingers and middle fingers extended. When she uncrosses her arms the entire battlefield goes dark. The ground then shows a solar system under them. Each opponent is standing on a planet. Mel can only assign herself the sun because this is the initial spell.
Strengths:
- Lasts a through out the thread unless destroyed.
- 3 S rank spells or 1 H rank spell to take down the board when hitting the center of the board directly
- Regardless of rank all mages are assigned planets whether they are in the air or not.
Weaknesses:
- Duration = Entire thread \ Cooldown = 7 Posts
- Is not an attack
- All hits to the board are permanent until Mel Restores the board
- If Mel’s attacked from behind or above the board’s effects are weakened and Mel must use a separate spell to restore it
Name: Gravitational Bind

Type: Orbitary Field Magic/CotSS
Description: When Mel is in the position of the sun, she claps her hands together. She then moves her hands apart making the planets she choose grow bigger. This makes her opponents have a harder pull to the ground making it so that both of their feet must be on the ground at all times. This spell can also affect objects suchs as flying boulder’s, fireballs, and anything that is in the air. The mage will be brought down to the ground regardless of magical items.
Strengths:[/b ] All opponents must have their feet on the ground at all times (ie can only walk fast) making it easy for Mel to use her attacks.
-Only affects those she deems foes and objects she sees wants to affect as well
- Mages up to S rank flying in the air will immediately be brought down to the ground.

- Duration 8 posts \ Cooldown = 10 posts
- Is not an attack
- Mel must be in the position of the sun
- If an opponent is moved to the position of the sun, the effects are gone and Mel must have both feet on the ground

-D rank: Flying/Groundling doesn’t matter you’re going down to the ground and your stuck prone in place for 8 posts
-C rank: Flying/Groundling you’re going down and you can low crawl slowly for 8 posts
-B rank: Flying/Groundling you’re going down and you will be on your hands and knees crawling for 8 posts
-A rank: Flying/Groundling you’re going down and you will be struggling to walk for 8 posts
-S rank: Flying/Groundling you’re going down and you can only walk
-SS rank: Flying - Height and speed decreased by 50%/ Groundling - speed decreased by 50%
-H rank: Flying - Height and speed decreased by 25%/ Groundling - speed decreased by 25%

Name: Solar Flare
Rank: A/CotSS
Type: 2 Dimensional Planetary/ Fire
Description: Mel stomps her right foot to the ground sending out solar flares across the planetary board if it lands on the planet that an opponent is standing on it, he or she is burned by the power of the sun.
Strengths:
- Causes an immense amount of burning damage to ranks D, C, and B for 3 posts
- a moderate amount of damage to A for 2 posts
- and good amount to S ranks for 1 post
- Singes SS/H Ranks
- In order for the solar flare to be defended against a spell must touch the ground
Weaknesses:
- Takes however many post it takes to get to the planet that the person is standing on (Ie if the person is 3 planets
- Duration takes place by where the person is standing when the spell is casts / Cool down: 5 posts (However if there is an opponent beyond the 4th planet start cool down posts)
- Mel must be in the position of the sun
- Takes however many post it takes to get to the planet that the person is standing on (Ie if the person is 3 planets away from the sun it will take three posts for the flare to reach the person)
- Is a 2 dimensional board attack (can be jumped over)
- S AoE Rank spells cancel it out
- 1 S rank spell can split through the flare
- 1 A rank spell can split through the flare
- 2 B rank spells can split through the flare
- 3 C rank spells can split through the flare
- 4 D rank spells can split through the flare

Type: 2 Dimensional/ Blunt Damage/ Earth Element
Description: Mel points to a planet and 20 meteors suddenly appear around the planet then rush into that planet causing a total of A rank damage to the mage all at once. This spell is known to cause KOes to lower ranking mages upon impact.
Strengths:
- Can knock out B rank or Lower mages
- Can single out a target
Weaknesses:
- Duration: instant/Cooldown: 5 posts
- A rank and higher are not knocked out by this spell.
- All mages regardless of rank can simply “jump” to dodge this spell or they could climb a tree.
- S rank and higher will only feel blunt damage equivalent to a punch in the stomach.

Description: Mel puts her hands on the sun and it turns white pulsating magical energy from the center to the outside of the battlefield. Upon doing so the board gains one A rank spell of endurance..
Strengths:
- Simply heals the board by one A rank spell

Name: Black Hole

Type: Planetary Board Magic/ Placement
Description: Mel stands in her sun and points to an area of her board. A black hole then merges sucking everything in that area of the map for 5 posts. An opponent can get sucked in. They are not sent to another realm there are just stuck in the ground. Mel can then go up to the person and kick them if she wanted to. She mainly uses this technique as an easier way to arrest criminals if her assistance is needed. The hole adjusts to the first mage that falls in.
Strengths:
- If an opponent is in the path of the Black Hole he or she must run in order to not get sucked in.
- An opponent would be rendered unable to move if they are stuck in the ground
Weaknesses:
- Duration 5 posts/ Cooldown 3 posts
- An opponent could easily get out of the hole if they have the strength and the correct magic type (ie Earth make) to do so

Description: Mel assigns who is the sun with this spell.
Strengths:
- Assigns who is the sun and who is a planet regardless of rank
- Can be used as a quick reflex spell with Board Orbit
- If Mel is assigned the sun she can use her CotSS spells

Description: If Mel is assigned a planet and is attacked with a physical attack by someone or a slow moving ground touching spell (ie Tornadoes),she can instantly orbit behind the target.
If Mel is the sun she can move her opponent to where ever she please be it a planet away or along that planet’s orbit.
