Plotting Board

I’m going to keep this short and sweet.

We have a wanted ads board, and that’s good for ultra specific plots and quick plotting, but I think we should have a sub-board for more long-term plotters. It makes it a lot easier to have all your plots and characters in one place, which would mean no more making 50 different threads every time you have plots you want to do. Members would be able to reply to your plotter, or look at it and PM/DM you for plots. Idk, but I think it would be nice.

As far as I am aware, there is nothing stopping anyone from doing this in the Wanted Ads forum. The threads there don't have to just be one off threads for singular plot requests. Members are more than welcome to create more in depth threads that they can continually update and people can reply to in the Wanted forum for long term plots. Personally, I don't think it needs its own sub forum. Just create a dedicated thread for yourself there and maybe put a link to it in your sig so people can see it on each of your posts.

Others may feel differently, but that's my thought.

I share Serilda's opinion on this in that an additional subforum for that would be more clutter rather than actually benefiting the site right now, especially with very little people actually using longterm plotters as is. Alternatively, if you'd really like a more dedicated space for it, I'd say you could always attach a plotter to your bank or character history thread, since a plotter would be in similar line, and they used to be used for that by others back in the day. Wouldn't see why they can't be used for plotters as well.

But that's just my humble opinion. =)
