[Beforehand]
Yukine was back at the guild hall in Sabertooth. He had just recovered from his mental disorder in which his dark self separated from his soul, and ultimately took over his mind. Yukine remembered how merciless and deadly he was in this state. Though Victoria was, and still is insane, of course he was of no help but torturing her to no end, having knocked her over several times, and given her the despair of third-degree burns until unconsciousness. He was lucky that her false love managed to fool him, and reward him for his bad karma. Albeit, such a matter didn't matter anymore, for Yukine was his usual self again, and ready to strive for victory; not pain. He was ready to move even higher in the ranks, and learn more about this world of magic by training more spells, himself. There were still quite a few Regalia that were eternally idle in Yukine's soul until he matured, and Yukine was eager to see them face-to-face.
[In Clover Town]
Yukine had grabbed a job sheet from the job board in the Sabertooth guild hall moments after his great state of thought. This job sheet indicated the yet another pair of monsters had presented themselves in an area where they would be considered dangerous, and annoyed the civilians, once again. These sort of actions reminded Yukine of why he preferred to slaughter monsters rather than knock them out: they were monsters, and so they couldn't change, whereas ordinary dark mages, or humans corrupted by evil could. Yukine summoned his broomstick after he had read the job request, and took off airborne to where the scene had been taking place.
