Visiting a Nostalgic Place(Private/ Rin and Daiki)

Daiki walked throughout the town as he hadn't stopped at the Guildhall yet, though he figured he would do so at a later point that day. As he walked, though, his hair and overcoat both fluttered slightly as a breeze had gone through the area in which he passed through. He wore his standard Midnight blue over coat, red shirt, and typical blue jeans, as well as a pair of boots.

After a few moments he found himself near the Magnolia train station, though he had no intention of riding it, he simply observed the general vicinity he had stopped in. His red eyes scanned everything and he was just about to continue on to another part of town until he had found himself getting bumped into. He took a step forward out of surprise, before turning around and smiling slightly, with his right hand scratching the back of his head.

"Oh, Hello there. Having a bit of trouble there?" He had asked, still smiling slightly. His guild seal was hidden underneath his sleeves that were rolled down every once in a long while.

Daiki continued to smile a bit as he watched the woman ride back to her feet as the cat that seemed to be company of the woman had apologized to her, in which she had petted it. The woman had then faced him and put her hood back up before speaking. "It's fine, I shouldn't have been standing idle right here, so it's more my fault." He said, chuckling slightly. "So, Miss, if you don't mind me asking, why are you trying to keep hidden?" He asked, still smiling slightly.

He waited long enough for her to answer before he spoke once more. It took him a few moments to process that the cat with the woman had spoken and looked at the cat with a slightly shocked look on his face. "D-Did you just talk?" He questioned, not knowing what to really say from here on, mainly from the surprise. "Say more..." He said to the cat, giving it little time to answer his previous question.

After more than enough time had passed for the cat to talk, he would look back at the woman before speaking. "Sorry about you two. I've never seen a talking cat before." He said, chuckling a bit nervously. He didn't want to seem weird to the two but if he did, so be it. "Before I forget, my name is Daiki. I take it you two just got off the train? If so, if you don't mind me asking, but where have you two come from?" He asked, smiling still.

Daiki blinked as he had listened to the cat speak, about how he was an Exceed. He hadn't really ever seen a talking cat before, as mentioned, though as the Exceed had used some sort of magic to grow wings and fly right in front of his face before explaining how he was an Exceed, not a cat, and if he was too dumb or not to know what an Exceed was.

Before he spoke, the Exceed had flown back to the woman and sat on her head. He blinked a little before the woman had spoken relatively soon after the Exceed had moved back towards the woman. "Alright, Miss. I shall not call him that again. I've never seen an... Exceed... before because I'm still relatively new to being a mage and being part of a guild." He said, crossing his arms after speaking. He didn't know if the woman would be answering his question about where she was from or not any time soon.

Daiki glanced at the woman's, whose name seemed to be Rin according to the Exceed, dark blue eyes before scanning the woman completely and soon moved to the Exceed. "Where exactly does an... Exceed come from? As well as how many of you are there?" He asked the Exceed, though the question branched out to Rin if she knew an answer. "How did you two... meet exactly?" he asked, hoping he wasn't asking too personal of a question.
